Abstract
Description
Technical FieldThe present invention relates to a hanging label for tools, and more particularly to a structure of an anti-theft hanging label for tools.Prior ArtA hang tag for anti-theft is a security device which is used in retail goods and is intended to prevent the goods from being stolen or carried along without payment. In particular in the open sales environment such as supermarkets or farm rooms, such hanging labels are frequently attached to goods. In the design of trailers for anti-theft scissors, it is usual to fasten the scissors firmly on the cardboard backing plate with a cable tie or to wrap a part of the scissors into a foam casing and then to fasten the foam casing firmly on the cardboard backing plate with a stapler in order to achieve the anti-theft function. However, these methods have problems in environmental protection in practical use. If, for example, the cable tie is removed in order to remove the scissors, waste is produced therefrom, which can be recycled only with difficulty and thus adversely affects the environment. When the foam shell is removed from the cardboard backing plate, recycling is also difficult because it is largely made of plastic, which also poses environmental problems. In addition, since the materials of the cable tie and the foam sheath are different from those of the cardboard backing plate, they must be separately manufactured, which not only increases the production cost but also raises the disadvantage of low cost efficiency in the manufacturing process of the hanging label.Object of the InventionIt is an object of the present invention to provide a structure for an anti-theft hang tag for tools which eliminates one or more of the deficiencies noted in the prior art.Technical SolutionThis object is achieved according to the invention by a structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools. The structure comprises a carton backing plate having two first clamping holes and two second clamping bags corresponding to the first clamping holes; and a carton positioning member having a base, two first male arms and two second male arms corresponding to the first male arms, the respective first male arm having a first arm portion and a first hook portion, the first arm portion extending from the base and inserted through the first clamping hole, the first hook portion extending from the first arm portion, protruding beyond the bore edge of the first clamping hole, and then hooking on the enclosing side of the bore edge, the respective second male arm having a second arm portion and a second hook portion, the second arm portion extending from the base and inserted through the second clamping hole, wherein the second hook portion extends from the second arm portion, protrudes beyond the bore edge of the second clamping hole, and then hooks on the surrounding side of the bore edge. The structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools according to the present invention has the following advantages. Because the plug arms remain securely inserted in the clamping holes, it is effectively prevented that the positioning element provided for fixing a tool is detached from the backing plate, which makes it possible to prevent theft. Furthermore, the positioning element and the backing plate are both made of cardboard and can therefore be produced in one and the same production process at a time. This reduces the manufacturing cost. If the positioning member is detached from the backing plate, the positioning member and the backing plate can be recycled, thereby also reducing environmental impact.Preferably, the first and second hook portions of the positioning member are fixed to the backing plate by bonding or cold pressing. This object is further achieved according to the invention by a structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools. The structure comprises a cardboard backing plate having two first clamping holes and two second clamping bags corresponding to the first clamping holes, the respective first clamping hole being divided into a first lower hole portion and a first upper hole portion; a cardboard positioning member having a base, two first insertion arms and two second insertion arms corresponding to the first insertion arms, the respective first insertion arm having a first arm part and a first hook part, the first arm part extending from the base part and inserted through the first lower hole portion, the first hook part extending from the first arm part, with its inner end protruding beyond the bore edge of the first clamping hole and then hooking on the enclosing side of the bore edge, wherein the respective second engaging arm comprises a second arm portion and a second hook portion, the second arm portion extending from the base portion and being inserted through the second clamping hole, the second hook portion extending from the second arm portion, having an inner end thereof protruding beyond the bore edge of the second clamping hole, and then hooking on the enclosing side of the bore edge; and a restriction label fixed to the backing plate and covering the two first upper hole portions to prevent the positioning member from being released from the backing plate. The structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools according to the present invention has the following advantages. By the insertion arms being securely inserted into the clamping holes and the restriction label being attached to the backing plate, the positioning member for fixing a tool is effectively prevented from coming off the backing plate, which enables anti-theft. Furthermore, the positioning element and the backing plate are both made of cardboard and can therefore be produced in one and the same production process at a time. This reduces the manufacturing cost. If the positioning member is detached from the backing plate, the positioning member and the backing plate can be recycled, thereby also reducing environmental impact. This object is further achieved according to the invention by a structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools. The structure comprises a cardboard backing plate having two first clamping holes and two second