Description

[0001] The present invention relates to an assembly comprising a component body and a fastening body, which can be connected to each other via a bayonet fitting.

[0002] Assemblies of the type mentioned above are generally known from the prior art. These assemblies can be, for example, electrically operated assemblies such as lights. To make it difficult or impossible to detach or remove the component body from the mounting body – especially with one hand – when the assembly is closed or connected, various locking mechanisms are known. For example, cables can be provided to hold the component body against the mounting body even when the bayonet lock is released. Bayonet locks with a simple drop-in safety device are also known, but these are relatively easy to overcome. Simple spring locks can also be incorporated to prevent the component body from detaching from the mounting body; for example, by pre-tensioning the bayonet projection in a locking position within the bayonet groove. These known security mechanisms are either visible and therefore not very aesthetically pleasing, or they are comparatively complex and expensive to implement, or they can be easily overcome and are therefore only conditionally suitable as security.

[0003] German patent DE 20 2021 000598 U1 discloses ceiling- or wall-mounted electrical devices comprising a housing and a mounting bracket. The housing has grooves in its side panels that accommodate the mounting bracket's screws when the housing is attached. To allow the housing to be supported by the mounting bracket during electrical installation without obstructing terminal blocks or similar connection components, the grooves are each extended by flanks that run parallel to the wall- or ceiling-mounted edge of the housing and extend to near two corners of the housing. After the screws have been inserted along the flanks of the grooves, the housing reaches a position that, due to recesses in the mounting bracket, allows it to be folded down relative to the ceiling or wall. Once the electrical installation is complete, the housing is moved so that the screws have shifted along the grooves to their final positions within them.Tightening the screws creates a secure fastening that can be loosened if necessary.

[0004] US 9,920,912 B1 discloses a connection of a device to a bracket, which is secured by means of hooks suspended from bolts. US 2022 / 082220 A1 discloses a lower end cover to which a light fixture can be connected, the connection being secured by means of an elastic arm. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an assembly of the type mentioned above, which has a simple but effective and preferably aesthetically pleasing locking mechanism.

[0005] This problem is solved by the subject matter of the independent claim. The dependent claims further develop the central idea of the present invention in a particularly advantageous manner.

[0006] According to a first aspect, the present invention relates to an assembly comprising a component body and a fastening body for fastening the component body. The component body can be connected to the fastening body via a bayonet fitting of the assembly. The bayonet fitting has a bayonet projection (e.g., on the component body side) and a bayonet groove (e.g., on the fastening body side) in and along which the bayonet projection can be guided. The bayonet groove has an insertion section through which the bayonet projection can be inserted into the bayonet groove in an insertion direction. Furthermore, the bayonet groove has a functional section that extends laterally away from the insertion section with respect to the insertion direction and terminates at a distal end in a locking section for securing the bayonet projection, in which the bayonet projection can be locked in a locking position. The bayonet slot further comprises a locking section that connects the functional section to the insertion section. The locking section can preferably be located downstream of the insertion section in the insertion direction and / or branch off laterally from the insertion section towards the functional section in the insertion direction. The bayonet slot also comprises a pocket section extending away from the functional section opposite the insertion direction between the locking section and the locking section, in which the bayonet projection can be at least partially received in a holding position. The assembly further comprises a locking element that can optionally be positioned in a locking position within the locking section to block passage in the bayonet slot between the insertion section and the functional section for the bayonet projection. The assembly (for example, the component body) is designed such that the blocking section is at least partially exposed in the holding position in order to position the blocking element in the blocking section.

