Description
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of assemblies comprising an electrical switching device of the NH fuse disconnector type and a locking accessory.
[0002] A locking accessory is already known that prevents unauthorized operation of an electrical switching device such as an NH-type fuse disconnector. This locking accessory comprises a coupling portion designed to be coupled with the base of the NH-type fuse disconnector and a padlocking portion that allows for the attachment of a padlock.
[0003] Installing this locking accessory requires opening and disassembling the fuse holder of the NH-type fuse disconnect switch. This is necessary first to connect the coupling portion to the base of the switch, then to create holes in the fuse holder cover, and finally to pass the locking portion through the holes in the fuse holder cover so that it protrudes from the front of the cover. Consequently, for safety reasons, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply to the NH-type fuse disconnect switch during the installation of the locking accessory, which is unsatisfactory.Furthermore, installing the locking accessory is particularly tedious for the installer, who has to dismantle the fuse holder cover and modify it by creating holes.
[0004] Furthermore, if the locking accessory is removed from the electrical switching equipment, then the fuse holder cover no longer provides protection that meets the IP3X standard, which implies a risk to user safety.
[0005] Document EP0563530A1 discloses a switch-disconnector according to the preamble of claim 1 which is equipped with a locking block which is permanently attached to the cage.
[0006] The present invention aims to overcome at least one of these drawbacks and proposes to provide a solution to facilitate the installation of the locking accessory and ensure the safety of the operator.
[0007] For this purpose, the invention relates to an assembly comprising an electrical switching device of the NH fuse disconnector type and a locking accessory according to claim 1.
[0008] The invention also relates to an electrical switching device of the NH fuse disconnector type according to claim 9.
[0009] The invention also relates to a locking accessory according to claim 10.
[0010] The invention will be better understood from the following description, which relates to several preferred embodiments, given by way of non-limiting examples, and explained with reference to the accompanying schematic drawings, in which: [ Fig. 1 ] there figure 1 represents a perspective view of a locking accessory according to the invention, [ Fig. 2 ] there figure 2 represents a top view of the locking accessory according to the invention, [ Fig. 3 ] there figure 3 represents a perspective view from below of a portion of a fuse holder of an electrical switching device according to the invention, [ Fig. 4 ] there figure 4 represents a top perspective view of a portion of a base of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention, [ Fig. 5 ] there figure 5 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention with the fuse holder in the so-called closed contact position and equipped with a locking accessory according to the invention in a coupling position, [ Fig. 6 ] there figure 6 represents a cross-sectional view of the portion of electrical switching equipment and the locking accessory shown in the figure 5 , [ Fig. 7 ] there figure 7 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention with the fuse holder in the so-called open contact position and equipped with the locking accessory according to the invention in the coupling position, [ Fig. 8 ] there figure 8 represents a cross-sectional view of the portion of electrical switching equipment and the locking accessory shown in the figure 7 , [ Fig. 9 ] there figure 9 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention with the fuse holder in an intermediate position and equipped with the locking accessory according to the invention in the coupling position, [ Fig. 10 ] there figure 10 represents a cross-sectional view of the portion of electrical switching equipment and the locking accessory shown in the figure 9 , [ Fig. 11 ] there figure 11 represents a side cross-sectional view of a portion of the base of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention, showing a coupling zone, [ Fig. 12 ] there figure 12 represents a front cross-sectional view of a portion of the base of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention, showing two coupling zones, [ Fig. 13 ] there figure 13 represents a top perspective view of a portion of a fuse holder cover of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention.
[0011] An assembly according to the invention comprises an electrical switching device 1 of the type NH fuse disconnector and a locking accessory 2 comprising at least a coupling portion 3 and a padlocking portion 4.
[0012] Said electrical switching equipment 1 comprises at least: a fuse holder 5 comprising a cover 6 having a front face 7 and a receiving face 8 arranged to receive at least one fuse, a base 9 comprising at least one receiving area 10 arranged to receive at least partially said at least one fuse holder 5, the fuse holder 5 being movable relative to the base 9 at least between a so-called closed contact position PON, in which said at least one fuse holder 5 is received at least partially in said receiving area 10 such that the receiving face 8 is disposed on the side of said receiving area 10, and a so-called open contact position PPARK, in which said at least one fuse holder 5 is disposed above said receiving area 10 such that the front face 7 is disposed on the side of said receiving area 10, said base 9 comprising at least one coupling area 12 of said locking accessory 2 arranged to permit coupling with the coupling portion 3 in a PC coupling position,
[0013] According to the invention, said assembly is characterized in that: said cover 6 includes at least one passage 11 arranged to allow said locking accessory 2 to pass through said cover 6 in a direction of movement D1 at least in one direction of introduction SI, said passage 11 and said coupling zone 12 being substantially aligned in the so-called closed contact position PON and in the so-called open contact position PPARK, said locking accessory 2 is removable from said electrical switching equipment 1 and is configured to pass through said passage 11 so that in the coupling position PC, the coupling portion 3 is mechanically connected with said coupling zone 12 and the padlocking portion 4 is at least partially projecting from the cover 6 so as to allow the installation of a padlock (not shown).
