AI Technical Summary
Existing vacuum cleaner bag designs make it difficult to replace the bag after a certain period of use, as the bag tends to attach securely to the vacuum cleaner's nozzle, and the initial attachment can be uncomfortable due to direct contact.
A vacuum cleaner design that incorporates a movable driver to incline the opening of the vacuum cleaner bag relative to the socket, combined with a wiper glass that facilitates the removal of the bag by sliding it off the nozzle, making the process easier and more comfortable.
The solution allows for a two-stage process to remove the vacuum cleaner bag, first by loosening it with the driver and then sliding it off with the wiper glass, making replacement easier and reducing discomfort during attachment.
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner with a vacuum cleaner bag, wherein the vacuum cleaner has a nozzle which is connected to a fan and onto which the vacuum cleaner bag with an opening is attached, and to a method for using a vacuum cleaner bag on or in a vacuum cleaner.
[0002] DE 10 2019 103 908 A1 discloses a vacuum cleaner bag with an opening that can be attached to the nozzle of a vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner bag can have a spring element around an inlet opening to clamp onto the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner. This enables reliable sealing and retention during use. However, there is the disadvantage that after a certain time on the nozzle, removing the vacuum cleaner bag becomes difficult because the edge of the vacuum cleaner bag adheres to the nozzle. Furthermore, touching the vacuum cleaner bag directly is perceived as unpleasant.
[0003] DE 19 27 366 discloses a scraper device for dust filters in vacuum cleaners, in which an annular part can be moved along a nozzle of the vacuum cleaner. If the annular part sticks, it can only be removed with considerable force.
[0004] It is therefore an object of the present invention to facilitate the detachment of a vacuum cleaner bag from a nozzle of a vacuum cleaner and to provide a corresponding simplified method for using a vacuum cleaner bag.
[0005] This object is achieved by a vacuum cleaner with a vacuum cleaner bag having the features of claim 1 and a method having the features of claim 12.
[0006] The vacuum cleaner and vacuum cleaner bag unit according to the invention comprises a vacuum cleaner bag attached to a nozzle of the vacuum cleaner, wherein the nozzle is provided with a movable driver for slanting the opening of the vacuum cleaner bag relative to the nozzle and a wiper bar movable relative to the nozzle for stripping the vacuum cleaner bag from the nozzle. This allows the vacuum cleaner bag to be removed from the nozzle in a two-step process: a first step for slanting the opening of the vacuum cleaner bag relative to the nozzle, which releases it from the use position, and a subsequent step for stripping the vacuum cleaner bag from the nozzle via a wiper bar.Tilting the opening of the vacuum cleaner bag results in the vacuum cleaner bag's opening plane, which in the installed position is generally oriented perpendicular to the axial direction of the nozzle, being moved to then be aligned at an angle to this plane perpendicular to the axial direction, for example, at an angle between 3° and 30°. This inclination already leads to detachment from the use position, which facilitates the subsequent removal of the vacuum cleaner bag from the nozzle.
[0007] Preferably, the driver contacts a portion of an edge of the vacuum cleaner bag around the opening. The driver can be designed as a pressure plate that displaces a portion of the edge, so that the edge moves around the opening in the region of the driver, while the edge on the side of the nozzle opposite the driver remains essentially in the use position, in order to achieve an inclined position of the edge inclined to a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the nozzle.
[0008] To facilitate easy removal of the vacuum cleaner bag from the nozzle, the wiper eyelet can be designed as a sleeve that surrounds the nozzle. This allows the wiper eyelet to be displaced linearly in the axial direction relative to the nozzle to facilitate removal of the vacuum cleaner bag. The driver is preferably displaceably guided or pivotably mounted on the wiper eyelet to release the vacuum cleaner bag from the use position. Alternatively, the driver can also be displaceably or pivotably mounted on a housing of the vacuum cleaner, so that the guides for the driver and the wiper eyelet are designed separately. However, the arrangement of the driver on the wiper eyelet and the provision of a corresponding guide ensure a more compact design.
