Description
State of the art
[0001] Insertion devices with a socket on a supporting structure, such as a wall or a profile element, and a plug-in part that fits the socket and can be removably connected to one another are used in various designs. For example, inserting devices are used to accommodate arrangements for the presentation of objects such as goods in sales or exhibition spaces, preferably on the walls of the sales spaces.
[0002] The insertion device must meet the highest standards in terms of functionality, technology, appearance, and installation conditions. The state of the art is represented by DE 102006037119 A1, DE102016113419A1, US9509074B2, US2926327A, and DE 102016121435 B3. Object and advantages of the invention
[0003] The object of the present invention is to provide an improved insertion device of the type described above for a product presentation arrangement, or more specifically, a product presentation insertion device, particularly with regard to providing expanded functionality of the insertion device. The expanded functionality of the insertion device does not affect the carrying properties of the insertion device. The expanded functionality serves to provide increased user comfort of the insertion device, for example, for a visually or optically improved product presentation.
[0004] This task is solved by the independent claims.
[0005] The dependent claims address advantageous and useful variants of the invention.
[0006] The present invention is based on a plug-in device for an arrangement for displaying goods, comprising a socket which can be attached to a supporting structure and an insert part which is separate from the socket, wherein the insert part has an insert section which can be inserted into a receptacle of the socket in an inserting direction along an inserting axis until a connected state of the plug-in device is reached, so that in the connected state the insert part and the socket are detachably connected to one another, wherein the insert section has an end region and an outer casing region, and wherein the receptacle of the socket has an end region which is at the front in the inserting direction and an inner casing region, wherein in the connected state the casing region of the insert section and the casing region of the receptacle come into contact with one another. In addition, an electrification arrangement is provided in order to supply an electrical load electrically via the plug-in device in the connected state of the plug-in device, wherein an electrical connection is set up via the socket and the plug-in part for the electrical supply in that an electrically conductive contact is set up by galvanic contact between a first contact point of a contact section of the electrification arrangement on the socket and a second contact point of a contact section of the electrification arrangement on the plug-in section.
[0007] In this context, a contact point is understood to be a physical area that exists regardless of whether a galvanic contact is currently established with it or not. Therefore, non-contacted areas, such as those that are temporarily galvanically isolated, are also referred to as contact points.
[0008] The socket in particular has a section for attaching the socket to the supporting structure. These can be, for example, through holes in, e.g., a flange section of the socket for screwing means passing through this for screwing the socket to a rear wall of a wall element or a profile rail. The receptacle provides a cavity open for insertion, wherein the receptacle, when mounted on the supporting structure, is accessible or open from an insertion side for attaching the plug-in part. For example, in the case of a regular rear-mounted wall installation of the socket, the receptacle is freely accessible from the front or visible side of the wall via a prepared hole in a corresponding wall element, which, for example, is aligned with an opening in the receptacle at the front, wherein the remaining sections of the socket are concealed by the wall element.
[0009] Preferably, the receptacle has a jacket region or wall section that radially delimits the receptacle in the insertion direction, with an axial length corresponding to the length of the insertion section. The jacket region is preferably tapered in the insertion direction, which refers to the inside of a socket wall of the socket. The socket wall can be designed to protrude externally, projecting rearwardly from the flat flange section of the socket, e.g., in a sleeve-like or cylindrical configuration.
[0010] The insertion section preferably comprises an outer jacket region that matches the jacket region of the socket. The jacket region of the receptacle and the jacket region of the insertion section, or at least significant regions thereof, come into planar contact with one another when the plug-in device is connected, so that the planar contact ensures a firm holding state of the plug-in part on the socket. This advantageously allows comparatively large holding forces to be realized compactly when the plug-in part and socket are connected.
[0011] The jacket area of the receptacle on the inside of the socket is tapered in the insertion direction, preferably conically tapered. Corresponding to the conicity of the socket jacket area, the outer jacket area of the plug-in part is also conically tapered.
[0012] The jacket area of the receptacle is preferably formed at least substantially as a straight truncated cone, as is the jacket area of the insertion section.
[0013] Also preferably, an anti-rotation device acting between the socket and the plug-in part is designed to prevent a rotational movement of the plug-in part about the plug-in axis of the plug-in part in the connected state of the plug-in device.
[0014] The essence of the present invention is that the first contact point is formed on the socket in the casing region of the receptacle and that the second contact point is formed on the plug-in section in the casing region of the plug-in section, so that in the connected state the first contact point in the casing region of the socket and the second contact point in the casing region of the plug-in section are electrically contacted with one another.
