[0006] Today, minimizing the effects on the environment and environment-friendly production have become requirements for concrete production facilities. Unless necessary precautions are taken, the increased amount of concrete in the production facilities and the concrete that is produced after vehicle-machine cleaning will affect the environment adversely. Because the concrete waste released to the environment sets and the resultant waste water damages the environment and living things by polluting the underground resources.
[0007] In the concrete production facilities that attempt to solve this problem in the state of the art, the costs of sedimentation tank cleaning as well as pump and installation failure due to tank pollution adversely affect the businesses.
[0008] The solid waste stock area, drying, and disposal costs of the concrete in this area also negatively affect the production in the current concrete production facilities. In a search conducted in the Turkish patent database, an application numbered 2017 / 09239 has been found. The summary page of this application has the following statement; "The invention relates to a concrete waste recycling system and operation method consisting of a filling chute assembly (1), a spiral lower cover assembly (2), a spiral assembly (3), a spiral upper cover assembly (4), platform group (5), a 5.5 kW-1455 rpm electric motor, an 11 kW-1400 d / min electric motor, and 380 V DC control panel parts."
[0009] As a result of our research in the Turkish patent database, an application numbered 2003 / 02083 has been found which has the following statement in the summary page: "In the concrete waste separator system, the bunker (1 ) and the irrigation system (2) are fed onto the wire screen panel (22), washed with the help of the sprinkler system (23), and driven by two vibromotors (13), thereby enabling the separation of the concrete waste from fresh concrete in the system." On its second level, the polyurethane screen panels (9) on the stepped chassis (8) are fixed on the chassis (8) with wedges (10) and are placed reversely inclined upward from the feeding direction. The application has the following statement: "The system is surrounded by the body (24) and the back cover (6) and is a unit consisting of a body (24) that enables the springs (15) to work and connect to the system; a spring foot assembly (14); a main supporting chassis (16) on its lower portion; a discharge pan and chute (17); and product discharge chutes (18, 19)."
[0010] Description of the Invention
[0011] The aim of the invention is to introduce a different assembly that brings a new perspective to this field, unlike the concrete waste recycling systems used in the state of the art.
[0012] The most important aim of the invention is to protect the environment and minimize the costs undertaken by the concrete manufacturer during concrete waste disposal. Another aim of the invention is to ensure the reusability of concrete waste that is produced as a result of washing underbelts, concrete pumps, and truck mixers during the day and the recycling of concrete waste returned by the mixer.
[0013] An important aim of the invention is to separate the concrete into 3 different materials: 0-3 mm aggregates, 3-25 mm aggregates, and cement-containing water.
[0014] Another important aim of the invention is to separate the aggregates over 3 mm at a rate of 100% and the aggregates below 3 mm at a rate of 95%.
[0015] Another aim of the invention is to cause the separated aggregates to be taken to the stock area and be reused, and the cement-containing water to be homogenized by the agitator and reused as dirty water in the production. In order to use the dirty water for reuse in production without damaging the concrete, the size of materials therein must be thin (0-3 mm) and below 10- 15%. Thus, the machine also provides the opportunity of using dirty water at high rates. Other recycling machines lack such an opportunity.
[0016] Another important aim of the invention is to keep the amount of clean water used during recycling at a minimum. For this purpose, there are dirty and clean water lines in the machine together with special point nozzles, the machine can wash with clean water and also wash with the used and dirty water from the dirty water line.
[0017] Another important aim of the invention is to provide an ergonomic design so that it can be placed comfortably in the fields of concrete plants and can fit into a container in export sales.
[0018] Another important aim of the invention is to separate up to 30 cubic meters of concrete per hour.
[0019] Another important aim of the invention is to use a water bearing system to prevent oil consumption and bearing failure. Another important aim of the invention is to provide a self-cleaning machine. Thusly, the machine does not require maintenance, and the need for cleaning or maintenance personnel for the machine will be eliminated.
[0020] Another important aim of the invention is, thanks to ergonomic electrical systems, to consume less energy, such as 7 kW / h in total.
