Abstract
Description
Technical environment
[0001] The invention relates to an automatic sliding door with a drive unit and movable door leaves, wherein the drive unit has at least one electric drive motor with gear and an endless toothed belt to which the door leaves are individually fastened via drivers on a strand of the endless toothed belt, and wherein the drive unit has a control unit by means of which the door leaves can be moved into a closed position or into an open position. State of the art
[0002] Automatic sliding doors are known from the prior art, e.g. US 2002 / 0157317 A1, and are used, for example, to close entrances to business premises. Two door leaves are held in a frame in such a way that they move apart when opened and closer together when closed. Movement is initiated, for example, by so-called external radar and internal radar sensors that interact with a control unit, which then interacts with the drive unit, such as a drive motor, and a gear system. Such automatic sliding doors may be subject to special safety or physical requirements and, in most cases, must meet higher standards in the closed position than in the open position or when in motion. This can be achieved by interlocking and locking systems or by lowering and raising the door leaves. All of these functions require energy and result in increased wear and tear on the door system.
[0003] In order to avoid the associated higher costs and restrictions in ease of use, it is important to find a solution that reduces the necessary technical disadvantages to a minimum without major additional costs and with normal use. Task
[0004] The invention therefore addresses the problem of developing an automatic sliding door with a drive unit and movable door leaves in such a way that it particularly meets the higher safety or physical requirements and reduces the technically necessary disadvantages to a minimum without major additional costs and during normal use. Solution
[0005] According to the invention, the problem is solved with the features of claim 1; advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.
[0006] The advantages achieved with the invention are that, during normal operation, the leaves only move to a point in a first closed position, which is just before the actual second closed position. This point can be defined by a mechanical stop that can be moved, folded away, lowered, or released when a safety request is triggered. Alternatively, this first closed position can be detected and moved to by a limit switch or by the distance measurement of the door control system. This means that during normal operation, the door moves to the open position each time it is opened and then closes to the first closed position, where it remains until the next opening request.
[0007] Only when a safety requirement, such as a fire alarm and / or the "Off" command, is received at the control system do the door leaves move into the actual second closed position. The closing edge is designed so that in the first closed position, the area between the door leaves can be opaque, watertight, and windproof. It is also possible to lock the door in this first closed position to ensure a secure exit function, allowing one to leave the building, but preventing entry from the outside from being detected by the external radar. The construction, which ensures a tight center joint between the door leaves, can consist of overlapping hard or soft profiles. However, spring-loaded profiles, which compress when the door moves into the second closed position, can also be used. This short distance can be used to activate a locking mechanism and install a new sealing layer. These seals can be activated all the way around the door leaf.
[0008] According to the invention, it is proposed that the movable door leaves assume two different closed positions, wherein a first closed position is intended for normal driving operation and wherein a second closed position is intended for a safety requirement and the door leaves are movable from the first closed position into the second closed position or from the open position into the second closed position, so that the door leaves in the second closed position assume a positive connection with closing edges that can be moved towards one another.
[0009] Due to the design of the sliding door according to the invention, it is now possible for the sliding door to assume the first closed position during operation, so that the door leaves moving towards each other assume an opaque, watertight or airtight position at their closing edges. If, for example, the sliding door according to the invention is to meet higher security requirements, it is possible for the door leaves to be moved a shorter distance from the first closed position so that the closing edges are moved into a second closed position. In this second closed position, the closing edges then come into positive engagement, so that they occupy an overlapping area. Due to this design, the automatic sliding door is then secured, with the second closed position being approached in particular in the event of a danger alarm and / or fire alarm.
[0010] According to the invention, the positive connection on the opposite closing edges of the door leaves in the center joint area consists of overlapping profiles. The positive connection in the center joint area of the door leaves is formed by profiles molded onto the closing edges. The profiles on the closing edges consist of hard or soft profiles. The profiles each comprise a groove-shaped profile strip and a tenon-like profile strip on the opposite closing edges. According to a further embodiment, one of the profiles on the opposite closing edges can comprise a leg-like profile strip, which, in the second closed position, overlaps a tenon-like profile strip on the other door leaf.
[0011] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the positive connection in the center joint area of the door leaves can be formed from flexibly held profiles. In this case, the flexibly held profiles comprise integrated profile strips that counteract the action of the tongue, which also have a tongue-and-groove profile.
[0012] According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the distance from the first closed position to the second closed position can be used to activate additional seals on the door system. For example, a circumferential seal on the door leaf is triggered when the spring-loaded profile strips move into each other.