[0007] The assembly design described above provides a pocket section in the bayonet groove. This pocket allows the bayonet projection to be inserted into the pocket section, thus shifting the component body and the mounting body relative to each other in the insertion direction. This shifts the component body and the mounting body into the holding position, exposing the locking section for positioning the locking element. By receiving the bayonet projection in the pocket section, the component body and the mounting body are secured in a safe and preferably engaged position (holding position), simplifying handling for the installer. In this position, the defined exposure of the locking section then allows for a locking mechanism within the bayonet groove. This mechanism prevents the bayonet projection from being dislodged from the bayonet groove, thus preventing the bayonet fitting from separating. The bayonet fitting can then be closed or secured by moving the bayonet projection into the locking position and locking it in place. To release it, the bayonet projection can simply be moved from the locking position back to the holding position, thereby exposing the locking section. Removing the locking element from the locking section or from the locking position releases the locking mechanism; this is preferably done in a way that is easy for the assembler due to the holding position. The bayonet projection can then be guided over the now exposed locking section into the insertion section and then out of the bayonet groove to disassemble the assembly. This provides a simple yet effective way to secure the assembly. The pocket section primarily functions as a drop pocket, simultaneously securing the component body and the mounting body relative to each other and providing access to the locking section for positioning or removing the locking element. This simple design allows for a comparatively inexpensive yet secure bayonet fitting. Furthermore, assembly and disassembly are simple, safe, and convenient.

[0008] The component body preferably has the bayonet projection, and the mounting body preferably has the bayonet groove. This allows for a preferred embodiment of the assembly in which the component body, which often determines the aesthetic appearance, has the less conspicuous part of the bayonet fitting, namely the bayonet projection. This also allows the bayonet fitting to be concealed more effectively. Alternatively, the mounting body can have the bayonet projection, and the component body can have the bayonet groove.

[0009] The locking element can be designed (for example, on the mounting body) to be movable in the holding position between the locking position and a release position, in which the locking element opens the passage in the bayonet groove between the insertion section and the functional section for the bayonet projection. Due to the defined mobility of the locking element within the assembly, it can remain in place. This simplifies the assembly of the components using the bayonet fitting. Furthermore, the locking element can preferably be provided in a captive manner. However, it is also conceivable that the locking element can be removed to expose the passage and then reattached for positioning within the locking section.

[0010] The locking element preferably comprises a screw or is itself a screw. This allows for a simple locking element that is both easy and intuitive to use. Furthermore, a screw is easy to provide; a standard screw can preferably be used. Additionally, the locking element can be receptacled, for example, in the form of a simple internal thread (e.g., a threaded hole). According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the locking element is a threaded stud or comprises one. This allows for the use of a particularly simple and readily available component as the locking element.

[0011] The screw is preferably designed and intended to be moved between the locking and release positions by a screw movement. This allows for particularly simple provision and operation of the corresponding locking element. Furthermore, this design preferably enables a bayonet fitting, which can also meet high safety requirements (such as those specified in DIN EN IEC 60598). For example, it is often stipulated that covers or housings, in particular, must not be loosened or removed with one hand to prevent electric shock.

[0012] The locking element may preferably have a screw drive profile (for example, a slot, a cross recess, an internal hexagon, an internal hexagon, etc.) in order to easily screw the locking element into a corresponding thread using common tools or to move it between the locking position and the release position.

[0013] The locking element preferably comprises a pressure piece with a movable pressure part, wherein the pressure part is biased into the locking position by a compression spring to block the passage in the bayonet groove between the insertion section and the functional section for the bayonet projection. This provides a common and readily available component as a locking element. The pressure piece preferably comprises a sleeve, the compression spring, and the pressure part. The pressure part is longitudinally movable within the sleeve between a base (so that the pressure part is preferably (essentially) completely enclosed in the sleeve) and an opposing opening (so that the pressure piece partially protrudes from the sleeve beyond the opening). The compression spring is arranged between the pressure part and the base to bias the pressure part towards the opening. The sleeve has a stop at the opening to secure the pressure piece and prevent it from being lost. The sleeve can be provided as a separate component or integrated into the assembly (e.g., component body or mounting body). The compression spring is preferably made of stainless steel. The pressure piece preferably has a ball, which is made, for example, of stainless steel or polyoxymethylene (POM). For example, the pressure piece—e.g., its sleeve—can have an external thread (and thus a screw) to be received in the assembly and to position the pressure piece in the locking position. It is also conceivable that the pressure piece is frictionally locked (e.g., by a screw).(by self-clamping) in the assembly to position the printed part (initially) in the blocking position; for this purpose, the sleeve is preferably made of a plastic (preferably a thermoplastic) and can thus be easily inserted or pressed into a corresponding recess in the assembly.

