Holder for cooking ingredient containers, especially for spice containers

Abstract

Holder (6) for cooking ingredient containers (4), in particular for spice containers, on ferromagnetic kitchen elements (2, 2-2), with a fastening means (6-2) to which a permanent magnet (6-1) is attached and a cooking ingredient container (4) can be attached.

Description

[0001] In small kitchenettes, storage space is limited, meaning that cooking ingredients, such as spices, cannot be stored in the immediate vicinity of the cooking area.

[0002] The object of the invention is therefore to provide a holder for cooking ingredient containers, in particular for spice containers, which allows easy access to various cooking ingredient containers even in small kitchen units. Furthermore, it is an object to provide a kitchen unit with such a holder.

[0003] These tasks are solved by the features of claim 1 and 5, respectively.

[0004] A mounting device comprising a permanent magnet, to which a cooking ingredient container can be attached, provides a holder for cooking ingredient containers, particularly spice containers, on ferromagnetic kitchen elements. The permanent magnet allows the cooking ingredient containers to adhere magnetically to ferromagnetic metal parts of the kitchen. If no ferromagnetic metal parts are present in the kitchen area, a ferromagnetic metal plate can easily be provided so that the cooking ingredient containers can be placed in the desired location. A preferred position for placing the cooking ingredient containers is the underside of tall kitchen cabinets. A plate made of ferromagnetic material, e.g., iron, can easily be attached to the underside of tall cabinets so that the cooking ingredient containers adhere magnetically to the underside of the tall cabinet – Claim 5.

[0005] According to the advantageous embodiment of the invention as per claim 2, the fastening means comprises a metal band and wire for connecting the permanent magnet and the cooking ingredient container. This represents a very simple construction of the holder according to the invention.

[0006] According to the advantageous embodiment of the invention as per claim 3, the fastening means comprises a clamping device for detachably attaching the cooking ingredient container to the fastening means. By means of this clamping device, different cooking ingredient containers can be detachably connected to the holder according to the invention.

[0007] According to the advantageous embodiment of the invention as per claim 4, the permanent magnet is bonded to the fastening element. This provides a simple and secure connection between the fastening element and the permanent magnet.

The permanent magnet 6-1 is attached to one end of the band, and the cooking ingredient container 4 is attached to the other end.
