Description

The present invention relates to a wall connection system which has a wall connection profile on its rear side with a wall connection surface intended for mounting on a wall and which has a profile screen mounted on the wall connection profile on its front side, wherein the wall connection profile is bounded on its upper side by a profile upper edge projecting from the wall connection surface to the front side of the wall connection system, and the profile screen has a retaining lug which engages around an underside of the wall connection profile and a screen upper edge which covers the profile upper edge.As per technical rule, roof terraces and baluns require a connection height of the roof seal of 15 cm above the upper edge of the covering. The roof seal which projects here in many cases is generally secured and sealed on the wall by a wall connection profile. The visible roof seal is on the one hand very unsightly in this region and on the other hand not protected from mechanical stresses. For this reason, correspondingly wide wall connection profiles are produced. The products used in the previous practice are either commercially manufactured edge profiles of appropriate width with visible fastening elements, such as spangle bolts or the like, or industrially manufactured, partly multi-part systems made of extruded aluminum profiles or solid metal profiles with material thicknesses of 1.5 mm. These higher-order systems have the disadvantage that it is hardly possible to produce individual manual adaptations other than the length cut and that any outer corners or inner corners have to be ordered as components for this purpose. Furthermore, the mold parts are not flexible enough to form them to structural inaccuracies, since, for example, the corners of the building have exactly 90° in the least cases.Such multi-part systems represent, for example, the wall connection systems known from the publications DE 20 2016 103 886 U1 and DE 10 2018 100 888 A1. These wall connection systems each have a wall connection profile with a wall connection section which is designed in the form of a trough, in which the wall connection profile is fastened to a wall by means of fastening elements and on which a cover is placed in order to conceal the fastening elements. However, only a part of the wall connection profile is covered with the cover, wherein an unattractive slot is formed between the cover and the lower part of the wall connection profile. This problem is not found in the wall connection system shown in the publication DE 20 2011 105 385 U1, since here the entire wall connection profile is covered by a continuous screen. For this purpose, the panel has at the bottom a retaining lug which engages around a lower edge of the wall connection profile, and at the top a bevel which rests on an upper side of the wall connection profile. In this case, the panel can be easily mounted but does not hold it sufficiently securely on the wall connection profile. It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a wall connection system which has visual appearance and good durability and yet is easily installable. The object is achieved by a wall connection system which has a wall connection profile on its rear side with a wall connection surface intended for mounting on a wall and which has a profile panel placed on the wall connection profile on its front side, wherein the wall connection profile is bounded on its upper side by a profile upper edge projecting from the wall connection surface to the front side of the wall connection system, and the profile panel has a retaining lug which engages around an underside of the wall connection profile and a panel upper edge which covers the profile upper edge, wherein elements of a latching connection which communicate with one another are formed on the profile upper edge and the panel upper edge. The panel used in the wall connection system according to the invention is a single part which extends continuously from top to bottom over the entire wall connection profile. The panel thus forms the only unit of the wall connection system according to the invention that is visible from the outside. In this case, the panel reliably covers all fastening elements of the wall connection system and gives the wall connection system an appealing, desirably configurable optical unit. The diaphragm can be formed from a wide variety of materials, such as, for example, paint-coated aluminum, coated steel sheet, titanium zinc, copper and / or stainless steel.Due to the two-part configuration of the wall connection system according to the invention, i.e. due to the wall connection system according to the invention being composed of the wall connection profile and the panel and the two parts stabilizing each other, a material with a small material thickness, such as metal with a material thickness of 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm, preferably with a material thickness of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm, can be used in each case both for the wall connection profile and for the panel. Materials with such a material thickness can be easily processed manually on the construction side and adapted to the local conditions. In this case, the panel keeps the wall connection profile permanently stable due to the latching connection formed between the profile upper edge and the panel upper edge. This stable connection can be realized during assembly by simply clicking the upper edge of the panel onto the upper edge of the profile.Conversely, the latching connection can be released when required simply and without damage. In an advantageous embodiment of the wall connection system according to the invention, the latching connection can be realized, for example, in that the upper profile edge has a depression running along the upper profile edge and a retaining web latching into the depression is formed on the upper aperture edge. The retaining web can be formed by simply folding the upper edge of the panel back in the direction of an inner surface of