clamping bags corresponding to the first clamping holes, the respective second clamping hole being divided into a second lower hole portion and a second upper hole portion; a cardboard positioning member having a base, two first insertion arms and two second insertion arms corresponding to the first insertion arms, the respective first insertion arm having a first arm part and a first hook part, the first arm part extending from the base part and inserted through the first clamping hole, the first hook part extending from the first arm part, with its inner end protruding beyond the bore edge of the first clamping hole and then hooking on the enclosing side of the bore edge, wherein the respective second engaging arm comprises a second arm part and a second hook part, the second arm part extending from the base part and being inserted through the second lower hole portion, the second hook part extending from the second arm part, protruding with its inner end beyond the bore edge of the second clamping hole and then hooking on the enclosing side of the bore edge; and a restriction label attached to the backing plate and covering the two second upper hole portions to prevent the positioning member from being released from the backing plate. This object is further achieved according to the invention by a structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools. However, the invention is not limited to the description of these embodiments and the illustration thereof in the accompanying drawings. As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the invention relates to a structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools intended for fixing a tool 10, the tool 10 being here shown by scissors as an example, but not limited to this embodiment. The tool 10 has an annular grip part 11 and an actuating part 12 which is connected to the annular grip part 11. The structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools is composed of a backing plate 20, a positioning member 30, and a restriction tag 40.The backing plate 20 is made of cardboard and has first clamping holes 21 and three second clamping holes 22, the first clamping holes 21 being arranged spaced apart in the transverse direction and extending in the longitudinal direction, the second clamping holes 22 being located below the first clamping holes 21 and corresponding to the first clamping holes 21, respectively. In the first exemplary embodiment, the respective first clamping body 21 is divided into a first lower hole section 211 and a first upper hole section 212. Above the first clamping holes 21 is a transverse fastening strip 23. As shown in FIG. 2, the fastening strip 23 serves for positioning the actuating part 12 of the tool 10.The positioning element 30 is made of cardboard and has a base part 31, two first plug arms 32 and two second plug arms 33 corresponding to the first plug arms 32. Each first engaging arm 32 includes a first arm part 321 and a first hook part 322, the first arm part 321 extends rearward from the base part 31 and is inserted through the first lower hole portion 211, the first hook part 322 extends downward from the first arm part 321 and is located on the other side of the backing plate 20, the first hook part 322 protrudes with its inner end beyond the bore edge of the first clamping hole 21 and then hooks on the surrounding side of the bore edge. The second plug arms 33 are located below the first plug arms 32, and the respective second plug arm 33 has a second arm part 331 and a second hook part 332, the second arm part 331 extending rearward from the base part 31 and being inserted through the second clamping hole 22, the second hook part 332 extending downward from the second arm part 331 and being located on the other side of the backing plate 20, the second hook part 332 protruding with its inner end beyond the bore edge of the second clamping hole 22 and then hooking on the enclosing side of the bore edge. As shown in FIG. 2, in the first exemplary embodiment, the base part 31, the two first plug arms 32, the two second plug arms 33 and the backing plate 20 together form a positioning space A in which the annular grip part 11 of the tool 10 is located. The restriction label 40 is fixed to the backing plate 20 and covers the two first upper hole portions 212 to prevent the positioning member 30 from being separated from the backing plate 20. In the first embodiment, the restriction label 40 is made of cardboard in the form of a label, but is not limited to this embodiment. In the foregoing description, the structure of the essential components of the first embodiment and the configuration of the components are illustrated. The handling and advantages of the structure according to the invention are explained below. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the operation part 12 of the tool 10 is inserted through the fastening strip 23 of the backing plate 20, and the annular grip part 11 of the tool 10 is attached so that the annular grip part 11 is located between the two first clamping holes 21 and the two second clamping holes 22 to preliminarily position the tool 23 on the backing plate 20 by the fastening strip 23. Further, the first fitting arms 32 and the second fitting arms 33 of the positioning member 30 are respectively inserted into the first and second clamping holes 21, 22 of the backing plate 20 so that the ring-shaped grip part 11 is located in the positioning space A of the positioning member 30. At this time, the first hook parts 322 and the second hook parts 332 of the positioning member 30 are inserted through the first and second clamping holes 21, 22, respectively, and are thus located on the other side of the backing plate 20, as shown in FIG. 4.As shown in FIG. 5, the positioning member 30 is then slid downward. Specifically, the first arm parts 321 of the positioning member 30 are inserted into the first lower hole portions 211 of the backing plate 20, and the first and second hook parts 322, 332 are caused to hook on the surrounding side of the bore edge of the first and second clamping holes 21, 22.Finally, as shown in FIG. 3, the restriction label 40 is adhered to the backing plate 20 so that the