Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates generally and in particular to a supply system for supplying bulk material and / or ready-mixed concrete in a track bed section, as well as a method for providing such a mixture of materials (bulk material / ready-mixed concrete). TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
[0002] Concrete mixer trucks are well known. These are special road vehicles used for transporting concrete between a concrete / mixed concrete production plant and a construction site where the concrete mix is to be used. For this purpose, a mixing drum is usually permanently coupled to a truck chassis.
[0003] There are also motor vehicles that, in addition to road tires, have a folding rail wheel set, which allows the vehicles to be moved along the tracks parallel to the direction of travel when the rail wheel sets are folded onto the tracks. Such a vehicle is known, for example, from DE 2020 201 028 96 U1. However, there is the problem that, on the one hand, a special approval procedure / inspection is required as soon as the vehicle is to be placed on the track and operated there as a rail vehicle. Furthermore, rerailing such a vehicle requires a suitable level crossing or section of track on which the vehicle can be aligned accordingly to the rails.
[0004] There are also mixed concrete rail vehicles in which a mixing drum is mounted on a rail bogie, which can then be moved along the rails as a wagon. Here, too, rerailing can only take place in certain track sections / side tracks, which must then be accessible to appropriate cranes or rerailing bogies. Such solutions are described, for example, in CN 112693267 A and CN 107618325 A.
[0005] DE 1003 05 818 A1 discloses a transport device that can be moved along railway tracks. The transport device consists of several transport segments. In a working mode, the transport device can be attached to an excavator designed for traveling on railway tracks via a towing device, with a truck loaded with concrete, gravel, or other bulk material being transported on the transport device. During the working mode, the truck remains on the transport device and cannot be used to maintain supplies.
[0006] DE 44 03 793 A1 discloses a device for transporting mixed concrete or similar construction materials. The device comprises a frame in the format of an ISO container in which a mixer with a drum is supported. The mixer is firmly mounted in the frame with rollers and a handle and cannot be removed from it. However, ready-mixed concrete or bulk material mixtures are mostly required in construction sections or track construction sections where a relatively long access route via the track is required, or where there is no track connection at all due to the construction work, and corresponding construction vehicles for supplying a construction site can only be locally tracked. For general transport tasks, so-called track construction trailers are available. These can be tracked in construction site areas with a special permit, without the need for further approval for their track / railway operation. However, such track construction trailers do not have concrete mixing units. While they are suitable for transporting a finished mix in buckets or troughs, long distances between the loading and processing stations can result in partial separation of the concrete mix, thus compromising the processing quality. TASK
[0007] The objective is therefore to provide an improved supply system suitable for preparing and delivering bulk material and / or ready-mixed concrete mixtures and for ensuring the on-site supply of ready-mixed concrete in a track bed. The above-mentioned disadvantages should be overcome as far as possible. A further objective can be seen in providing a method for providing such a mixture using an improved supply system. SUMMARY
[0008] This object is achieved by a supply system according to claim 1 and a method according to claim 9.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0011] Before a detailed description of the embodiment with reference to Fig. 1 First, general explanations of the embodiments follow.
[0012] The supply system according to the invention for the supply of bulk material and / or ready-mixed concrete in a track bed section is characterized by the following: An intermodal mixing container unit, which is designed in particular as a ready-mixed concrete mixer, has a so-called coupling frame with which the mixing container unit can be detachably connected to different components.
[0013] Ready-mix concrete mixers have a pear-shaped mixing drum with an inclined rotation axis. Mixing screws are located on the inside of the mixing drum. These ensure thorough mixing of the ready-mixed concrete or other bulk material mixture when the mixing drum rotates. When rotated in the opposite direction, they discharge the ready-mixed concrete from a discharge opening via a pivoting distribution chute. A hopper, also connected to the discharge opening, is used for filling. This type of concrete mixer can be used for mixing all kinds of material mixtures used in civil and structural engineering.
[0014] A first rail vehicle, in particular a track construction trailer, serves to accommodate the intermodal mixing container unit with its coupling frame by releasably connecting connection interfaces formed on the coupling frame to corresponding receiving elements provided on the rail vehicle. This can be achieved, in particular, by using so-called container corner fittings (corner castings), which can be locked into corresponding twistlocks. This securely and firmly connects the mixing container unit to the rail vehicle.
[0015] Such a rail vehicle is specifically designed as a so-called track construction trailer, which, on the one hand, has a very low overall height (approximately 600 mm above the track surface) and, on the other hand, is extremely versatile. For example, with the appropriate special approval, such track construction trailers can be installed on a public section of track for construction and transport purposes without the otherwise required special approval.
