Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for mounting at least one door leaf on a support of a guide system.
[0002] A guide system for two hinged door leaves, which can be inserted into a lateral insertion slot of a furniture body via a support, is shown, for example, in WO 2018 / 129574 A1.
[0003] US 2007 / 159037 A1 shows a guide system for moving a door leaf for a media cabinet. In a first position, the door leaf covers the furniture body, so that, for example, a screen arranged in the furniture body is concealed. In a further position, the door leaf can be inserted laterally into the furniture body, allowing an unobstructed view of the screen. Moving the door leaf along the front edge of the furniture body is not possible due to the lack of a guide rail. Fig. 5 US 2007 / 159037 A1 also shows that two furniture hinges are arranged on two separate brackets for pivotally supporting the door leaf. The brackets, together with the furniture hinges and the door leaf, can be inserted into the interior of the furniture body. The disadvantage of this is that the assembly of the door leaf is somewhat complicated, since the hinge cups of the furniture hinges must be precisely countersunk into corresponding openings in the door leaf. If the furniture hinges are also equipped with an adjustment device, the settings of the furniture hinges must be coordinated with one another; otherwise, this would lead to misalignment, distortion, or jamming of the door leaf.
[0004] US 2013 / 0232878 A1 shows a guide system for a door leaf that can be inserted into a lateral slot of a furniture body via a vertical support. Several hinges are provided for supporting the door leaf, which can be arranged on a common profile rail that is separate from the support. To install the profile rail, it must be pushed onto the support in a longitudinal direction. In order for the profile rail to be able to be pushed onto the vertical support directly on site, sufficient space must be available vertically. However, such space is not available in most installation situations.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to provide a method for mounting a door leaf on a support of a guide system which is improved compared to the prior art.
[0006] This is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
[0007] The method for mounting at least one door leaf on a support of a guide system of the type in question is characterized by the following steps: Providing a mounting part separate from the support, on which at least three or more furniture hinges are or will be arranged for the movable mounting of the at least one door leaf, connecting the furniture hinges arranged on the mounting part to the at least one door leaf, and detachably connecting the mounting part to the support of the guide system.
[0008] Thus, in a first assembly step, the at least one door leaf is attached to the mounting part via the furniture hinges. In a further assembly step, the mounting part—together with the attached door leaf—can be slid onto the support in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the support (e.g., from the front), resulting in a convenient and easy installation of the door leaf on the support.
[0009] According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the mounting part can be detachably connected to the carrier by sliding it on, by pressing it on or by hanging it on.
[0010] All furniture hinges for fastening the at least one door leaf are arranged or can be arranged on a common mounting part that is separate from the support, so that the mounting part with the furniture hinges pre-assembled thereon can be fastened to the support as a common structural unit via at least one fastening device. This eliminates the need to mount the furniture hinges individually on the support. A particular advantage of the invention is that the position of the mounting part - together with the furniture hinges arranged thereon - can be adjusted relative to the support by at least one adjustment device, so that when the mounting part is adjusted, all furniture hinges provided for fastening the door leaf can be adjusted synchronously and evenly relative to the support. The synchronous adjustment of the furniture hinges largely eliminates the risk of distortion or jamming of the door leaf.
[0011] The furniture hinges are either pre-assembled to the common mounting part or can alternatively be releasably attached to the mounting part. For the purpose of releasably attaching the furniture hinges, recesses and / or locking elements can be arranged or formed on the mounting part, through which the furniture hinges can be releasably locked (e.g., snapped onto) to the mounting part.
[0012] According to one embodiment, at least four furniture hinges can be arranged or arranged on the mounting part. The number of furniture hinges naturally depends on the respective height and weight of the door leaf. Therefore, more than four furniture hinges can also be provided on the mounting part, which, in an assembled state, are spaced apart from one another in a longitudinal direction of the mounting part.
[0013] The mounting part can, for example, be designed as an elongated rail, wherein it is preferably provided that the rail, in a connected state with the carrier, rests against the carrier substantially over its entire length.
[0014] The mounting part can be constructed either as a single piece or in multiple parts. In a multi-part design, two or more sections can be provided that are designed to be fastened to one another (for example, using a fastening adapter and / or screws), so that the mounting part, as a finished module, has at least three furniture hinges for fastening the at least one door leaf.
[0015] The at least one fastening device for fastening the mounting part to the carrier can, for example, have at least one projection arranged or formed on the carrier or on the mounting part, wherein the projection engages in a recess arranged on the mounting part or on the carrier when the mounting part is connected to the carrier. The at least one projection can therefore be arranged or formed either on the mounting part or on the carrier, wherein the projection engages in a corresponding recess in the carrier or the mounting part when connected to the carrier. According to one exemplary embodiment, it can be provided that at least two projections are provided which are spaced apart from one another in a longitudinal direction of the mounting part and / or in a longitudinal direction of the carrier.
