Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a building arrangement comprising a warehouse building and a parking building.Building arrangements comprising a warehouse building and a parking building are generally known. For example, there are department stores with a connected parking garage. Warehouses often also have sales and office areas. This is the case, for example, in tree markets or furniture houses. In the vicinity of warehouses, parking facilities are frequently provided, for example in the form of a parking facility or a parking garage. In order to deliver and pick up goods, corresponding traffic areas must also be provided for the delivering vehicles. In order to meet the requirements incurred in connection with the operation of a warehouse building, regularly corresponding traffic areas are provided. These should be both area-efficient and efficient to use, i.e. make do with a small base area, for example, and allow simple delivery or collection. The object of the invention is to make a building arrangement comprising a warehouse building and a parking building efficient.Storage buildings are understood to mean a building in which movable goods are located at least temporarily, which goods are supplied or picked up with the aid of vehicles. The warehouse building may also include office rooms or sales areas, or both. No dedicated storage spaces need to be provided either, because the movable goods can also be stored on the sales surfaces, for example. The intermediate or upper projectile can likewise be used as a store. The arrangement may be designed for an office or sales area.According to the invention, a building arrangement comprising a warehouse building and a parking building is proposed. The warehouse building has an at least approximately level ground projectile and above it a higher intermediate or upper projectile. The ground floor and intermediate or upper floor adjoin a building outer wall of the warehouse building on the parking building side. The outer wall of the building has gates for goods deliveries at ground level. Gates for goods deliveries are preferably also provided at the intermediate or upper level of the floor. These ports can also be retrofitted. Intermediate or upper floors have doors for access to persons. Along the outer wall of the building, at ground level, a traffic area for delivery vehicles is arranged. The parking building has a parking deck which extends along the outer wall of the parking building and is supported by supports. The parking deck is spaced from the warehouse at least 1 m, preferably at least 1.5 m or 1.8 to 2.2 m, and is disposed above the transport surface for delivery vehicles and connected via access bridges to the warehouse at the intermediate or upper floor level. The selected distance of 1 m to 2.2 m between the parking deck of the parking building and the intermediate floor of the warehouse building has the advantage that the parking building can be designed as a separate building from the warehouse building, that in the event of a fire a passing over of fire between warehouse and parking buildings is substantially prevented and that nevertheless a simple, direct access from the parking deck to the intermediate floor is provided via the corresponding bridges, while traffic areas for supplying and collecting vehicles are present under the parking deck. Delivery and pickup vehicles are also referred to as delivery vehicles within the scope of this description and can be conventional delivery vehicles such as, for example, semi-trucks, trucks, small-scale transporters, or passenger cars.In a preferred variant of the building arrangement, there is a height difference of less than 1 m and preferably more than 40 cm between a parking area on the upper side of the parking deck and the intermediate or upper floor, wherein the intermediate or upper floor is situated higher than the parking area on the upper side of the parking deck. This makes it possible for a loading surface of a delivery vehicle (max. Small transporters) are located approximately at the height of the intermediate floor or upper floor floor when a delivery vehicle approaches the warehouse via a heavy load grid surface between the parking deck and the warehouse to be additionally erected. In a further preferred variant of the building arrangement, the traffic surface has inclined entrances to level doors in the outer wall of the warehouse, wherein the entrances are lowered at their end on the side of the outer wall of the building between 40 cm and 1.20 m with respect to the ground floor level. This also allows a loading surface of a delivery vehicle to be situated approximately at the height of the ground floor when a delivery vehicle approaches a gate in the outer wall of the building at ground floor