Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The invention relates to a washable functional fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing effects, in particular a washable, highly elastic knitted fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing effects. State of the art
[0002] Conventional antibacterial fabrics usually contain silver or other antibacterial substances. Their basic principle is primarily based on their antibacterial, moisture-absorbing, and sweat-wicking properties to inhibit bacterial growth and reduce odor. However, the antibacterial substances in existing antibacterial fabrics are applied directly to the surface of the fabric. With increasing washing cycles, the antibacterial substances in the fabric gradually diminish, resulting in a reduction in the deodorizing effect. Since the antibacterial, moisture-absorbing, and sweat-wicking effects are not permanent, there is a risk of a reduction in the antibacterial effect. Object of the invention
[0003] The object of the invention is to provide a washable functional fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing effects, comprising a highly elastic knitted tubular fabric made of polyester fiber and elastane. The raw fabric is pretreated by refining to obtain a semi-bleached fabric. Subsequently, the semi-bleached fabric is dyed to obtain a dyed fabric, and the pH value is neutralized. A semi-finished fabric of the washable functional fabric with a first functional layer is obtained through dehydration, drying, and shaping. Subsequently, an antibacterial and deodorizing agent is applied to the surface of the semi-finished fabric of the washable functional fabric to form a second functional layer. The fabric is then shaped at high temperature and low speed to ensure that the agent fully penetrates the fabric fibers of the semi-finished fabric of the washable functional fabric. After cooling, a washable functional fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing properties is obtained. The second functional layer, formed by applying the antibacterial and deodorizing agent to the fabric, draws bacteria to the antibacterial fabric through the evaporation of human sweat, thereby achieving a sterilizing effect.
[0004] This object is achieved by the washable functional fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing effect, which comprises: a raw fabric, which is a highly elastic knitted fabric made of polyester fiber and elastane (spandex), woven with warp and weft, pretreated and refined into a semi-bleached fabric; a first functional layer applied to the surface of the semi-bleached fabric obtained after refining the raw fabric and bonded to it, thereby forming a semi-finished fabric of the washable functional fabric, so that a washable layer with a dyed layer is obtained; a second functional layer applied to the surface of the first functional layer and bonded to the first functional layer, thereby obtaining an antibacterial and deodorizing layer containing an antibacterial and deodorizing agent, which is an antibacterial agent made of silver ions, wherein the pretreatment of the raw fabric consists in placing it in a dye vat for pre-shrinkage and refining, whereby a semi-bleached fabric is obtained by removing impurities on the surface of the fabric after leaving the vat, after which the semi-bleached fabric is placed in the dye vat for dyeing treatment, soaked in a dye solution with a slightly acidic pH, and dyed at high temperature and high pressure so that the dye molecules can fully penetrate the fibers of the semi-bleached fabric, whereby the dyed fabric is neutralized with an alkaline solution after leaving the vat and dried for fixation, thus obtaining a semi-finished fabric of the wash-resistant functional fabric with the first functional layer on the surface,After that, an antibacterial and deodorizing agent is applied to the semi-finished fabric of the washable functional fabric and molded at high temperature and low speed, forming a second functional layer that evenly covers the fabric and completely penetrates the fabric fibers, so that after cooling, a washable functional fabric finished product with antibacterial and deodorizing functional layers is obtained. Ways to implement the invention
[0005] Fig. 1 to 4 show the wash-resistant functional fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing effects of the invention, which comprises: a grey fabric 20, a first functional layer 21 having a dyed layer, and a second functional layer 22 having antibacterial and deodorizing effects. The first functional layer 21 is a dyed layer applied to and bonded to the surface of the semi-bleached fabric obtained after refining the grey fabric. The second functional layer 22 is an antibacterial and deodorizing functional layer applied to the surface of the first functional layer 21 and bonded to the first functional layer 21. In the dyed layer, the semi-bleached fabric obtained after pretreatment and refining of the grey fabric is dyed to obtain a dyed fabric 20a, and the pH is neutralized. After dewatering and drying, a semi-finished fabric 20a of the washable functional fabric with the first functional layer 21 is formed. In the second functional layer, an antibacterial and deodorizing agent is applied to the surface of the semi-finished fabric 20a of the washable functional fabric with the first functional layer 21. High-temperature molding allows the antibacterial and deodorizing agent to fully penetrate the fibers of the semi-finished fabric 20a of the washable functional fabric, thereby forming the second functional layer 22.
