Description
[0001] The invention relates to an external sealing means, in particular an external seal, for a vehicle opening, as well as an arrangement of such a sealing means for an opening. The invention also relates to an opening and to a vehicle comprising such a sealing means and / or arrangement.
[0002] A vehicle, particularly a motor vehicle, generally includes at least one opening with a movable window between an open and a closed position. The opening includes at least one outer panel over which the window extends when closed. Typically, an external seal is placed between the outer panel and the window to prevent the ingress of moisture, particularly from rain on the window when closed, or of particles between the window and the outer panel. This seal is positioned at the top of the outer panel so that it "slicks" against the window as it moves up and down, hence its name "slicker."
[0003] One drawback of such a weatherstrip is the difficulty in securing its ends, particularly in the vertical direction, while also maintaining them firmly in position in the transverse direction. Indeed, during window opening and closing, friction between the glass and the weatherstrip tends to pull the latter upwards. Poor support of the ends of the outer weatherstrip then leads, after numerous window closing cycles, to their separation from the outer panel to which they are attached. Consequently, over the years, such outer weatherstrips develop end retention problems, also known as "delamination," due to the fact that the weatherstrip is no longer flush against the outer panel and / or the glass. In addition to a loss of weatherproofing at this point, this results in a detrimental decrease in perceived quality.
[0004] It is known to secure the ends of the sealing device using "clip-on" type fasteners that engage with stamped shapes in the outer panel of the opening. However, these solutions remain cumbersome. Because such fasteners are rigid and non-deformable, their installation requires significant force. This results in incorrect installation of the sealing device, which leads to... in fine, the removal of the sealing material.
[0005] Documents DE102019130529, JP2007216906 and EP0416899 disclose examples of sealing means for a vehicle opening.
[0006] The present invention falls within this context and aims to provide a means of external sealing and a simple and lower cost installation arrangement remedying the above disadvantages.
[0007] The invention relates to a sealing means, in particular an external seal, intended to be disposed in contact with a window of a vehicle opening, the sealing means comprising an elongated body extending along a first direction and at least one attachment device attached and configured to cooperate with a panel of the opening, in which: the body has a substantially "U" shaped profile comprising a primary branch and a secondary branch, configured to be arranged on either side of the opening panel; at least one fixing device comprises a base and at least one locking member extending outward from the base, the base being integral with one of the primary or secondary branches and the locking member extending towards the other of the primary or secondary branch, at a non-zero distance from it; the locking member comprises a plurality of slats, parallel or substantially parallel to each other, comprising at least three slats configured to cooperate with the opening panel and to maintain the sealing means relative to said panel along at least a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.
[0008] At least one fastening device may be disposed in an extreme portion of the body along the first direction, in particular in an extreme portion representing between 5 and 20% of a total length, along the first direction, of the body of the sealing means.
[0009] The fastening device may be of the insert type, notably made from molded plastic such as filled polypropylene. The fastening device may be attached to and / or overmolded with the body of the sealing element, particularly by overmolding with a thermoplastic elastomer. Specifically, a first surface of the fastening device may include an adhesion feature such as a boss, texture, studs, grooves, or ribs configured to optimize the bond between the body and the fastening device.
[0010] At least two adjacent lamellae of the plurality of lamellae can be separated from each other, along the first direction, by a spacing on the order of the thickness of at least one lamella of the plurality of lamellae, in particular 0.9 times to 1.1 times the thickness of at least one lamella of the plurality of lamellae.
[0011] Also, all or some of the slats in the plurality of slats may include an edge inclined relative to the base at an angle α between 15 and 60°. All or some of the slats in the plurality of slats may include an upper edge, flat or substantially flat, configured to form a stop for the panel along the second direction. In particular, the upper edges of all or some of the plurality of slats may lie in a common plane orthogonal to the second direction.
[0012] The upper edge(s) of a first subset of lamella(s) of the plurality of lamellae can be inscribed in a first plane and the upper edge(s) of a second subset of lamella(s) of the plurality of lamellae can be inscribed in a second plane, distinct from the first plane, the first plane and the second plane being parallel to each other and being orthogonal to the second direction.
