Abstract
Description
Technical FieldThe invention belongs to the field of construction. In particular, it is a mounting frame for mounting solid components made of various materials, such as solid slats, dienes, wall and ceiling panels, decorative panels and claddings, without the use of nails, screws, adhesives or complex construction clamps. In the context of the present invention, the term "component with an opening" is understood to mean a component which has an opening on one edge and a groove on the other edge.Technical Knowledge of ArtThe mounting of the trim panels is well known (https: / / thermory.com / wpcontent / uploads / / 2022 / 05 / Thermory Installation Guide Claddin boards v3 A4 0 322 EST web.pdf) consisting of a metal profile fastened along the skirtboard, factory-mounted straight brackets arranged at a distance corresponding to the width of the skirtboard, these brackets being intended for the mounting of thermory skirtboards with a long groove on the underside for fastening the skirtboard to the bracket. The base strip can be placed on the clip with a click, wherein the clip is fixed in the groove on the underside of the base strip when the base strip is placed on and is not visible on the outer side of the base strip. A special key is to be used to remove the assembled trim panel from the brackets, and the brackets and the removed trim panels must be reusable. The disadvantage of the known mounting construction with cladding plates is that the clamps are of expensive design; they are suitable only for thermory cladding plates which have a groove suitable for the clamp on the underside. The metal profile to which the brackets are attached must be mounted on top of the reed. It is not possible to remove the cladding panels easily and quickly from the clamps without a special tool.A known construction metal strip (GB 2123868 A, 8.02.1984, Brian Robinson) consists of the upper stage, the lower stage and the fixed stage therebetween, the upper and lower stages pointing in opposite directions away from the fixed stage. The fixed step has mounting apertures which can be used as ventilation apertures. The closest technical solution is the multi-stage ledge with clamps (DE 4110749 A1, 28.08.1990, Josef Superberger), which is provided for use in laying massive bedding plates. The ledge consists of the lower step at each edge, the riser below the lower step at right angles to the lower step, and the upper step below the riser at right angles to the riser. The lower steps of the ledge are provided with mounting apertures. The riser must form a vent gap between the substructure and the cladding panels. The upper step of the lintel contains L-shaped brackets formed from a profiled strip cut from the upper step, one end of which is not cut. The distance between the individual brackets corresponds to the width of the front side of the cladding panel. Each end of the upper edge of the clamp front wall has a right-angled pointed corner whose height is twice the height of the central part of the clamp front wall. A known disadvantage of the latticework is the absence of ventilation openings in the riser. The grid is too bulky because it contains two elements: two sets and two lower sets. Unnecessary duplicate elements increase the time and amount of additive material required to attach the grid. The clip construction does not provide an expansion joint between the slats and does not allow the slats to be removed without damaging the clips or structural elements. The sharp corners protruding from the upright side of the bracket may distort or damage the publisher or the trim panels to be laid.MODE OF THE INVENTIONThe object of the invention is to develop a mounting strip for mounting components made of any materials and with any solid weight. The use of the mounting strip is intended to save solid components, reduce waste of solid components during mounting, allow reuse of mounting strips and solid components, and do not contain elements that can be damaged or deformed during use, contribute to maintaining the quality of the prefabricated components in the final product, reduce the time and material costs for the installation of prefabricated components, and save the labor force required for the installation of prefabricated components, including the skilled personnel. The object of the invention is to develop an unmounted, simply constructed mounting strip with clamps, which serves to mount solid components (slats, base strips, wall, ceiling and floor tiles, decorative panels and claddings) without using nails, screws, glue or complicatedly constructed clamps and to ensure the air circulation between the substructure and the solid components.Alternatively, a mounting tape can be used for the installation of solid building elements when no ventilation gap is required between the substructure and the solid building elements or when no space is available. The invention also relates to the development of a secure clamp for the assembly of solid components of simple construction, which enables the solid components to be easily