restriction label 40 covers the two first upper hole portions 212. Now, the lateral displacement of the first fitting arms 32 of the positioning member 30 with respect to the backing plate 20 is restricted by the first hook portions 322 so that the positioning member 30 cannot be detached from the backing plate 20. The vertical displacement of the first fitting arms 32 of the positioning member 30 with respect to the backing plate 20 is prevented by the restriction label 40 so that the positioning member 30 cannot be detached from the backing plate 20. By securely engaging the engaging arms in the clamping holes of the backing plate 20 and fixing the restriction label 40 to the backing plate 20, the positioning member 30 for fixing a tool 10 is effectively prevented from coming off the backing plate 20, enabling anti-theft.The structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools according to the invention has at least the following advantages:First, manufacturing costs are reduced.Since the positioning member 30 and the backing plate 20 are both made of cardboard, they can be manufactured in one and the same manufacturing process at a time. For example, the positioning member 30 and the backing plate 20 may be cut out and folded at the appropriate location on one and the same carton plate at the same time. In this way, the positioning member 30 and the backing plate 20 do not need to be separately manufactured, which contributes to a reduction in manufacturing cost.Secondly, the environmental impact is reduced.Since the positioning member 30 and the base plate 20 are both made of cardboard and recyclable, they can be recycled as long as the positioning member 30 is detached from the base plate 20, thereby reducing the environmental impact.Third, the advertising effect of the mark is enhanced. The positioning member 30 positions the operation part 12 of the tool 10 by the cooperation of the base part 31 and the engaging arms with the backing plate 20, and therefore, it is conceivable to arrange, on the outer surface of the base part 31 of the positioning member 30, a display area in which fonts and / or images such as trademarks and slogans can be attached as needed by printing or bonding to enhance the effect of advertising for the trademark. In Fig. 6, there is shown a second embodiment of the structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools according to the present invention, the second embodiment differing from the first embodiment in that:The second clamping hole 22 of the backing plate 20 is divided into a first lower hole portion 221 and a second upper hole portion 222.The respective plug arm 33 of the positioning element 30 has a second arm part 331 and a second hook part 332, wherein the second arm part 331 is inserted through the second lower hole portion 221, wherein the second hook part 332 extends downward from the second arm part 331 and protrudes with its lower end beyond the bore edge of the second clamping hole 22 and then hooks on the enclosing side of the bore edge. The restriction label 40 is fixed to the backing plate 20 and covers the two second upper hole portions 222 to prevent the positioning member 30 from being separated from the backing plate 20.In Fig. 7, a third embodiment of the structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools according to the present invention is shown, the third embodiment differing from the first embodiment in that:The restriction label 40 is fixed to the backing plate 20 and is provided to adhere the first hook parts 322 of the positioning member 30 to the backing plate 20 and close the two first clamping holes 21 of the backing plate 20, but the function of the restriction label 40 is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the restriction label 40 may adhere the second hook parts 332 of the positioning member 30 to the backing plate 20 and close the two second clamping holes 22 of the backing plate 20. Of course, the restriction label 40 may also entirely or partially adhere the first and second hook parts 322, 332 of the positioning member 30 to the backing plate 20 so that the positioning member 30 cannot be detached from the backing plate 20. Thus, another structure of the anti-theft device is achieved.Referring to Fig. 8, there is shown a fourth embodiment of the structure of an anti-theft hang tag for tools according to the present invention, the fourth embodiment differing from the first embodiment in that:In the fourth embodiment, the restriction label 40 is omitted, which contributes to saving of manufacturing and material costs. Here, the first and second hook parts 322, 332 of the positioning member 30 hook on the surrounding side of the bore edge of the first and second clamping holes 21, 22 of the backing plate 20, respectively. This effectively prevents the positioning element 30 provided for fixing a tool from becoming detached from the backing plate 20, which makes it possible to prevent theft. However, the manner of attachment is not limited to the above. It is also conceivable to fix the first and second hook parts 322, 332 of the positioning element 30 to the backing plate 20 at the same time by adhesive bonding or double-sided adhesive tape or by cold pressing, which ensures better theft protection.Although the present invention has been described in detail on the basis of exemplary embodiments, it is obvious to a person skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to these exemplary embodiments, but rather that modifications are possible in such a way that individual features can be omitted or different combinations of features can be realized without exceeding the scope of protection of the appended claims. The disclosure of the present invention includes all combinations of the individual features presented.List of reference characters10 Tool 11 Annular grip part 12 Operation part 20 Backing plate 21 First clamping hole 211 First lower hole portion 212 First upper hole portion 22 Second clamping hole 23 Fastening strip 30 Positioning member 31 Base part 32 First insertion arm 321 First arm part 322 Second hook part 33 Second arm part 331 Second insertion arm 332 First hook part 40 Restriction label A Positioning space