level via the inclined approach. The supports of the parking deck are preferably spaced apart from one another in a direction running transversely to a longitudinal extent of the parking deck by at least 15 m and at most 17 m. This allows optimum maneuverability for semi-trailers under the parking deck.Preferably, for dewatering, the parking deck has parking areas inclined in such a way that water flows in the direction of one of the longitudinal edges of the parking deck and is conducted into rain gutters and downcomers in such a way that the rainwater is discharged into drainage boxes under the traffic area. The parking deck is preferably 7 m to 8 m above the ground level.Preferably, the height distance between an earth floor of the warehouse building and an intermediate or upper floor of the warehouse building is 30 cm to 1 m greater than the height of the parking deck above the ground level. The access bridges between the parking deck and the warehouse can thus extend horizontally and the desired difference in height between the access bridge and the floor of the intermediate or upper floor arises, which makes it possible to move with a vehicle backwards to a gate in the outer wall of the building at the intermediate or upper floor level, wherein the loading surface of the vehicle is then located approximately at the height of the floor of the intermediate or upper floor.Preferably, the parking deck has a width (B) of 14 m to 18 m, for example about 16 m. This allows parking pockets to be provided along both longitudinal sides of the parking deck, which pockets extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the parking deck.According to one embodiment variant, the warehouse can also have gates for goods deliveries at the intermediate or upper level of the floor. In this case, it is advantageous if heavy-duty grids are located between the parking deck and the gates for goods deliveries, which gates are at the intermediate or upper level, as bridges, which grid have a grid-like, smoke-permeable structure. The invention will now be explained in more detail on the basis of an example with reference to the figures. The figures show FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a building arrangement with a warehouse building and a parking building in a sectional view; FIG. 2 shows the building arrangement from FIG. 1 with further details; FIG. 3 shows a plan view of a building arrangement with a warehouse building and a parking building; FIG. 4 is a top view of an alternative building arrangement with a warehouse building and a parking building; FIG. 5 is a top view of a further alternative building arrangement with a warehouse building and a parking building; FIG. 6 : a sectional view of a building arrangement with a warehouse building and a parking building; and FIG. 7 is a sectional view of a building arrangement with a warehouse building and a parking building similar to FIG. 6.FIG. 1 shows schematically a building arrangement 10 with a warehouse 12 and a parking building 14 located next to it.In the example shown, the warehouse 12 has a level ground floor 12.1 and an intermediate or upper floor 12.2; see FIG. 2, the warehouse 12 also has a building outer wall 12.3 on the parking building side. In the outer wall 12.3 of the building, access ports are provided both to the ground floor 12.1 and for the example shown, the warehouse 12 has a level ground floor 12.1 and an intermediate or upper floor 12.2, which, however, are not shown. The parking building 14 has a parking deck 14.1 supported by supports 14.2. Below the parking deck 14.1 is a traffic area for vehicles. The parking deck 14.1 is located at a height H of 6 m to 8 m above the ground. In the example shown, the parking deck has a width B of approximately 16 m and thus allows parking pockets to be provided along both longitudinal sides of the parking deck 14.1, which parking pockets extend transversely or longitudinally with respect to the longitudinal direction of the parking deck 14.1. The parking deck has a slope to direct water into rain gutters and downcomers, thus draining the parking deck into drainage in drainage sub-surface drainage. In addition, a dry sprinkler and a lighting are provided on the underside of the parking deck. The traffic area 14.3 below the parking deck 14.1 is level-ground. The supports 14.1 are spaced from 15 m to 18 m, for example 16 m, thus allowing optimum maneuverability for semi-trailers under the parking deck 14.1. The distance between the supports 14.2 in the longitudinal direction of the parking building 14 is between 15 m and 18 m.The parking deck is connected for vehicles via a preferably two-track ramp 14.4 in such a way that undisturbed fire-fighting travel is ensured for the warehouse building. The ramp 14.4 is preferably housed. This