[0017] The present invention provides a paper towel holder that can hang a toilet paper roll and makes it easier for the user to use. Embodiment 1
[0018] With reference to the Fig.1 to 3, this embodiment provides a paper towel holder comprising a support member 1, a suspension member 2, and a connecting member 3. The connecting member 3 serves to connect the support member 1 and the suspension member 2. On the side of the support member 1 remote from the suspension member 2, there is a fastening member 11, which serves to connect the support member 1 to an external object. At the end of the suspension member 2 remote from the connecting member 3, there is a stop member 21.
[0019] It is preferred that the outer contour of the stop part 21 is larger than the outer contour of the suspension part 2. The arrangement of the stop part 21 can prevent tissues from sliding along the end of the suspension part 2.
[0020] Preferably, the fastening part 11 is realized by double-sided adhesive tape, a suction cup or glue.
[0021] It can be understood that when using double-sided adhesive tape or a suction cup for the fixing part 11, the support part 1 can be directly connected. When the support part needs to be fixed, it is simply attached to an external object. When the fixing part 11 uses adhesive, the adhesive is applied to the support part 1 only when fixation is required. After applying the adhesive, the support part is bonded to the external object, and a firm connection is achieved after the adhesive cures.
[0022] Preferably, the connecting part 3 and the suspension part 2 are hollow. The connecting part 3 is connected to the support part 1 at the bottom, and the side wall of the connecting part 3 is connected to the suspension part 2.
[0023] It can be understood that the hollow design of the connecting part 3 and the suspension part 2 saves material and production costs while facilitating machining and positioning during the manufacturing process.
[0024] Specifically, a first through-hole 12 is provided on the support part 1, connecting the interior of the connecting part 3 with the outside environment. A second through-hole 31 is provided on the side wall of the connecting part 3, connecting the interior of the connecting part 3 with the interior of the suspension part 2.
[0025] During the manufacturing of the paper towel holder presented in the present embodiment, the wire drawing technique can be used to create a silver finish on the outer surface of the paper towel holder. Alternatively, spray painting, powder coating, electrophoresis, or electroplating techniques can be used to give the paper towel holder a different color. Subsequent baking fixes the color layer on the outer surface of the paper towel holder, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the paper towel holder and providing consumers with a variety of color choices.
[0026] After the paper towel holder is powder coated, it must be immersed in water to remove oil and clean it. Since the support part 1, the suspension part 2, and the connecting part 3 are connected by the first through hole 12 and the second through hole 31, water can be drained from the inside of the holder during the production process.
[0027] Preferably, the support part 1, the suspension part 2, the connecting part 3, and the stop part 21 are made of metal. In practical applications, stainless steel can be chosen as the material for the paper towel holder, as it provides the paper towel holder with high durability and rust resistance.
[0028] Furthermore, the support part 1 and the connecting part 3 are connected by welding, while the connecting part 3 and the suspension part 2 are also connected by welding.
[0029] In the present embodiment, the stop member 21 is also connected to the suspension member 2 by welding.
[0030] It can be understood that the paper towel holder presented in the present embodiment can be used in both dry indoor spaces and humid bathrooms. Unlike conventional holders, in which bacteria easily grow in humid bathrooms, the paper towel holder presented in the present embodiment connects the parts together by welding, eliminating gaps at the joints. This reduces the possibility of bacteria growth and thus contributes to the user's health.
[0031] Preferably, the support part 1 and the suspension part 2 are arranged parallel to each other.
[0032] Preferably, the edges of the support part 1, the connecting part 3 and the suspension part 2 are rounded.
[0033] The rounded corners eliminate sharp edges on the mounts and prevent injuries such as scratches or cuts that can occur from accidental bumps or contact. The rounded design increases safety, especially in environments with children or pets.
[0034] Furthermore, the support part 1 is designed as a flat structure, the connecting part 3 and the suspension part 2 as square tubes and the stop part 21 as a square structure.
[0035] Preferably, a first end piece 32 is provided at the end of the connecting part 3 remote from the support part 1. The first end piece 32 is welded to the connecting part 3 to prevent dust or moisture from entering the interior of the paper towel holder. The first end piece 32 is a flat structure.
[0036] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the support part 1 and the first end piece 32 are manufactured from sheet material by punching or laser cutting. The connecting part 3 and the suspension part 2 are manufactured by laser cutting, turning, or sawing, and the stop part 21 is formed by sawing. Embodiment 2
[0037] The main difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the suspension part 2 is designed as a round tube structure and the stop part 21 has a cylindrical shape.
[0038] Specifically, the first end piece 32 and the top surface of the connecting part 3 are both machined with a curved structure, with the curved structures of both parts matching each other. This allows the first end piece 32 to be tightly attached to the top surface of the connecting part 3.
[0039] Since the paper towel holder of this embodiment has a high degree of sealing, it is more difficult for moisture to penetrate into the interior of the paper towel holder. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the connecting part 3 with a second through-hole 31.
