Description

TECHNICAL FIELDThe present invention relates to the technical field of vehicle stopping of transport devices, in particular to a vehicle stopping device for dock transport devices.PRIOR ARTWith the rapid economic development, the cargo capacity on the dock cannot meet the actual demand, therefore it is necessary to re-implement transport devices such as ship unloaders. Safety in the conversion of transport equipment such as ship unloaders is very important. The usual solution consists in arranging a vehicle stop, wherein the position of the vehicle stop can be adjusted as desired. The vehicle stops of existing ship unloaders are generally fixed, permanent vehicle stops, so there are relatively few temporary vehicle stops whose position can be arbitrarily adjusted. Among them, the structure disclosed in Chinese Patent Application (CN 208615962 U) is most representative (as illustrated in FIG. 1 ). The base of the vehicle stop device is installed with two connecting blocks, with a through slot being arranged at the lower end of each connecting block for engaging on the railway rail. Rollers are arranged on the through slots for moving the vehicle stop. However, since the connection between the vehicle stopper and the through slot is movable, the stability against slipping and tilting of the vehicle stopper is limited or cannot achieve the function of blocking large transport equipment such as ship unloaders, which greatly restricts the use of the vehicle stopper.CONTENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONIn view of this, the present invention provides a vehicle stopping device for dock transportation apparatuses. It is distinguished by simple and convenient dismantling and assembly and any desired position setting. The structure has good stress, which has good stability against slipping and tipping. For the present invention, the above problems are solved by the following technical means:A vehicular stopper device for dock transportation equipment according to the present invention, the device comprising a steel support plate fixed to the lower end of the steel rail, two sets of support plates disposed parallel to both sides of the steel rail and vertically fixed to the steel support plate, a trapezoidal vehicular stopper steel frame having a vertical front surface fixed to the upper ends of two sets of support plates, and a buffer block fixed to the front surface of the vehicular stopper steel frame.Preferably, the trapezoidal vehicle-abutting steel frame comprises a trapezoidal frame combined and fixed by an upper plate, a lower plate, a stand plate and a rear slant plate, a web plate disposed at the center of the trapezoidal frame and fixedly connected to the vertical center line of the trapezoidal frame, and a waist plate for connecting the stand plate and the central part of the rear slant plate and disposed parallel to the upper plate and the lower plate, the waist plate being divided into a left portion and a right portion by the web plate, the buffer block being fixed at the upper center of the stand plate. It is preferably provided that furthermore between the stand plate and the rear inclined plate one or more stiffening plates arranged parallel to the upper plate and the lower plate are arranged.Preferably, it is provided that the buffer block is fixedly installed by means of connecting bolts, wherein the upper part of the connecting bolt is countersunk in the surface of the buffer block and is inserted by 2-3 cm.Preferably, it is arranged that the two sets of support plates are supported evenly at positions on both sides of the lower part of the vehicle abutting steel frame, the four corner points of the lower part of the vehicle abutting steel frame being connected to the support plate, respectively.Preferably, it is provided that the support plate is 3-5 cm higher than the steel rail. From the above technical solutions, it is apparent that the present invention has the following advantageous effects:For the vehicle stopper device for dock transportation equipment according to the present invention, the steel plate is welded and fixed into a trapezoidal vehicle stopper steel frame and welded and fixed to the steel support plate of the steel rail as a whole so as to be fixed to the high-pile dock directly above the steel rail as a temporary vehicle stopper for the ship unloader. The ship unloader is prevented from crossing the end of the rail to protect the ship unloader and buffer the impact force of the ship unloader. The vehicle stopping device for dock transportation apparatuses according to the present invention has advantages of being simple in manufacture and low in processing cost. The overall structure is a trapezoidal combination structure with good stress and good stability against slipping and tipping, whereby the operation of large transport devices such as ship unloaders can be effectively blocked. The vehicle stop is installed or removed by means of a welding machine or a cutting support plate, so that the installation position can be set arbitrarily, which is suitable for temporary blocking and safety devices for equipment running on steel rails under various environmental conditions. Installation and removal are simple and convenient, thereby reducing operator workload and improving operator work efficiency.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSFIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the structure of an existing vehicle stopping device, FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the structure of a vehicle stopping device for dock transportation equipment according to the present invention; FIG. 3 is a sectional view of A-A in FIG. 2.Reference numerals as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 : dock platform-1, steel rail-2, steel support plate-3, support plate-4, vehicle stop steel frame-5, upper plate-51, lower plate-52, stand plate-53, rear swash plate-54, web plate-55, waist plate-56, stiffening plate-57, buffer block-6, connecting bolt-7.DETAILED DESCRIPTIONIn describing the present utility model, it is to be understood that the orientation or positional relationships indicated by the terms center, above, below, front, rear, left, right, vertical, horizontal, above, below, inside, outside, etc. are based on the orientation or positional relationships illustrated in the drawing.