[0016] As already mentioned, at least one adjustment device can be provided, by means of which, when the mounting part is connected to the support, a position of the mounting part relative to the support can be adjusted. The adjustment device can, for example, have at least one rotatably mounted adjustment wheel, wherein a position of the mounting part relative to the support can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment wheel. The at least one adjustment wheel can have a tool holder, wherein the adjustment wheel can be rotated by rotating the tool holder using a tool, for example, a screwdriver.
[0017] According to a further method step, it can be provided that in a connected state of the mounting part on the carrier, a position of the mounting part relative to the carrier is adjusted by at least one adjusting device.
[0018] Further details and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of the figures. [0019] Fig. 1a shows a perspective view of a piece of furniture 1 with a furniture body 2 and door leaves 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b movable relative thereto. The door leaves 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are each movably mounted by a guide system 5 between a first position, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b are aligned substantially coplanar to one another, and a second position, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b are aligned substantially parallel to one another. In the second (parallel) position, the door leaves 3a, 3b can be inserted into a lateral receiving compartment 8a of the furniture body 2, while the other door leaves 4a, 4b can be inserted into a further receiving compartment 8b in a parallel position to one another. The functionality is explained below using door leaves 3a and 3b, whereby the same explanations apply to the other door leaves 4a, 4b.The guide system 5 comprises a first guide rail 7a with a longitudinal direction (L), wherein a guide carriage 6 connectable to the second door leaf 3b is mounted so as to be movable along the first guide rail 7a.
[0020] Fig. 1b shows the furniture 1, where the door leaves 3a, 3b starting from the Fig. 1a shown coplanar position into an angular position to one another. The first door leaf 3a is mounted via three or more furniture hinges 10 on a support 11, which can be inserted into the receiving compartment 8a in a depth direction (Z). In the figure shown, the support 11 is in a transfer position, in which the support 11 adjoins the first guide rail 7a in the longitudinal direction (L), so that the guide carriage 6 can be transferred back and forth between the first guide rail 7a and the support 11. In the transfer position shown, the support 11 is releasably locked to the first guide rail 7a, wherein the locking between the first guide rail 7a and the support 11 can be released by the guide carriage 6 entering or onto the support 11. The support 11 is designed in the form of an elongated column, the length of which corresponds to at least half the height of the door leaves 3a, 3b.The two door leaves 3a, 3b are connected to each other in an articulated manner about a vertically extending axis via at least one hinge fitting 9. The second door leaf 3b is mounted on the guide carriage 6 for movement along the first guide rail 7a.
[0021] Fig. 2a shows the piece of furniture 1 with the door leaves 3a and 3b, which are now aligned parallel to each other. The support 11 has been unlocked by the entry of the guide carriage 6 from the first guide rail 7a, so that the support 11 (together with the guide carriage 6 and the door leaves 3a, 3b) can be inserted into the receiving compartment 8a in the depth direction (Z) along a second guide rail 7b of the guide system 5 (not shown here) running transversely to the longitudinal direction (L).
[0022] Fig. 2b shows the furniture 1 with the door leaves 3a, 3b, which are now in a fully inserted state in the receiving compartment 8a. The door leaves 3a, 3b are thus guided by the guide system 5 from a first position according to Fig. 1a , in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are aligned substantially coplanar to each other, and a second position according to Fig. 2b , in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are aligned essentially parallel to each other and can be accommodated within the receiving compartment 8a. In this way, for example, a Figuren 2a, 2b The kitchen 12 shown can be completely covered, so that the kitchen 12 can be visually separated from the remaining area of a living space. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the receiving compartment 8a is formed by a side wall 13a and a fixed furniture part 13b spaced parallel to the side wall 13a, wherein the two door leaves 3a, 3b can be inserted in a parallel position to one another between the side wall 13a and the fixed furniture part 13b.