[0013] The locking member includes at least one hook intended to cooperate with the panel so as to maintain the sealing means relative to said panel along at least a third direction, orthogonal to the first and second directions.
[0014] The sealing means may include a plurality of fastening devices, all or part of the plurality of fastening devices being able to be disposed in the same extreme portion of the body and / or in opposite extreme portions of the body.
[0015] The invention also relates to an arrangement of a sealing means for an opening of a motor vehicle, in particular for a side door, the arrangement comprising: an outer opening panel of which at least one extreme part, along the first direction, of an upper end includes at least one orifice, in particular an oblong orifice; a sealing means as described above, arranged in contact with the upper end so that the whole of the plurality of slats of the locking member extends at least in part into the at least one orifice so that an edge of said orifice forms a stop for the locking member along the first direction in order to hold the sealing means in relation to the outer panel at least along said first direction.
[0016] The outer panel can be characterized by a thickness. In the vicinity of at least one opening, at least one slat of the plurality of slats may have a depth greater than or equal to 1.5 times the thickness of the outer panel.
[0017] Also within the layout: the extreme part of the upper end of the outer panel of the opening may include a plurality of orifices, including oblong ones; the sealing means may include a plurality of fixing devices, each of said devices being able to be configured to extend at least partially into an orifice of its own so as to position and maintain the sealing means in relation to the outer panel at least in said first direction.
[0018] The invention further relates to an opening of a vehicle comprising a window, in particular a movable window configured to be moved between an open position and a closed position, the opening comprising an arrangement and / or a sealing means as described above, the sealing means being arranged so as to extend into contact with the window.
[0019] The invention finally relates to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, comprising an opening and / or an arrangement and / or a sealing means according to the invention.
[0020] Further details, features and advantages will become clearer upon reading the detailed description given below, which is indicative and not exhaustive, in relation to the various implementation examples illustrated in the following figures: There figure 1 is a schematic view of a vehicle according to a particular embodiment. figure 2 is a partial schematic view of an arrangement according to one embodiment, at the level of a front left side door, viewed from inside the passenger compartment. figure 3 is a detailed cross-sectional view of the arrangement according to the embodiment. figure 4 is a partial perspective view of an exterior panel of the arrangement according to a particular embodiment. figure 5 is a partial perspective view of a device for fixing the sealing means according to a first embodiment. figure 6 is a perspective view of a device for fixing the sealing means according to a second embodiment. figure 7 is seen in perspective of a variant of the implementation of the fixing device within the arrangement according to the embodiment.
[0021] There figure 1 This schematically illustrates one embodiment of a vehicle 1, in particular a motor vehicle. The vehicle 1 includes at least one opening 10, specifically a front or rear left-hand side door. Alternatively, the door may be a front or rear right-hand side door. The opening 10 may also be a non-side door, for example, a trunk lid. For clarity, the opening 10 described below is the front left-hand side door of the vehicle 1; however, it is understood that this representation is in no way limiting.
[0022] By convention in the description below, the direction in which a motor vehicle 1 moves in a straight line is defined as the longitudinal direction X. The forward direction corresponds to the direction in which the motor vehicle 1 usually moves along the longitudinal direction and is opposite to the reverse direction. The direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and lying in a plane parallel to the ground is called the transverse direction Y. The direction perpendicular to both the X and Y directions is called the vertical direction Z. Thus, a right-handed coordinate system XYZ is defined and represented in figures where required.
[0023] Also, "interior" means the side closest to the interior of the passenger compartment of vehicle 1. Similarly, "exterior" means the side opposite the interior of the passenger compartment, that is, the side closest to an environment outside of vehicle 1. Finally, "lower" means the side closest to the ground on which vehicle 1 rests, and "upper" means the side furthest from the ground or the highest.
[0024] The opening 10 comprises a housing, not shown, having at least one outer panel 2 facing the environment outside the vehicle 1. For example, the outer panel 2 may be made of aluminum alloy sheet or steel sheet. Preferably, the opening 10 includes a window 3, in particular a movable window 3 mounted to slide between a closed and an open position. The window 3 extends above the outer panel 2 in the closed position and opposite, or substantially opposite, the outer panel 2 in the open position. The opening 10 thus includes an arrangement 15 of an outer sealing means 4 and / or an outer sealing means 4 according to the invention.
