Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a ventilation flap and a flap drive with the features in the preamble of the main claims.
[0002] WO 2004 / 063511 A1 discloses a tilt-and-turn window which pivots around a vertical axis y for normal opening and closing and tilts around a lower horizontal axis x for tilting. Tilting is achieved by a force and energy storage device for opening and a flexible pull mechanism with a cable for closing the window in tilt mode. The flexible pull mechanism, used only for closing, has a drive housing with an electric motor and a winding spool connected to a cable, both of which are mounted in a groove at the top edge of the tilt-and-turn sash. The cable engages a main scissor link. The axis of rotation of the winding spool is aligned perpendicular to the tilt axis x at the bottom edge of the sash.
[0003] Other ventilation flaps, also known as ventilation or casement flaps, are common in practice. They are located, for example, above standard windows and are horizontally oriented, being opened and closed manually using a handle. These commonly used ventilation flaps incorporate a narrow window element. Their ventilation effect is limited.
[0004] US 6 223 469 B1 concerns a revolving door. DE 30 43 783 A1 deals with a composite window with adjustable sound-insulating ventilation.
[0005] It is therefore an object of the present invention to demonstrate an improved ventilation flap and a flap drive.
[0006] The invention solves this problem with the features in the main claim. The claimed ventilation flap offers optimal ventilation, with a vertical installation position and a large opening angle α of 90° being advantageous. This allows for a greater air exchange than with a horizontal arrangement with a tilting function and a correspondingly smaller opening angle.
[0007] The ventilation flap offers a high level of operational reliability and functionality. Thanks to its actuator, it can be remotely operated and controlled, for example, via a push button or by connecting it to a smoke and heat exhaust ventilation system. Manual wireless remote control, e.g., via radio, infrared, or similar technology, is also possible. The ventilation flap can also be thermally insulated and, if necessary, constructed of solid material, thereby preventing or at least reducing unwanted heat transfer when closed.
[0008] The damper drive offers particular advantages for the function and operational reliability of the sash. It operates smoothly and with low wear, and its design as a crank or scissor drive allows for the aforementioned large opening angle. Furthermore, the drive kinematics enable favorable opening and closing forces. The damper drive is combined with a manual or motorized locking device that additionally secures and holds the sash in the closed position. The damper drive can be largely housed within the sash, which provides both protection and a visually unobtrusive appearance. In particular, visually disruptive attachments to the frame or sash of the ventilation damper can be avoided. The damper drive is easily accessible for installation and maintenance purposes via a recess with a cover. The cover can cover only the mounting opening or alternatively a larger wing area, in particular the entire wing surface.
[0009] It is also advantageous to house parts of the drive mechanism, in particular the drive element and the thrust element, in a covered overhang or rebate area between the frame and the outer overlapping wing of the ventilation flap. This also ensures protected and visually unobtrusive housing. Furthermore, it results in favorable kinematic drive and movement conditions.
[0010] The flap actuator can be mounted and housed in or on the sash in any suitable manner. The actuator and its components are arranged on a common frame, allowing for easy installation as a single unit at a pre-prepared location. This can also be achieved by inserting the actuator into the edge of the sash. For this purpose, it is advantageous if the unit also incorporates an edge element of the sash and is mounted together with it, with the edge element simultaneously closing the installation opening on the sash.
[0011] The ventilation flap or its actuator can also be self-contained, featuring its own integrated power supply, such as a photovoltaic module, and its own energy storage system. In particular, the self-contained damper actuator unit can include a control unit and a communication unit in addition to the aforementioned components. This allows for standardization of the damper actuator or unit and its quick and easy installation on a wide variety of sash types.
[0012] The invention also provides mounting options for wings and frames made of wood or plastic, wherein the flap drive can include a guide for the sliding element, in particular a sliding block, as an additional component that can be subsequently mounted on a wood or plastic frame. This is particularly advantageous if such frames do not have ribs or similar other shaped elements that can be used as guides.