serves, among other things, for protection against weathering and noise. Various designs are possible for the ramp 14.4. According to FIG. 3, the ramp 14.4 can be provided on an end face of the parking deck 14.1. A variant is preferred in which the ramp 14.4 extends laterally of the warehouse 12; see FIG. 4. In a third variant, the ramp 14.4 extends along the parking deck 14.1; see FIG. 5.In this case, the ramp 14.4 is longer and there is a smaller gradient, which is easier to overcome by vehicles. As can be seen from FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, the parking building can extend along the outer wall of the warehouse on the parking deck side, specifically for example over a length L of 80 m to 200 m. On this length, between parking deck 14.1 and intermediate or upper floor 12.2 of warehouse 12, for example 5 to 10 access bridges 16 can be provided, which preferably have an at least approximately equal distance from one another. The access bridges 16 preferably lead to staircases inside the warehouse 12.Heavy load grids 18 can also be provided as a connection between the parking deck and the storage building 12. Heavy-duty grids have the advantage, due to their grid-like structure, that they are permeable to smoke. In conjunction with the distance A between the warehouse 12 and the parking building 14, they contribute to the parking building having to meet only very low fire protection requirements and, for example, having to fall into fire protection class 0. Heavy-duty grids 18 are provided in particular when the warehouse has loading ports in the intermediate or upper floor. The bridges formed by the heavy load grids 18 then each lead to a corresponding loading gate in the building outer wall 12.3 of the warehouse 12.The heavy-duty grids 18 are designed and dimensioned such that they can be traveled on by a delivery vehicle, as is indicated in FIG. 7. Between the parking area on the top side of the parking deck 14.1 and the intermediate or upper floor 12.2, there is a height difference of about 40 cm to 60 cm, wherein the intermediate or upper floor 12.2 is situated higher than the parking area on the top side of the parking deck 14.1; see FIG. 6, This height difference h 2 of 40 cm and 60 cm allows a loading area of a delivery vehicle to be situated approximately at the height of the intermediate or upper floor when a delivery vehicle approaches the warehouse via one of the access bridges, as is shown schematically in FIG. 7.The height distance H G between an earth floor of the warehouse 12 and an intermediate or upper floor of the warehouse 12 is 30 cm to 1 m greater than the height H of the parking deck 14.1 above the ground level; see FIG. 6. The access bridges 16 between the parking deck 14.1 and the warehouse 12 can thus extend horizontally and the desired height difference is produced between the access bridge and the floor of the intermediate or upper floor, which makes it possible to move with a vehicle backwards to a gate in the outer wall 12.3 of the building at the intermediate or upper floor level, the loading surface of the vehicle then being situated approximately at the height of the floor of the intermediate or upper floor 12.2.The traffic area 14.3 located essentially under the parking deck 14.1 has inclined entrances 14.5 to level doors in the outer wall 12.3 of the warehouse 12, the entrances being lowered at their end on the side of the outer wall of the building between 40 cm and 120 cm with respect to the ground floor level. This height difference h 1 of 40 cm and 1200 cm enables a loading surface of a delivery vehicle to be located approximately at the height of the ground floor when a delivery vehicle travels via the inclined entrance 14.5 to a gate in which the building outer wall 12.3 approaches the ground floor level of the warehouse 12; see FIG. 7.The parking building 14 and in particular its parking deck 14.1 and the supports 14.2 are dimensioned such that the parking deck can bear a load which corresponds to occupying all the parking spaces of the parking deck with vehicles which each weigh up to 4 tons. In one embodiment variant, between 140 and 150 parking spaces, a plurality of charging stations for electric vehicles are preferably also provided on the parking deck. These are provided in particular on the balustrade.List of reference numbers:10 Building arrangement 12 Warehouse 12.1 Ground floor of the warehouse 12.2 Intermediate or or floor of the warehouse 12.3 Parking-building-side building outer wall of the warehouse 14 Parking building 14.1 Parking deck 14.2 Support for the parking deck 14.3 Traffic area under the parking deck 14.4 Ramp for the parking deck 14.5 Inclined entrance 16 Access bridge between parking deck and intermediate or floor of the warehouse 18 Heavy-load grid