[0009] To ensure a stable hold of the vacuum cleaner bag, at least one projection is preferably provided on the nozzle, which secures an edge around the opening of the vacuum cleaner bag. Distributed around the circumference, several projections can be provided on the nozzle to make it more difficult to accidentally remove the vacuum cleaner bag. The at least one projection can form a stop for the wiper eyelet.
[0010] For effective handling, the wiper eyelet can be pre-tensioned to a starting position by a spring. This prevents the wiper eyelet from interfering with the vacuum cleaner bag attachment process.
[0011] The vacuum cleaner bag preferably includes a spring element or a seal around the opening and is designed to clamp against the nozzle. The edge of the vacuum cleaner bag around the opening of the nozzle can, for example, be designed as disclosed in the exemplary embodiments of DE 10 2019 103 908 A1. In particular, the vacuum cleaner bag can have a seam around the opening, i.e., a hollow space between two layers in which a spring element is arranged to pre-tension the seam toward the nozzle.
[0012] Preferably, the carrier is also pre-tensioned into a retracted position by a spring. This facilitates the installation of the vacuum cleaner bag on the nozzle.
[0013] The vacuum cleaner can be designed as a cordless vacuum cleaner, while the vacuum cleaner bag is preferably made of a single- or multi-layer nonwoven fabric to enable high separation performance with low power consumption.
[0014] In the method according to the invention, an opening of a vacuum cleaner bag is first placed onto a nozzle of the vacuum cleaner in order to then fill the vacuum cleaner bag by sucking in air. After filling, a section of an edge around the opening of the vacuum cleaner bag is displaced along the nozzle by a driver in order to tilt an opening of the vacuum cleaner bag relative to the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner, thus causing an edge around the opening to be released from an adhering position. The vacuum cleaner bag is then wiped off the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner via a wiper eyelet so that the vacuum cleaner bag can be easily removed from the nozzle. The displacement and stripping of the edge can be carried out either manually or via an electric drive connected to a control system of the vacuum cleaner.
[0015] Preferably, the wiping process is carried out at least partially by tilting the opening of the vacuum cleaner bag. For this purpose, the driver and the wiping frame can be moved as a unit after tilting the edge of the vacuum cleaner bag, so that the orientation of the edge of the vacuum cleaner bag is maintained at least over a certain distance during the wiping process.
[0016] Preferably, the opening of the vacuum cleaner bag closes automatically upon wiping. For this purpose, a closure element can be provided on or in the vacuum cleaner bag at the opening. The opening is preferably closed by a spring element, for example, by the spring element pressing the layers of the rim around the opening together.
[0017] For easy handling, the driver is moved along a guide on the wiper eye, with both the driver and the wiper eye optionally being pre-tensioned into a starting position via one or more spring elements.
[0018] The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. They show: Figures 1 to 4 show several views of a vacuum cleaner with a vacuum cleaner bag during removal of the vacuum cleaner bag; Figure 5 shows a perspective view of the vacuum cleaner with the vacuum cleaner bag mounted; Figure 6 shows a view of the vacuum cleaner with the nozzle without the vacuum cleaner bag; Figure 7 shows a view of the vacuum cleaner of the Figure 6 with the driver in a release position, and Figure 8 a view of the vacuum cleaner of the Figure 6 with the wiper goggles in the wiper position.
[0019] In Figure 1A part of a vacuum cleaner 1 is schematically shown, which has a housing 2, for example in the form of a lid, and which is connected to a nozzle for sucking in dust-laden air and filtering it into a vacuum cleaner bag 10, which is attached to a nozzle 3. To suck in air, the vacuum cleaner has a fan and a drive motor, preferably a battery-operated motor, so that the vacuum cleaner can be used as a cordless vacuum cleaner. Alternatively, the motor can also be powered by a cable.
[0020] The vacuum cleaner bag 10 can be made of a filter material, such as a single- or multi-layer nonwoven fabric or paper, and can comprise two layers that are welded or glued together at the edges. An opening is formed around an edge 11 on one side, and the nozzle 3 of the part of the vacuum cleaner 1 can be inserted into the opening in a sealed manner. Preferably, the edge 11 is clamped to the nozzle 3, for example, via a spring element or a seal, as described in detail in DE 10 2019 103 908 A1.