[0013] Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
[0014] The invention is illustrated in the drawings in an exemplary and schematic manner. Specifically, the drawings show: Figure 1: a broken top view of a building wall with a ventilation flap and a window, Figures 2 and 3: perspective views of the ventilation flap in the closed position, Figure 4: a top view of an open ventilation flap, Figure 5: a partially broken top view of the ventilation flap of Figure 4 in closed position, Figure 6: a folded side view of the ventilation flap of Figure 5 Figure 7: a section through the open ventilation flap according to section line VII-VII of Figure 4 Figure 8: a partially broken section according to section line VIII-VIII of Figure 7 Figures 9 and 10: Side views of the ventilation flap in open and closed positions, Figure 11: A cross-section through the ventilation flap in the closed position, Figure 12: An enlarged view of the open drive area according to Figure 3Figure 13: a broken section through the ventilation flap at the edge, Figures 14 and 15: perspective views of a variant of the ventilation flap in closed and open positions, Figure 16: a partially broken and cut front view of the ventilation flap of Figures 14 and 15 Figure 17: a front view of the wing of Figures 14-16 with the cover removed, Figure 18: a perspective view of a variant of the flap drive, Figures 19 to 22: the flap drive of Figure 18 Figures 23 to 27 show a further non-inventive variant of the ventilation flap in various views and sections, Figure 28 shows a variant of the ventilation flap with several wings, and Figure 29 shows a partially broken and sectioned front view of a variant of the ventilation flap with additional components.
[0015] The invention relates to a ventilation flap (1) for structures, in particular for buildings. The invention further relates to a flap actuator (13).
[0016] Figure 1 Figure 1 shows, in a schematic top view, an example of the arrangement of the ventilation flap (1) on a wall (4) of a building. The ventilation flap (1) can be arranged individually. Alternatively, multiple arrangements are possible. Figure 1 shows a variant in a flap arrangement next to a window (5), where a common frame construction may be present.
[0017] Figure 1The preferred installation position of the ventilation flap (1) is also illustrated. It has an elongated and narrow shape and is preferably arranged upright or standing in the installation position. The ventilation flap (1) consists of a pivotable sash (3) and a surrounding frame (2) to which the sash (3) is rotatably mounted via one or more joints (8) or hinges and about a pivot axis (9). In the installation position shown, the pivot axis (9) runs with a substantially upright or vertical orientation.
[0018] A ventilation flap (1) can also have several pivotable wings (3) on a common surrounding frame (2). Figure 28This variant shows that the wings (3) can be moved individually and independently of each other, each with its own flap drive (13). Depending on their bearing arrangement, the wings (3) can be moved in the same or opposite directions to open and close. In one variant, the multiple wings (3) can also share a common flap drive (13).
[0019] Figure 1 and 11 The marginal arrangement of the one or more joints (8) on the wing (3) and on its longitudinal side is illustrated. The wing (3) can thereby be moved between the in Figure 9 shown closing position and the one in Figure 10 The open position shown can be swivelled back and forth. Figures 9 and 10 These positions are shown with a view to the narrow side of the ventilation flap (1). From Figure 10 The opening angle α is visible, which can be, for example, 90°. Figure 7 This opening position is also shown in the corresponding top view. Figure 4The large opening angle α results in a large-area opening (6) in the frame (2), which allows a large volume of air to be exchanged to pass through, whereby the Figure 1 and 4 to 6 The upright installation position shown is particularly advantageous.
[0020] The ventilation flap (1) can have a thermally insulating design. For this purpose, the sash (3) can be made particularly solid, with its body (7) having a considerable thickness. It can be so large that the frame opening (6) formed by the surrounding frame (2) is largely filled by the thermally insulating body (7) in the closed position. One or more seals (12) prevent unwanted heat and air exchange in the closed position. The frame (2) can also be thermally insulating.
[0021] The frame (2) and the sash (3) can consist of several profiles (10, 11) having webs and hollow chambers, which may optionally be filled with a heat-insulating material. The profiles (10, 11) can be made of plastic, metal, composite materials, or other suitable materials. In the illustrated and preferred embodiment, they are designed as light metal profiles, in particular as extruded profiles. The profiles (10, 11) can be assembled in a frame-like manner. The sash (3) can have cover plates on the top and bottom of the body (7) and thus have essentially closed surfaces.
[0022] The sash (3) opens, for example, into the interior of the building, and on this inner side of the sash (3) has a cover plate projecting beyond the edge of the frame (7), forming an overhang or rebate (29) and covering a gap between the outer frame (2) and the inner frame (7) of the sash (3). In the closed position, the cover plate of the sash (3) rests against the inner edge of the frame (2) with seals (12). Figure 11 This arrangement is shown as an example.
