Abstract
Description
1. Technical field
[0001] The invention relates to a mobile system cart for holding, storing, and organizing several handheld rotating power tools, in particular angle grinders, and associated accessories. The system cart is intended for use in workshops, industrial and craft businesses, and in agriculture. 2. State of the art
[0002] Various storage solutions for power tools are known from current technology. Angle grinders are often stored individually, for example in shelves, cabinets, or toolboxes. Mobile mounts or carts for individual tools are also known.
[0003] However, these existing solutions have several drawbacks. In particular, they lack a systematic, space-saving, and clearly organized arrangement of multiple angle grinders, including their power cables and accessories. Furthermore, these systems are often not designed to centrally supply multiple devices with electrical power simultaneously or to keep accessories such as cutting discs, grinding wheels, and clamping devices readily available. This results in increased space requirements, disorganized storage, and reduced workplace safety. 3. Object of the invention
[0004] The invention is based on the objective of providing a system trolley that enables the space-saving, safe, organized, and mobile storage of several angle grinders. This should ensure easy removal of the tools, tidy cable management, a central power supply, and structured storage of accessories. 4. Solution to the task
[0005] This task is solved by a system vehicle with the features of the protection claims.
[0006] The system trolley according to the invention has in particular the following features: • a base frame made of rectangular tubing (1) which is arranged on four system swivel casters, wherein at least two of the casters are lockable and wherein round steel (13) is welded to the base frame (1) to reinforce an inserted base plate (14), • two vertically arranged central supports (2), each having integrated cable suspensions (12), • several angle grinder mounts (5), for example five mounts welded to a base tube (15) and each consisting of two flat bars welded together in an L-shape, each flat bar having an upwardly bent tab for receiving and guiding the connecting cables, • a bent C-profile (6) arranged between the tool holders, which forms the basic framework for a protected, internal power strip, • Integrated holders (5) for the orderly guidance and storage of the connection cables of the angle grinders, • a power strip integrated in the C-profile (6), which can be connected to a standard mains voltage via a power cord with mains plug and serves to simultaneously supply power to several angle grinders, • an output cable in the form of an extension cable with socket connected to the power strip (6), which is led out laterally from the C-profile (6) to allow a larger working radius during grinding or cutting operations, • above the power strip a pluggable, flexibly expandable rectangular tube frame (3) including cable suspension (12) with several round steel bars with heads (7), for example in the form of carriage bolts, for the orderly storage of cutting discs, grinding discs or other grinding accessories, • Hollow profiles welded to the attachable rectangular tube frame (8) for holding spray cans and hand tools such as hammer, chisel, wire brush or side cutters, (9) • a further attachable clamp tube frame (4) with a rearwardly offset, bent round steel semi-finished product (10) for receiving screw clamps, • and round tubes (11) welded to both sides of the head of this tubular frame for mounting a welding shield or welding helmet. 5. Brief description of the drawings Fig. Figure 1 shows an isometric overall view of the system trolley with five provided mounting options for angle grinders. Fig. Figure 2 shows a front view of the angle grinder system trolley. Fig. Figure 3 shows a side view of the angle grinder system trolley. Fig. Figure 4 shows a top view of the angle grinder system trolley. 6. Example of implementation
[0007] A preferred embodiment of the invention is described in the Fig. Figures 1 to 4 are shown. The system trolley has a base frame (1) with dimensions of approximately 800 mm × 450 mm. The base frame is made of rectangular tubing (1) and is mounted on four swivel casters, two of which are lockable.
[0008] Two vertical center supports (2) made of rectangular tubing are arranged on the base frame (1). A total of five tool holders (5) made of shaped flat iron are attached to these center supports (2). The tool holders (5) are designed so that the angle grinders are held securely and can be easily removed at the same time. The connecting cables of the angle grinders are coiled up and hooked onto the upwardly bent tabs of the flat iron.
[0009] A bent C-profile (6) is arranged between the central supports (2), in which a power strip is integrated and protected. The power strip can be connected to an external power source via a power cord with a plug and centrally supplies all the angle grinders used with electrical power. An extension cord with a socket is also provided, which exits laterally from the C-profile side panel (16).
[0010] Above the C-profile is a clip-on rectangular tube frame (3) to which several round steel bars with heads (e.g., carriage bolts) (7) are attached for holding cutting and grinding discs. In addition, above the grinding elements on the tube frame are holders (8) and (9) for holding separate tools, such as hammers, pliers, spray cans, chisels, angle grinder wrenches, and other hand tools. Further clip-on tube frames (4) serve to hold clamps (10) as well as a welding shield and welding helmet (11). 7. Advantages of the invention
[0011] The system trolley according to the invention enables space-saving, organized, and secure storage of several angle grinders, including their accessories. Centralized power supply and tidy cable management enhance workplace safety. The modular and expandable design allows for flexible adaptation to diverse requirements in workshops and industrial settings. Thanks to its modular and flexible design, the angle grinder system trolley can be adapted to various work environments. This makes the system trolley suitable for use in craft and industrial businesses as well as in agricultural operations. A further advantage is that the trolley can be easily repositioned at any time using its casters, facilitating centralized transport of tools and quick relocation between different workstations with power supply.