[0016] A second rail vehicle is also planned, specifically designed as a rail-road excavator. Such rail-road excavators are universally applicable tools in track construction, which, depending on their operating conditions, can be operated as a handling vehicle, shunting locomotive, and / or hydraulic drive unit.
[0017] Within the scope of the supply system according to the invention, this special combination of mixing container unit, track construction trailer and rail-road excavator has several advantages: The second rail vehicle, designed as a rail-road excavator, serves as the central working device, firstly for transferring the individual components, i.e. the rail-road excavator can re-rail the first rail vehicle, namely the track construction trailer, with its working arm and can also place the mixing container unit onto the track construction trailer. Secondly, the rail-road excavator can then drive itself onto the track and there, using its movable or foldable wheel sets, be tracked, coupled to the track construction trailer and hydraulically connected to the transport mixer. It can then be operated either as a shunting locomotive and / or hydraulic drive unit.
[0018] Such a supply system can be installed on virtually any track section that is reasonably accessible to a wheeled vehicle, without the need for additional special vehicles or handling equipment. A key advantage of the system is that it can also be used on track sections equipped with overhead lines, as the dimensions and usable working heights of the rail-road excavator are tailored to such applications. The particularly low-profile track construction trailer easily accommodates the mixing container unit, leaving sufficient clearance above the mixing container unit for a possible overhead line system, allowing for trouble-free handling with the rail-road excavator.
[0019] According to the invention, the coupling frame comprises two coupling rails which, in a position coupled to the handling frame, rest on handling rails of the handling frame. The coupling rails can be longitudinal beams aligned along a transport direction of the supply system. The coupling rails can be parallel and spaced apart from one another. The handling rails can be longitudinal beams aligned along a transport direction of the supply system. The handling rails can be parallel and spaced apart from one another. The coupling rails and the handling rails can lie on top of and against one another. The spacing of the coupling rails and the spacing of the handling rails can be coordinated such that the coupling rails and the handling rails lie flush with one another. This results in even force transmission. For example, when handling the mixing container unit. This allows the vertical force component to be evenly distributed across the coupling rails and transferred to the transfer rails. The vertical force can be, for example, the weight of the mixing tank unit. The load on the connection interfaces and receiving elements can be relieved by the vertical force component. This allows the maximum load on the connection interfaces and receiving elements to be reduced.
[0020] The spacing of the coupling rails and the spacing of the transfer rails can be identical. The number of coupling rails and transfer rails can be identical. The number of coupling rails and transfer frames can be two or more each. The cross-section of the coupling rails and transfer rails can be identical or different depending on the statically advantageous design. The cross-section can be T-shaped, double-T-shaped, I-shaped, round, square, or rectangular. The cross-section can also be a combination of these.
[0021] There are designs in which the connection interfaces are arranged via cantilever arms on the coupling rails and / or the receiving elements are arranged via cantilever arms on the transfer rails. By arranging them via cantilever arms, the coupling frame and the transfer frame can be made more compact overall. This can reduce space and face size. The coupling frame and the transfer frame can each comprise six cantilever arms. The cantilever arms can be arranged along the coupling rails. This can ensure even force distribution and loading. The cantilever arms can be connected to the coupling rails or transfer rails detachably or permanently. The connection interfaces can be arranged on an end face of the cantilever arms facing away from the coupling frame or coupling rails, or on a side of the cantilever arm facing towards the ground. The receiving elements can be arranged on an end face of the transfer frame or transfer rails. The connection interfaces can be arranged on the end face of the cantilever arms facing away from the transfer rails, or on a side of the cantilever arm facing away from the ground. The length of the cantilever arm on the coupling rail and the length of the cantilever arm on the transfer rail can be such that the connection interface and the receiving element can be coupled to one another (e.g. as a twistlock connection). The length of the cantilever arm on the coupling frame and the length of the cantilever arm on the transfer frame can be identical or different. The connection interfaces can also be connected directly to the coupling rail or the coupling frame without cantilever arms. The receiving elements can also be connected directly to the transfer rail or the transfer frame without cantilever arms. This allows the distance between the coupling rails or transfer rails to be made greater. A greater distance can be useful if the maximum payload is increased.
[0022] A statically advantageous cross-section of the cantilever arms can have a geometry that is square, rectangular, trapezoidal, I-shaped, T-shaped, double-T-shaped, round, or oval. The statically advantageous cross-section can be a combination of the various geometries. The height of the cross-section of the cantilever arm on a transfer rail of the transfer frame can extend along the entire height of the transfer rail of the transfer frame or only over part of the height of the transfer rail. The height of the cross-section of the cantilever arm on the coupling rail of the coupling frame can extend along the entire height of the coupling rail or only over part of the height of the coupling rail. This allows the force introduction points in the transfer frame or coupling frame to be designed in a statically advantageous manner.