[0014] The pressure piece is preferably designed and configured such that, contrary to the preload of the compression spring, the pressure element can be selectively moved from the locking position to the release position; for example, from the opening away from the sleeve towards the bottom and into the sleeve. In this way, the component body and the mounting body can be easily connected, while the preload of the pressure piece ensures a secure bayonet lock. Since the pressure piece is preloaded towards the locking position, it automatically returns to this position, thus enabling the bayonet projection to be securely locked in the aforementioned passage of the bayonet groove.

[0015] The component body preferably accommodates the fastening element at least partially or completely in the locked position. This allows a typically functional fastening component, such as the fastening element, to be effectively concealed by a typically functionally aesthetic component, such as the component body. Furthermore, this enables a compact design.

[0016] The assembly is preferably designed such that the bayonet groove is completely covered in the locked position; preferably by the component body. This conceals the bayonet fitting in the locked position in a simple and effective manner, while simultaneously ensuring effective access for securing the bayonet fitting via the locking element.

[0017] The blocking section preferably branches off from an end of the insertion section distal to the insertion direction; preferably downstream of or laterally to the insertion direction. Preferably, the blocking section branches off from an end of the insertion section opposite an insertion opening (for the bayonet projection into the bayonet groove). This results in an overall simple bayonet groove structure, which is therefore easy to manufacture and also intuitive to use.

[0018] The functional section tapers towards the locking section. This provides a simple yet effective connection via the bayonet fitting.

[0019] The functional section preferably has a chamfer pointing in the insertion direction and inclined towards the locking section in the insertion direction. This chamfer enables an intuitive and simple connection of the bayonet fitting when the bayonet projection is moved into the locking position; that is, when the bayonet projection is inserted into the locking section of the bayonet groove.

[0020] The component body and the fastening body preferably each have mating surfaces facing each other with respect to the insertion direction, wherein the bayonet fitting is designed such that the mating surfaces are pressed against each other in the locked position; this is preferably achieved by supporting the bayonet projection against the locking section or the chamfer. In this way, a large contact surface can be provided between the component body and the fastening body, thus ensuring an effective connection between these components in the locked position. The chamfer can preferably serve to easily press the mating surfaces against each other in the locked position; thus, it can serve as support for the bayonet projection.

[0021] The ramp can therefore either serve as a support for pressing the sides of the system against each other and / or provide the previously described tapering of the locking section in a simple manner.

[0022] In a preferred embodiment, a preferably circumferentially closed seal can be provided between the two sides of the system in order to seal the assembly in this connection area according to a desired IP protection class.

[0023] The bayonet lug can preferably have a round or square cross-section when viewed in the direction of its projection. Thus, the bayonet lug can preferably be designed as a pin or a block. Overall, this allows the bayonet lug to be provided in a simple yet effective manner.

[0024] Preferably, the assembly can have several bayonet locks, which are preferably arranged symmetrically or evenly distributed. This allows the connection's effectiveness to be increased and the overall connection to be made particularly secure. It also allows the load of the connection to be distributed evenly across the bayonet locks. The assembly can then have corresponding locking elements for at least one, several, or all of the bayonet locks. A corresponding locking element can then be positioned in the locking position in at least one, several, or all of the locking sections.

[0025] The assembly preferably has a square, and more preferably a rectangular, basic shape or contour when viewed in the insertion direction. Alternatively, it is conceivable that the assembly has a round, and preferably a circular, basic shape or contour when viewed in the insertion direction. In principle, the assembly can have any basic shape or contour when viewed in the insertion direction. The two aforementioned shapes (square and round) are generally the most common and aesthetically pleasing basic shapes or contours for such assemblies.

[0026] The assembly preferably has at least one bayonet fitting on each of two opposite sides. This allows for a uniform distribution of the connection force, particularly in rectangular assemblies, but also in differently shaped assemblies, such as round assemblies. In rectangular assemblies, the opposing bayonet fittings can preferably be inserted into the locking position by a translational relative movement between the component body and the mounting body. In round assemblies, the opposing bayonet fittings can preferably be inserted into the locking position by a rotational relative movement between the component body and the mounting body.

