Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The present utility model relates to the field of track construction technology and specifically to a drilling rig for maintenance and construction work on track slabs on existing lines. State of the art
[0002] The CRTS Type II track system with slab construction is a novel, ballast-free track system in which the rails, track slabs, and substructure or load-bearing layer are arranged continuously in the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal connection of the track slabs is achieved by tensioning the fine-rolled steel screw bars of the track slabs. The tensioning force of each fine-rolled steel screw bar is 50 kN, and six fine-rolled steel screw bars generate a total inter-slab tensioning force of 300 kN. After tensioning, the joint between the track slabs is grouted with concrete. Once the concrete in the slab joint reaches the designed strength, the track slabs form a continuous reinforced concrete structure. This structure withstands various forces, such as the weight of the train and temperature effects, as well as other forces, and provides a precise and level rail support necessary for the operation of high-speed trains. However, in the later maintenance phase, workers must drill holes into the track plates using hand drills. This process is labor-intensive for the construction workers and makes mobile execution of the construction work difficult.
[0003] Therefore, specialists in this field face the urgent task of designing a drilling rig for maintenance and construction work on track slabs on existing lines in order to solve the aforementioned technical problems. Content of the utility model
[0004] The present utility model aims to solve at least one of the technical problems present in existing technology. To this end, the present utility model proposes a drilling rig for maintenance and construction work on track slabs on existing railway lines. This drilling rig adapts to the track, is easy to move, can reduce the workload of the operating personnel, and increase work efficiency.
[0005] To solve the aforementioned problems, the present utility model provides a drilling rig for maintenance and construction work on track slabs on existing lines, comprising: a motion assembly, wherein the motion assembly comprises two coplanarly arranged base plates, a support frame assembled by welding square steel bars, provided on the tops of the base plates, and rollers interacting with the tracks, rotatably arranged at the four corners of the support frame; and a drilling assembly, wherein the drilling assembly comprises a generator arranged on the support frame, mounting plates provided on the two base plates at their end faces, support columns arranged on the mounting plates perpendicular to the mounting plates, racks provided on the sides of the support columns facing away from the support frame, support boxes mounted on the support columns in a shell-like manner, drive mechanisms provided on the support boxes to move the support boxes along the racks, drill housings provided on the sides of the support boxes facing away from the support frame, drills provided on the drill housings; and a water tank provided on one side of the support frame next to the generator, two water pumps provided on the water tank, and the water pumps connected to the drills via pipelines.
[0006] As an improvement, a connecting bushing is provided in the middle of the support frame on the side near the drilling assembly.
[0007] As an improvement, the drive mechanisms include gears that are rotatably mounted in the support boxes. The gears mesh with the racks. The shafts of the gears on the sides penetrate the support boxes and are connected to torsion bars with a T-shaped cross-section.
[0008] As an improvement, sleeves surrounding the drill bit receptacles are provided on the underside of the drill housings. Water inlet pipes connecting the inner and outer surfaces of the sleeves are located on the sleeve's side walls. The water pump outlets are connected to the water inlet pipes via piping.
[0009] As an improvement, the distance between the opposing rollers is 1435 mm.
[0010] Advantages of the present utility model compared to existing technology: The present utility model is equipped with a track-adapted movement assembly that allows it to move along the tracks on rollers. This ensures easy, time-saving, and energy-efficient mobility. The drilling rig is equipped with two drilling machines, enabling simultaneous drilling operations. This eliminates the need to manually hold the drilling equipment, reducing the difficulty of the drilling work, decreasing the workload for the operating personnel, and increasing work efficiency. The entire rig is compact, maneuverable, and easy to maintain.
