Description
[0001] The invention relates to an arrangement for guiding a movable furniture part, in particular at least one furniture door, relative to a stationary furniture part, comprising at least one guide rail, in particular to be attached to the stationary furniture part, at least one guide device movably mounted on the at least one guide rail, in particular to be coupled to the movable furniture part, and at least one first cable, which can be attached to the stationary furniture part on one side and coupled to the at least one guide device on the other, wherein at least one fastening device is provided for attaching the at least one first cable to the stationary furniture part.

[0003] Arrangements for guiding a movable furniture part relative to a stationary furniture part are known from the prior art.
[0004] The applicant's own WO 2018 / 129568 A1 discloses an arrangement for guiding a movable furniture part, in particular at least one furniture door, relative to a stationary furniture part, wherein in one embodiment two such arrangements for guiding a movable furniture part are provided, which make it possible to move a movable furniture part along a guide rail arranged on a stationary furniture part. A similar arrangement is disclosed in US 5078461A.
[0005] If the movable furniture part comes to an abrupt stop during a movement – for example, due to it hitting an obstacle – the at least one first ropes of the two arrangements are subjected to a high load at a connection point between the at least one first ropes and the stationary furniture part. This constitutes an overload situation. Such an overload can lead to the breaking of the at least one first ropes or to the loosening of a connection between the at least one first ropes and the stationary furniture part.
[0006] The object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a fastening device that is improved compared to the prior art. A further object is to provide a piece of furniture with at least one such arrangement.

1. An arrangement (1) for guiding a moveable furniture part (2), in particular at least one furniture door, relative to a stationary furniture part (3), comprising at least one guide rail (4, 17) which is to be fixed in particular to the stationary furniture part, at least one guide device (5, 18) which is mounted moveably to the at least one guide rail (4, 17) and which can be coupled in particular to the moveable furniture part (2) and at least one first cable (6, 19) which on the one hand can be fixed to the stationary furniture part (3) and on the other hand can be coupled to the at least one guide device (5, 18), wherein at least one fixing device (7, 20) for fixing the at least one first cable (6, 19) to the stationary furniture part (3) is provided, wherein the arrangement (1) includes at least one further guide rail (4, 17), at least one further guide device (5, 18) mounted moveably thereto, at least one further cable (6, 19) which on the one hand can be fixed to the stationary furniture part (3) and on the other hand can be coupled to the at least one further guide device (5, 18), and at least one further fixing device (7, 20) for fixing the at least one further cable (6, 19) to the stationary furniture part (3), and wherein at least one carrier (22) is provided, to which the moveable furniture part (2) can be mounted and which is mounted moveably by way of the provided guide devices (5, 18) on the provided guide rails (4, 17), characterized in that the at least one fixing device (7, 20) comprises at least one elastic means (9) for absorbing forces acting on the at least one first cable (6, 19), wherein the at least one fixing device (7, 20) has a mounting device (8) which is designed in such a way that the at least one first cable (6, 19) is mounted in a manner that allows limited movement relative to the stationary furniture part (3) in the event of an overload, in that the mounting device (8) comprises at least one slide (13) to which the at least one first cable (6, 19) can be attached, and the at least one fixing device (7, 20) has at least one guide (14) for guiding the at least one slide (13), that the mounting device (8) has at least one device for fixing (11) the at least one first cable (6, 19), and that the at least one further fixing device (7, 20) has a mounting device (8) which is designed in such a way that the at least one further cable (6, 19) is mounted in a manner that allows limited movement relative to the fixed furniture part (3) in the event of overload.
2. The arrangement as set forth in claim 1, wherein the at least one fixing device (7, 20) comprises at least one main body (10), wherein the at least one elastic means (9) is connected to the at least one main body (10) and the mounting device (8).
3. The arrangement as set forth in claim 1 or 2, wherein the at least one elastic means (9) is designed as a spring, preferably a compression spring.
4. The arrangement as set forth in claim 3, wherein the at least one cable (6, 19) is arranged in sections within the spring.
5. The arrangement as set forth in one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the at least one guide (14) for guiding the at least one slide (13) is designed in the shape of a groove.

The arrangement as set forth in one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the at least one fixing device (7, 20) comprises an interface (15) for connecting the at least one fixing device (7, 20) to the stationary furniture part (3) and / or to the at least one guide rail (4, 17), preferably at an end (16, 21) of the at least one guide rail (4, 17).
7. The arrangement as set forth in one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first cable (6, 19) and the at least one further cable (6, 19) can be respectively fixed in the region of an end (16, 21) of the respective guide rail (4, 17) to the stationary furniture part (3), wherein the ends (16, 21) of the respective guide rail are spaced from each other in a longitudinal direction (L) of the guide rails (4, 17).
8. The arrangement as set forth in one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the arrangement includes at least one synchronization device (23) for synchronization of the movement of the provided guide devices (5, 18).
9. An article of furnitire (100) comprising at least one moveable furniture part (2), in particular at least one furniture door, a stationary furniture part (3) and at least one arrangement (1) as set forth in one of claims 1 to 8 for guiding the moveable furniture part (2) relative to the stationary furniture part (3).
10. The article of furniture as set forth in claim 9, wherein the article of furniture (100) includes at least one, preferably shaft-shaped, hollow space (101) for at least region-wise accomodating the at least one moveable furniture part (2).