[0023] Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the guide system 5 in the area between the side wall 13a and the fixed furniture part 13b, between which the receiving compartment 8a for receiving the door leaves 3a, 3b is formed. The first guide rail 7a has a longitudinal direction (L), which in an assembled position runs parallel to a front edge of the furniture body 2. A second guide rail 7b with a longitudinal direction (L2) is arranged on the fixed furniture part 13b, wherein the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 7a and the longitudinal direction (L2) of the second guide rail 7b run transversely, preferably substantially at right angles, to one another. The support 11 is designed for the movable mounting of the at least one door leaf 3a, wherein the door leaf 3a, in an assembled state, is connected via at least three or more furniture hinges 10 ( Fig. 1b ) is pivotally mounted on the carrier 11 about an axis extending vertically in the assembled position. The carrier 11 has at least one guide device 14, by means of which the carrier 11 can be moved along the second guide rail 7b in the depth direction (Z) and in a direction opposite to the depth direction (Z). In the figure shown, the guide device 14 of the carrier 11 has at least one roller 14a, which is movably mounted along a first track 17a of the second guide rail 7b.
[0024] In the illustrated embodiment, the carrier 11 can be releasably locked to the first guide rail 7a via a receiving device 15. The receiving device 15 is designed to receive the movable guide carriage 6, so that the guide carriage 6 can be retracted from the first guide rail 7a into the receiving device 15. For this purpose, guide grooves 20, 21 can be formed in the first guide rail 7a, which extend in the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 7a and which, in the transfer position of the receiving device 15, are aligned with corresponding guide grooves 20a, 21a of the receiving device 15. In this way, the rollers of the guide carriage 6 can be moved without an interfering abutting edge between the first guide rail 7a and the receiving device 15.
[0025] For improved decoupling between the receiving device 15 and the carrier 11, it can be provided that the receiving device 15 has at least one support roller 34 which is separate from the guide device 14 of the carrier 11 and is movably mounted along the second guide rail 7b. Preferably, the second guide rail 7b has a first track 17a and at least one second track 17b separate from the first track 17a, wherein the track roller 14a of the guide device 14 is movably mounted along the first track 17a of the second guide rail 7b, and the at least one support roller 34 of the receiving device 15 is movably mounted along the second track 17b of the second guide rail 7b.
[0026] The carrier 11 and the receiving device 15 are connected to one another in a movement-coupled manner during a movement along the second guide rail 7b in the depth direction (Z). Preferably, it is provided that the receiving device 15 is coupled to one another without play during a movement along the second guide rail 7b in the depth direction (Z) and in a direction opposite to the depth direction (Z). For improved support of the carrier 11, at least one further guide rail 7c can be provided, along which at least one further roller 19 of the carrier 11 is movably mounted.
[0027] Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the door leaf 3a, on which a mounting part 16 for attachment to the support 11 is pre-assembled. At least three (in the present case, five) furniture hinges 10 for pivotably supporting the door leaf 3a are arranged on the mounting part 16. The mounting part 16 can be designed in the figure as a rail running in the longitudinal direction (L1) of the support 11, which rail can be formed in one piece or in multiple parts. The mounting part 16 can be detachably connected to the support 11 in a direction running transversely to the longitudinal direction (L1) of the support 11, preferably by hooking it in.
[0028] The mounting part 16 has at least one flat contact surface 16a, which, when connected to the support 11, rests against a flat contact surface 11a of the support 11. By means of at least one adjustment device 35a, 35b, which is designed separately from the furniture hinges 10, a position of the mounting part 16 relative to the support 11 can be adjusted in the connected state. It is preferably provided that the upper adjustment device 35a can be used to adjust the position of the mounting part 16 relative to the support 11 in a lateral direction (X) and in a vertical direction (H), whereas the lower adjustment device 35b can only adjust the position of the mounting part 16 relative to the support 11 in a lateral direction (X).
[0029] The mounting part 16 is to be fastened to the carrier 11 by at least one fastening device 18a, 18b. In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening devices 18a, 18b each have at least one projection 19a, 19b ( Fig. 5 ) which, when the mounting part 16 is in a connected state, engage in a corresponding recess 36a, 36b of the mounting part 16. According to one exemplary embodiment, it can be provided that the projections 19a, 19b of the fastening devices 18a, 18b interact with the adjustment devices 35a, 35b of the mounting part 16, so that a position of the mounting part 16 relative to the carrier 11 is brought about via the projections 19a, 19b of the fastening devices 18a, 18b. When the mounting part 16 is in a connected state, the carrier 11 (together with the mounting part 16 and the door leaves 3a fastened via the furniture hinges 10) can be moved along the second guide rail 7b in the depth direction (Z) and in a direction opposite to the depth direction (Z). In the figure shown, the further guide rail 7c is arranged in an area close to the floor of the fixed furniture part 13b.
