Description

[0001] Device for adjusting a door drive. Technical area

[0002] The invention relates to a device for adjusting a door drive with respect to a car body of a vehicle. State of the art

[0003] Doors on passenger vehicles, for example, rail vehicles for local transport such as subways or commuter trains, are usually equipped with single or double-leaf sliding doors or pivoting-sliding doors. These are almost always equipped with a door drive that acts on the door panels, moving them between an open and a closed position. The door drive is usually designed as a pre-assembled functional unit located in the roof area of the vehicle above the door opening. This assembly must be carried out with great precision, as the position of the door panels in relation to the vehicle body is determined by the installation of the door drive. The door drive must therefore be attached precisely in all spatial directions and at all angular positions, otherwise the door panels will be incorrectly positioned, which not only has a detrimental visual impact on the vehicle but can also lead to malfunctions when the doors are operated. The door drive is mounted at specific fixed points on the car body, for which C-rails on the light metal profiles of integral car bodies are ideal. However, the position of these fixed points is subject to tolerances that occur during the car body manufacturing process, particularly during welding. Thus, adjusting the door drive is a complex and time-consuming process, requiring the placement of spacers of varying thicknesses between the fixed points, the door drive, and the car body. For the technical background, reference is made to EP 1 767 389 A2 and DE 20 2014 102405 U1. Description of the invention

[0004] The invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a device for adjusting a door drive with respect to a body of a vehicle, by means of which this adjustment can be carried out quickly and easily and in particular without further components such as intermediate layers.

[0005] The object is achieved by a device for adjusting a door drive with respect to a car body of a vehicle for a rail vehicle having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of subordinate claims.

[0006] According to the basic idea of the invention, a device for adjusting a door drive relative to a car body of a vehicle is described, wherein at least one door drive-side bracket is provided, which is designed for detachable arrangement on a door drive, and at least one car body-side bracket is provided, which is designed for detachable arrangement in a car body, wherein the position of the door drive-side bracket relative to the car body-side bracket is adjustable by means of at least one threaded rod, and wherein the door drive-side bracket is fixable to the car body-side bracket by means of a screw connection. This provides the advantage of being able to position a door drive relative to a car body quickly, easily, and precisely and, after adjustment of the relative position, being able to connect the door drive firmly and detachably to the car body by means of a screw connection provided on the device. This can also be done with door panels already attached to the door drive (door module). The latter is particularly advantageous because it allows the position of the door panels relative to the car body to be adjusted in the same operation.

[0007] Another significant advantage of the present invention is that the adjustment device allows the door drive to be linearly adjusted in two spatial directions (perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the car body), and the angle of the door drive relative to the car body can be adjusted around any rotational axis. This significantly reduces the labor required for door assembly and adjustment.

[0008] According to the invention, a device is provided which comprises two brackets, one of the brackets being provided for attachment to the car body and a further bracket being provided for attachment to the door drive. The brackets are designed such that they can be firmly and detachably connected to one another by means of a screw connection. The door drive-side bracket is equipped with a receptacle for a threaded spindle, which allows the screw connection for connecting the two brackets to be adjusted in one spatial direction with respect to the door drive-side bracket. For this purpose, the threaded spindle is equipped with a formation which comprises a bore through which the screw connection for connecting the two brackets is passed. The threaded spindle can be moved along its longitudinal axis by means of a nut, which results in the adjustment of the position of the screw connection.

[0009] The screw connection connecting the two brackets is routed through elongated holes in both the door drive-side bracket and the car body-side bracket, allowing a certain amount of displacement in two spatial directions. These spatial directions should preferably be arranged so that the threaded spindle allows the door drive to be adjusted in its relative height to the car body and transversely to the car body's longitudinal axis. The equally necessary adjustment along the car body's longitudinal axis can typically be accomplished very easily by simply attaching the car body-side brackets to the car body's C-rails.

[0010] It is particularly advantageous to provide two threaded rods for each door drive-side bracket, offset along the transverse axis of the car body, and two door drive-side brackets for each door drive, offset along the longitudinal axis of the car body. A door drive mounted in this way can be adjusted in all required spatial directions and angles by simply operating the threaded rods using the corresponding nuts and then fixed in its optimal position by tightening the screw connections. A particularly advantageous feature is that an entire door module (door drive with door leaves) is already loosely mounted on the car body during the adjustment work, eliminating the need for supporting equipment such as cranes. Brief description of the drawings

[0011] Examples include: Fig.1 Adjustment device exploded view. Fig.2 Adjustment device sectional view. Fig.3Adjustment device 1. Assembly step. Fig.4 Adjustment device 2. Assembly step. Fig.5 Adjustment device 3rd assembly step. Implementation of the invention