[0025] The arrangement 15 comprises at least the sealing means 4 and the outer panel 2 as previously described. An upper end 21 of the outer panel 2 comprises at least one opening 22, or buttonhole, suitable for cooperating with the sealing means 4.
[0026] In particular, such an orifice 22 may be oblong in shape, as illustrated in the figure 4 .
[0027] In particular, at least one opening 22 is included in an extreme part 23 of the upper end 21 of the panel, schematically delimited by dotted lines at the figure 2 The term "extreme part" refers to a terminal portion of length 250 of the outer panel 2, defined along a first direction 100. In this case, the first direction 100 is parallel or substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction X when the arrangement 15 according to the invention is fitted in the vehicle 1. The extreme part 3 comprises one of the extreme longitudinal sides 24 of the outer panel 2, delimiting it along the first direction 100. By way of example, the extreme part 23 may correspond to 5 to 30%, in particular 5 to 20%, of the length of the outer panel 2. The extreme part in question may correspond to a rear extreme portion of the outer panel 2 of the opening 10, in this case a front side door. According to undetailed alternatives, the extreme part 23 in question may be a front extreme portion 23 of said panel.
[0028] The sealing means 4 is preferably an external seal configured to cooperate with the external panel 2 and intended to come into contact with the glass 3, as illustrated in figures 2 And 3 The sealing means 4 comprises an elongated body 5 extending along the first direction 100 and at least one fastening device 6, in particular at least one added fastening device 6.
[0029] The body 5 has a substantially U-shaped profile comprising a primary arm 51 and a secondary arm 52 connected by an intermediate arm 53, forming the base of the U. Furthermore, the body 5 may include an upper lip 54, extending from at least one of said arms, designed to press against and rub against the movable pane 3 when the pane 3 is moved, thus accompanying its movement without leaving any marks on the pane 3 or damaging it. The upper lip 54 also contributes to ensuring a seal at the interface between the movable pane 3 and the housing of the opening 10.
[0030] The body 5 of the sealing means 4 is preferably made by extrusion, for example, at least in a thermoplastic material. According to a non-limiting embodiment, the body 5 can be made of a plurality of materials. In particular, the body 5 may include a rigid vertebra 5', shown in dashed lines, for example made of aluminum or aluminum alloy.
[0031] In particular, at least one fastening device 6 is disposed in an extreme portion 501 of the body 5 along the first direction 100. By "extreme portion 501", we mean a terminal portion of a total length 550 of the body 5, defined along the first direction 100. In particular, the extreme portion 501 represents between 5 and 25%, or even between 5 and 20%, of the total length of the body 5 of the sealing means 4. By way of example, such an extreme portion 501 may correspond to a rear extreme portion 501 of the body 5, when it is positioned in the opening 10. Alternatively, the extreme portion 23 considered may be a front extreme portion 501 of the body 5.
[0032] As detailed in figures 3 And 5The fastening device 6 comprises a base 61 and at least one locking member 62 projecting from the base 61. The base 61 is fixed to one of the primary branches 51 or the secondary branches 52 of the body 5, while the locking member 62 extends towards the other of the primary branch 51 or the secondary branch 52, at a non-zero distance from it. In this case, the base 61 is fixed to the primary branch 51 and the locking member 62 extends towards the secondary branch 52, i.e., towards the external environment; however, it is understood that the following description may apply. mutatis mutandis to the reverse positioning.
[0033] The fastening device 6 thus extends at least in part into an internal space 500 delimited by the branches 51, 52, 53 of the body 5. A first surface 611 of the base 61 is thus in contact with a face 502 of the body 5, in particular with the primary branch 51, turned towards the internal space 500 of the body 5.
[0034] According to the illustrated embodiment, the fastening device 6 is advantageously of the insert type. In particular, the fastening device 6 can be molded from plastic, the fastening device 6 being attached and / or overmolded with the body 5 of the sealing means 4. The fastening device 6 can, for example, be made of a rigid plastic material, such as polypropylene filled, for example, with 30% filler, allowing for the production of more complex parts.