[0040] The remaining features and advantages of this embodiment correspond to those of Example 1 and are not explained further here. Embodiment 3
[0041] The main difference between this embodiment and Example 2 is that the connecting part 3 is connected to the support part 1 by screws 38, while the connecting part 3 is connected to the suspension part 2 by a screw 22.
[0042] Specifically, a second end piece 33 is welded to the underside of the connecting part 3. The second end piece 33 is provided with a first threaded hole 34, and the support part 1 is equipped with a second threaded hole 13. The screw 38 connects the first threaded hole 34 and the second threaded hole 13 to fix the connecting part 3 to the support part 1.
[0043] Preferably, a third threaded hole 35 is provided on the side of the connecting part 3, and the stop part 21 is connected with a screw 22. The screw 22 penetrates the suspension part 2 and is connected to the third threaded hole 35.
[0044] Furthermore, a positioning part 36 having a third through hole 37 is welded to the connecting part 3. The third through hole 37 is aligned with the third threaded hole 35, and the screw 38 is passed through the positioning part 36 and then tightened in the third threaded hole 35.
[0045] The arrangement of the positioning part 36 not only provides a certain support effect to the suspension part, but also provides a guiding mechanism during the connection process between the screw 22 and the third threaded hole 35. This ensures that the suspension part 2 is firmly connected to the connecting part 3 and does not fall off.
[0046] In practical production engineering, the connection structure between the support part 1, the connecting part 3, and the suspension part 2 can be customized. For example, the support part 1 can be connected to the connecting part 3 by bolts 38, while the connecting part 3 is connected to the suspension part 2 by welding; or the support part 1 can be connected to the connecting part 3 by welding, while the connecting part 3 is connected to the suspension part 2 by a bolt 22.
[0047] The remaining features and advantages of this embodiment correspond to those of Example 2 and are not explained further here. Embodiment 4
[0048] The main difference of this embodiment from Example 1 is that the paper towel holder additionally comprises an elastic member 23, one end of which is connected to the suspension part 2, while the other end of the elastic element 23 extends towards the end remote from the suspension part 2.
[0049] In this embodiment, the elastic member 23 is made of a metal sheet, which undergoes deformation due to the elastic properties of metal when subjected to bending, stretching, and other external forces, and readily returns to its original shape after the external forces are removed. When the paper towel is suspended on the suspension part 2, the elastic member 23 is pressed against the inside of the paper towel roll tube. A frictional force is generated between the two, which allows the paper towel roll tube to stably follow the movement when the paper towel is pulled and prevent uncontrolled slipping or falling. In addition, the elastic member 23 provides a certain support force for the paper towel roll tube to prevent it from slipping or tipping due to gravity or external forces, thus keeping it stable on the stand.
[0050] In another embodiment, the metal sheet could be replaced by a spring, an elastic rubber pad or an elastic plastic component, which achieves the same effect.
[0051] The remaining features and advantages of this embodiment correspond to those of Example 1 and are not explained further here. Embodiment 5
[0052] The main difference between this embodiment and Example 1 is that the paper towel holder includes an L-shaped shelf. One end of the L-shaped shelf replaces the support part 1, while the other end of the L-shaped shelf runs parallel to the connecting part 3.
[0053] For convenience of description, the end of the L-shaped shelf that replaces the support part 1 is referred to as the first end, while the other end is referred to as the second end.
[0054] One side of the first end is connected to the connecting part 3, and on the other side of the first end there is a fastening part 11. In this embodiment, the fastening part 11 is represented by double-sided adhesive tape with which the L-shaped shelf is attached to the wall.
[0055] Preferably, the second end is located above the suspension part 2, and the dimensions of the second end are larger than those of the connecting part 3. This means that the outer contour of the second end is larger than the space formed by the connecting part 3 and the suspension part 2, so that the second end can completely cover the suspension part 2.
[0056] When this paper towel holder is used in a bathroom, the second end of the L-shaped shelf is horizontal and can be used to store everyday items. When the paper towel is mounted on the hanging part 2, the second end can serve as a dust protection function to prevent dust from falling onto the paper towel and affecting the use of the paper towel.
[0057] Furthermore, at the end of the second end, which is remote from the first end, there is a downwardly extended guide portion 61. Since the bathroom is relatively humid, water droplets that get on the surface of the second end can flow downward along the guide portion 61, whereby the paper towel does not get wet and the surface of the second end is not covered with water, which improves the user experience.
[0058] The remaining features and advantages of this embodiment correspond to those of Example 1 and are not explained further here. Embodiment 6
[0059] The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 5 is that the fastening part 11 is replaced by screws.
[0060] By using screws, the L-shaped shelf in this example is attached to the wall, providing greater stability. Even if heavy objects are placed on the second end of the L-shaped shelf, it won't easily fall off the wall.
[0061] The remaining features and advantages of this embodiment correspond to those of Embodiment 5 and are therefore not repeated further.
[0062] It is understood that those skilled in the art may combine different embodiments based on the teachings of the above embodiments to obtain a variety of technical solutions.
