Description

The invention relates to a protective film for vehicles. This protective film for vehicles, also known as vehicle covering, serves primarily to protect the paint system in order to prevent slight scratches, stone chipping, acid rain and other damage. The protective film for vehicles can exhibit a buffer effect with small scratches and thus prevents the vehicle paint from being directly damaged; in addition, the protective film for vehicles still has the functions of UV protection, water resistance and dust protection. In the existing technique, although the protective film for vehicles can prevent the paint system from being directly damaged in scratches, the body is still affected due to the structure of the protective film, for example, due to generation of dent; this requires higher repair cost for the vehicle owner. The object of the present invention is to provide a protective film for vehicles which solves the above technical problem; The present invention comprises a protective film for vehicles comprising:a base layer (1) which is applied to the vehicle surface in the use phase; a reinforcing layer which is arranged on the base layer; a protective layer which is arranged on the reinforcing layer and serves for buffering external forces when scratches occur; and a repair layer is applied to the protective layer. As a further technical solution, a plurality of reinforcing knobs are provided on one side of the protective layer; when the repair layer is connected to the reinforcing layer, buffer regions are formed between the plurality of reinforcing knobs. As another technical solution, the plurality of reinforcing knobs includes: a row of horizontal knobs and a row of vertical knobs arranged in a cross pattern, wherein a buffer region is formed at the cross points, respectively. As a further technical solution, an adhesive material is provided in the buffer region. As a further technical solution, a series of stabilizing ribs is provided on the other side of the protective layer, and a series of stabilizing grooves are provided on the reinforcing layer; the stabilizing ribs and stabilizing grooves of the stabilizing ribs are compatible with each other. As a further technical solution, the stabilizing ribs are rectangular protrusions and the stabilizing grooves are rectangular recesses. As a further technical solution, a fire protection layer is provided between the reinforcing layer and the base layer. As a further technical solution, the protective film further comprises an anti-stick layer applied on the base layer and arranged opposite the reinforcing layer. The technical solution of the present invention provides that the base layer is provided with the reinforcing layer, the protective layer and the repair layer in succession. In use, the repair layer can take over the damage caused by small scratches or damage, and the repair layer can then repair itself; in the case of severe scratches, the protective layer can cushion the external force that occurs when the body contacts the external environment; the reinforcing layer further prevents the external object from directly contacting the body, which ensures effective protection of the body. Compared to the existing technique, the present invention provides the advantage that, with larger scratches, the protective layer and the reinforcing layer can simultaneously protect the body by cushioning the effects of external forces and thus reducing the likelihood that external forces will act directly on the body, ensuring the protection of the body. These terms do not denote a specific orientation or a particular configuration and should therefore not be understood as limiting the present invention. Moreover, the term "first" or "second" is used for distinction only and is not intended to indicate that a particular characteristic is more important than another or the number of designated features is determined. Thus, a feature named "first" or "second" may expressly or implicitly comprise one or more features. In the description of the present invention, the term "plural" means two or more unless expressly defined otherwise. In addition, terms such as "install", "connect", "connect" should be broadly understood, e.g., they may refer to both a fixed connection and a detachable connection or an integrated connection; it may be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; it may be a direct connection or an indirect connection via an intermediate member; and there may be a connection within the two elements. It will be readily understood by those skilled in the art to interpret the specific meaning of these terms in the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present invention discloses a protective film for vehicles comprising:Base layer 1 adhering to the paint surface of the vehicle during use; reinforcing layer 2 disposed on the base layer 1; protective layer 3 disposed on the reinforcing layer 2. In a scratch, the protective layer 3 is used to damp external forces and reduce the likelihood that objects will contact the vehicle; repair layer 4 disposed on the protective layer 3; in practical use, when an object contacts the repair layer 4, the repair layer 4 transmits the generated external force to the protective layer 3; the protective layer 3 is deformed by this external force and, in cooperation with the reinforcing layer 2, applies a counterforce to the protective layer 3, so that reinforcing knobs on both sides of the protective layer 3 are subjected to forces and thereby the protective layer 3 can damp the external forces by deformation; in the case of lower forces, the applied external force is prevented from directly acting on the vehicle, thereby reducing the likelihood of damage to the vehicle. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, one side of the protective layer 3 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing bumps; when the repair layer 4 is bonded to the reinforcing layer 2, a plurality of buffer regions 6; in the case of a scratch, contact occurs between the object and the repair layer 4, whereby the repair layer 4 presses the reinforcing bumps together. Since the repair layer 4 covers the protective layer 3, the buffer portion 6 will alleviate the external force transmitted from the repair layer 4; at the same time, the repair layer 4 will transmit the external force to the transverse bump, and by the cooperation of the reinforcing knobs and the buffer portion 6, the external force transmitted from the repair layer 4 will be cushioned at the same time. While various orientations of the protrusions may be set as needed to form various shapes of buffer portion 6, such as round or polygonal buffer portion 6; the present invention includes a plurality of reinforcing knobs including a plurality of horizontal knobs 51 and a plurality of vertical knobs 52, wherein horizontal knobs 51 and vertical knobs 52 are arranged in a cross pattern and buffer portion 6 is formed at the crossing points; as shown in FIG. 3, a row of rectangular buffer portion 6 is formed by the cross pattern of horizontal knobs 51 and vertical knobs 52; in the case of a scratch, buffer portion 6 will absorb the external force together with horizontal knobs 51 and vertical knobs 52, thereby reducing the balance of the external force. Moreover, the buffer portion 6 in this invention contains an adhesive material; in the case of slight scratches, only the repair layer 4 which can repair itself is damaged; in the case of damage to the repair layer 4, the adhesive material flows from the buffer portion 6 into the repair layer 4 and thus assists the self-repair of the repair layer 4; it should be noted that, in the case of leakage of the adhesive material, the buffer portion 6 at this point reduces its damping effect, but in the case of larger scratches, the adjacent reinforcing knobs cushion the external force; in the present invention, the repair layer 4 is implemented according to the existing technique, as is the adhesive material, without further restrictions being defined by the present invention. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, on the other side of the protective layer 3 a series of stabilizing ribs 7 are arranged, and on the reinforcing layer 2 there are a plurality of stabilizing grooves 8; the stabilizing ribs 7 and the stabilizing grooves 8 fit together; by the combination of the stabilizing ribs 7 and the stabilizing groove 8, the connection between the reinforcing layer 2 and the protective layer 3 is more strongly fixed; when the protective layer 3 is subjected to external forces, the force is transmitted to the reinforcing layer 2, which is also capable of cushioning a certain external force; in the present invention, the reinforcing layer comprises stabilizing grooves 2 of two layers, the first layer connected to the protective layer 3 also being a stabilizing rib of a resin layer; The second layer bonded to the base layer 1 is made of a fabric having a fibrous structure, thereby enhancing the strength of the reinforcing layer 2; in addition, the structure of the stabilizing ribs 7 and the stabilizing grooves 8 may have various shapes or structures. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stability rib 7 is a rectangular protrusion and the stability groove 8 is a rectangular recess; the stability grooves 8 are disposed on the second layer. As shown in FIG. 4, another embodiment of the present invention includes a fire protection layer 9 being disposed between the reinforcing layer 2 and the base layer 1. In this embodiment, the fire protection layer 9 is preferably a flame retardant layer known in the existing art. Moreover, in the present invention, an adhesive is applied to the base layer 1. In order to prevent the adhesive from coming into contact with dirt during transport or before use, a non-stick layer 10 is preferably provided. This release layer 10 is disposed on the base layer 1 and is positioned opposite to the reinforcing layer 2; in this way, the release layer 10 prevents the adhesive from attracting dirt; prior to use, the release layer 10 can be separated from the base layer 1 so that the adhesive adheres to the base layer 1 with the outer surface of the vehicle; in the present utility model, the preferred release layer 10 is a release film. The technical concept of the present invention is to arrange the reinforcing layer 2, the protective layer 3, and the repair layer 4 on the base layer 1 in sequence. In use, when light scratches or scratches occur, the repair layer 4 can absorb the applied scratches or scratches, and the repair layer 4 can repair itself; in the case of heavy scratches, when the vehicle comes into contact with an external object, the protection layer 3 can attenuate the external forces by deforming them; the reinforcing layer 2 further prevents the external objects from being in direct contact with the vehicle; this enables effective protection of the vehicle; in comparison with the existing technique, in the case of larger scratches, both the protection layer 3 and the reinforcing layer 2 can simultaneously protect the vehicle and effectively attenuate the impact force of the external object, thereby reducing the likelihood that the applied force acts directly on the vehicle and the vehicle is protected. As shown in FIG. 5, another embodiment of the present invention includes that a lightening layer 11 is disposed between the base layer 1 and the reinforcing layer 2. In this embodiment, the preferred lightening layer 11 is an NIR reflecting pigment layer. In this way, during use, the lightening layer 11 may reflect light and increase the brightness of the vehicle after the protection film is applied; it should be noted that, when both the fire protection layer 9 and the lightening layer 11 are provided simultaneously, the lightening layer 11 is disposed between the fire protection layer 9 and the reinforcing layer 2.List of reference characters1 Base layer 2 Reinforcing layer 3 Protective layer 4 Repair layer 51 Horizontal studs 52 Vertical studs 6 Buffer region 7 Stabilizing ribs 8 Stabilizing grooves 9 Fire protection layer 10 Anti-adhesion layer 11 Lightening layer.