[0035] In other words, the fastening device 6 is initially made by molding a plastic material, and then an overmolding operation secures the fastening device 6 to the body 5 of the sealing means 4. The overmolding 55 can at least partially cover the fastening device 6, in particular the base 61 of the fastening device 6. The overmolding 55 can also additionally cover a part of the body 5, in particular the arm attached to the fastening device 6, i.e., here the primary arm 51. The function of the overmolding 55 is to create a permanent bond between the fastening device 6 and the body 5, i.e., a bond that is either non-removable or only removable by altering or sacrificing the sealing means 4. The overmolding 55 is preferably made of thermoplastic or flexible plastic, in particular a material more flexible than that of the body 5.
[0036] According to the illustrated example, the fastening device 6 can be overmolded in a positioning such that it extends at least in support of the branch bearing it, in this case the primary branch 51. Optionally, the fastening device 6 can, in addition, be positioned in support of the intermediate branch 53 of the "U" of the body 5.
[0037] According to an alternative not shown, the fastening device 6 can, prior to its overmolding 55, be disposed in a cutout or recess in the body 5 suitable for receiving the fastening device 6 and intended to position the fastening device 6 in the body 5, in particular in the extreme portion of the body 501, along the first direction 100. The cutout or recess can, for example, extend into all or part of a thickness of the arm carrying the fastening device 6.
[0038] Advantageously, the first surface 611 of the fastening device 6 includes an adhesion element, not shown, such as a boss, a graining, studs, grooves or ribs, configured to optimize the bond between the body 5 and the fastening device, in particular between the overmolding 55 and the fastening device 6.
[0039] According to the invention, the locking member 62 comprises a plurality of slats 7. A slat is understood to be an elongated structure of defined shape. In particular, the locking member 62 comprises at least three slats 7. The slats 7 are shaped and configured to cooperate with the outer panel 2 of the opening 10, in particular with at least one orifice 22, so as to maintain, as further explained below, the sealing means 4 relative to the panel along at least a second direction 200, orthogonal to the first direction 100. The second direction 200 is, for example, substantially vertical.
[0040] All or part of the plurality of slats 7 is shaped and arranged so as to fit into an overall shape defining the locking member 62, said shape being adapted to cooperate with the outer panel 2.
[0041] In particular, the lamellae 7 extend parallel or substantially parallel to each other. Furthermore, said lamellae 7 extend parallel to the second direction 200.
[0042] Such slats 7 advantageously provide suitable resistance of the bond between the sealing means 4 and the outer panel 2 in order to keep them together, while giving the fixing device 6 an elastic deformability allowing the installation of the sealing means 4 on the outer panel 2 with less effort, and thus simplifying the assembly of the arrangement 15. In this sense, the slats 7 are preferably solid structures.
[0043] To ensure uniform resistance and elastic deformability within the locking element 62, the slats 7 of the plurality of slats preferably have an equal or substantially equal thickness 701. For example, "substantially equal" means thicknesses of identical values ±15%, or even ±10%.
[0044] In this sense, the lamellae 7 can also be arranged particularly within the locking member 62 so that at least two adjacent lamellae 7 of the plurality of lamellae 7 are separated from each other, along the first direction 100, by a spacing 702 of the order of the thickness ±10% of at least one lamella 7 of the plurality of lamellae 7. In particular, the lamellae 7 of the plurality of lamellae can be arranged regularly, that is to say that they have equal spacings 702.
[0045] According to a first embodiment of the fastening device 6, illustrated in the figure 5 , all or part of the slats 7 of the slat plurality includes an upper edge 71, planar or substantially planar, configured to be abutting the outer panel 2 along the second direction 200 when the arrangement 15 is assembled.
[0046] For the sake of clarity, the description below is made with reference to one of the lamellae 7 of the plurality of lamellae 7, it is nevertheless understood that the characteristics described may extend to all or part of the lamellae 7 of the plurality of lamellae 7, unless otherwise stated.
[0047] The upper edge 71 is connected to the base 61 of the fastening device 6 and extends transversely to it. In particular, the upper edge 71 can extend perpendicularly to at least part of a second surface 612 of the base 61, opposite the first surface 611. According to the first embodiment, the upper edges 71 of all or part of the plurality of slats 7 lie in a common plane 1000, orthogonal to the second direction 200.
