Description

The invention relates to a transport aid for a construction for receiving a load, which transport aid comprises at least two wheel groups each having a support plate and at least three wheels. Each of the wheels is supported in a fork, the fork being rotatably mounted below the support plate. The transport tools are used, for example, for displacing a construction with stage elements.A transport aid with a framework, on the top side of which a platform for receiving a load is fastened and on the bottom side of which a plurality of wheels is arranged, is described in DE 20 2011 050 153 U1. The wheels are distributed on at least three support plates, each wheel being supported in a fork rotatably mounted on one of the support plates. Such transport means are known, for example, as platform carriages. This document describes a transport aid which is easy to process even in the case of uneven substrates. The transport means comprises at least three support plates, wherein an articulated connection is arranged between each of the support plates and the framework. Elements by means of which the transport means is locked in a position are not described.EP 1 534 911 B1 describes a travel drive for stage elements having at least one driven or drivable element. The motor-driven member is for reciprocating the stage member. At least one of the elements is pivotable against a substrate for lowering and lowering the stage element. The locking of the stage element takes place by pivoting the driven element, for example a wheel, under the stage element and placing other parts of the stage element on the underlying surface.DE 10 2018 118 920 A2 describes a wheel assembly with which the height of a platform carrying a load can be adjusted. The wheel assembly includes a wheel, a fastener, and an actuator for adjusting the distance between the fastener and the axis of rotation of the wheel. Elements with the aid of which the transport means is locked in a position are not described. The object of the invention is to develop a transport aid for a construction for receiving a load, which transport aid makes it possible to lock the transport means using simple means. The object is achieved by the features of the claims.A transport aid according to the invention for a construction for receiving a load comprises at least two wheel groups each having a support plate and at least three wheels. Each of the wheels is supported in a fork, the fork being rotatably mounted below the support plate. At least one of the wheel groups has, in addition to the wheels, a lifting element with a height-adjustable foot. The lifting element is arranged on the support plate. The at least two wheel groups of the transport aid according to the invention are fastened during operation with their support plates to a construction with a load.In one embodiment, the transport means comprises the structure, wherein the wheel groups are attached to the structure. A construction is formed by a framework in one example. In an alternative example, the construction is formed by a platform. In a further example, the construction is formed by a framework and a platform, wherein the platform is arranged on the framework. To lock the transport aid, the height-adjustable foot or feet are lowered to such an extent that the wheels are relieved. In an alternative application, the feet are lowered to the point that the wheels are slightly raised. At least a portion of the weight of the transport aid and the construction with the load to which the transport aid is attached rests on the foot or feet after lowering. Lifting devices for lifting the structure onto the wheels or pivotable wheels are not necessary. Brakes on the wheels are also not necessary. That is, simpler wheels can be used. The lifting element is preferably arranged in the middle of the support plate. In one embodiment, the wheel group comprises three wheels and an approximately triangular support plate, wherein the wheels are arranged at the corners of the support plate. In one embodiment, the wheel group comprises 3 or 5 wheels and a round support plate, wherein the wheels are arranged in the region of the annular rim. In one embodiment, the lifting element has an adjusting spindle, at the lower end of which the foot is arranged and which is guided by its upper end through the supporting plate. By rotating the adjusting spindle, the height of the foot is adjusted. This is a mechanical, simple-to-operate embodiment of a lifting element with a height-adjustable foot.In one embodiment, the wheel group has a pivot ring on the support plate. The carrier plate is fastened to the construction via the swivel ring. The lifting element comprises a fastening screw which receives the adjusting rod. The fastening screw is arranged with its external thread in an internal thread of a through-opening of the swivel ring. The fastening screw is arranged, for example, in a through-opening of a ball bearing of the swivel ring. The guidance of the adjusting spindle by the swivel ring enables a space-saving arrangement of the lifting element. In one embodiment, the fastening screw is screwed with its screw head at the bottom on the supporting plate. In an alternative, the fastening screw is screwed with its screw head at the top on the supporting plate. The mounting screw is preferably arranged in such a way that a small overall height is made possible. In one embodiment, a limiting nut is arranged on the adjusting spindle below the fastening screw for limiting the adjustment path. The limiting nut limits the adjustment travel of the foot in the direction of the support plate. This limitation of the adjustment travel when releasing the foot ensures that the foot does not come into contact with the surrounding wheels. In one embodiment, the foot is designed as a joint foot. With one or more