[0021] In order to fulfill the aforementioned aims, the invention is a recycling system that recycles concrete waste, characterized in that it comprises a vibrating screen, which sieves concrete waste over 3 mm with full efficiency; an inlet spiral that pushes the material to said inlet spiral; an inlet spiral and screen drive motor that operate said inlet spiral and the vibrating screen with a single drive; a sand spiral that separates concrete waste below 3 mm with high efficiency; a sand spiral drive motor that drives the sand spiral; an inlet spiral water and material bearing, which reduces the friction of said inlet spiral and also ensures its continuous cold operation, thereby increasing the machine capacity; and a sand spiral water bearing, which reduces the friction of said sand spiral and also ensures its continuous cold operation, thereby increasing the machine capacity.

[0050] The invention relates to a concrete water recycling machine (1 ) comprising a concrete discharge boat (10) and enabling the recycling of concrete waste that is produced as a result of washing underbelts, concrete pumps, and truck mixers during the day as well as concrete waste returned by the truck mixer characterized in that it comprises an inlet spiral (11 ), a sand spiral (27), a sand spiral drive motor (21 ) that operate both the inlet spiral (11 ) and the sand spiral (27), an inlet spiral and screen drive motor (33), an inlet spiral water and material bearing (14), and a sand spiral water bearing (20).
[0051] The concrete discharge boat (10) of the concrete waste recycling machine (1 ) of the invention is designed with a structure that ensures that the truck mixers and buckets are not strained while discharging the concrete waste into the machine (1 ). Thanks to the front and side support plates (13), outflows are prevented during the discharge of concrete waste. Thanks to the front water flow plates (15), the water flows from the inlet spiral water pipe (32) to the water and material bearing (14) of the inlet spiral. Said inlet spiral water and material bearing (14) prevent the heating of the inlet spiral (11 ) and also prevent abrasions by reducing friction. Thanks to the inlet spiral water and material bearing (14), part and part costs are saved and the heating is prevented due to the cooling with water, thereby keeping the efficiency of the machine (1 ) at the highest level. Together with said inlet spiral (11 ) and the attached vibrating screen (35) thereof, it separates concrete wastes over 3 mm with full efficiency. The spiral support plate (12) also contributes to efficiency as it minimizes the outflow.
[0052] The location of the intake of materials below 3 mm is the sand sieving (20) section. Sieving under 3 mm is achieved by the sand spiral (27). The sand spiral (27) is also cooled by the sand spiral water bearing (20). Thanks to the water in constant circulation in the bearing, friction is also kept at a minimum level. Thanks to the water flow plate (28), the water flows from the clean water screen washing water pipe (31 ) to the sand spiral water bearing (20). The sand spiral drive motor (21 ) is directly connected to the sand spiral (27). It operates the inlet spiral (11 ) and the sand spiral (27) simultaneously, thereby providing high savings of parts and energy. During operation or cleaning, the upper covers (22) are opened to provide visual control. Solid wastes below 3 mm are discharged from the sand flow plate (24), and wastes over 3 mm from the coarse waste flow plate (25). A very small amount of waste below 3 mm is discharged from the water outlet conduit (30). The front cover (26) of the machine, which allows the machine (1 ) to take in air and to be observed from the outside, is also located at the front.
[0053] There are also front and rear feet (23) that enable the machine (1 ) to operate in any environment and allow us to adjust the height of the machine (1 ).