[0023] The ventilation flap (1) has a flap drive (13) which is recessed in the body (7) of the sash (3). Parts of the flap drive (13) may extend into the edge projection or rebate (29) and into the free space there. Figure 11 and 13 This design is illustrated. The flap drive (13) is concealed in the closed position and not visible from the outside.
[0024] The flap actuator (13) consists of a drive element (19) and a drive element (20) connected to each other. The drive element (19) is recessed in the body (7) and is located in an interior space or cavity (16) of the body (7), in particular a cavity of a profile (11). The inner cover plate of the body (7), for example, can have a recess (17) with a removable cover (18) in this area, which allows external access to the drive element (19) for assembly and servicing purposes. Figure 2, 3 , 5 and 12 This design is illustrated. The abrasive element (20) can also be at least partially recessed in the body (7) and is led out of the body (7) at least at one end and projects into the aforementioned free space at the rebate (29), engaging the frame (2) outside the body (7).
[0025] In the version of Figure 11The body (7) is formed by an elongated profile (11) provided with several hollow chambers and webs, which is closed at its narrow end faces with covers, end profiles, or the like. The drive element (20) is guided to the outside through an opening in such a cover or end profile. The cavity (16) formed in the profile (11) may have pre-installed positioning and fastening means for the drive element (19).
[0026] In another embodiment, the body (7) can be formed from several profiles (11) arranged around its circumference and connected to form a frame, wherein the profile frame, for example rectangular, surrounds a larger internal cavity (16) within the body (7). The flap actuator (13) is located within this interior space or cavity (16). It can, for example, be positioned and attached to the inside of a longitudinal profile (11). The profile frame can have covers on its top and bottom to form a closed body (7). One of these covers can be removable to allow access to the cavity (16) and the flap actuator (13). The drive element (20) is guided to the outside through a suitable opening in the profile frame.
[0027] The flap actuator (13) has a rotating drive element (19), which is designed, for example, as a controllable and, if necessary, adjustable electric motor. Any control device can be provided for this purpose. The drive element (19) can have an associated control unit (32) which is located in Figure 18 This is illustrated by way of example. It consists, for instance, of a control board located in or next to the drive housing. The control board (32) is programmable, and its settings can be changed via cable or wirelessly using a computer or parameterization device. The opening and closing angles can be set and, if necessary, changed via programming. A start and close function, preferably designed as a soft function with a smooth start and stop phase, can also be set.
[0028] How Figure 1 , 3 and 12To illustrate, the ventilation flap (1) also has a locking device (14) which can be operated manually or, as in the preferred embodiment, also by means of a drive (36). The aforementioned control unit (32) or control board can also control the locking device (14) or its drive (36) via a suitable connection. The locking device (14) secures the sash (3) in the closed position relative to the frame (2). For this purpose, one or more suitable and, for example, in Figures 4 and 5 The indicated locking elements (30) on the sash (3) are actuated and moved, interacting with corresponding counter-elements on the frame (2). This can be, for example, a roller or pin locking mechanism with pushrod actuation.
[0029] In the illustrated and preferred embodiment, the output means (20) is designed as a crank mechanism, in particular as a sliding crank or a scissor mechanism. The flap drive (13) can, for example, have a drive means (19) arranged centrally or decentrally in the longitudinal direction, to which an output means (20) is assigned on one or both sides. The output means (20) also performs a rotary movement and for this purpose has a connecting rod or drive shaft (22) driven by the drive means (19), which is also recessed in the body (7) and supported by one or more bearings (28), and which carries an output element (23) at one or both free ends, which is designed, for example, as a rotationally fixed crank arm or lever arm. Figure 3 and 4 show the preferred double-sided arrangement with a continuous drive shaft and output elements (23) on both narrow sides of the ventilation flap (1).
[0030] The axis of rotation (21) of the drive means (19) and the output means (20) is aligned and arranged parallel and at a distance from the pivot axis (9). Figure 5 and 10 This arrangement is illustrated. The axis of rotation (21) runs inside the body (7) and, in the closed position, is located in the free space or rebate area (29). The output element (23) is also located here.
[0031] How Figures 7 and 8To illustrate, the rotating output element (23), e.g., the crank or lever arm, is coupled to a push element (24) which is guided along a guide (25) on the frame (2) in a suitable path of movement. The push element (24) is, for example, designed as a sliding block and is rotatably connected to the output element (23), e.g., via a joint (27). The guide (25) is, for example, designed as a linear guide extending along one side of the frame, in particular the narrow side of the frame (2), and is located on the inside of the frame. The linear guide (25) can be positively engaged and is, for example, designed as an undercut cam guide. Figure 8This design is illustrated in section. The sliding block (24) overlaps, for example, a central web (26) aligned along the guide (25) and slides along it, with edge projections on the sliding block (24) being positively guided in grooves at the edge of the undercut guide channel.