articulated feet, the transport means is also suitable for uneven soils. In one embodiment, the foot has a vibration damper at its lower end. The transport aid can also be used on sensitive soils by the vibration damper or dampers. In one embodiment, the adjusting spindle has at its upper end a receiving element for a screwing device. The receiving element is formed, for example, by a slot or a hexagon at the end of the adjusting spindle. The receiving element makes it possible to adjust the height of the respective foot in a simple manner using a conventional screwing device. In one embodiment, the construction has an opening in the region of the receiving element of the adjusting spindle. The opening in the frame ensures access to the receiving element of the adjusting spindle. The invention is illustrated by means of an exemplary embodiment schematically illustrated in the drawing. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a partial side view of a transport means according to the invention, which comprises a structure formed by a platform and two differently arranged wheel groups, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a wheel group; FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a support plate, a lifting element and a swivel ring of the wheel group of FIG. 2; and FIG. 4 shows a vertical section through a lifting element, a support plate with a swivel ring and a frame in the installed state.A transport aid shown in FIG. 1 comprises a construction designed as a platform 1 for receiving a load and at least two wheel groups 2, each wheel group 2 having a support plate 3 with at least three wheels 4. In this example, the transport aid comprises two wheel groups 2 each having a substantially triangular support plate 3 each having three wheels 4. In the wheel group 2 on the right side of FIG. 1, the apex of the triangle of the support plate 3 faces rearward. In the wheel group 2 on the left side of FIG. 1, the apex of the triangle of the support plate 3 faces forward. The transport aid is used, for example, as a platform carriage. Each support plate 3 is fastened via a swivel ring 5 to a fastening plate 6 on the underside of the platform 1. Each of the wheels 4 is supported on a fork 7, the fork 7 being rotatably fixed to the supporting plate 3, respectively. At least one support plate 3, in this example both support plates 3, has, in addition to the three wheels 4, in each case a lifting element with a height-adjustable foot 8.The lifting element comprises, in addition to the foot 8, an adjusting spindle 9, at the lower end of which the foot 8 is arranged. The lifting element comprises a fastening screw 10 which receives the adjusting spindle 9, and a limiting nut 10. The limiting nut 11 is arranged on the adjusting spindle 9 below the fastening screw 10 and serves to limit the adjusting path of the foot 8 in the direction of the supporting plate 3A wheel group 2 is shown individually in FIG. 2 and without wheels in FIG. 3. In FIG. 2, the attachment of the wheels 4 to the support plate 3 by wheel screws S can be seen.FIG. 4 shows a part of a vertical section through the transport aid, namely in the region of a foot 8, the wheels 4 being omitted. The support plate 3 is connected to the platform 1 via the swivel ring 5, which has a ball bearing 12. The outer casing 6a of the swivel ring 5 also forms the mounting plate 6, which is mounted on the platform 1 at positions shown by an arrow 13. The fastening is effected, for example, by screws. The fastening screw 10 is arranged with its internal thread 14 on a thread 9 aof the adjusting spindle 9. The fastening screw 10 is arranged with its external thread 15 in an internal thread 16 of a through-opening 17 of the ball bearing 12 of the swivel ring 5. A head of the fastening nut 10 abuts the supporting plate 3 from below, so that the fastening nut 10 is locked for adjusting the adjusting spindle 9. The adjusting spindle 9 has at its upper end a receiving element 18 for a screw device. In this example, the receiving element 18 is formed by a slot at the upper end of the adjusting spindle 9. The platform 1 has an opening 19 in the region of the receiving element 18 of the adjusting spindle 9, through which the receiving element 18 of the adjusting spindle 9 is accessible to a screw device. The foot 8 is designed as a joint foot. The foot 8 forms with the adjusting spindle 9 a joint designed as a ball joint. The lower end of the adjusting spindle 9 is shaped as a ball 20 which is arranged in a socket 21 formed by the foot 8. Above the joint, a securing nut 22 is arranged on the adjusting spindle 20. The retaining nut 22 limits the inclination of the articulation of the foot 8, which foot has a vibration damper 23 at its lower end. The vibration damper 23 is formed of an anti-slip elastic material, for example, a rubber. In operation, to move the transport aid, the height of the feet 8 is set to be less than the distance of the wheels 4 from the transport plate 3. For locking, the feet are height adjusted with the aid of the adjusting spindles, so that they contact the ground and displace weight from the wheels onto the feet. The transport aid is thus locked. Figure 1 shows turned-out feet 4. in operation the feet 8 are turned out slightly further to lift and lock the transport means from the wheels 4.List of reference characters1 Platform 2 Wheel group 3 Support plate 4 Wheel 5 Swivel ring 6 Fastening plate 6 a Gehäuse 7 Fork 8 Foot 9 Adjusting spindle 9 aThread 10 Fastening screw 11 Limiting nut 12 Ball bearing 13 Arrow for screw 14 Internal thread of fastening screw 15 External thread of fastening screw 16 Internal thread of ball bearing 17 Through-opening 18 Receiving element 19 Opening in platform 20 Ball 21 Socket 22 Securing nut 23 Vibration damper S Wheel screwReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