[0048] Furthermore, the slat 7 may advantageously include an inclined edge 72 relative to the base 61. "Inclined" means an edge extending at an angle greater than 5° and less than 85° relative to the base 61. In particular, the inclined edge 72 has an angle α between 15° and 60° relative to the base 61. Such an inclined edge 72 helps facilitate the installation of the sealing means 4 within the opening 10, as further described below, by guiding the fastening device 6 into at least one opening 22 in the outer panel 2. The inclined edge 72 may, as illustrated, be connected to the upper edge 71 via a straight, curved, or inclined end edge 73. Alternatively, the inclined edge 72 may be directly connected to the upper edge 71.
[0049] Thus, when the arrangement 15 is assembled, the sealing means 4 is positioned on the outer panel 2 so that the body 5 extends into contact with the upper end 21 of the outer panel 2. In other words, the primary branch 51 and the secondary branch 52 are positioned on either side of the outer panel 2, with the primary branch 51 facing towards the passenger compartment of the vehicle 1.
[0050] The sealing means 4 thus extends partly between the outer panel 2 and the glass 3, for example along a third direction 300, orthogonal to the first direction 100 and to the second direction 200.
[0051] The fastening device 6 extends opposite at least one opening 22 of the outer panel 2 so that the entire plurality of slats 7 of the locking member 62 cooperate with the outer panel 2 and extend at least partially into the opening 22. For example, the upper edges 71 and the inclined edges 72 of the slats 7 extend partially through the opening 22. In particular, when the opening 22 is oblong in shape, it is positioned so that its longest dimension extends parallel or substantially parallel to the first direction 100.
[0052] Thus, when the sealing means 4 is moved upwards by the movement of the window 3, an edge 220, in particular an upper part of the edge 220, of the orifice 22 forms a stop for the blocking member 62 along the second direction 200, blocking any movement from bottom to top and holding the sealing means 4 relative to the outer panel 2. The sealing means 4 thus remains in a suitable position, thereby preventing it from becoming dislodged during the opening cycles of the window 3.
[0053] To optimize the connection between the sealing element 4 and the outer panel 2, at least one of the slats 7, in particular the upper edge 71 of said slat, has a depth 703 greater than or equal to 1.5 times the thickness 201 of the outer panel 2. The thickness 201 of the outer panel 2 corresponds to the dimension measured at the opening 22 along the third direction 300, i.e., along the transverse direction Y. Similarly, the depth 703 of the slat 7 is measured along the third direction 300, between the second surface 612 of the base 61 and the edge furthest from it along the third direction 300, i.e., here, the outermost edge 73. Such an arrangement prevents accidental separation of the sealing element 4 and the outer panel 2.
[0054] Furthermore, at least one of the slats 7 of the plurality of slats 7 may have a height 704 greater than or equal to 1.5 times the height 202 of the opening 22 of the outer panel 2 configured to receive it. The height 704 of the slat 7 is, for example, measured between the upper edge 71 and a lower edge 74 of the slat 7, opposite the upper edge 71 along the first direction 100. Similarly, the height 202 of the opening 22 is measured along the second direction 200 between the two vertically furthest points of the edge 220 of the opening 22. Such dimensions help ensure the proper positioning of the locking element 62, and by extension of the sealing means 4, relative to the outer panel 2.For example, the inclined edge 72 guiding the positioning of the sealing means 4 relative to the outer panel 2, in particular to the edge 220 of the orifice 22, can further be configured to extend over at least 30%, or even 50%, of the height 704 of the slat 7.
[0055] According to an additional advantage of the invention, the sealing means 4 can be used on different types of vehicles 1 and / or openings 10. Indeed, the fixing device 6 can easily be adapted to different needs, for example different degrees of resistance to a force exerted along the second direction 200, by adjusting the number or dimensions of the slats 7.
[0056] Optionally, in order to optimize the sealing of the interface between the sealing means 4 and the outer panel 2, the body 5 may, in addition, include one or more intermediate lip(s) 56 intended to cooperate with the outer panel 2 and / or with the fixing device 6.
