Abstract
A state detection and control device for technical systems, wherein all of the following functional units are combined in a single integrated device and form a continuous processing chain from the sensor input to the actuator output, comprising: - at least one sensor input (S_1, ..., S_n) for acquiring basic physical measurements of a monitored system, wherein the basic measurements include at least two of the quantities voltage, current, temperature, pressure, and frequency; - a gate processor (GP) configured to convert each acquired basic measurement into discrete gate states (0, 1, X) by means of gate operators (G_i), wherein 0 represents the non-fulfillment of a condition, 1 the fulfillment of a condition, and X an indeterminate intermediate state, which occurs in particular in the case of transient fluctuations, disturbed measurements, or insufficient data; - a tokenization module (TM) configured toto generate coherent gate tokens exclusively from the discrete gate states generated by the gate processor (GP), where each gate token represents a stable system state derived from the gate discretization and a temporally ordered sequence of gate tokens forms a state pattern; a neural processing unit (NPU) configured to process only the gate tokens—and not the raw physical data of the sensor inputs—as input data and to combine them in a weighted manner according to the principle h_j = σ(Σ w_ij · g_i + b_j) to generate a state description Z_O(t); an actuator interface (AI) with at least one actuator output (PWM, relay, or valve control) configured to derive a control variable A(t) = Φ(h(t), Θ) from the state description and output it to the monitored system; an output interface (AS) for logging the gate states. Gate tokens and status descriptions.
