Abstract

Battery pack comprising: several battery cells (100), each provided with a pressure relief valve (110) at its base; a carrier plate (230) on which the several battery cells (100) are arranged, the carrier plate (230) being provided with pressure relief openings (231) associated with the pressure relief valves (110); a protective plate (250) covering an end face of the carrier plate (230) facing away from the battery cells (100), wherein a cavity is located between the protective plate (250) and the carrier plate (230), in which several separating ribs (251) are provided, dividing the cavity into several liquid cooling flow channels (252), the separating ribs (251), the protective plate (250) and the pressure relief openings (231) enclosing a pressure relief channel (240) with which the Liquid cooling flow channels (252) are connected in a heat-exchanging manner.
