Abstract

Handlebar stem with simple cable routing, wherein the handlebar stem has a base body and a handlebar clamp and fork clamp arranged at both ends of the base body, wherein the handlebar clamp serves for connection to a handlebar, while the fork clamp serves for attachment to a fork steerer tube, characterized in that the handlebar clamp has a first clamping surface which overlaps with the outer surface of the handlebar, and that the handlebar clamp further comprises at least one cable routing section which is formed by an inwardly recessed first clamping surface, creating a cable routing space.