[0027] The assembly preferably has several bayonet locks arranged along a circle, and preferably evenly distributed over this circle. Such a distribution is particularly advantageous for round or circular assemblies in which the bayonet lock is closed by a rotational movement of the component body and the mounting body relative to each other around a generally central axis of rotation.

[0028] The fastening body can preferably have mounting structures to attach the component body, which is connected to it via the bayonet fitting, to a mounting surface. This provides a simple yet effective way to fasten the fastening body to a mounting surface. In its simplest form, the mounting structures can be through-holes through which fasteners, such as screws, can be inserted to secure the fastening body. Other fastening structures, such as threads, snap-in mechanisms, and the like, are also conceivable.

[0029] According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the assembly can be a luminaire, in which case the component body preferably comprises or is a luminaire housing. The luminaire can be, for example, a recessed luminaire, a surface-mounted luminaire, or a pendant luminaire.

[0030] The luminaire housing can preferably include a light source, particularly for the light emission of the luminaire or for illumination by the luminaire. The light source, in turn, can preferably be an LED or an LED module. Thus, a luminaire can be easily provided as a corresponding assembly.

[0031] The luminaire housing preferably accommodates at least part of the luminaire's electrical components and / or electronics for operation; thus, at least part of the luminaire's operating elements. In this way, a suitable luminaire can be provided effectively.

[0032] In principle, it is conceivable that the assembly could also represent any other possible, and preferably electrically operated, assembly, such as a sensor, a camera, a loudspeaker, and the like. The component body can then preferably have or be a corresponding assembly housing. Such an assembly housing can then preferably contain at least some of the assembly's operating elements (e.g., at least some of the assembly's electrical components and / or electronic components) for operating the assembly.

[0033] Furthermore, the mounting body can also support or accommodate at least some of the assembly operating elements (e.g., assembly electrical components and / or assembly electronics) or the luminaire operating elements (e.g., luminaire electrical components and / or luminaire electronics) for the operation of the luminaire.

[0034] Further embodiments and advantages of the present invention will now be described with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawings. These show: Fig. 1 a side view of an assembly (lamp) according to the invention in an assembled state, Fig. 2 a perspective view of the assembly according to Fig. 1 in the separated state, Fig. 3 a perspective view of the assembly according to Fig. 2 , Fig. 4 a perspective view as well as a detail view of the assembly according to Fig. 2 In a first assembly step, Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the assembly according to Fig. 4 In a second assembly step, Fig. 6 shows a perspective view and a detailed view of the assembly according to Fig. 5 In a third assembly step, Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the assembly according to Fig. 6 in a fourth assembly step to achieve the assembled state according to Fig. 1, Fig. 8 a perspective view of the assembly according to Fig. 1 In a first disassembly step, Fig. 9 shows a perspective view as well as a detailed view of the assembly according to Fig. 8 In a second disassembly step, Fig. 10 shows a perspective view of the assembly according to Fig. 9 in a third disassembly step to achieve the disassembled state according to Fig. 2 , Fig. 11 a partial side view of the assembly according to Fig. 1 after completion of the second assembly step according to Fig. 5 ( Fig. 11A ), this with a semi-transparent component body to illustrate the bayonet lock ( Fig. 11B ), at the end of the third assembly step according to Fig. 6 ( Fig. 11C ), and at the end of the fourth assembly step according to Fig. 7 in the state according to Fig. 1 ( Fig. 11D), Fig. 12 a perspective view of a fastening element of an assembly according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 13 a perspective view of the assembly according to Figure 12 with a semi-transparent component body in the illustration during the second assembly step.

[0035] The figures show two embodiments of an assembly 1 according to the invention. The assembly 1 comprises a component body 2 and a fastening body 3 for fastening the component body 2.

[0036] The assembly can be any type of component. Preferably, the assembly is electrically operated. For example, according to a preferred embodiment, assembly 1 can be a light fixture, as shown in the illustrated embodiments. The component body 2 can then preferably have or be a light fixture housing, as is particularly the case with the Figure 1 and 2 The luminaire housing 2 may preferably include a light source. The light source may preferably be an LED or an LED module. Furthermore, the luminaire housing 2 may accommodate at least some of the luminaire operating elements, such as luminaire electrical components and / or luminaire electronics, for operating the luminaire 1, such as appropriate wiring or a luminaire driver and the like, as described in Figure 3 This is shown as an example.