[0021] In the installed position, the edge 11 rests against a driver 4 and a wiper 5, the opening being aligned in a plane substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the nozzle 3.
[0022] In order to detach the vacuum cleaner bag 10 from the nozzle 3 after use, in a first step the driver 4 is moved along a guide 6, in particular a guide rod, as shown in Figure 2 is shown. By moving the driver 4, which contacts the edge 11 of the vacuum cleaner bag 10, the edge 11 is moved in the axial direction of the nozzle 3 on the side of the driver 4, while the edge 11 on the side opposite the nozzle 3 remains essentially on the wiper eyelet 5. As a result, the opening and the edge 11 are pivoted out of the plane perpendicular to the axial direction and aligned inclined by the angle α, which is schematically shown in Figure 2and can be, for example, between 2° and 20°, in particular 5° to 15°. This inclination always prevents adhesion to the nozzle 3 of the vacuum cleaner, especially if the nozzle 3 has become stuck due to long periods of inactivity. The driver 4 can be moved manually or by a motor.
[0023] After tilting the edge 11 of the vacuum cleaner bag 10, according to Figure 3the vacuum cleaner bag 10 is wiped off the nozzle 3. For this purpose, the wiper eyelet 5 is moved along the guide 6 and another guide 7, whereby two, three or more guides 6 and 7 can be provided distributed around the nozzle 3. In a first phase of the movement of the wiper eyelet 5, the driver 4 is also moved so that the inclined orientation of the edge 11 is maintained. Optionally, after the driver 4 has tilted the edge 11, the wiper eyelet 5 can also reach the same height as the driver 4 so that the wiper eyelet 5 and the driver 4 wipe the edge 11 of the vacuum cleaner bag 10 together.
[0024] As soon as the edge 11 has detached itself from the original position over the entire circumference of the nozzle 3, it can be easily removed from the nozzle 3 or is pushed completely down from the nozzle 3 via the wiper eyelet 5. In Figure 4The vacuum cleaner bag 10 is shown separated from the nozzle 3. The edge 11 around the opening can be closed automatically, for example via a spring element arranged in a seam of the edge 11 or a closure element at the opening.
[0025] Figure 5 shows the vacuum cleaner 1 with the housing 2 in a detailed view with the mounted vacuum cleaner bag 10, in which an edge 11 is arranged around the nozzle 3. One end of the edge 11 is shown resting against the wiper eyelet 5 and the driver 4. Furthermore, an intake nozzle 8 is provided on the housing 2, by means of which air is sucked in and introduced into the vacuum cleaner bag 10.
[0026] In Figure 6 is the vacuum cleaner 1 of the Figure 5shown without the vacuum cleaner bag 10. It can be seen that one or more projections 9 are provided on the outer circumference of the nozzle 3, which, for example, have a sawtooth shape and prevent the edge 11 from being pulled off the nozzle 3. The projections 9 are arranged spaced apart from the wiper eyelet 5 in the axial direction of the nozzle 3.
[0027] In Figure 7 The position is shown when the driver has displaced a circumferential section of the edge 11 in the axial direction of the nozzle 3. The driver 4 has been displaced along the guide 6 in the form of a rod by the distance h, so that the edge 11 is arranged at an angle on the nozzle 3. In a next step, according to Figure 8The wiper eyelet 5 is displaced, with the wiper eyelet 5 being held by at least two guides 6 and 7, which are formed, for example, from rods that engage with the housing 2. The wiper eyelet 5 can be displaced until it comes to a stop against the projections 9 or another stop element. In the final position, the driver 4 is again at the same height as the wiper eyelet 5.
[0028] Instead of the illustrated linear displacement of the carrier 4 and the wiper frame 5, it is alternatively also possible to pivotally mount the carrier 4 on the wiper frame 5 or the housing 2. Furthermore, the wiper frame 5 can also be pivotally mounted on the housing 2 or perform a combination of pivoting and sliding movements to release the vacuum cleaner bag 10 from the nozzle 3.