[0015] An electrical contact means that a galvanic contact is established between the two contact points.
[0016] This advantageously allows any electrical load on the plug-in part to be supplied with power via the plug-in device, such as an electrical lighting device or lighting arrangement for illuminating and illuminating a product display area in which goods are or can be displayed. This increases the functionality of the plug-in device with regard to visually appealing product presentation.
[0017] In the connected state, provided that the contact section of the socket is supplied with electricity from the outside, for example via a power grid, the contact section of the plug-in part is electrifiable. From there, an electrical connecting line leads to the consumer, for example. Switching means for switching or, for example, manually switching on and off the electrical supply to the electrical consumer are preferably provided on the plug-in device or the product display arrangement and / or externally.
[0018] The first contact point and the second contact point are preferably adjacent to each other in the radial direction relative to the insertion axis. The first contact point and the second contact point are spaced, for example, by 2, 5, or 10 millimeters from the respective end region of the socket base and a free end of the insertion section.
[0019] According to the invention, the contact section of the electrification arrangement on the socket has two spaced-apart first contact points, and the contact section of the electrification arrangement on the plug-in section has two spaced-apart second contact points, wherein a first contact point and a second contact point, which are connected to one another, belong to a common electrical pole. The contact section on the socket is preferably formed by two separate components, as is the contact section on the plug-in section; for example, the respective contact section is formed by two strip-shaped metallic plates.
[0020] According to the invention, both first contact points are galvanically in contact with the corresponding second contact point in the connected state, thus enabling a two-pole electrical supply. According to the invention, the contact points are radially opposite one another relative to a central longitudinal axis of the plug-in device, preferably at the same axial height or in a common axial plane.
[0021] In the casing area of the receptacle there is an opening open to the outside, whereby in the connected state of the plug-in device the galvanic contact between the first contact point and the second contact point is established via the opening.
[0022] The opening is present in the shell area of the holder in an associated wall section that encloses the holder.
[0023] Preferably, the receptacle with its receiving volume for the plug-in section is pot-shaped or open at the front according to a front axial opening for inserting the plug-in section. At the rear or axially opposite the front axial opening, the receptacle is preferably closed by a socket or pot base. The opening comprises only a comparatively small opening area. The opening is preferably formed over a partial axial length of the wall section and over a partial circumference of, for example, 10 to 30 angular degrees. For the different electrical poles or differently polarized contacts, two radially opposite openings are preferably provided in the casing region or in the associated wall section.
[0024] An advantageous variant is that the socket has a socket base that is axially aligned with the insertion axis, with the socket base being at least substantially closed. This makes the socket easy to manufacture. Furthermore, the socket receptacle, into which the insertion section is inserted, is protected against the ingress of dirt or moisture into the receptacle from the rear of the socket when installed or from areas behind the supporting structure, such as the supporting wall.
[0025] The socket base closes the sleeve-shaped wall section at the rear or back or opposite the insertion side. In the area of the socket base, there is no galvanic contact or no electrically conductive feed or connection, and no electrical line contact for the electrical supply is provided. The socket base is preferably completely or at least essentially closed. The socket base forms a closed receptacle for the socket at its front end in the insertion direction. Advantageously, a permanent magnet, for example, can be accommodated in the area of the socket base to hold the magnetic insertion section on the socket side.
[0026] According to another advantageous embodiment, the opening in the jacket area of the receptacle is spaced from the socket base in the direction of the insertion axis. This allows for protected contact. The opening, which is present, for example, in a rectangular shape in the cylindrical wall section, is spaced from the socket base over a closed area of the wall section.
[0027] A further advantage is that the insertion section has a recess on its outer side which is recessed relative to sections of the outer side of the insertion section that border the recess, wherein the contact section on the insertion section is present within the recess. The contact section has the second contact point. Preferably, the contact section of the insertion section is present on a plug-in part plug-in element. The contact section of the insertion section and the plug-in part plug-in element are preferably designed with one another or together, for example as a plug-in member that is received in the recess, e.g. slightly fixed to walls of the recess by friction effects and / or held by magnetic forces of magnetic means of the plug-in device.Preferably, the recess and the contact section are matched to the plug-in part plug-in element in such a way that the contact section and the plug-in part plug-in element do not protrude from an enveloping surface of the plug-in section or protrude from the, for example, conical enveloping surface of the plug-in section.