[0037] How especially the Figures 2-12 As can be seen, the component body 2 can be connected to the fastening body 3 via a bayonet fitting 4 of the assembly 1.

[0038] The fastening body 3 may preferably have mounting structures 30 in order to attach the component body 2, which is connected to the fastening body 3 via the bayonet fitting 4, to, for example, a Figure 1 and 11to attach to the schematically depicted mounting surface M.

[0039] The assembly 1 can have at least one bayonet fitting 4 on each of two opposite sides. This is particularly advantageous for an angular (i.e., for example, a square or rectangular) assembly 1.

[0040] The assembly 1 can have several bayonet locks 4 arranged along a circle, preferably evenly distributed over this circle, as is the case, for example, in the illustrated embodiments. In the illustrated embodiments, three bayonet locks 4 are provided, evenly distributed over a circle or circumference. This is particularly advantageous for round assemblies 1, as shown in the embodiments.

[0041] Overall, the assembly 1 can therefore have one or more of the bayonet locks 4, the multiple bayonet locks 4 being preferably arranged symmetrically or evenly distributed.

[0042] The bayonet fitting 4 has a bayonet projection 5 – for example, on the component body side. The bayonet projection 5 has a rectangular or square cross-section viewed in the direction of its projection, as shown by way of example in the Figures 3 , 11 and 13 This is evident. In principle, other cross-sectional shapes of the bayonet projection 5 are also conceivable; for example, a round cross-section viewed in the direction of its projection. The bayonet projection 5 can preferably be designed as a pin or as a block.

[0043] The bayonet fitting 4 preferably also has a bayonet groove 6 – for example on the mounting body side – in and along which the bayonet projection 5 can be guided, as can be seen, for example, from the sequence of steps of the Figures 11A-11D as is evident.

[0044] According to a preferred embodiment, as also shown in the exemplary embodiments, the component body 2 can have the bayonet projection 5 and the fastening body 3 can have the bayonet groove 6.

[0045] The bayonet slot 6 has an insertion section 60 through which the bayonet projection can be inserted into the bayonet slot 6 in an insertion direction E, as is the case, for example, in the Figures 5 and 13 as indicated.

[0046] The bayonet groove 6 further comprises a functional section 61, which extends laterally away from the insertion section 60 with respect to the insertion direction E and opens at a distal end of the same into a locking section 62 for securing the bayonet projection 5, in which the bayonet projection 5 is in a locking position (cf. Fig. 1 and 11D ) can be determined.

[0047] The functional section 61 tapers towards the locking section 62, as is particularly evident from the Figures 2-5 and 11-13 can be seen from this.

[0048] The functional section 61 preferably has a chamfer 65 pointing in the insertion direction E and inclined towards the locking section 62 in the insertion direction E. This chamfer preferably comes into contact with the bayonet projection 5 towards the locking section 62 when the bayonet projection 5 is inserted into the functional section 61, in order to fix the bayonet projection accordingly in the locking position.

[0049] The component body 2 and the fastening body 3 preferably each have contact surfaces 21, 31 facing towards each other with respect to the insertion direction E. The bayonet lock 4 is designed such that the contact surfaces 21, 31 are in the locking position (see figure). Fig. 11D ) are pressed against each other; preferably by supporting the bayonet projection 5 against the locking section 62 or the approach ramp 65.

[0050] In a preferred embodiment, which is not shown here, the assembly 1 can have a seal which is preferably provided or pressed in as a circumferential closure between the two system sides 21, 31 in order to create a seal between these in the locking position of the assembly 1.

[0051] How especially the Figure 1 and 11D As can be seen, the assembly 1 can preferably be designed such that the bayonet slot 6 is completely covered in the locking position; this is preferably done here by the component body 2.

[0052] As also in the Figure 1 and 11D As shown, the component body 2 can accommodate the fastening body 3 in the locking position at least partially (as shown here) or even completely.

