Claims

[1] Suction lance nozzle (1) for detachable connection to a material container, comprising: - a nozzle body (8) for receiving a suction lance, - a multi-part outer flange (2) consisting of at least two flange parts (4, 5), - wherein the outer flange (2) can be closed around the nozzle body (8) for assembly, - wherein a positive locking connection is provided between the outer flange (2) and the nozzle body (8), - and wherein the positive locking connection is formed by spatially segmented, mutually penetrating geometries (6, 7) between flange parts (4, 5) and nozzle body (8). [2] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to claim 1, wherein the locking takes place without elastic deformation of the components involved (8, 2). [3] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the nozzle body (8) has at least two radial recesses (7) into which corresponding projections (6) of the flange parts (4, 5) engage. [4] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the nozzle body (8) has at least two radial projections (6) which engage in corresponding recesses (7) in the flange parts (4, 5). [5] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the positive locking connection is designed such that it simultaneously secures the nozzle body (8) against axial displacement and against rotation. [6] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the locking means (6, 7) are arranged such that the nozzle body (8) is held in a self-centering manner in the outer flange (2) by the locking connection. [7] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the flange parts (4, 5) are designed such that they can be connected to one another via screws (12), clamps or quick-release means. [8] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the segmented locking means (6, 7) are arranged distributed uniformly over the circumference of the nozzle body (8). [9] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to claim 8, wherein the locking connection is formed by two locking means (6, 7) distributed evenly over the circumference of the nozzle body (8) and arranged at an angular distance of 180° from one another, or wherein the locking connection is formed by three locking means distributed evenly over the circumference of the nozzle body (8) and arranged at an angular distance of 120° from one another. [10] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the locking means (6, 7) are distributed asymmetrically over the circumference in order to ensure a defined installation position of the nozzle body (8) relative to the outer flange (2). [11] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the locking device is designed to be releasable and reusable without the locking means (6, 7) being damaged. [12] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the nozzle body (8) has a stop collar which is supported on the outside of the material container in order to prevent slipping of the nozzle body (8), in particular in such a way that the stop collar is formed by the outer flange (2). [13] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the flange parts (4, 5) of the outer flange (2) are constructed mirror-symmetrically. [14] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13, with an inner flange (3) corresponding to the outer flange (2), designed to cooperate with the outer flange (2), wherein the inner flange (3) serves as a clamping plate to clamp the wall of the container between the two flanges (2, 3). [15] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the nozzle body (8) has a plurality of locking regions (15) spaced apart from one another in the axial direction. [16] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the recesses (7) extend at right angles to the nozzle axis (10). [17] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the recesses (7) extend obliquely to the nozzle axis (10). [18] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 17, wherein a cover (16) is provided on the end of the nozzle body (8) projecting from the container, which cover is connected to the outer flange (2), wherein this connection is preferably made via a hinge joint, wherein the hinge has a pivot axis (17) which is mounted in two eyelets (11) arranged at the upper ends of the flange halves (4, 5), and wherein the cover (16) can be introduced into the eyelets (11), preferably during the assembly of the flange halves (4, 5), so that the cover (16) can be pivoted between a closed and an open position. [19] Suction lance nozzle (1) according to one of claims 1 to 18, which is designed as a kit, wherein the kit comprises at least the nozzle body (8), the multi-part outer flange (2) and an inner flange (3) as well as locking means (6, 7) for producing the locking connection between the outer flange (2) and the nozzle body (8), wherein the outer flange (2) can be connected mechanically but not integrally to the nozzle body (8), so that the nozzle (1) can be pre-assembled by the user and subsequently connected to a container. [20] System for removing bulk material from a container, comprising a material container and a suction lance nozzle (1) connected to the container according to one of claims 1 to 19.
