Description

[0001] The invention relates to a wall anchor for wall-mounting a sanitary tub according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

[0002] Wall anchors of the aforementioned type are used in shower or bathtub installations and are used to secure the shower or bathtub edge to a building wall. One such wall anchor is known, for example, from DE 10 2012 110 779 A1. This has a base body that is fastened to a wall by means of a tension screw and is provided with a slotted hole for receiving the tension screw. Side arms are provided on the base body, which are arranged in alignment with one another and serve to create the connection with two bathtub strip profiles. For this purpose, the arms have a cross-section adapted to the bathtub strip profile. To attach the bathtub strip profiles with a side arm, a mounting plate is provided for each tub strip profile. This plate is placed on the open side of the bathtub strip profile and fastened by means of a screw that is screwed into an internal thread arranged in the arm.

[0003] Another wall anchor is described in DE 20 2021 102 437 U1. CZ 2 021 317 A3 discloses a support foot for connecting the installation frame of a sanitary fixture to a construction profile of a drywall construction system.

[0004] The disadvantage of the previously known wall anchor is that attaching the two tub profile strips is complex. The two tub profile strips must be positioned on the arms. A mounting plate must be positioned on each arm and held in place. A screw must then be inserted through each of the two mounting plates and inserted into the internal thread of the respective arm, after which the screws must be tightened.

[0005] The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention is based on the object of providing a wall anchor that enables simple attachment of a tub profile, in particular without the need for separate fastening means. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a wall anchor having the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

[0006] The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention is based on the object of providing a wall anchor that enables simple attachment of a tub profile, in particular without the need for separate fastening means. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a wall anchor having the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

[0007] The invention provides a wall anchor for wall-mounting a sanitary bathtub, which enables simple fastening of a bathtub profile, in particular without the need for separate fastening means. Because the profile holder comprises a holding strip firmly connected to the base body and a clamping strip movable relative to the holding strip, wherein the means for clamping a received C-profile rail are formed by the clamping strip, which is connected to at least one tensioning lever, via which it can be pressed against a C-profile rail received by the profile holder, a clamping fastening of the C-profile rail via the tensioning lever is possible without additional fastening means. The at least one tensioning lever can be pivoted about an axis running in the longitudinal direction of the base body.

[0008] In a further development of the invention, the retaining strip and the clamping strip each have a cuboid-shaped shoulder for passing through the longitudinal slot of the C-profile rail. This creates an engagement for the legs of the C-profile rail bordering the longitudinal slot, thereby improving the positive connection between the C-profile rail and the profile receptacle formed by the retaining strip and the clamping strip.

[0009] In one embodiment of the invention, the profile holder formed by the retaining strip and the clamping strip has a triangular or trapezoidal cross-section, with the C-profile rail having a corresponding inner contour with a triangular or trapezoidal cross-section. This improves the clamping of the C-profile rail on the profile holder.

[0010] In a further embodiment of the invention, the profile holder extends over the entire length of the base body. This achieves a maximum clamping surface.

[0011] In a further development of the invention, the base body is T-shaped, with the profile holder extending over both laterally projecting arms. This allows for the connection of two C-profile rails while simultaneously aligning them in a straight line.

[0012] In one embodiment of the invention, a clamping lever is arranged on each arm of the base body. This ensures a uniform application of the clamping force.

[0013] In a further embodiment of the invention, the at least one clamping lever has a cam, via which a pivoting movement of the clamping lever causes a displacement of the clamping strip. The cam acts like an eccentric. The pivoting movement causes a translational movement of the clamping strip via the cam. This allows a clamped fastening of a received C-profile rail to be achieved by simply pivoting the clamping lever.

[0014] In a further development of the invention, the at least one clamping lever is accommodated in the clamping position by a recess formed in the base body. This prevents protruding edges.

[0015] In an embodiment of the invention, at least one clamping lever has at least one projection that, when in the clamping position, engages in a recess arranged in the recess. This provides additional fixation of the clamping lever in the clamping position.

[0016] In a further embodiment of the invention, the clamping strip has guide bars that are guided in guide slots of the retaining strip. This allows for a guided linear movement of the clamping strip when the clamping lever is actuated.