[0030] Fig. 5 shows the mounting part 16 with the furniture hinges 10 and the adjustment devices 35a, 35b in an exploded view. The mounting part 16 can be designed as a rail extending in the longitudinal direction (L1), wherein the furniture hinges 10 are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction (L1) in a fastened state. The furniture hinges 10 each have a first fitting part 10a for fastening to the mounting part 16 and a second fitting part 10b for fastening to the door leaf 3a, wherein the first fitting part 10a and the second fitting part 10b are pivotally connected to one another via at least one hinge axis, preferably via at least five hinge axes. The first fitting parts 10a of the furniture hinges 10 are either screwed to the mounting part 16 or releasably lockable to the mounting part 16.The fastening devices 18a, 18b each have a projection 19a, 19b arranged on the carrier 11, which, when the mounting part 16 is connected to the carrier 11, engage in corresponding recesses 36a, 36b of the mounting part 16. The projections 19a, 19b can each interact with the adjustment devices 35a, 35b, so that a position of the mounting part 16 relative to the carrier 11 is adjusted by actuating the adjustment devices 35a, 35b, by which a relative position between the mounting part 16 and the projections 19a, 19b can be changed.
[0031] Fig. 6 shows the mounting part 16 to be attached to the support 11, on which the furniture hinges 10 for the movable mounting of the door leaf 3a are arranged. For attachment, the mounting part 16 is guided with its flat contact surface 16a against the flat contact surface 11a of the support 11, wherein the projection 19a of the support 11 engages in the corresponding recess 36a of the mounting part 16. The projection 19a inserted into the recess 36a cooperates with the adjustment device 35a, which is attached to the mounting part 16 via a holder 23. To fix the mounting part 16, at least one or more fastening screws 26 can be used, which engage in an elongated hole 27 of the support 11 in the assembled state. However, in order for the mounting part 16 to remain adjustable relative to the carrier 11 in a connected state, the fastening screws 26 can, for example, have a recess, whereby the mounting part 16 is arranged with radial play relative to the fastening screw 26 - despite the fastening screw 26 being tightened.
[0032] Fig. 7a shows the projection 19a of the fastening device 18a, which is to be fastened to the carrier 11, in a released state on the adjusting device 35a, which is to be connected to the mounting part 16 via the holder 23. The projection 19a has at least one recess 37 for holding the mounting part 16, wherein the projection 19a can be inserted into an insertion opening 22 of the adjusting device 35a.
[0033] Fig. 7b shows the attached state of the projection 19a on the adjusting device 35a, wherein a component of the adjusting device 35a is received in the recess 37. The adjusting device 35a has a height adjustment 24, by means of which the holder 23 (and thus the mounting part 16) can be adjusted in a height direction (H) in the assembled state, whereby the door leaf 3a can also be adjusted in the height direction (H) relative to the support 11. Furthermore, a lateral adjustment 25 is provided, by means of which the holder 23 (and thus the mounting part 16) can be adjusted in a lateral direction (X) in the assembled state, whereby the door leaf 3a can also be adjusted in the lateral direction (X) relative to the support 11.
[0034] Fig. 8a shows the adjustment device 35a in a cross section, from which the height adjustment 24 and the side adjustment 25 ( Fig. 8b ) for adjusting the mounting part 16 relative to the support 11. The holder 23 of the adjusting device 35a is to be firmly connected to the mounting part 16 via at least one fastening means 31 (for example a screw). The projection 19a arranged on the support 11 interacts via the recess 37 with a first adjusting part 29a, which is mounted within a second adjusting part 29b and which is adjustable relative to the second adjusting part 29b in the lateral direction (X). The second adjusting part 29b is adjustable (together with the first adjusting part 29a) in the height direction (H).
[0035] The height adjustment 24 comprises an adjustment wheel 28a, which, in an assembled state, is rotatably mounted about a vertically extending axis of rotation, which is threadedly engaged with the second adjustment part 29b, and which is supported on a bolt 30c of the second adjustment part 29b. By rotating the adjustment wheel 28a, the second adjustment part 29b (together with the first adjustment part 29a) can be adjusted in the height direction (H) relative to the bracket 23, so that all the furniture hinges 10 provided for supporting the door leaf 3a and arranged on the mounting part 16 can also be adjusted synchronously in the height direction (H) relative to the support 11.
[0036] Fig. 8b shows the lateral adjustment 25 of the mounting part 16 relative to the carrier 11. The first adjustment part 29a is adjustable in the lateral direction (X) relative to the second adjustment part 29b by at least one linear guide 30. In the illustrated embodiment, the linear guide 38 comprises two, preferably cylindrical, bolts 30a, 30b for guiding the first adjustment part 29a in the lateral direction (X). The lateral adjustment 25 comprises a rotatably mounted adjustment wheel 28b, which, in an assembled state, is rotatably mounted about a horizontally extending axis of rotation and which is in threaded engagement with the first adjustment part 29a. By rotating the adjusting wheel 28b, the first adjusting part 29a can be adjusted in the lateral direction (X) relative to the second adjusting part 29b, so that all the furniture hinges 10 provided for supporting the door leaf 3a and arranged on the mounting part 16 can also be adjusted synchronously in the lateral direction (X) relative to the support 11.