[0032] The flap drive (13) causes an opening and closing movement of the wing (3) by means of a reversing rotary motion of the drive element (19) and a corresponding engagement of the output element (23), which is rotationally fixed to the drive shaft (22). The rotary motion moves the thrust element (24) back and forth along the linear guide (25), causing the wing (3) to open or close. This changes the triangular relationship between the pivot axes (9, 21) and the hinge (27). In the closed position, Figure 9There is an approximate extended position and an obtuse angle between the output element (23) and the line connecting the axes (9, 21). In the open position according to Figure 7 and 10 An acute angle is present. The drive torque is supported at the guide (25).
[0033] The guide (25) is preferably located at the edge of the frame (2) near the sash and rebate and is oriented transversely to the axes (9, 21). The hinge (27) is located at approximately the same height as the pivot axis (9). The drive and pivot axis (21) is preferably arranged a short distance below the adjacent surface or cover plate of the sash (3).
[0034] How Figure 4 , 8 and 13To illustrate, the output element (23) and the push element (24) can move in the space covered by the rebate (29) between the body (7) and the adjacent frame (2). In a preferably upright or vertical installation position, the sash weight is absorbed by the hinges or joints (8) and the flap drive (13), in particular its one or more output elements (23), is relieved of this load.
[0035] An actuator (15) is provided for operating the flap drive (13) and, if applicable, the locking device (14). This can be, for example, a lever in Figure 1The wall-mounted switch or push button (4) may be a multi-part switch or button, or movable in different directions, which may be used to switch or control the direction of operation and rotation of the drive element (19) and, if necessary, also to set or control the rotation path, i.e., the opening angle and the desired opening or closing position. The sash (3) can be moved back and forth between a closed position and a maximum opening position. It may also assume intermediate positions for a limited opening (6). The opening or closing angle can be queried at the drive element (19), for example, via a pulse generator at the motor. Alternatively or additionally, another measuring system may be present.
[0036] The damper actuator (13) can also be remotely controlled or operated, e.g., via a communication device (42) on the control board (32) with a wired or wireless connection to a smoke and heat exhaust ventilation system (SHEVS) control unit with sensors, which automatically opens and closes the ventilation damper (1) when necessary, e.g., in the event of detected fire or smoke development, heat build-up, or the like. A control-related coupling and sequential control can automatically actuate the damper in the closed position and deactivate it again to open the ventilation damper (1).
[0037] The communication device (42) can also transmit information about the ventilation flap (1) and / or the flap actuator (13) and / or the locking device (14), e.g., about operating states, faults, position or opening angle of the ventilation flap (1), or the like, to an external control unit, e.g., the aforementioned smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) control system, a building control system, or the like. This information or data can be obtained via the aforementioned measuring system.
[0038] Figures 14 to 17 Figure 1 shows a variant of the ventilation flap (1) in which the body (7) of the sash (3) is formed by a surrounding frame made of profiles (11) that laterally enclose a central interior space or cavity (16). Covers (18) can be arranged on the top and bottom of this frame, which are Figure 16 are shown schematically.
[0039] The flap drive (13) with the drive element (19) and the output element (20) is arranged and mounted on a frame or support (33). A locking device (14) is also arranged on the frame or support (33). The frame or support (33) allows the components of the flap drive (13) and, if applicable, the locking device (14) to be inserted and mounted together in a mounting opening (35) on a side of the cabinet, in particular on a narrow end face.
[0040] The frame (33) can also be fitted with an edge element (34) of the carcass (7) or sash (3). Alternatively, the frame (33) can also be designed as an edge element (34). The edge element (34) can be, for example, a carcass profile (11) or a section thereof and / or another fitting component. In particular, the edge element (34) can be a profile section of a sash or carcass frame. The aforementioned carcass profile section can be designed as a hollow profile made of metal, plastic, or a composite material and can also have a front panel. The frame (33) or the edge element (34) is used in the assembly position according to... Figures 16 and 17The installation opening (35) is closed and a connection is made to the other parts of the carcass (7), in particular to the other profiles (11). Prepared interfaces may be present for this connection. The edge element (34) may extend across the entire width of the carcass and be mitered at the ends for joining purposes. Alternatively, it may butt against other frame profiles (11). It may also have the aforementioned overhang or rebate (29).