[0057] For example, the upper lips 56 can originate from the branch opposite the fastening device 6, in this case the secondary branch 52, and project outwards from it. Specifically, they originate from the panel 502. They can extend into the internal space 500 in order to come into contact with the outer panel 2, particularly near the edge 220 of the opening 22. The lips 56 contribute, in particular, to pushing the locking member 62 towards the secondary branch 52, and thus ensure its positioning in the opening 22.
[0058] There figure 6 illustrates a second embodiment of the fastening device 6, substantially identical to the one previously described; therefore, the description applies. mutatis mutandis. The second embodiment differs from the previous one in that the plurality of slats 7 comprises a first subset 75 and a second subset 76 of slats 7 with distinct positioning and / or dimensions.
[0059] It is understood that the lamellae 7 of the first subset 75 and / or the lamellae 7 of the second subset 76 may exhibit all or some of the characteristics as previously described. In other words, within the same subset 75, 76, all or some of the lamellae 7 may be identical or substantially identical. A "subset" is understood to mean at least one lamella, preferably several lamellae 7, from the plurality of lamellae 7 exhibiting a specific positioning and / or dimensioning. In the illustrated example, the first subset 75 and the second subset 76 comprise, respectively, but not limited to, three lamellae 7 and two lamellae 7.
[0060] In particular, according to the second embodiment, the upper edges 71 of the lamellae of the first subset 75 lie in a first plane 1001 while the upper edges of the lamellae of the second subset 76 lie in a second plane 1002, distinct from the first plane 1001. In particular, the first plane 1001 and the second plane 1002 are parallel or substantially parallel to each other, that is to say they extend orthogonally to the second direction 200.
[0061] In other words, the upper edges 71 of the slats 7 of the second sub-assembly 76 have an offset position along the second direction 200, for example substantially vertically, relative to the upper edges 71 of the slats 7 of the first sub-assembly 75. In particular, the slats 7 of the second sub-assembly 76 have a lower vertical positioning than the vertical positioning of the slats 7 of the first sub-assembly 75 so that the slats 7 of the second sub-assembly 76 are interposed between the slats 7 of the first sub-assembly 75 and the ground along the second direction 200.
[0062] An offset 750, measured between the slats 7 of the first sub-assembly 75 and the slats 7 of the second sub-assembly 76 along the second direction 200, can be defined as a function of the height 202 of the orifice 22 with which the fastening device 6 cooperates. As an example, the offset 750 is between 10 and 70% of the height 202 of the orifice 22, in particular between 10 and 50%, or even 10 and 45%.
[0063] Similar to what has been previously explained, the slats 7 of the various subassemblies 75, 76 are configured to cooperate with the outer panel 2 of the opening 10 and to maintain the sealing means 4 relative to said panel along at least the second direction 200. The vertically lowered positioning of the second subassembly 76 of slats 7, further recessed along the second direction 200, ensures the tamper-proof nature of the arrangement 15. The edge 220 of the opening 22 acts as a stop for the second subassembly 76 when a significant upward force is exerted on the sealing means 4, for example, in the event of forced removal during an attempted break-in of the vehicle 1.
[0064] Optionally, at least one of the slats 7, in particular its upper edge 71, of the first subassembly 75 and at least one of the slats of the second subassembly 76 have a depth 703 greater than or equal to 1.5 times a thickness 201 of the outer panel 2. Additionally, at least one of the slats of the second subassembly 76 may have a depth 703, along the third direction 300, greater than or equal to the depth 703 of the shallowest slat of the first subassembly 75.
[0065] The lamellae 7 of the first sub-assembly 75 and of the second sub-assembly 76 are preferentially arranged alternately with each other. A lamella of the second sub-assembly 76 is thus interposed, along the first direction 100, between two lamellae 7 of the first sub-assembly 75, and vice versa.
[0066] In addition, the slats 7 can be arranged particularly within the locking member 62 so that a slat of the first subassembly 75 and a slat of the second subassembly 76, adjacent to each other along the first direction 100, are separated by a spacing 702 of the order of the thickness ±10% of at least one of the slats of the plurality of slats 7. In particular, all or part of the slats 7 of the plurality of slats 7 are arranged and / or dimensioned regularly, that is to say that they have equal spacings 702 and / or that the slats 7 have an equal or substantially equal thickness 701.