[0014] Advantageously, the present invention allows at least one fuse holder 5 to be locked in at least two positions, namely the so-called closed contact position PON illustrated in the figures 5 And 6 and the so-called open contact position PPARK illustrated in figures 7 And 8The closed contact position (PON) corresponds to a state of the electrical switching device 1 in which the circuit is closed and electric current can flow. The open contact position (PPARK) corresponds to a state of the electrical switching device 1 in which the circuit is open and electric current cannot flow. Therefore, in the closed contact position (PON), this configuration ensures that the circuit cannot be manually opened, and in the open contact position (PPARK), this configuration allows the electrical switching device 1 to be locked out and prevents the circuit from being re-closed, thus ensuring the safety of operators working on the circuit.Furthermore, this advantageous configuration allows the installation of the locking accessory 2 without having to dismantle or modify the fuse holder 5 beforehand, and therefore without having to stop the power supply to the electrical switching device 1. Indeed, to install the locking accessory 2 according to the invention, it is sufficient to insert the locking accessory 2 into the passage 11 in the insertion direction SI without having to first necessarily dismantle the fuse holder 5 from the base 9, as illustrated by the . figures 5 à 8 In reality, the locking accessory 2 is free to move translationally within the passage 11 along the direction of movement D1, at least in the insertion direction SI. This is possible thanks to the specific arrangement of the passage 11, which allows the locking accessory 2 to be inserted from outside the electrical switching device 1 without prior removal of the fuse holder 5. The locking accessory 2 is coupled to the base 9 by mechanical coupling of the coupling portion 3 with the coupling zone 12 in the coupling position PC. Subsequent installation of a padlock on the locking portion 4 allows the cover 6 of the fuse holder 5 to be locked.
[0015] The direction of movement D1 is substantially perpendicular to the cover 6.
[0016] In the so-called closed contact position PON, the insertion direction SI is directed towards the front face 7.
[0017] In the so-called open contact position PPARK, the insertion direction SI is directed towards the receiving face 8.
[0018] To remove the locking accessory 2 from the electrical switching device 1, simply remove the fuse holder 5 from the base 9 as illustrated in the diagrams. figures 9 And 10 which show the disassembly operation and the fuse holder 5 in an intermediate position PI.
[0019] The passage 11 is further arranged to allow the fuse holder 5 to be removed from the base 9 without having to uncouple the locking accessory 2 from the base 9 if no padlock is locked on the padlocking portion 4. Indeed, if the fuse holder 5 is removed from the base 9, the passage 11 is movable in translation relative to the locking accessory 2, which remains coupled to the base 9, along the direction of movement D1 and in a direction opposite to the direction of insertion SI.
[0020] It follows that in a disassembled PD position (not shown) of the fuse holder 5 in which the fuse holder 5 is disassembled from the base 9 and is not contained in the reception area 10, the locking accessory 2 coupled to the base 9 is accessible and the operator can disassemble the locking accessory 2 in a later step.
[0021] The coupling area 12 of said locking accessory 2 is further arranged to permit coupling with the coupling portion 3 also in the disassembled position PD of the fuse holder 5.
[0022] The coupling capability of the locking accessory 2 with the base 9 also advantageously ensures that in the event of dismantling the fuse holder 5 in the dismantled position PD, the locking accessory 2 remains mechanically coupled to the base 9 in the coupling position PC and does not fall, in particular when the electrical switching equipment 1 is arranged vertically.
[0023] Preferably, the passage 11 includes a through sleeve or a through channel which opens at a first end into a first opening located at the front face 7 and at a second end into a second opening located at the receiving face 8. Preferably, the longitudinal axis of the through sleeve is substantially parallel to the direction of movement D1.