placed on the clamps and removed again without damaging the clamps and the solid components, wherein the clamps must not contain sharp edges and projecting corners and must form a gap between the solid components. To this end and to fulfil the above-mentioned functions, a mounting connector for the mounting of structural elements is known, which consists of a step profile of metal or other material, which consists of the lower step, the riser step and the upper step with fastening openings, the upper and the lower step being oriented at right angles in the opposite direction to the riser step, the riser step forming a ventilation gap between the substructure and the solid components and the upper step being flanked by L-shaped brackets, the profile strips cut from the upper step, one end of which is uncut, the spacing of the individual brackets corresponding to the width of the front side of the solid component being supplemented as follows:the front face of the clamp is rectangular or square, ensuring the safety and reliability of the clamp construction, the upper edge of the front face of the clamp being uniformly straight and curved in order to avoid possible deformation of the clamp and the risk of possible injuries from the clamp, whereinthe height of the front side of the clamp exceeds the height of the bundle of solid components by 0.5 to 3 mm, whereby a distance of 0.5 to 3 mm is created between the components, the front side of the clamp is inclined outward from the imaginary vertical axis by 2-4°, which facilitates the mounting of the component on the clamp or the dismantling thereof, the width of the clip exceeds the width of the groove wall at the edge of the component in full width by 10-20%, which facilitates the mounting of the component on the clip or its removal from the clip,Air vents are provided in the riser pipes of the connecting profile to allow air circulation between the basic structure and the building elements. In cases where no ventilation gap is required or there is no space for it between the substructure and the solid component, L-shaped clamps are attached to the flat profile.Figure of the DrawingsThe construction of the invention is illustrated in detail in the drawings Figs. 1 and 2 which form part of the accompanying description. The invention is not limited to the example shown, but only to the points of the appended application. FIG. 1 shows a mounting strip for mounting components with a stepped profile. FIG. 2 shows a mounting strip with a stepped profile in the working position.Example of the reactionHereinafter, the invention will be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings showing a preferred embodiment of the invention. Nevertheless, the present invention may have different variants and therefore the illustrated embodiment should not be understood as the only possible embodiment. Rather, the present embodiment is presented to provide a thorough and complete overview of the invention and its field of application to those skilled in the art.A possible step-shaped profile frame for the mounting of solid pile components is illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2.The mounting strip consists of the profile 1 with the lower step 2, the upper step 3 and the intermediate riser step 4, which creates a step-shaped ventilation gap between the substructure and the solid wall elements. In the lower step 2 there are the fastening openings 2.1 for fastening the mounting bracket to the substructure. The step 4 is provided with ventilation openings 4.1 to allow air circulation between the substructure and the solid components. The upper step 3 is provided with L-shaped clamps 5 for fastening the solid components, which are formed by a profile strip cut from the upper step, one end of which is uncut, wherein the spacing of the individual clamps 5 corresponds to the width of the end face of the solid component. The front side 5.1 of the clamp 5 is vOn the imaginary vertical axis, the vertical axis is inclined outward by 2-4°, so that the groove wall on the edge of the solid component can be pushed into the clamp 5 as far as the clamp bottom. The width of the clip 5, including the width of the clip bottom, exceeds the thickness of the groove wall at the edge of the solid building element by 10-20%. The height of the clip 5 exceeds the height of the edge of the solid building element by 0.5 to 3 mm, thereby creating a distance of expansion between the building elements. The top surface of the front wall 5.1 of the clip 5 is smoothly straight and bent to secure the clip 5 to its safety. The spacing of the clamps 5 corresponding to the width from the front of the full aperture component ensures that the recess of the first full aperture component abuts the outer surface of the next clamp 5 front 5.1, the upper edge of the clamp 5 front 5.1 being 0.5 to 3 mm above the front of the recess of the component, so that a gap is formed between the bottom of the groove at the edge of the next full aperture component and the front of the recess of the previous full aperture component. In