[0006] By molding at high temperature and low speed, an antibacterial, deodorizing, and wash-resistant functional fabric finished product 2 is obtained. To better understand that the invention can achieve the above-mentioned effects, the main components of this invention and the corresponding relationships are described in detail below. With regard to Fig. 1 to 3, this invention consists of the following components.
[0007] In order to better understand that the invention can achieve the above-mentioned effects, the main components of this invention and the corresponding generated relationships are described in detail below.
[0008] The tubular fabric 20 is made of 85% polyester fiber (a synthetic fiber) and 15% elastane (a stretch fiber) woven with warp and weft. The tubular fabric 20 is placed in a dyeing vat containing an emulsifier and soaked in circulating hot water at 90 degrees for 30 minutes. Through pretreatment processes such as refining and removing impurities on the surface of the fabric, a semi-bleached fabric is obtained after leaving the vat. Then, the size and shape of the fabric are stabilized at a high temperature of 190 degrees and a running speed of 20 meters per minute, so that it is not easily deformed during subsequent high-temperature baking. The raw fabric 20 is pretreated. The pre-shrunk, refined, and impurity-removed semi-bleached fabric is molded at high temperature to prevent deformation and apply the first functional layer 21.
[0009] The material of the above-mentioned 20-gauge fabric can contain: 85% polyester and 15% elastane, or 82% polyester and 18% elastane, or 78% polyester and 22% elastane, or nylon and elastane, combined with high-needle count weaving (e.g., 28-needle, 32-needle, 36-needle, etc.). It is woven with warp and weft to form a dense gauze fabric with high elasticity and density.
[0010] In this embodiment, the above-mentioned raw fabric 20 can be woven as a single-sided knitted fabric (single jersey) or a double-sided knitted fabric (interlock knitting) so that the weaving surface of the raw fabric 20 has a high density.
[0011] The first functional layer 21 is a wash-resistant layer with a dyed layer, forming a semi-finished fabric 20a. The above-mentioned raw fabric 20 is dyed at 130 degrees Celsius under high temperature and high pressure for 40 minutes to obtain the dyed fabric 20a. After washing to remove any oil or impurities from the dyeing and finishing process, it is dried and fixed in an oven at a high temperature of 150 degrees Celsius and a running speed of 20 meters to form a dry fabric. It is placed in a dye vat and soaked in a dye solution with a slightly acidic pH. After the dyeing process at high temperature and high pressure, the dye molecules penetrate into the fibers of the dyed fabric 20a.Subsequently, the pH of the fabric 20a is neutralized with an alkaline solution and dried for fixation, so that it is coated on the surface of the fabric 20a and bonded to the fabric 20a to form a first wash-resistant functional layer 21 with a dyed layer. The colorfastness of the dyed layer is effectively stabilized, so that the fabric 20a is pretreated into a semi-finished base fabric of the wash-resistant functional fabric in order to apply an antibacterial and deodorizing agent of the second functional layer 22 to the fabric 20a of the wash-resistant functional fabric.
[0012] In this embodiment, the dyeing treatment of the first functional layer 21 is performed with a dye solution whose pH is maintained at 4.0 to allow the dye molecules to evenly penetrate the fibers of the dyed fabric 20a. Dyeing is performed at high temperature and high pressure at 130 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes to allow the dye molecules to evenly penetrate the fibers of the dyed fabric 20a. The dyed fabric 20a is then soaked in an alkaline solution (sodium hydroxide) with a pH of 11-12 at 85 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes to neutralize the acidic pH during dyeing, so that the neutralized pH of the semi-bleached dyed fabric is controlled in the range of 5-7, close to the pH of human skin. The dyed fabric 20a is washed after leaving the dye vat to remove any oil or impurities remaining during the dyeing process. It is then dried in an oven at a high temperature of 150 degrees Celsius and a running speed of 20 meters until a dry fabric is formed.