[0013] In a further development of the inventive solution, the distance from the first closed position to the second closed position can be used to actuate a locking mechanism of the door system. The locking mechanism can then be actuated electrically, hydraulically, mechanically, or pneumatically using the appropriate means and elements provided on the door system. Description of the drawings
[0014] An embodiment of the invention is shown purely schematically in the drawings and is described in more detail below. It shows: Figure 1 shows a front view of an automatic sliding door according to the invention; Figure 2 shows a sectional plan view of the door leaves with U-shaped closing edges in a first view a, in a second view b and in a third view c; Figure 3 shows a further embodiment of the door leaves with resilient closing edges in the sectional plan view, also in three views a, b and c; Figure 4 shows a further embodiment of the door leaves with resilient closing edges in the sectional plan view, also in three views a, b and c; and Figure 5 shows a further embodiment of the door leaves with leg-shaped closing edges in the sectional plan view, also in three views a, b and c. Examples of implementation
[0015] The Figure 1shows an automatic sliding door 1 with a drive unit and movable door leaves 2, 3, which can be moved into an open position and a closed position, as the latter is particularly shown in the Figure 1 A drive unit arranged in the upper area has at least one electric drive motor with a gearbox and endless toothed belt, to which the individual door leaves 2, 3 are attached via carriers to one strand of the endless toothed belt. Furthermore, the drive unit has a control unit with which the door leaves 2, 3 can be moved into the closed or open position.
[0016] According to the invention, the movable door leaves 2, 3 are in two different closed positions according to the Figure 2b, Figure 2c and in accordance with the Figure 3b, Figure 3c and the Figure 4b, Figure 4c The first closed position 4 is intended for normal driving operation, as shown in the Figure 2band in the Figure 3b or Figure 4b In this first closed position 4, the door system is positioned so that the door leaves 2, 3 are opaque, watertight, and airtight.
[0017] The second closed position 5 - shown in the Figures 2c , 3c and 4c - is designed to meet high security requirements. The door leaves 2, 3 are moved from the first closed position 4 to the second closed position 5, so that the door leaves 2, 3 in the second closed position 5 form a positive connection 8, particularly with mutually movable closing edges 6, 7, as shown in particular in the Figure 2c , but also in the Figures 3c and 4c , shown in the top view.
[0018] From the Figure 2It can be seen that the form-fitting connection 8 on the opposite closing edges 6, 7 of the door leaves 2, 3 in a central joint area consists of overlapping profiles 9, 10. These profiles 9, 10 are arranged on the closing edges 6, 7, wherein the profiles 9, 10 on the opposite closing edges 6, 7 comprise a groove-shaped profile strip 11 on one door leaf 2 and a tenon-like profile strip 12 on the other door leaf 3. This situation is particularly evident in the Figure 2 shown in views a, b and c, wherein in the closed position 4 the door leaves 2, 3 are moved together in such a way that the tenon bar 12 only moves into an opening area of the groove bar 11, in order to achieve a windproof or watertight or opaque closure of the door leaves 2, 3. In the Figure 2cthe second closed position 5 is shown, where the so-called tenon strip 12 penetrates into the deepest part of the groove-shaped profile strip 11 of the opposite closing edge 7.
[0019] A variation of the Figure 2 The form-fitting connection 8 shown reveals the Figure 5 , in which the profile 9 comprises a leg-like profile strip 11.1, which in the second closed position 5 overlaps the pin-like profile strip 12 on the other door leaf 3. This situation is particularly in the Figure 5 shown in views a, b and c, wherein in the closed position 4 the door leaves 2, 3 are moved together in such a way that the tenon strip 12 only retracts to a small overlap area of the groove strip 11, in order to achieve a windproof or watertight or opaque closure of the door leaves 2, 3. In the Figure 5cthe second closed position 5 is shown, where the so-called tenon strip 12 penetrates into the entire overlap area of the profile strip 11 of the opposite closing edge 7.
[0020] The Figure 3shows a further embodiment of a form-fitting connection 8 not according to the invention, wherein the form-fitting connection 8 is formed in the central joint area of the door leaves 2, 3 from profiles 9, 10 which are flexibly held on the closing edges 6, 7. The flexibly held profiles 9, 10 comprise profile strips 15, 16 which are integrated against the action of springs 13, 14, wherein the profile strips 15, 16 also have a tongue and groove profile. Here, too, it is understood that when the door leaves 2, 3 move towards one another with their closing edges 6, 7, the profiles 9, 10 come into operative connection, whereby in the closed position 4 the so-called opaque, watertight and airtight closure then takes place, whereby when a certain distance is exceeded the second closed position 5 is then assumed. The profile strips 15, 16 then move against the action of the springs 13, 14, thus ensuring a higher safety requirement. Figure 4 shows a further embodiment of the profile strips 15, 16 not according to the invention, wherein these are designed to be resilient.
[0021] According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the path from the first closed position 4 to the second closed position 5 can be used to actuate additional seals on the door system 1. A seal (not shown in detail) is provided circumferentially on the door leaf 2, 3. In this case, the spring action can be used, in particular, to actuate the sealing device. List of reference symbols