this case, the brackets 5 are not visible on the outer surface of the components connected to each other by pins. The ventilation openings 4.1 in the riser 4 of the profile 1 ensure air circulation between the substructure and the structural elements. In the profile 1, the step 4 is omitted if no ventilation gap is provided between the substructure and the solid component or no space is present. The assembly instructions for the assembly of the solid wall elements according to the invention function as follows: depending on whether or not a ventilation gap is required between the substructure and the construction made of solid wood components, either a mounting fitting with a stepped profile or a mounting fitting with a flat profile is to be selected.According to the solid components present, from the assembly lines according to the invention, the one is selected whose distance between the individual clamps 5 corresponds to the width of the front side of the solid component present. At least two fastening strips are then fastened to the substructure in parallel, horizontally, vertically or diagonally as required, with a spacing of at most 600 mm, in order to ensure adequate fastening of the structural elements. The clamps 5 must remain open in the direction of installation of the solid component. Before the solid component is placed on the clamps 5, it is necessary to check with a laser solder or an air cushion solder whether the clamps on which the component is placed are all aligned and, if appropriate, to adapt the position of the mounting joint. The solid structural element is placed on the clamp 5 in such a way that the groove at the edge of the solid structural element faces the open part of the clamp 5. The wall of the groove at the edge of the solid building element is pressed down uniformly as far as the bottom of the clamp 5, whereby the solid building element abuts the outer surface of the next clamp 5 front side 5.1, wherein the upper edge of the next clamp 5 front side 5.1 lies 0.5 to 3 mm above the surface of the mesh, so that a gap is formed between the bottom of the groove at the edge of the next solid building element and the surface of the mesh of the previous solid building element. The clamps 5 must not be visible on the outer surface of the structural elements connected by the dowel. The clamps and the solid components form a strong and uniform unit. It is recommended to attach the ends of the first solid building block to the mounting bracket with a screw or an adhesive to avoid shrinkage. The invention of the mounting bracket enables the mounting of solid components without the use of nails, screws, glue or complicatedly constructed fastening means. This fastening element eliminates the need to arrange the joints of the prefabricated elements above the fastening element, which significantly facilitates assembly, produces less waste and reduces the amount of work and skill in assembly. The use of a prefabricated mounting device for end-joined or end-joined solid components enables the maximum use of solid components and minimizes the waste they cause. Reducing the amount of waste is particularly necessary, for example, when solid plastic elements or painted solid wood elements, including painted trim panels, where the waste resulting from assembly is hazardous. The use of a sophisticated system for end-joined or end-joined solid building elements allows loosening of the joints, prevents the penetration of moisture into the joints and provides an optically aesthetic final result. The sophisticated mounting strip allows quick and easy installation of solid components and, if necessary, its removal or replacement without damage to the clamps and solid components. The sophisticated mounting strip makes it possible to remove from a wall of coated solid wood cladding boards all the boards which have to be coated anew individually, number them and send them to a wood-processing operation for cleaning, trimming and recoating, in order then to reassemble the solid wood cladding boards coated on the factory on the same mounting strips. The sophisticated mounting strip allows to reduce the time and labor, including the skilled personnel, for the mounting and maintenance of solid wood building elements, since only the selection of the appropriate mounting strip, the mounting of the mounting strips, the leveling, the alignment of the mounting strip and the position of the first building element require skilled personnel. The rest of the work, i.e. the assembly of the complete components on the consoles on the assembly lines, can be done by a skilled worker and his helper.A prefabricated prefabricated part for the installation of prefabricated structural elements can be produced in the factory, for example from sheet metal of 0.5-3 mm thickness and with any desired surface treatment.List of Designations:1 Profile 2 lower step 2.1 Fastening openings in the lower step 3 upper step 4 Riser 4.1 Ventilation openings in the rising step 5 Clamp 5.1 Front-side clampReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