[0054] The wet concrete waste, which is left in the truck mixer and taken from the field with the bucket, is discharged into the discharge boat (10) of the machine after the machine is started. When the drive motors (21 ) are activated, both the inlet and outlet spiral operate simultaneously. The inlet spiral (11 ) transfers the material in the boat (10) to the vibrating screen (27) by pushing. The material moves easily thanks to the clean water screen washing water pipe (31 ) and the inlet spiral water pipe (32) and the machine (1 ) parts remain clean thanks to the water flowing through the pipes. In this way, the machine (1 ) runs and the cleaning process takes place simultaneously. The material over 3 mm remains in the inlet spiral (11 ) and is discharged from the coarse waste flow plate (25). Here the efficiency is 100%. The material below 3 mm is drawn by the angled sand spiral (27) and is ejected from the sand flow plate (24). Here, the efficiency is about 95%. 5% of the material is delivered to the dirty water tank from the water outlet conduit (30) with the dirty water that is produced as a result of washing. With the aid of the inlet spiral water bearing (14) and the sand spiral water bearing (20), up to 30 cubic meters of concrete waste is recycled per hour. The operator discharging the concrete checks the discharge boat (10), presses the stop button, and the machine washes itself within the desired time and remains clean for the next operation. The machine (1 ) washes itself with dirty water during operation and clean water during a non-operated state. The brief mechanical operation principle of the concrete waste recycling machine (1 ) of the invention is as follows:
[0055] The wet concrete waste, which is left in the truck mixer and taken from the field with the bucket, is discharged into the discharge boat (10) of the machine after the machine is started. When the drive motors (21 , 33) are activated, both the inlet and outlet spiral operate simultaneously. The inlet spiral (11 ) transfers the material in the boat (10) to the vibrating screen (27) by pushing. According to the selected mode, the material is washed and sieved with water coming from the dirty or clean water pipe (31 , 34) in the vibrating screen (35), moves easily thanks to the inlet spiral water pipe (32) and the machine (1) parts remain clean thanks to the water flowing through the pipes. In this way, the machine (1) runs and the cleaning process takes place simultaneously. The material over 3 mm from the inlet spiral (11 ) remains in the vibrating screen (35) and is discharged from the coarse waste flow plate (25). Here the efficiency is 100%. The material below 3 mm is sieved through the vibrating screen (35) and drawn by means of the angled sand spiral (27) and ejected from the sand flow plate (24). The machine (1 ) washes itself with dirty or clean water depending on the mode selected during operation. During a non-operated state, it washes the screen (35) and material flow plates (24, 25) with clean water for a specified period of time. Thus, even if the dirty water mode is used, all water lines and the machine are cleaned. No maintenance or cleaning is required.
[0056] Said concrete waste recycling machine operates as follows: When the operator presses the mode start button, the inlet spiral drive motor (33) and the sand spiral drive motor (21 ) operate simultaneously with the washing mode (dirty water) or the separation mode (clean water). Depending on the mode key, the inlet spiral water line (32) is activated with the dirty or clean water line (31 , 34).
[0057] The concrete waste entering the concrete discharge boat (10) begins separation with the pressurized water flowing from the inlet water pipe (32) and is transferred into the vibrating screen (35) with the inlet spiral (11 ). The vibrating screen (35) is designed as a continuation of the inlet spiral (11 ) and both are operated with a single drive motor (33). The material entering the vibrating screen (35) both pushes the material forward by means of the structure of the vibrating screen (35) and separates the material by hitting the material to the right and left, and ensures cleaning with the water from the dirty or clean water line (31 , 34). The material washed and remaining (material over 0-3 mm) in the vibrating screen is delivered from the coarse waste plate (25) into the coarse material chamber from where the bucket can take the same. Fine material below 0-3 mm, which is washed through the screen (35), is transferred to the sand spiral chamber (20) together with water by means of material flow plates (24). Thanks to the sand spiral (27) designed with an angle, the fine material is separated from the water and transferred from the sand flow plate (24) to the fine material chamber from where the bucket can take the same. The dirty water as a result of washing and separating the material is sent to the dirty water tank in the concrete plants. It is taken from the dirty water tank and homogenized by means of an agitator (mixer) and is disposed of by its utilization in production at high percentages. CRS-30 (1 ) is also a machine that ensures the use of dirty water and minimizes water consumption.
[0058] After the completion of the unloading process, the operator checks whether there is any material left in the concrete discharge boat (10), and if there is no material, he presses the stop button and leaves. The machine cleans itself with clean water within the automatically defined period of time and becomes ready for use again. According to this working method, it is the vibrating screen (35) attached to the inlet spiral that pushes and sieves the material. The sand spiral (27), in turn, ensures that the washed and separated fine material is separated from the water in the machine (1 ) and delivered out.
