Abstract
Integrated synthesis gas upgrading system (100), characterized in that the system (100) comprises: a subliquefaction compression unit (101) designed to compress gas components of the synthesis gas to a subliquefaction pressure, wherein the subliquefaction compression unit (101) is designed to compress the synthesis gas to a subliquefaction pressure of the gas component with the highest liquefaction pressure; a first pump unit (102) connected to the preliquefaction compression unit (101) and designed to receive the preliquefied synthesis gas and deliver it to another unit; a pressure vessel unit (103) connected to the first pump unit (102) and designed to receive and regulate the flow of the subliquefied synthesis gas;a stabilization chamber unit (104) connected to the pressure vessel unit (103) and designed to receive and process the subliquefied synthesis gas to remove impurities; a second pump unit (105) connected to the stabilization chamber unit (104) and designed to receive and transfer the processed synthesis gas to another unit; and an ignition chamber unit (106) connected to the second pump unit (105) and designed to carry out controlled ignition to ensure stable combustion of the processed synthesis gas.