[0041] The components of the flap drive (13) intended for installation in the cavity (16) and the frame (33) or the edge element (34) form a single assembly (37). Such an assembly is in Figures 18 to 22 The assembly (37) is designed and intended for insertion into the aforementioned installation opening (35). It can also accommodate the locking device (14).
[0042] In Figures 14 to 17A single arrangement of installation opening (35) and assembly unit (37) is present on the wing (3) or on its body (7). Alternatively, a multiple arrangement, in particular a double arrangement on the upper and lower end faces, especially the narrow side, of the body (7) may be present.
[0043] The locking device (14) can include the drive described above (36) along with an associated frame or support, and also one or more control elements (30). The locking elements (30) can extend outwards through a side wall of the body (7), in particular a profile (11), and engage with counter elements on the frame. Alternatively, they can engage and actuate other locking elements located on and guided on the outside of the body. One or more locking elements can be arranged according to Figure 18 also be arranged on the edge element (34).
[0044] The in Figures 18 to 22The illustrated assembly (37) preferably has a particularly compact design. The drive element (19) is designed as an electric motor, in particular a controllable or, if applicable, also a variable-speed DC motor. The axis of rotation (21) of the drive element (19) and the connecting rod (22) are aligned with each other, as is also the case in the other previously described embodiments. In the compact assembly (37), the drive element (19) is connected on one side to a driven element (20). When mounted close to the edge in the installation opening (35), the connecting rod or drive shaft (22) has a shorter length than in the previously described embodiments with a central drive arrangement.
[0045] The frame (33) or edge element (34) extends transversely to the longitudinal and rotational axis (21) of the drive and output means (19, 20), in particular the connecting rod (22). The connecting rod or drive shaft (22) can be supported by a bearing (28) on the frame (33) or on the edge element (34). It penetrates the edge element (34) and its free end protrudes from the edge element (34). Figure 18 and 21 This arrangement is shown, although for the sake of clarity the bearing (28) is not shown in detail.
[0046] The control unit (32), in particular in the form of a control board, can be arranged and mounted at a suitable location on the assembly (37), e.g., at the upper end of the drive element (19). The control unit (32) can also actuate the locking device (14). It can furthermore accommodate the aforementioned communication device (42).
[0047] In the construction unit (37) of Figures 18 to 22A driven element (23), in particular the aforementioned crank arm or lever, can be arranged at the free end of the connecting rod (22) that projects outwards from the body (7). If the driven element (20) is designed as a crank mechanism or push-pull crank, a push element (24) and a guide (25) are also present, which can be arranged on the frame (2) as described above. One or more of these parts (23, 24, 25) of the driven element (23) can be part of the assembly (37) as delivered or can be retrofitted.
[0048] In a variant not shown, the assembly (37) can be less compact and include a drive element (19) designed as a central drive. The drive element (19) can be configured similarly to the embodiments described above. Figures 1 to 13The assembly (37) may be designed and include an electric motor and connecting rods (22) aligned with its two end faces. Optionally, a single gearbox (31) and a continuous connecting rod passing through the electric motor may also be present. In this variant, the assembly (37) may also include a second frame (33) or edge element (34) along with bearings (28) for the other, opposite side of the body. Depending on the frame design, the drive element (19) may be located and mounted centrally in the body (7) or near the edge of the body through which the connecting rod (22) passes. In another variant not shown, the frame or support (33) may be designed as a mounting plate and mounted on the inside of the body (7) or its surrounding frame, optionally with a suitable interface.
[0049] Figures 23 to 25Figure 1 shows a non-inventive variant of the ventilation flap (1) in which the frame (2) and, in particular, the sash (3) are made of a wood-based material. The body (7) can again be designed as a hollow box construction with an internal cavity or interior space (16) in which a flap drive (13), in particular a drive element (19) and parts of a drive element (20) of a flap drive (13), as well as optionally a locking device (14), are arranged. The arrangement can be, for example, according to Figure 1. Figure 26 a central arrangement as in the first embodiments of Figures 1 to 13 Alternatively, an end-side arrangement at a mounting opening (35) according to the other embodiment of is also possible. Figures 14 to 17possible. The side walls of the body can be formed by a surrounding frame made of wooden profiles, on the top and bottom of which lids (18) are fixedly or detachably arranged. The body (7) can also have an overhang (29) as in the other embodiments.