[0023] There are versions in which the coupling frame of the mixing container unit can be detachably coupled to a hook-lift-capable handling frame, allowing the mixing container unit to be transported and handled using a hook-lift vehicle. This allows the mixing container unit to be transported to the siding point, or at least close to it, by a roadworthy vehicle and set down there using the hook-lift system. The vehicle is then available for other purposes and can, for example, be used in a resource-efficient shuttle operation.
[0024] The coupling frame can be secured against vertical and / or horizontal movement relative to the cover frame. The coupling frame can be releasably coupled to the cover frame via a positive connection. A positive connection can be a pin connection, bolt connection, split pin connection, click connection, snap connection, or another positive connection. The coupling frame can be releasably coupled to the cover frame via a force-locking connection. A force-locking connection can be a screw connection, wedge connection, clamp connection, or another force-locking connection. The coupling frame can also be releasably coupled to the cover frame via a combination of different connection types.
[0025] There are designs where the coupling frame is provided with different corner fittings / connection interfaces that run at different coupling levels. This allows the coupling frame to be coupled to the transfer frame using standard twistlocks—these corner fittings are located at the same coupling level—and to the track maintenance trailer's twistlocks, which are located at different coupling levels. This also ensures that the mixing tank unit is always mounted on the track maintenance trailer in the correct direction (front / rear).
[0026] The mixing tank unit features a hydraulic drive unit that can be hydraulically coupled to a controllable hydraulic unit of the rail-road excavator. The controllable hydraulic unit of the rail-road excavator or the second rail vehicle thus serves as the primary drive for the mixing tank unit. It can therefore be used not only for transport, but also for actively mixing or preparing a concrete mix on site. The individual components of this mix can then be fed to the transport mixer on site.
[0027] Designs in which the hydraulic unit comprises an adjustable control system so that several operating states of the hydraulic drive unit and thus of the mixing container unit can be set, allow, on the one hand, mixing operation adapted to the respective material composition and, on the other hand, also an operating state with reversed direction of rotation, which serves to empty the ready-mixed concrete mixer.
[0028] There are versions of the supply system in which the mixing container unit has several attachment points designed and arranged so that it can be suspended from a transfer beam and placed on the first rail vehicle at a safe distance from an overhead line, and removed from the vehicle. These attachment points, which are not provided on normal mixing container units, serve to ensure the safe transfer of the mixing container unit. They can be designed, for example, as crane eyes or lugs.
[0029] There are versions in which the first and second rail vehicles can be coupled to form a train via detachable couplings, allowing the supply system to be moved along a track construction section between a filling point and a processing point. This version has the advantage that the rail-road excavator / second rail vehicle can also serve as a shunting locomotive, which can move the entire supply system along the track between the filling point and a processing point. It can also serve as a drive unit for the mixing tank unit at any location—when the supply system is at a standstill.
[0030] A method according to the invention for providing a mixture of materials in a track construction section uses a supply system according to the invention as described above and comprises the further steps: Filling the mixing container unit with mixing components, operating the mixing container unit in a first operating state and producing a mixture of substances, moving the mixing container unit to a removal point via a track section, operating the mixing container unit in a second operating state and removing the mixture of substances, and processing the mixture of substances.
[0031] This process, especially in conjunction with the production of a concrete mix, ensures that an optimally prepared and perfectly mixed concrete mix is available directly at the processing site. For example, in tunnel construction, shotcrete is used to form a freshly excavated tunnel section with shotcrete for stabilization.
[0032] An ideally prepared concrete mix is also desirable for the production of concrete foundations in the track bed area.
[0033] Furthermore, the step of providing the supply system at a filling point may include further steps that are only possible with the aid of the supply system according to the invention, namely: Rerailing the first rail vehicle using the second rail vehicle, delivering and setting down the mixing container unit using a hooklift vehicle, removing the mixing container unit from the handling frame; placing the mixing container unit on the first rail vehicle / track maintenance trailer, rerailing the second rail vehicle, and coupling it to the first rail vehicle.
[0034] The combination of components of this supply system according to the invention, in conjunction with the method for providing a material mixture using such a supply system according to the invention, allows for a highly flexible and universally applicable supply of track construction sites with various material mixtures that are typically used in civil and / or structural engineering during track construction or tunneling work. Such material mixtures can be, in particular, concrete mixes, but also special bulk material mixtures that can be mixed and processed in the mixing tank unit.
[0035] It is also possible to fill the mixing tank unit of this supply system directly with concrete mix. This takes place at a filling point accessible to conventional concrete mixers, which are then connected to the mounted mixing tank unit via a conveyor system (concrete pump / conveyor belt), so that the contents of the ready-mixed concrete mixers are transferred to the mounted mixing tank unit.