[0037] The illustrated adjustment wheels 28a, 28b can each have a tool holder 24a, wherein the adjustment wheels 28a, 28b can be adjusted by rotating the tool holder 24a using a tool. Alternatively, it is possible for the height adjustment 24 and / or the lateral adjustment 25 to have at least one drive element with a tool holder 24a, separate from the adjustment wheels 28a, 28b and coupled in motion to the adjustment wheels 28a, 28b.
[0038] Fig. 9 shows the adjustment device 35a in an exploded view. The holder 23 is to be fastened to the mounting part 16 via the at least one fastening means 31 and has a further linear guide 32, by means of which the second adjustment part 29b can be adjusted in the height direction (H) relative to the holder 23 by rotating the adjustment wheel 28a. The first adjustment part 29a with the insertion opening 22 for inserting the projection 19a is displaceably mounted within the second adjustment part 29b by rotating the adjustment wheel 28b along the two bolts 30a, 30b of the linear guide 30 in the lateral direction (X). The adjustment wheel 28a is received between two housing parts 33a, 33b, wherein the adjustment wheel 28a can be driven by the tool holder 24a, which is separate from the adjustment wheel 28a.The rotational axis of the adjustment wheel 28a and the rotational axis of the tool holder 24a run transversely to each other, which, in addition to improved accessibility, also provides the possibility of changing a transmission ratio.
[0039] Fig. 10a shows an exemplary possibility for fastening a furniture hinge 10 to the mounting part 16. The mounting part 16 has at least one linear guide 38a, 38b, which extends at least partially in the longitudinal direction (L1) of the mounting part 16. However, it is also possible for the at least one linear guide 38a, 38b to extend transversely to the longitudinal direction (L1) of the mounting part 16. The furniture hinge 10 has a first fitting part 10a for fastening to the mounting part 16 and a fitting part 10b, which is articulated to the first fitting part 10a, for fastening to the door leaf 3a. The first fitting part 10a and the second fitting part 10b can be connected to one another via at least five, preferably at least seven, hinge axes (A, B, C, D, E, F, G), as shown in Fig. 11b is shown.
[0040] The furniture hinge 10 has at least one positive connection 39a, 39b, which interacts with the at least one linear guide 38a, 38b of the mounting part 16. In the illustrated embodiment, the furniture hinge 10 can be pushed onto the linear guides 38a, 38b of the mounting part 16 via the positive connections 39a, 39b and can be moved in the longitudinal direction (L1) of the mounting part 16. This offers the possibility, for example, of first attaching the furniture hinges 10 to the door leaf 3a in a first assembly step. In a second assembly step, the furniture hinges 10 pre-assembled on the door leaf 3a are pushed onto the mounting part 16 and thus obtain their exact position on the mounting part 16. This enables easy and quick assembly of the furniture hinges 10 and prevents undesired tension of the furniture hinges on the mounting part 16.By means of a locking element 40 (. Fig. 11a ) the furniture hinge 10 can be fixed to the mounting part 16, preferably by clamping. Fig. 10b shows the connected state of the furniture hinge 10 on the mounting part 16.
[0041] Fig. 11a shows the furniture hinge 10 arranged on the mounting part 16 in a cross-sectional view. The positive-locking connections 39a, 39b of the furniture hinge 10 interact with the linear guides 38a, 38b of the mounting part 16. The position of the furniture hinge 10 relative to the mounting part 16 can be locked, preferably by clamping, by at least one locking element 40. In the illustrated embodiment, the locking element 40 is designed as a rotatable clamping screw, which is mounted on the second fitting part 10a of the furniture hinge 10 and can be pressed against the mounting part 19 by rotation.
[0042] Fig. 11bshows the furniture hinge 10 in an exploded view. The first fitting part 10a and the second fitting part 10b are pivotally connected to one another via seven pivot axes (A, B, C, D, E, F, G). At least one, preferably all, support levers 41 and / or fitting parts 10a, 10b of the furniture hinge 10 have at least two partial levers 41a, 41b, which are spaced apart from one another in a longitudinal direction of the pivot axes (A, B, C, D, E, F, G). This dual design of the support lever 41 makes the furniture hinge 10 particularly well suited for high load bearing.