[0028] The embedded or recessed accommodation of the contact section enables a compact and protected design of the electrification arrangement or the second contact point. The recess is designed, for example, as an elongated groove that is narrow in the longitudinal direction of the plug-in section and has a width dimension of the recess over a small partial circumference of, for example, 30 to 50 or 40 angular degrees. The length of the recess is, for example, approximately half the length of the plug-in section. The recess is open, for example, in the plug-in direction or to the rear towards a free end of the plug-in section. Towards the front, the recess preferably extends as far as an opening in the plug-in section, such as a transverse bore. The opening is preferably open to or connected to a cavity, such as a longitudinal bore in an attachment section of the plug-in part.
[0029] The opening in the insert section extends close to the beginning of the insert section or to the area where the insert section reaches a mounting section of the insert part. An extension can be attached to the mounting section, which forms part of the product display arrangement.
[0030] According to an advantageous modification of the invention, the plug-in part has a cavity designed to accommodate an electrical cable. The cavity is formed, for example, by a central longitudinal bore that serves to accommodate an electrical conductor for routing the cable from the contact section on the plug-in section to a front, free end of the plug-in part. Thus, the conductor in the cavity, housed in a protected manner on the inside of the plug-in part, extends from the contact section on the plug-in section to an open end of the plug-in section. From there, an electrical connection can be established to an electrical load of the merchandise display arrangement, e.g., via a cable extension.
[0031] For example, a multi-core cable that is electrically insulated from the outside can be passed through the hole.
[0032] The cavity serves for the protected, space-saving accommodation of an electrically conductive bridge over a substantial length of the plug-in part, in particular over a partial length of the plug-in section and preferably over the entire length of the attachment section.
[0033] The cavity preferably has a central recess or bore which is axially open at the front end of the attachment section, i.e. the end which is remote from the insertion section.
[0034] The cavity is open at its other, or inner, end to the opening to which the recess in the insertion section extends. This provides a continuous internal connection space between the contact section on the insertion section and a free end of the attachment section on the insertion part, i.e., on the side of the product display arrangement.
[0035] The opening preferably extends completely through the insertion section and is aligned, for example, transversely to the longitudinal bore. The opening extends to the opening outlets on the outside of the insertion section, which are spaced apart or separated from one another. Since the opening is connected to the cavity, the opening outlets are located, for example, at radially opposite locations on the outside or form open areas on both sides of the insertion section's outside. Except for the two opening outlets on the insertion section and the axially open side of the attachment section, the cavity is preferably closed.
[0036] Advantageously, the contact section of the electrification arrangement is connected to the plug-in section with the electrical line accommodated in the cavity of the plug-in part. This enables electrical conduction over a partial length of the plug-in part. The galvanic contact between the contact section and the electrical line is preferably established by, for example, a soldered connection or a detachable plug contact.
[0037] Advantageously, the contact section of the electrification arrangement can be plugged into a plug-in element. Preferably, the contact section on the socket and the contact section on the plug-in section are releasably inserted into a respective associated plug-in element.
[0038] Another advantageous embodiment provides that the contact section of the electrification arrangement is provided on the socket on a socket plug element, wherein the socket plug element is made of an electrically insulating material. This allows electrical insulation of the socket contact section from the socket. The socket contact section is formed, for example, from a thin metal plate that can be inserted into a seat on the socket plug element that is matched to the shape and size of the contact section or the metal plate. The socket contact section is preferably connected to the socket plug element in a snap-in manner via a releasable snap-in connection.
[0039] The socket contact section is preferably formed from spring steel. The socket contact section preferably has a resiliently designed spring section such that the socket plug element can be locked to the contact section by the spring section protruding from the socket plug element, by means of a resilient snapping of the spring section into a contour or recess on the socket plug element. The first contact point is preferably also formed on a resilient section, thereby providing a prestress, via which a secure galvanic contact can advantageously be established between the first contact point and the second contact point, which belongs to the contact section on the plug-in section. This occurs when the plug-in part and the socket are in the connected state.
[0040] The socket is preferably made of a metal material such as a cast part. The socket plug element, which is part of the electrification arrangement, is made of a plastic material, for example. The socket plug element with the contact section can be plugged into the socket. An insertion contour for inserting the socket plug element is provided on the outside of the socket. The socket plug element can preferably be attached to the socket via a sliding fit. The first contact section is electrically insulated from the metallic socket by being received in the socket plug element when the socket plug element is attached to the socket. When the first contact section is electrically energized, the socket remains de-energized.