[0017] In one embodiment of the invention, adjustment means are provided for displacing the base body along a fastening screw arranged in the elongated hole. The adjustment means comprise a sleeve through which the fastening screw is guided. The sleeve has a pinion that engages with a toothing arranged in the elongated hole. This enables simple, fine-step height adjustment by rotating the sleeve. For this purpose, the sleeve is preferably connected to a rotary handle or an adjusting wheel.

[0018] The invention further relates to a fastening set comprising a wall anchor of the above type and at least one C-profile rail having a trapezoidal or triangular inner contour, which can be pushed onto the profile holder (23) of the wall anchor and clamped in place by a pivoting movement of the clamping lever. The fastening set preferably comprises at least one, preferably two, additional wall brackets for fastening the at least one C-profile rail to the wall.

[0019] Further developments and refinements of the invention are specified in the remaining subclaims. An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawings and described in detail below. They show: Figure 1: a schematic representation of a wall anchor for wall-mounting a sanitary tub; Figure 2: an exploded view of the wall anchor from Figure 1 ; Figure 3the wall anchor from Figure 1with two arranged C-profile rails in a first spatial representation; Figure 4 the enlarged detailed representation of the threading area of the C-profile rail and profile holder from Figure 3 Figure 5the wall anchor from Figure 1 with two arranged C-profile rails in a second spatial representation; Figure 6 shows a fastening set with several wall anchors in a mounting arrangement.

[0020] The wall anchor 1 chosen as an exemplary embodiment essentially consists of a base body 2, to which a support plate 3 is attached and which has a profile holder 4. Furthermore, an adjusting wheel 5 is arranged, through which a fastening screw 6 is guided.

[0021] In the exemplary embodiment, the base body 2 is made of plastic, preferably polyamide or polypropylene. By making it from such a plastic, sound decoupling is achieved between a sanitary tub to be accommodated and the building wall. The base body 2 has a substantially T-shaped configuration and comprises a central piece 21, to which two arms 22 are placed orthogonally opposite one another and aligned with one another. On its rear side, which is to be placed against a wall, a holding strip 41 is arranged, on which a clamping strip 42 is slidably mounted. For this purpose, the clamping strip 42 has guide webs 43 which engage in guide slots 44 arranged for this purpose in the holding strip 41. The clamping strip 42 is thus guided in the holding strip 41 via the guide webs 43 so that it can move linearly.

[0022] The profile holder 4 is formed by the retaining strip 41 and the clamping strip 42. The retaining strip 41 and the clamping strip 42 each have a cross-section of a half trapezoid, to which a cuboid-shaped shoulder 411, 421 is connected. The retaining strip 41 and clamping strip 42 thus formed result in a composite trapezoidal cross-section of the profile holder 4, to which a shoulder composed of the cuboid-shaped shoulders 411, 421 is connected for passing through the longitudinal slot 82 of a C-profile rail received by the profile holder 4.

[0023] The clamping strip 42 further comprises two engagement recesses 45, each arranged in the region of an arm 22 of the base body 2, for engaging a cam 71 of a clamping lever 7.

[0024] On its front side opposite the profile holder 4, each arm 22 of the base body 2 has a cuboid-shaped recess 23 in which an axle holder 24 is located. On its side opposite the axle holder 24, two recesses 231 are spaced apart in the recess 23.

[0025] A clamping lever 7 is arranged in each of the recesses 23. The clamping lever 7 has an orthogonally projecting, rounded-end cam 71 at one end, through which an axle 72 is guided, which is rotatably mounted in the axle holder 24. The cam 71 of each clamping lever 7 engages in an engagement recess 45 of the clamping strip 42. By pivoting the clamping lever 7, the clamping strip is moved away from the retaining strip (clamping position).

[0026] At its end opposite the axis 72, the clamping lever 7 has two projections (not shown) spaced apart from one another, which, in the clamping position, engage in a recess 231 of the recess 23. In the clamping position, the clamping lever 7 is positioned flush with the recess 23.

[0027] The central piece 21 is provided on its front side opposite the profile holder 4 with a circumferential edge 25, which is open on the underside opposite the arms 22. Guide arms 26 extending inwardly are arranged below the arms 22 on the two longitudinal sides of the edge 25 opposite one another. Between the guide arms 26, an elongated hole 27 is formed in the central piece 21, which is provided with a toothing 28 on one side. Spaced from the elongated hole 27, an insert 29 for receiving a first leg 32 of the support plate 3 is formed in the central piece 21 at the level of the profile holder 23.