[0024] Preferably, the passage 11 and the locking accessory 2 have a cross-section of complementary or identical shape, for example, rectangular as illustrated in the figures, to allow said locking accessory 2 to pass through said cover 6 in the direction of movement D1 at least in the insertion direction SI and, where applicable, also in the opposite direction to the insertion direction SI. This example is not limiting and extends, for example, to cross-sections of square or circular shape.
[0025] Preferably, and as illustrated in the figures, the locking accessory 2 has a cross-sectional diameter smaller than the cross-sectional diameter of the passage 11 to allow said locking accessory 2 to pass through said cover 6 in the direction of movement D1 at least in the insertion direction SI and, where applicable, also in the opposite direction to the insertion direction SI. This example is not limiting and extends, for example, to square or circular cross-sections.
[0026] Preferably, the coupling portion 3 includes a first locking member 13, the coupling zone 12 includes a second locking member 14, and in the coupling position PC, said first locking member 13 and said second locking member 14 are mechanically connected together preferably by complementary shape, for example by clipping, to prevent the locking accessory 2 from moving in a withdrawal direction SR opposite to the insertion direction SI in the casting position PC.
[0027] Advantageously, this configuration prevents the locking accessory 2 from moving in the SR withdrawal direction in the PC casting position.
[0028] Preferably, the first locking member 13 includes a first through opening 15 or blind opening and the second locking member 14 includes at least one hook 16.
[0029] Advantageously, in the PC coupling position, the hook 16 is hooked in the first through opening 15 or blind, which allows the coupling of the locking accessory 2 with the base 9.
[0030] Preferably, the first through opening 15 is square, as illustrated by the example shown in particular by the figures 1 et 2 or circular based on an example not shown.
[0031] Preferably, and as illustrated in particular by the figure 11 , the hook 16 has a ramp 23 on which the free end 18a of the coupling portion 3 described below can slide after passing through the passage 11 to facilitate coupling of the locking accessory 2 with the base 9. The free end 18a of the coupling portion 3 may also include a beveled edge 24 to facilitate sliding movement.
[0032] Preferably, and as illustrated by the figures 5 à 11 , the coupling zone 12 includes a stop 17 configured to abut against a free end 18a of the coupling portion 3 so as to prevent movement in the direction of movement D1 of the locking accessory 2 in the direction of insertion SI into the coupling position PC.
[0033] This configuration prevents the locking accessory 2 from moving in the insertion direction SI into the coupling position PC. This arrangement ensures the correct positioning of the padlock portion 4 protruding from the cover 6 to allow the passage of a padlock.
[0034] Preferably, coupling zone 12 includes a housing 25, as illustrated by the figure 11 , which is arranged to receive the coupling portion 3 of the locking accessory 2 in the coupling position PC.
[0035] The housing 25 preferably includes the second locking element 14, for example in the form of the hook 16.
[0036] This housing 25 includes a first wall 26 on which the second locking member 14 is mounted, for example in the form of the hook 16, and where applicable a second wall 27 substantially parallel and spaced from the first wall 26 by a space E to allow the insertion of the coupling portion 3 of the locking accessory 2.
[0037] A first retaining element 28, for example in the form of a retaining tab, is preferably arranged on the first wall 26 in line with the second locking element 14 to prevent the locking accessory 2 from falling if the fuse holder 5 is removed from the base 9 and is in the disassembled position PD, in the case where the electrical switching equipment 1 is arranged vertically.
[0038] A second retaining element 29, for example in the form of a finger or a retaining tab, is preferably positioned on the second wall 27 opposite the first retaining element 28 to prevent the locking accessory 2 from being unintentionally or accidentally detached, i.e., without removing the padlock. This geometry also serves to prevent the locking accessory 2 from falling out during the removal of the fuse holder 5.
[0039] Preferably, the padlock portion 4 includes at least a first orifice 19 arranged to be passed through by a shackle of said padlock in the coupling position PC.
[0040] In this case, the padlock portion 4 includes, for example, the first orifice 19 and a second orifice 20 at a distance from each other, the first orifice 19 being arranged to be crossed by said shackle of said padlock in the coupling position PC and in the so-called closed contact position PON, and the second orifice 20 being arranged to be crossed by said shackle of said padlock in the coupling position PC and in the so-called open contact position PPARK.
[0041] Advantageously, as illustrated in particular by the figures 1, 2 , 5 à 8 , the first orifice 19 and / or the second orifice 20 allow the use of the same locking accessory 2 in the so-called closed contact position PON and in the so-called open contact position PPARK.