[0041] The first contact section is preferably detachably insertable into the socket plug element. When attached to the socket, the socket plug element has an opening at the front or open side, preferably an axially open side at the rear. An electrically conductive connection of the first contact section is established via the open side from the outside, e.g., from the rear to the supporting structure, for example, via an electrical supply line, such as a power cable, reaching the socket. The cable preferably extends through the open side and is electrically conductively connected, e.g., soldered, to at least one conductive wire of the cable at the contact section.
[0042] To provide a separate two-pole electrical supply, the socket has two recesses for a suitably insertable socket plug element, each with a contact section.
[0043] According to a preferred variant, the contact section of the electrification arrangement is provided on the plug-in part on a plug-in part element, wherein the plug-in part element is made of an electrically insulating material. The plug-in part element is a separate component from the plug-in part, which is preferably made of a metal material, and can preferably be inserted thereto in a fitting manner. To provide a separate two-pole electrical supply, two recesses are provided on the plug-in section, each for a fittingly insertable plug-in part element.
[0044] The plug-in contact section is formed, for example, from a thin metal plate that can be inserted into a seat on the plug-in element that is tailored to the shape and size of the contact section. The plug-in contact section is preferably connected to the plug-in element via a detachable snap-in connection.
[0045] The plug-in part plug element and the recess on the outside of the plug-in section are designed to match one another, so that the plug-in part plug element is received completely or at least almost completely countersunk in the recess. Preferably, an edge of the plug-in part plug element reaches up to an outside of the plug-in section or protrudes slightly therefrom. Preferably, the contact section of a plug-in part plug element on the plug-in part is present between opposite edges of the plug-in part plug element, slightly lower than the respective outside of the edges. The contact section is preferably formed from, for example, a strip-shaped metal plate with an end bent inwards at an angle. When the plug-in part plug element is inserted, the bent end extends radially slightly inwards into a region of the opening or cavity of the plug-in section. An electrical line is preferably connected to the bent front end, e.g. a wire of an electrical cable is soldered.
[0046] A further advantage arises from the fact that the first contact point and / or the second contact point are designed as resilient contact points. The first contact point and / or the second contact point are preferably located on a resilient section of the respective contact section. This ensures a secure galvanic connection between the two contact points through the effective spring preload.
[0047] Finally, it is advantageous to provide a positioning arrangement acting between the socket receptacle and the insertion section of the plug-in part, so that a positional specification is established between the insertion section of the plug-in part and the socket in the circumferential direction relative to the insertion axis. This makes it possible to establish the connection state of the plug-in device only in exactly one circumferential relative position of the socket and plug-in part. This prevents incorrect polarity of the electrical connection or supply to the electrical consumer that can be established with the electrification arrangement. This, in particular, prevents dangerous situations and / or an electrical short circuit or damage, for example, to a transformer of the electrification arrangement.
[0048] The positioning arrangement is designed separately or preferably in combination with the anti-twist device. The positioning arrangement or the anti-twist device comprises, for example, a securing contour formed between the casing region of the receptacle and the casing region of the plug-in section. The securing contour comprises, for example, a first and a second groove which differ in width, preferably inside or outside the casing region of the plug-in section, and exactly two elevations on the otherwise conical wall of the receptacle which match the position of the grooves, with a first elevation on the casing region of the socket which engages snugly in the first groove when connected, and with a second elevation on the socket which engages snugly in the second groove when connected. The plug connection in the connected state of socket and plug-in part is only possible in exactly one rotational relative position of socket and plug-in part, which ensures the correct polarity of the electrification.
[0049] It is also advantageous that magnetic means are provided to increase a holding force in the connected state of the plug-in device.
[0050] With magnetic means, in particular with permanent magnets attached to the socket and corresponding sections of the plug-in part, the holding force can be increased easily and simply in the connected state. In particular, it is advantageous for the magnetic means to comprise a first magnetic part in a front region of the plug-in section in the insertion direction and a second magnetic part at a base of the receptacle, provided with a polarity opposite to that of the first magnetic part.
[0051] Finally, the invention extends to an arrangement for product presentation with a plug-in device according to one of the embodiments described above. The product presentation arrangement can thus advantageously be provided with an electrical load that can be supplied with power via the plug-in device in an unobtrusive manner, i.e., not visually visible from the outside, in a safe and space-saving manner. The electrical load is, for example, part of a lighting device for illuminating the displayed goods, for example, with a light source such as an LED light source.
