TECHNICAL FIELDThe present invention relates to the technical field of shoe production, in particular to a shoe midsole and a high heel therefor.PRIOR ARTThe midsole is the main component of the shoe, which is mounted as a molding on the shoe sole to directly support the sole of the human body. However, the midsoles in the prior art are generally stationary. Even if some shock absorbing layers are designed, there is no guarantee that the entire midsole will be suitable for different use scenarios.CONTENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONThe purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoe midsole and a high heel therefor to solve the problems existing in the above-mentioned prior art.