[0036] Returning to Fig. 1 , this shows an intermodal mixing container unit 3 of a supply system 1 according to the invention and partially shown here. The mixing container unit 3 comprises a mixing drum 5, which is arranged via a race 7 and bearing rollers in a bearing saddle 9 and is rotatably held at its closed end, i.e. at the drum base, by means of a pin in a bearing block 11.
[0037] The drum is driven by a hydraulic drive unit 13, to which the drive fluid is supplied via supply lines 15. Bearing saddle 9 and bearing block 11 are firmly connected to a coupling frame 17, which is provided at its front end and in the rear area with corner fittings 19 and 19' serving as connection points. The bearing saddle 9 and the bearing block 11 connect two parallel coupling rails 18, which form the central coupling frame structure and on which the corner fittings 19 and 19' are arranged via cantilever arms 26 (see Fig. Fig. 2 ). The coupling frame 17 is connected via the corner fittings 19 to the twistlocks 20 of a cover frame 21, which serve as receiving elements.
[0038] The cover frame 21 is at its front end (see Fig. 2 ) is provided with a hook lift bracket 23 and has floor rollers 25 at its rear end, with which the handling frame 21 rolls along the unloading area when being set down by a hook lift vehicle. The hook lift bracket 23 connects two handling rails 25, which form the central handling frame structure and on which the twist locks 20 are arranged via cantilever arms 28 (see. Fig. 2 ). The coupling rails 18 lie on the cover rails 25. The coupling rails 18 and the cover rails 25 lie flush with each other and against each other
[0039] Fig. 3 shows the supply system 1 in the on-rails state. The mixing container unit 3, with its coupling frame 17, is arranged on a first rail vehicle designed as a track construction trailer 27, which is coupled via a shunting coupling 29 to the coupling 29 of a second rail vehicle designed as a rail-road excavator 31. The hydraulic lines 15 are connected to a controllable hydraulic unit of the second rail vehicle 31, so that the mixing container unit 3 can be driven via its hydraulic drive unit 13. At the same time or in a different operating state, the train thus formed can be moved on the track 35 by means of the rail-road excavator. The wheel sets 37 of the rail-road excavator 31 serve for track guidance, and the tire-equipped drive wheels 39 of the rail-road excavator 31 serve as drive.
[0040] Fig. 4 and 5show details of the track construction trailer 27. It comprises a receiving platform 41, which is provided with wheel sets 43. At its ends are twistlocks 20 and 20' designed as receiving elements, which are arranged at different coupling levels and can be coupled to the corner fittings 19 and 19' on the coupling frame 17 of the mixing container unit 3, thus fixably receiving the mixing container unit on the track construction trailer 27.
[0041] Fig. 6 shows the rail-road excavator 31 designed as a second rail vehicle in an operating state for travel on land or road. The rail-road excavator 31 has a rotating superstructure 45 which is arranged on a chassis 47 and has a hydraulically driven working arm 49. In this operating state, the rail wheel sets 37 are folded up.
[0042] Fig. 7 shows the two-way excavator 31 Fig. 6 in an operating condition for driving on a track 35 in which the wheel sets 37 are folded down and are in a tracked position.
[0043] Fig. 8 shows another view of the rail-road excavator 31 in a working state with the working arm 49 extended, the apex 51 of which is extended to a working height H which is limited to a safety distance S below an overhead line. The working height H and the height of the mixing container unit 3 as well as the platform height of the track construction trailer 27 are coordinated in such a way that it is possible to place the mixing container unit 3 below an overhead line on the track construction trailer 27 using the rail-road excavator 31. For this purpose, a handling cross member (not shown) is arranged on the working arm 49 of the rail-road excavator 31, which is then attached to corresponding attachment eyes 53 which are arranged on special handling frames 55 of the mixing container unit 3, which are each arranged on the bearing block 11 or on the bearing saddle 9.
[0044] Fig. 9 shows schematically a process for providing a mixture of substances with S1 Providing a supply system 1 at a filling point; S2 Filling the mixing container unit 3 with mixing components; S3 Operating the mixing container unit 3 in a first operating state and producing a mixture of substances; S4 Moving the mixing container unit 3 to a removal point via a track section; S5 Operating the mixing container unit 3 in a second operating state and removing the mixture of substances; and S6 Processing the mixture of substances.
[0045] Step S1 (providing a supply system 1) may comprise the following: S1.1 Placing the first rail vehicle 27 on the rails by means of the second rail vehicle 31; S1.2 Delivering and setting down the mixing container unit 3 by means of a hook-lift vehicle; S1.3 Removing the mixing container unit 3 from the handling frame 21; S1.4 Placing the mixing container unit 3 on the first rail vehicle 27; S1.5 Placing the second rail vehicle 31 on the rails and coupling it to the first rail vehicle 27.