[0028] The support plate 3 is essentially designed as a U-shaped bent sheet metal stamping. A slot 34 is formed in the cover side 31 of the support plate 3. The support plate 3 is inserted with its first leg 32 into the slot 29 of the center piece 21, with the slot 34, which is designed to correspond to the slot 27 of the center piece 21, being aligned with the latter. The support plate 31 is held between the guide arms 26 of the base body 2, with the second leg 33 of the support plate 31 extending below the center piece 21 essentially parallel to the profile holder 4. A protective cap 35 is slipped over the second leg 33. In the exemplary embodiment, the protective cap 35 is made of an elastomer plastic. Alternatively, the protective cap 35 can also be made of rubber or another plastic.

[0029] The C-profile rail 8 is essentially cuboid-shaped and has a longitudinal slot 81 on one long side, forming two oppositely arranged free legs 82. Two struts 84 are provided inside the C-profile rail 8, each extending from above a free leg 82 to the cover side 83 opposite the longitudinal slot 81. As a result, the C-profile rail 8 has a trapezoidal inner contour that essentially corresponds to the outer contour of the profile holder 4 onto which it can be pushed. The C-profile rail 8 thus has a cross-section with a rectangular outer contour and a trapezoidal inner contour 85—interrupted by the longitudinal slot 81.

[0030] The adjusting wheel 5 comprises a handle 51, which is essentially shaped like a six-sided prism and is provided with circumferentially curved indentations. A cylindrical recess 52 is formed centrally in the handle 51 to accommodate a disk 63. The recess 52 merges into a central bore 53, which opens into the cylindrical cavity of a sleeve molded onto the handle 51 and provided with a pinion 54 on the outside.

[0031] The adjusting wheel 5 is guided with its sleeve through the elongated hole 34 of the support plate 3 into the elongated hole 27 of the base body 2, with the teeth of the pinion 54 engaging the toothing 28 of the elongated hole 27. The adjusting wheel 5 is axially fixed to the base body 2 by a locking cap 55, which is clipped onto the pinion 54. Three locking tongues 511 are arranged circumferentially on the adjusting wheel 5, each offset by 120° from one another, by means of which the disc 63 is held captively in the recess 52.

[0032] In Figure 3 The wall anchor is shown with two C-profile rails 8 that can be pushed onto the two arms 22. The C-profile rails 8 are pushed onto each arm 22 in such a way that the two cuboidal shoulders 411, 421 of the retaining strip 41 and the clamping strip 42 pass through the longitudinal slot 81 of the C-profile rails 8. The clamping levers 7 are folded out. In this position, the clamping strip 21 rests against the retaining strip 41 (release position).

[0033] The retaining strip 41 and the clamping strip 42 are completely enclosed by the C-profile rails 8 when they are pushed on. When the clamping levers 7 are folded in (clamping position), the clamping strip 42 is pressed by the cams 71 in the direction opposite to the retaining strip 41 against the trapezoidal inner contour 85 of the C-profile rails 8, which are thus positively and force-fittedly connected to the profile holder 4 of the base body 2.

[0034] To attach the wall anchor 1, the fastening screw 6 is guided with its shaft 61 through the adjusting wheel 5 and screwed into a wall 9, against which the rim of a bathtub or shower tray (not shown) also rests. The head 62 of the fastening screw 6 rests on the disk 63. The base body 2 initially rests with its elongated hole 27 on the pinion 54 of the sleeve of the adjusting wheel 5. After slightly tightening the fastening screw 6, the desired height of the wall anchor 1 and the bathtub rim (not shown) resting on the C-profile rail 8 can now be set by simply turning the adjusting wheel 5. The adjustment device for adjusting the height works as follows: The rotation of the adjusting wheel 5 causes the pinion 54 connected to it to rotate, the teeth of which engage with the toothing 28 of the elongated hole 27 of the base body 2 and move it tangentially. After setting the desired height, the fastening screw 6 can now be tightened.

[0035] In Figure 6 A wall anchor arrangement with various fastening sets is shown. Here, the previously described wall anchor 1 is arranged, with a C-profile rail 8 pushed onto the entire profile holder 4 and clamped into place. At the end opposite the wall anchor 1, a wall bracket 91 is arranged, which surrounds the C-profile rail 8 with a clamping bracket that can be secured using a screw with a wing nut. The wall bracket 91 also has an adjustment device, which is designed corresponding to the adjustment device of the previously described wall anchor 1.