[0053] The bayonet slot 6 further comprises a locking section 63, which connects the functional section 61 with the insertion section 60. The locking section 63 can be located downstream of the insertion section 60 in the insertion direction E or, as shown in the illustrated embodiments, branch off laterally from the insertion section 60 to transition into the functional section 61 (see, for example, [reference]). Figures 2 , 3 and 12 In the embodiments shown here, the blocking section 63 preferably branches off from an end of the insertion section 60 distal to the insertion direction E. The blocking section 63 can preferably branch off from an end of the insertion section 60 opposite an insertion opening 66 for the bayonet projection 5 (for insertion) into the bayonet groove 6.

[0054] The bayonet groove 6 further comprises a pocket section 64 extending away from the functional section 61 in the opposite direction of insertion E between the blocking section 63 and the locking section 62, in which the bayonet projection 5 can be received at least partially or completely in a holding position.

[0055] The assembly 1 further comprises a blocking element 7, which can optionally be positioned in the blocking section 63 in a blocking position in such a way as to block a passage 67 in the bayonet groove 6 between the insertion section 60 and the functional section 61 for the bayonet projection 5.

[0056] The assembly 1 is designed such that the blocking section 63 is at least partially exposed in the holding position in order to position the blocking element 7 in the blocking section 63, as exemplified in the Figure 6 , 9 , 11A-11C , 12 and 13As shown. Thus, the insertion of the bayonet projection 5 into the pocket section 64 leads to a relative offset of component body 2 and fastening body 3 against the insertion direction E, whereby in this holding position the blocking section 63 is exposed accordingly for positioning the blocking element 7.

[0057] To position the blocking element 7 in the blocking section 63 in the blocking position, the blocking element 7 can, for example, be provided or attached; preferably in a detachable manner.

[0058] The locking element 7 can also be provided in such a way - for example on the fastening body 3 - to be held at least in the holding position (preferably also in the disassembled state of the assembly 1; e.g. according to Figures 2 and 3 ) optionally between the blocking position (see Figs. 6-8 , 11C , 11D , 12 and 13 ) and a release position (see below). Fig. 2-5 , 9, 10 , 11A and 11B ), in which the blocking element 7 releases the passage 67 in the bayonet groove 6 between the insertion section 60 and the functional section 61 for the bayonet projection 5, to be movable.

[0059] The locking element 7 can, for example, have a screw 70 (see figure). Fig. 12 and 13 ) or his (cf. Fig. 2-11 ). In the embodiment shown here, the Figures 2-11 The locking element 7, or screw 70, is designed as a threaded stud. The screw 70 can then be designed and configured to be moved between the locking position and the release position by a screwing motion of the screw 70, as shown, for example, in the detailed illustrations in the Figures 4 , 6 and 9 shown.

[0060] The locking element 7 or the screw 70 may preferably have a screw engagement profile 73 (for example, a slot, a Phillips head, an internal hexagon (as shown), an internal Torx, etc.) in order to easily screw the locking element 7 into a corresponding thread – here on the side of the fastening body 3 – using common tools W, or to move it between the locking position and the release position (see, for example, the detailed illustrations of the Figures 4 , 6 and 9 ).

[0061] The blocking element 7 can be configured according to the second embodiment shown here. Figure 12 and 13for example, a pressure piece 71 with a movable pressure part 72. The pressure part 72 can preferably be pre-tensioned into the blocking position by a compression spring in order to block the passage 67 in the bayonet groove 6 between the insertion section 60 and the functional section 61 for the bayonet projection 5, as shown in the Figure 12 and 13 This is shown as an example. The pressure piece 71 can preferably be designed and provided such that the pressure part 72 can be selectively moved from the locking position to the release position against the preload of the compression spring. The pressure piece 71 can have an external thread and thus a screw 70 in order to be screwed into the mounting body 3 in the area of the locking section 63 or the passage 67 in the installation position according to the Figure 12 and 13to be provided. It is also conceivable that the pressure piece 71 is received in the assembly 1 by force-fit (e.g. by self-clamping) in order to be inserted or pressed into the fastening body 3 in the area of the blocking section 63 or the passage 67 in the installation position according to the Figure 12 and 13 to be ready.