[0042] Thus, the first opening 19 allows the padlock shackle to be received in the so-called closed contact position PON, as shown in the figures 5 And 6 .
[0043] Thus, the second opening 20 allows the padlock shackle to be received in the so-called open contact position PPARK, as shown in the figures 7 And 8 .
[0044] The locking portion 4 has a free end 18b which is opposite the free end 18a of the coupling portion 3.
[0045] The second opening 20 is located closer to the free end 18b of the locking portion 4 than the first opening 19, as illustrated in particular by the figures 1 et 2 .
[0046] The first orifice 19 and / or the second orifice 20 are preferably circular holes.
[0047] Preferably, the first hole 19 and / or the second hole 20 are configured to be compatible with a padlock with a maximum size of 8 millimeters in diameter.
[0048] Preferably, said locking accessory 2 includes at least a first marking 21 configured to represent the direction of insertion of said locking accessory 2 through said passage 11.
[0049] Advantageously, the first marking 21 allows the user to be indicated the direction of insertion which is substantially parallel to the direction of introduction SI.
[0050] This first marking 21 may include one or more symbols. In the example shown in the figures, the first marking 21 includes an arrow pointing towards the free end 18a of the coupling portion 3 and the word "INSERT". This example is not exhaustive.
[0051] For example, said cover 6 or said base 9 includes a storage compartment 22 configured to store said locking accessory 2 in said cover 6 or in said base in a storage position PS of the locking accessory 2.
[0052] Advantageously, this configuration allows the locking accessory 2 to be stored in a PS storage position when not in use, either in the cover 6 or in the base 9, as illustrated by the figures 7 à 10 .
[0053] The storage compartment 22 is preferably located in the cover 6 for reasons of perceived safety for the user.
[0054] The storage compartment 22 for said locking accessory 2 is further arranged to allow coupling with the coupling portion 3 in the storage position PS. For this purpose, the storage compartment includes a coupling zone 30 similar to the coupling zone 12 of the base 9, which is arranged to allow coupling with the coupling portion 3 in a storage position PS.
[0055] Preferably, the cover 6 includes on the front face 7 and / or on the receiving face 8 a second marking 31 which represents the function of the passage 11, namely for locking and unlocking the fuse holder 5 using a padlock. This example is not limiting.
[0056] For example, the second marking 31 may include one or more symbols. In the example illustrated in particular in the figures 3 And 13 The second marking 31 comprises a symbol representing an open padlock and a symbol representing a closed padlock, separated by an arrow pointing from the open padlock to the closed padlock. This example is not exhaustive.
[0057] Preferably, the said set is presented in the form of a kit.
[0058] The invention also relates to an electrical switching device 1 of the NH fuse disconnector type for an assembly according to the invention described above, comprising at least: a fuse holder 5 comprising a cover 6 having a front face 7 and a receiving face 8 arranged to receive at least one fuse, a base 9 comprising at least one receiving area 10 arranged to receive at least partially said at least one fuse holder 5, the fuse holder 5 being movable relative to the base 9 at least between a so-called closed contact position PON, in which said at least one fuse holder 5 is received at least partially in said receiving area 10 such that the receiving face 8 is disposed on the side of said receiving area 10, and a so-called open contact position PPARK, in which said at least one fuse holder 5 is disposed above said receiving area 10 such that the front face 7 is disposed on the side of said receiving area 10, said base 9 comprising at least one coupling area 12 of said locking accessory 2 arranged to permit coupling with the coupling portion 3 in said PC coupling position.
[0059] In accordance with the invention, said electrical switching device 1 is characterized in that said cover 6 includes at least one passage 11 arranged to allow said locking accessory 2 to pass through said cover 6 in a direction of movement D1 at least in one direction of introduction SI, said passage 11 and said coupling zone 12 being substantially aligned in the so-called closed contact position PON and in the so-called open contact position PPARK.

[0063] In the case of a single-pole fuse disconnector, the latter comprises three fuse holders 5, each carrying a fuse.
[0064] Preferably, in the case of a three-pole or single-pole fuse disconnector comprising three fuses, the three fuses are aligned along a vertical direction D2.
[0065] The three-pole or single-pole fuse disconnector can be of type NH00, that is to say, have a size of 00.
[0066] The three-pole or single-pole fuse disconnector can be of type NH1 or NH2 or NH3, that is to say, have a size 01, 02 or 03.
[0067] Advantageously, the solution according to the invention can be adapted to the entire range of fuse disconnectors described above.