[0050] For the accommodation of the guide (25), the frame (2) may have a suitably prepared receiving area (38). Figure 26 and the corresponding section of Figure 27 This arrangement is shown. The receiving area (38) can be designed as a stepped and partially undercut recess at the edge of a frame profile (10). A guide rail (25) with a push element (24) can be arranged in this receiving area (38).
[0051] The drive element (19) with gearboxes (31) attached on one or both sides can be mounted in the cavity (16) at a suitable location and in a suitable manner on a body profile (11) using fittings or the like. The connecting rods or drive shafts (22) extending to one or both sides can have bearings (28) at their ends with a fitting for mounting on a body profile (11) which has a through-opening for the passage of the connecting rod or drive shaft (22).
[0052] Figure 28 Figure 1 shows a multiple arrangement, here e.g. a double arrangement, of wings (3) on a common frame (2) as described above. Each wing (3) has, for example, the compact assembly (37) shown, according to the embodiments described above. Figures 14 to 22 Alternatively, a central drive arrangement according to the first embodiments of Figures 1 to 13may be present. In a variation of the embodiment shown, more than two wings (3) may also be present.
[0053] Figure 29Figure 1 shows a self-contained variant of a wing (3) or a self-contained design of a flap drive (13) and also of a locking device (14). For the self-contained design, a separate power supply (39) for the flap drive (13) and optionally also for the locking device (14) can be provided, which may be carried on the movable wing (3). Such a power supply (39) can have a suitable means of energy absorption, e.g., a panel (40) for receiving external energy. This could be a photovoltaic system for generating solar power. Other energy sources are also possible. For local energy storage, the power supply (39) can have an energy storage device (41), preferably arranged on the wing (3), e.g., an electric battery. This can be housed in the interior (16) of the body (7). The energy storage device (41) is connected to the flap drive (13) and optionally to the locking device (14).The energy supply (39) can be controlled via the control unit (32).
[0054] The wing (3), in particular its body (7), can be opaque or translucent. It can, for example, have at least partially opaque or transparent covers (18) or panes made of glass or plastic. The flap drive (13) in the cavity (16) can be arranged visibly or concealed, or provided with a cover.
[0055] The flap actuator (13) and / or the locking device (14) may have an emergency release or a release mechanism that is accessible or operable from the outside in case of malfunctions.
[0056] Variations of the illustrated and described embodiment are possible in various ways. The bearing (8) or the pivot axis (9) can be arranged in a different location, e.g., in the central sash area. Furthermore, they can be designed differently, in particular as concealed corner hinges with a scissor fitting, e.g., according to DE 20 2007 017 519 U1 or DE 10 2010 028 602 A1. With such a corner hinge, the pivot axis (9) can perform a lateral offset movement.
[0057] In one variant, the locking device (14) can have a drive derived from the flap drive (13), in particular from the drive element (19), instead of its own drive (36). The locking device (14) can also have locking element(s) with a corner deflection.
[0058] The design and / or arrangement of the drive and driven elements (19, 20) can also vary. A crank mechanism, for example, can be designed as a toggle lever mechanism or in another way. The kinematics of the crank mechanism can be modified, whereby the rotation of the connecting rod (22) on the body (7) is converted into a linear movement of a push element, which actuates a rotating part mounted on the frame (2), e.g., a crank or lever.
[0059] The output means (20) can further comprise a differently designed output element (23). The rotation at the end of the drive rod (22) can, for example, be converted by a gearbox into a rotary or linear motion of another output element (23), e.g., rod- or spindle-shaped, which is kinematically coupled to the frame (2) in a different manner. In the case of a concealed corner hinge with a scissor hinge, the flap drive (13) can engage the scissor hinge with a suitable output element (23) and move it. Here, for example, a scissor arm, in particular a sash-side scissor arm, can be driven and moved with the sash (3). Engagement is possible, for example, via a threaded spindle, a rack, a cam, a rotating cable drive, or the like, on a sliding bolt of the scissor hinge in the area of the sash or frame, the linear displacement of which leads to a sash rotation.Alternatively, an attack can be made on a bearing bolt that is rotationally fixed to the other frame-side scissor arm.
[0060] The features of the embodiments and variations according to the invention can be combined and exchanged as desired. REFERENCE MARK LIST