the profiled panel.A roof seal which is, for example, multi-ply and thus projects from the wall can be covered particularly well in the wall connection system according to the invention if the wall connection system has an overlapping section which is situated below the wall connection surface fastened to the wall and is angled a plurality of times from the wall connection surface and thus projects further from the wall in comparison with the wall connection surface. The upper profile edge can be reinforced on the one hand and provided on the other hand with advantageously resilient mechanical properties which are thus particularly suitable for forming the latching connection if an end region of the upper profile edge is bent in the direction of the rear side of the wall connection system.A preferred embodiment of the present invention is explained in more detail below with reference to figures, in which FIG. 1 schematically shows an embodiment of a section of a wall connection system according to the invention in a perspective view; and FIG. 2 schematically shows the wall connection system from FIG. 1 in a sectional side view.FIGS. 1 and 2 show, by way of example, an embodiment of a wall connection system 1 according to the invention. The wall connection system 1 is formed in multiple parts. The wall connection system 1 has a wall connection profile 2 and a profile panel 3 placed thereon. The wall connection profile 2 is located on a rear side 12 of the wall connection system 1 and serves for mounting the wall connection system 1 on a wall 4 and as a carrier for the profile panel 3. The mounting of the wall connection profile 2 on the wall 4 takes place by means of fastening elements, such as screws, which are not shown here and are passed through bores in the wall connection profile 2.In the embodiment shown, the wall connection profile 2 and the profile screen 3 consist of thin-walled colored aluminum. Here, thin-walled in the present case is understood to mean a material thickness in a range from 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. The profiled diaphragm 3 is color-coated in the embodiment shown. In other embodiments of the present invention, the wall connection profile 2 and the profile screen 3 can also be formed from other materials, such as, for example, aluminum, titanium zinc, copper or stainless steel. In this case, the wall connection profile 2 and the profile screen 3 can be coated or uncoated. The profiled panel 3 is located on a front side 11 of the wall connection system 1. The profile panel 3 completely covers the wall connection profile 2 as seen from the visible side. The wall connection profile 2 has a wall connection surface 21 intended for bearing against the wall 4. From an underside of the wall connection surface 21, a transition piece 22 is angled away from the wall 4. An overlapping section 23 of the wall connection profile 2 is angled from the transition piece 22 in such a way that it extends approximately parallel to the wall connection surface 21, but at a distance a from the wall 4. As a result, a free space 24 is formed under the overlapping portion 23, in which free space roof sealing material, which projects from the wall 4 and is not shown here, for example, can be accommodated. On an upper side 13 of the wall connection profile 2, the latter has a profile upper edge 25. Approximately in the middle of the profile edge 25, the latter has a depression 26, i.e. a depression downwards, in its longitudinal extent. An end region 27 of the profiled upper edge 25 is bent over in the direction of the rear side 12 of the wall connection system 1.The profile panel 3 has a panel surface 31 extending over a front side of the wall connection profile 2. The aperture surface 31 is a planar surface in the embodiment shown. On its underside, the profile screen 3 has a retaining lug 32 which engages around the underside 14 of the wall connection profile 2. The retaining lug 32 is formed by a bevelling of the aperture surface 31 in the direction of the rear side 12 of the wall connection system 1.On its upper side, the profiled screen 3 has a screen upper edge 33 which covers the profiled upper edge 25. An end region of the upper edge 33 of the diaphragm is bent to form a retaining web 34.When applying the profile screen 3 to the wall connection profile 2, the retaining lug 32 is first brought under the underside of the covering section 23 of the wall connection profile 2. The screen surface 31 of the profiled screen 2 is then pressed against the wall connection profile 2 and the screen upper edge 33 of the profiled screen 2 is thereby pushed onto the profile upper edge 25 of the wall connection profile 2. In this case, a free outer edge of the retaining web 34 snaps or clicks into the depression 26 formed on the upper profile edge 25. This results in a locking connection between the profiled panel 3 and the wall connection profile 2. This locking connection is stable, but can be released without damage by pushing the upper edge 33 of the screen away from the upper edge 25 of the profile. The latching connection is retained solely by the profile panel 3 being latched or snapped into the wall connection profile 2, wherein the elements of the latching connection, which in the embodiment shown are the profile top edge 25 and the retaining web 34, are not visible from the outside after the latching or clicking. Further fastening elements are not necessary for forming the locking connection between the wall connection profile 2 and the profile panel 3.In the figures, the wall connection profile 2 and the profile panel 3 are each designed as longitudinal profiles. However, they can also be designed as corner molded parts. The wall connection profile 2 can be manufactured and assembled both linearly continuously and in short lengths as individual holders.Connectors, not shown, can be inserted between the wall connection profile 2 and the profile panel 3, which connect joints of the profile panel 3 visually and in a rain-proof manner.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