[0067] There figure 7 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the fastening device 6 in which the locking member 62 comprises at least one hook 8 for cooperating with the outer panel 2. The at least one hook 8 is configured to maintain the sealing means 4 relative to the panel along at least the third direction 300. Such an alternative embodiment can be implemented for each of the first and second embodiments as previously described, respectively with reference to figures 5 And 6 .
[0068] In the illustrated example, the fastening device 6 comprises two hooks 8. It is understood that such a representation is in no way limiting and that any description below, made with reference to a hook 8, may extend to all or part of a plurality of hooks 8. The hook 8 extends projecting from the base 61 of the fastening device 6, in particular projecting relative to the second surface 612 of the base 61, and on the same side as the locking member 62. The hook 8 extends partly transversely to the base 61, in particular perpendicularly to it, in the direction of the outer panel 2 when the arrangement 15 according to the invention is assembled.
[0069] The hook 8 may originate from one of the lamellae 7 of the plurality of lamellae and extend at least partially in continuity with it. For example, the hook 8 may originate from the inclined edge 72 of the lamella 7. In other words, the hook 8 projects out from at least one lamella 7 of the plurality of lamellae 7 along the third direction 300. In particular, for the second embodiment, the hook 8 may originate from one of the lamellae 7 of the first subassembly 75, as illustrated, and / or from one of the lamellae 7 of the second subassembly 76. Preferably, the hook 8 is formed from the material of the lamella 7 bearing it. Optionally but preferentially, the hook 8 has a thickness, along the first direction 100, equal or substantially equal to the thickness 701 of the slat 7 bearing it.
[0070] According to an alternative not shown, the hook 8 can be taken from the second surface 612 of the base 61, for example in order to be placed in the spacing 702 separating two adjacent slats 7.
[0071] Within the arrangement 15, the hook 8 extends through the orifice 22 receiving the locking member 62 in order to cooperate with the outer panel 2. It extends into contact with the edge 220, in this case its lower part, of the orifice 22 provided in the outer panel 2 so that, when the sealing means 4 is moved along the third direction 300, the hook 8 comes into contact with an outer face 203 of the outer panel 2, facing the external environment. This results in the proper holding and blocking, relative to the outer panel 2, of the sealing means 4 along the third direction 300 despite the opening-closing cycles of the window 3. In addition, the hook 8 can participate in holding in position and / or blocking the sealing means 4 relative to the outer panel 2 along the second direction 200, in this case by limiting the downward movement of the sealing means 4.
[0072] According to other variants not shown, the sealing means 4 may comprise a plurality of fastening devices 6 as described above. Such fastening devices may be arranged in the same extreme portion 501 of the body 5 of the sealing means 4 or, conversely, be contained in opposite extreme portions 501, as illustrated in the figure 2 In such variants, the upper part of the outer panel 2 also comprises a plurality of openings 22, each opening 22 being suitable for receiving the locking member 62 of a fastening device 6 separate from the sealing means 4. The number of openings 22 is in particular at least equal to the number of fastening devices, in particular the number of locking members 62, of the sealing means 4. Within the arrangement 15, the openings 22 are configured to extend each opposite a locking member 62 along the third direction 300. As a result, the openings 22 can be included in the same extreme part 23 of the upper end 21 of the outer panel 2 or, conversely, in opposite extreme parts 23 so as to maintain the sealing means 4 relative to the outer panel 2 at the front and rear.
[0073] According to yet another variant, to which the present description applies mutatis mutandis,a single fastening device may include a plurality of locking members 62, originating from the same base 61, each of said locking members 62 being configured to cooperate with at least one orifice 22 of the outer panel 2, for example a separate orifice 22.
[0074] Thus, the sealing means and arrangement according to the invention ensure that the sealing means remains in place relative to the outer panel of the sash, particularly in the vertical direction, thereby preventing displacement and detachment of the sealing means, especially at its extreme ends. Consequently, the quality is preserved over time and / or through repeated glazing cycles. The shape of the sealing means's fixing device allows for simplified assembly of the sash and is suitable for cost-effective manufacturing, for example, by molding.