[0052] A part of the product presentation arrangement can preferably be attached or fastened to the attachment section of the insert part. Character description

[0054] Fig. 1shows a plug-in device 1 according to the invention in a connected state. The plug-in device 1 is attached to a supporting structure 3, such as a wall element 4 (see Fig. 2 ) or a profile rail. The insertion device 1, which is used for a device or arrangement 2 for product presentation (see Fig. 7 ) comprises a socket 5 attachable to the support structure 3, a plug-in part 6 separate from the socket 5, a slip-on ring 7 and an electrification arrangement 8.
[0055] The plug-in part 6 has an insertion section 9 and an attachment section 10, wherein the plug-in section 7 can be inserted into a cavity-forming receptacle 11 of the socket 5 in an insertion direction P1 along an insertion axis L until the connected state of the plug-in device 1 is reached. In the connected state, the plug-in part 6 and the socket 5 are detachably connected to one another, wherein a comparatively high holding force acts against the release of the plug-in part 6 when it is fully inserted into the socket 5. A socket base 5a of the socket 5 is closed.
[0056] The plug-in section 9 comprises an end region 12 and an outer jacket region 13, which are present within the receptacle 11 in the connected state. The hollow receptacle 11 of the socket 5 also has an end region 14 located at the front in the insertion direction P1 and an inner jacket region 15. In the connected state, the jacket region 13 of the plug-in section 9 and the jacket region 15 of the receptacle come into contact with one another. The jacket regions 13 and 15 are preferably designed as conical surfaces that fit one another. These or the respective surfaces of the jacket regions 13 and 15 come into surface contact in the connected state. The conical surfaces of the jacket regions 13 and 15, which are in contact with one another in the connected state, provide the best possible or optimized form fit. This results in a connection between the plug-in part 6 and the socket 5 with optimized stability orwith optimized play and high holding force between plug-in part 6 and socket 5.
[0057] With the electrification arrangement 8, an electrical consumer 40, such as a lighting device 41, is connected to the plug-in device 1 in the connected state in the vicinity of the plug-in device 1 (see Fig. 7 ) or at the arrangement 2 for product presentation. An electrical connection is established between a part of the electrification arrangement 8 present on the socket 5 and a part of the electrification arrangement 8 present on the plug-in part 6. For this purpose, an electrically conductive contact is established by galvanic contact between a first contact point 17 of a contact section 16 (see Fig. 11a ) of the electrification arrangement 8 on the socket 5 and a second contact point 19 of a contact section 18 (see Fig. 15 ) of the electrification arrangement 8 on the plug-in section 9 or the plug-in part 6.
[0058] The contact section 16 on the socket 5, which is formed from an electrically conductive material such as a steel material, is connected to a socket plug element 20 (see Figs. 10, 11 ) made of an electrically non-conductive material such as a plastic material in a detachable but lockable manner.
[0059] The contact section 18 on the plug-in section 9, which is formed from an electrically conductive material or a steel material, is also connected to a plug-in part plug element 21 (see Figs. 13, 14 ) made of an electrically non-conductive material that can be removed but locked.
[0060] The Fig. 9 shows the socket 5, which, for example, consists of a single piece made of a metal casting and is part of a plug-in device according to the invention. The corresponding contact section 16 can be attached to the socket 5 with a socket plug element 20.
[0061] For this purpose, two recesses 22, 23 are formed on the socket 5 on a wall 25 of the socket 5 that protrudes radially from the rear of a flange section 24 of the socket 5, opposite each other radially to the insertion axis L. The recesses 22, 23 are each designed to fit the socket plug element 20. This allows two socket plug elements 20, each with a contact section 16 provided thereon, to be plugged into the socket 5.
[0062] When plugged in, the socket plug elements 20 are self-retaining and secured to the socket 5, for example, by frictional effects. A protruding pin 26 on the end face of the two socket plug elements 20 engages frictionally in a corresponding bore 27 in the flange section 24.
[0063] The wall 25 forms the casing region 15 of the receptacle 11 on the inside. With each cutout of the cutouts 22, 23, an opening 28, 29 is formed in the wall 25 and thus in the casing region 15. A section of the respective contact section 16 extends through each opening 28, 29, with the penetrating section having the contact point 17. Thus, with the two contact sections 16, two different electrical poles are provided with or at the contact points 17, which are assigned to the part of the electrification arrangement 8 that is present on the socket 5. The two contact points 17 project radially inward relative to the insertion axis L toward the casing region 15 of the receptacle 11 or are located radially further inward than the casing region 15, at radially opposite positions within the receptacle 11.There, the contact points 17 each come into contact with the respective corresponding contact point 19 of the respective contact section 18 on the insertion section 19.