[0012] Fig.1shows an adjusting device in an exploded view by way of example and schematically. An adjusting device 1 is shown, as can be used in practical applications and which is constructed according to the first embodiment, in which a threaded spindle is arranged in a recess of a door drive-side bracket. The adjusting device 1 comprises a door drive-side bracket 4, which is made, for example, in two pieces from a milled part and a plate welded thereto, and two car body-side brackets 5. It is advantageous to provide two car body-side brackets 5 for each door drive-side bracket 4, since this better distributes the force introduced into the car body. The car body-side brackets 5 are designed for mounting on a car body, typically on C-rails, and have corresponding bores for screw connections. In the installed position, the door drive-side bracket 4 is adjacent to a car body-side bracket 5 and can be firmly and detachably connected to these car body-side brackets 5 by means of the screws 7 and the associated nuts 8. This also creates a firm connection between the door drive 2 and the car body. The door drive-side bracket 4 comprises recesses into which threaded rods 6 can be inserted. The exemplary embodiment shown represents two threaded rods 6, but only one threaded rod 6 can be provided without the adjustability of the angular position of the door drive 2. The threaded rods 6 have a section with an external thread and a shape which deviates from the circular shape of the cross-section of the threaded section. The threaded rods 6 are thus longitudinally displaceable in the recess of the door drive-side bracket 4 and secured against twisting. In this formation of the threaded rods 6 there is a hole through which the screws 7 are guided. In the following . Fig. 2This arrangement is clearly visible. Two of the three screws 7 are guided through the threaded rods 6, the third only penetrates the door drive-side bracket 4. This allows the position of the door drive 2 to be adjusted without tension. The longitudinal displacement of the threaded rods 6 is achieved by means of an adjusting nut 9 each, which engages in the thread of the corresponding threaded rod 6 and which, in turn, is arranged in a recess in the door drive-side bracket 4 so that it can rotate but is axially fixed. This allows the position of the threaded rods 6 to be adjusted separately from one another in relation to the door drive-side bracket 4. This allows both a height adjustment of the door drive 2 by simultaneously adjusting the threaded rods 6, and an adjustment of the angular position by adjusting one of the threaded rods 6 on one side.Since in practical applications two devices 1 according to the invention are provided at each end of a door drive 2, the angular position of the door drive 2 can also be adjusted about a transverse axis of the car body, for which purpose both threaded rods 6 of one device 1 are adjusted simultaneously and the threaded rods 6 of the second device 1 are not adjusted or are adjusted in the opposite direction.

[0013] Fig.2shows an example and schematically an adjusting device 1 in a sectional view. It shows a section through a door drive-side bracket 4 in the assembly position. The section is oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction of a car body 3. The car body 3 is shown as an integral construction made of a plurality of extruded light metal profiles and has C-rails to which the car body-side brackets 5 are detachably attached by means of screw connections. A door drive 2 is arranged on the door drive-side bracket 4, which is adjustable relative to the car body 3. The arrangement of the threaded rods 6 and the adjusting nuts 9 is clearly visible in this sectional view. Two of the three screws 7 penetrate the formations of the threaded rods 6, which each have a bore 10 for this purpose. The third screw 7 penetrates the door drive-side bracket 4 through a vertically aligned slot and can thus follow the adjustment of the threaded rods 6. The adjusting nuts 9 are guided in recesses of the door drive-side bracket 4 and are rotatable, but not axially displaceable.

[0014] Fig.3 shows an exemplary and schematic illustration of an adjusting device 1 during a first assembly step. In this first assembly step, the door drive-side bracket 4 is attached to a door drive 2 by means of screw connections. The threaded rods 6 are inserted into the corresponding recesses of the door drive-side bracket 4.

[0015] Fig.4shows an example and schematically an adjusting device 1 in a second assembly step. In this further assembly step, the adjusting nuts 9 are inserted into their recesses and their internal threads are engaged with the external thread of the threaded rods 6. The door drive-side bracket 4 is brought into its assembly position together with the door drive 2, but is not yet connected to the car body-side brackets 5. The car body itself is in Fig.4 not shown to clarify the assembly principle.

[0016] Fig.5shows an example and schematic of an adjusting device 1 during a third assembly step. In this subsequent assembly step, the screws 7 are in their assembly position and engaged with nuts 8. The door drive 2 is loosely connected to the car body, but can no longer fall off, and the previously required lifting equipment can be removed. In this assembly step, the position of the door drive 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the adjusting nuts 9. Once this position is correct, the screw connections 7, 8 can be tightened.