[0013] This results in a semi-finished fabric 20a of the wash-resistant functional fabric 20. The color of the dyed layer can effectively maintain stable color fastness, making the fabric 20a wash-resistant and not easily change color.
[0014] The second functional layer 22 is applied to the surface of the first functional layer 21 and bonded to the first functional layer. It contains an antibacterial and deodorizing agent X. The first functional layer 21 is coated on the semi-finished fabric 20a of the wash-resistant functional fabric obtained by drying the semi-bleached dyed fabric 20a of the raw fabric 20 pretreated as described above. It is described in more detail below: The antibacterial and deodorizing agent X is a silver ion antibacterial agent. In this embodiment, it is German Rudolf silver ion (RUCO-BAC AGP), which is bonded to the semi-finished fabric 20a of the washable functional fabric, so that the fabric 20a absorbs the silver ion antibacterial agent. It is water-insoluble and has activity but does not migrate. The silver ions in the antibacterial agent penetrate the DNA of the bacteria's cells, preventing them from metabolizing and multiplying until they die. This inhibits the virus's protein production, preventing it from multiplying in the host. Therefore, a sterilization effect is achieved.
[0015] The antibacterial and deodorizing agent of the second functional layer 22 is coated on the surface of the semi-finished fabric 20a of the washable functional fabric with the first functional layer 21. Then, it is passed through an oven twice at a high temperature of 150 degrees Celsius and a speed of 10 meters per minute to stretch the molecular chains of the fibers inside the fabric 20a at the high temperature, allowing the antibacterial and deodorizing agent (RUCO-BAC AGP) to fully and effectively integrate and evenly penetrate the fibers of the fabric 20a. After molding at high temperature and low speed, the antibacterial and deodorizing agent X can evenly cover and fully penetrate the fibers of the fabric 20a, allowing it to be saturated and absorbed by the fibers of the fabric 20a.After cooling, it is fully integrated into the molecular chain of the fibers as the temperature drops, forming the second functional layer. At the same time, an antibacterial, deodorizing, and washable functional fabric finished product 2 is obtained. As a result, the antibacterial, deodorizing, and washable effect of the functional fabric finished product 2 is not reduced after washing. Furthermore, the antibacterial and deodorizing agent X made of silver ions sends bacteria to the antibacterial fabric through the evaporation of human sweat, thereby achieving a sterilization effect and preventing bacterial growth. The antibacterial, deodorizing, and washable functional fabric finished product 2 avoids the production of ammonia through source sterilization, meaning it does not produce ammonia and also does not emit odors such as isovaleric acid, acetic acid, butyric acid, etc., so that the antibacterial and deodorizing effect is achieved to effectively eliminate sweat odor.
[0016] The above-mentioned wash-resistant functional fabric finished product 2 can be manufactured into various textiles with antibacterial and deodorizing effects for wearing or putting on the human body, for example sportswear (2A, as in Fig. 5), sports pants (2B, as shown in Fig. 6), sports underwear (2C , as shown in Fig. 7) and protective mask (2D, as shown in Fig.8). When worn or put on the human body, odor-causing bacteria are transferred to the fabric through the evaporation of human sweat or the water vapor in the breath. The silver ions in the antibacterial agent penetrate the DNA of the bacteria's cells and prevent their metabolism and proliferation until they die. This inhibits the virus's protein production, preventing it from multiplying in the host. Therefore, a sterilization effect is achieved. At the same time, the moisture-absorbing and sweat-wicking agent in the fabric can effectively absorb and wick away sweat, keep the skin dry, and prevent bacterial growth, thus achieving an antibacterial and deodorizing effect. Therefore, the washable functional fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing effects is obtained.