[0064] For the respective contact sections 18 with the plug-in part plug element 21 on the plug-in section 9, two radially opposite recesses 30 and 31 are formed in the casing area 13 or on an outer side of the plug-in section 9. The recesses 30, 31 are each designed to fit the plug-in part plug element 21. This allows two plug-in part plug elements 21, each with a contact section 18 thereon, to be plugged or inserted into the plug-in part 6 or the plug-in section 9. When the plug-in part plug elements 21 are inserted (see Fig. 4, 6 ) these are self-retaining and attached to the insertion section 9.
[0065] As in particular Fig. 8 and Fig. 8aAs illustrated, in the connected state, the first contact point 17 in the jacket area of the socket 5 and the second contact point 19 in the jacket area of the plug-in section 9 are in electrical contact with each other.
[0066] The electrification arrangement 8 further comprises an electrical cable 32, such as a cable with two conductors 33 and 34, wherein the conductors 33 and 34 serve to provide different electrical poles, or an electrical positive pole and an electrical negative pole. A partial length 33a of the conductor 33 leads from an electrical supply (not shown) to one of the two socket-side contact sections 16 via the rear side of the support structure 3. A conductive wire of the partial length 33a of the conductor 33, which is insulated from the outside except for its ends, is galvanically connected, for example, soldered, to this contact section 16. A partial length 34a of the conductor 34 also leads from the electrical supply to the other of the two socket-side contact sections 16 via the rear side of the support structure 3.A conductive wire of partial length 34a of the conductor core 34 is galvanically connected, for example soldered, to this contact section 16.
[0067] The electrically conductive connection via the respective pairs of contact points 17 and 19 is continued up to a partial length 33b of the conductor core 33 and a partial length 34b of the conductor core 34. The partial lengths 33b and 34b lead from a free end of the attachment section 10 through a central cavity 35 of the plug-in part 6 to a respectively associated contact section 18 of the two contact sections 18 on the plug-in section side. A conductive wire of partial length 34a of the conductor core 34 is galvanically connected, for example soldered, to one contact section 18. A conductive wire of partial length 33b of the conductor core 33 is galvanically connected, for example soldered, to the other contact section 18.
[0068] For the releasable, for example resilient, locking of the contact section 16 on the socket plug element 20, the contact section 16 has two spring tabs 36 bent on a strip sheet, which snap into a contour 37 on the socket plug element 20 when the contact section 16 is correctly inserted on the socket plug element 20.
[0069] Accordingly, the contact section 18 has a spring tab 38 bent over on a strip sheet for releasably locking the contact section 18 to the plug-in part element 21, for example by spring action, which spring tab 38 engages in a contour 39 on the plug-in part element 21 when the contact section 18 is correctly inserted into the plug-in part element 21.
[0070] To prevent rotation and to ensure the correct polarity electrical connection between the socket side of the plug-in device 1 and the plug-in part side of the plug-in device 1, two elongated webs 42, 43 extending in the direction of the insertion axis L and having a square cross-section are provided opposite one another and project inwards in the jacket area of the receptacle 11 (see Fig. 7 ). The two webs 42, 43 have different widths. Two grooves 44 and 45, each with a different width, are formed on the outside of the casing area of the insertion section 9 in the corresponding width, orientation, and position (see Fig. 12 ).
[0071] To further increase the holding force in the connected state of the plug-in device 1, a magnet arrangement 46 is also provided (see Fig. 8, 8a). The magnet arrangement 46 comprises magnet means with permanent magnets 47 assigned to the bushing 5 or glued into a blind hole therein, for example, and a further permanent magnet 48 assigned to the plug-in part 6, which is also firmly mounted in a blind hole at the front end or the front area 12 on the plug-in section 9. The magnet arrangement 46 is in the Figures 8 and 8a indicated, with the outlines of the permanent magnets 47 and 48 shown in dashed lines. The magnetic pole of the permanent magnet 47 is opposite the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet 48, so that in the connected state, the permanent magnets 47 and 48 are in attractive contact with each other or are spaced apart by a comparatively very small gap, e.g., a gap distance of less than one millimeter.
[0072] The force exerted by the magnet arrangement 46 on the plug-in part 6 in the insertion direction P1 acts on the front side of the plug-in part 6, whereby in addition to the existing positive or frictional engagement, the plug-in part 6 is firmly held in the socket 5 by the magnetic force provided by the permanent magnets 47 and 48.