[0062] The assembly 1 preferably has an angular, preferably a quadrilateral (for example, square or rectangular) basic shape or contour when viewed in the insertion direction E. Alternatively, it is also conceivable that the assembly 1 has a round, preferably circular, basic shape or contour when viewed in the insertion direction E, as shown in the exemplary embodiments of the Figures 1-13 The present invention is not limited to any particular basic shape or contour of assembly 1.

[0063] A method for assembling or disassembling a component assembly 1 according to the invention is described below.

[0064] First, the component body 2 and the fastening body 3 are provided.

[0065] The mounting body 3 can then optionally be attached to a mounting surface M. For this purpose, for example, screws M1 can be screwed through the mounting structures 30 into the mounting surface M (see, for example, the figure shown). Fig. 4 ).

[0066] The blocking element 7 can then be moved into the release position to open the passage 67 in the bayonet groove 6 between the insertion section 60 and the functional section 61 for the bayonet projection 5, as shown in the detailed illustration of the Figure 4 This is shown as an example. The locking element 7, designed here as a threaded pin, can be moved with a tool W; here it can be screwed into the fastening body 3.

[0067] The bayonet projection 5 is then inserted into the bayonet groove 6 via its insertion section 60 in the insertion direction E (see figure). Fig. 5 and 13 To easily position component body 2 relative to fastening body 3 before joining them, both components can each have a positioning mark 22, 32, which indicates the correct relative positioning of these components 2, 3 to the assembler. (see arrow 1. in Fig. 5 ).

[0068] The bayonet projection 5 is thus inserted into the bayonet groove 6 in the insertion direction E and inserted from the insertion section 60 via the now exposed passage in the blocking section 63 into the functional section 61, as indicated by arrow 2. Figure 5As shown, the bayonet projection 5 is inserted or hooked into the pocket section 64 against the insertion direction E and thus reaches the holding position. The resulting relative movement of component body 2 to fastening body 3 against the insertion direction E exposes the locking section 63 in the holding position, as shown in Figure 6 , 11A and 11B shown.

[0069] The locking element 7 is then positioned in the locking section 63 in the locking position to block the passage 67 in the bayonet groove 6 between the insertion section 60 and the functional section 61 for the bayonet projection 5. To position the locking element 7 in the locking position, the threaded pin 70 is preferably moved or screwed from the release position to the locking position using a tool W, as shown in the detailed illustration of the Figure 6 as well as in the Figure 11CThis is shown as an example. The bayonet projection 5 is thus secured in the bayonet groove 6.

[0070] In the exemplary embodiment of the Figure 12 and 13 As the bayonet projection 5 passes through the locking section 63, the pressure element 72 is preferably moved into the release position by means of the bayonet projection 5, thus allowing the bayonet projection to pass through the passage 67. After passing through, the pressure element 72 is moved back into the locking position by its preload. The bayonet projection 5 is thus secured in the bayonet groove 6.

[0071] Finally, the bayonet projection 5 is guided into the functional section 61 from the pocket section 64 and then laterally into the locking section 62, where the bayonet projection 5 is in the locking position (cf. Figure 1 and 10D). This is also exemplified by the arrow in Figure 7The component body 2 and the mounting body 3 are securely connected to each other by means of the bayonet fitting 4. In the locked position, a seal (not shown here) can preferably be clamped between the contact surfaces 21, 31.

[0072] Disassembly of assembly 1 is essentially carried out in the reverse order of the steps previously described for assembly. This is exemplified in the Figures 8 to 10 depicted.

[0073] The bayonet projection 5 is therefore guided into the pocket section 64 (cf. Fig. 8 ), in order to expose the blocking section 63 accordingly. The blocking element 7 is then removed from the passage 67; here by means of the tool W by screwing the threaded pin 70 into the fastening body 3; i.e. into the release position (cf. Fig. 9The bayonet projection 5 is then guided from the pocket section 64 over the thus exposed blocking section 63 and the insertion section 60 out of the bayonet groove 6 (see the arrow in Fig. 10 ).

[0074] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, provided it is covered by the subject matter of the following claims.
