Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to an energy distributor which is designed to optimally distribute energy, in particular thermal energy, to a corresponding or desired area.
[0002] Due, for example, to increasingly scarce energy resources and rising energy costs, energy optimization and optimal energy distribution are becoming increasingly important. Especially when supplying thermal energy to buildings for heating and / or cooling, attention should be paid to the most optimal energy management with the highest possible efficiency and the lowest possible losses.
[0003] From the document AT 523431 a device for an external wall is known, which has a facade part, a heat coupler and a fastening element for the external wall, wherein the heat coupler is supported against the facade part via an insulating layer for pressing against the external wall.
[0004] However, it is also important to enable optimal, particularly rapid and even temperature distribution over a corresponding area, for example the surface of a building.
[0005] The object of embodiments of the invention is to provide a device which enables optimal delivery of energy, in particular thermal energy, to a desired surface.
[0006] This problem is solved by the subject matter of the subordinate claims. Further advantageous developments are the subject matter of the dependent claims.
[0007] According to one embodiment of the invention, this object is achieved by an energy distributor for distributing thermal energy over a surface, wherein the energy distributor is formed in one piece, and wherein the energy distributor has an opening section for inserting an energy delivery system, a receiving section adjacent to the opening section for receiving the energy delivery system and a delivery section adjacent to the receiving section for distributing the thermal energy over the surface, wherein the delivery section has a convexly outwardly curved profile with at least one cavity formed between the profile legs.
[0008] An energy distributor is understood to be an element or device which is designed to direct energy in a desired direction and to distribute the energy over a desired area in order to heat and / or cool it.
[0009] The fact that the energy distributor is designed in one piece further means that the energy distributor is designed in one piece, in particular made from a continuous piece, for example a continuous sheet of metal.
[0010] The fact that the discharge section has a convex outwardly curved profile further means that the discharge section is curved or bent outwards, that is to say away from the center point of the heat distributor or the receiving section, that is to say has at least one corresponding outwardly projecting section in order to enlarge a support surface which is placed on the desired surface to be tempered and via which heat energy can be discharged to the desired surface, wherein the discharge section is subsequently, that is to say after the curvature or bending, designed to be double-walled in the corresponding areas with at least one hollow or free space or air gap in between.
[0011] An energy delivery system is also understood to mean a system which is designed to deliver energy to an environment and / or other components.
[0012] Such an energy distributor has the advantage of having an enlarged distribution surface for distributing thermal energy to the desired area. The at least one cavity also serves as an energy storage device or provides energy accumulation, allowing energy to reach every corner of the energy distributor and thus be distributed across the entire storage area.
[0013] Overall, a device or energy distributor is specified which enables optimal distribution of thermal energy to a desired area.
[0014] In one embodiment, the at least one cavity has a conical shape that tapers inwards.
[0015] A conical shape is understood to be a conical shape or a tapered shape, i.e. a shape that comes to a point.
[0016] The fact that the at least one cavity has an inwardly tapering shape further means that the at least one cavity converges in the direction of the receiving section, i.e. the width of the at least one cavity is greater the further outwards or the further away one is from the receiving area.
[0017] Thus, a width of the at least one cavity is greatest at the point which is furthest away from the receiving area and thus also from the energy delivery system, as is the corresponding energy storage, which has the advantage that parts of the delivery section or the delivery surface which are further away from the receiving area, i.e. the energy delivery system, can also be optimally supplied with thermal energy and the thermal energy can be evenly distributed over the entire delivery surface.
[0018] The opening section may further comprise receiving wings.
[0019] A receiving wing is understood to be a particularly rod-shaped element that protrudes at an obtuse angle from the receiving section and which enables the energy delivery system to be pressed in.
[0020] Such support wings have the advantage of allowing an energy delivery system to be easily pressed in from the front, whereby an opening remaining between the support wings can reduce conductivity in the opposite direction of the support surface and further reduce possible energy losses.
[0021] In addition, the receiving section can be designed to be resilient.
[0022] Spring-loaded design means that the shape and / or dimensions of the receiving section can change during operation according to a spring.
[0023] This has the advantage that the energy delivery system can be optimally accommodated and optimally applied to the receiving section, whereby the efficiency of the energy delivery can be increased and energy losses can be further reduced.
[0024] A further embodiment of the invention also provides a system for delivering thermal energy to a surface, the system comprising at least one energy delivery system and at least one energy distributor as described above.
[0025] Such a system has the advantage of additionally featuring an energy distributor with an enlarged distribution surface for distributing thermal energy to the desired area. The at least one cavity of the energy distributor also serves as an energy storage device or provides energy accumulation, allowing thermal energy to reach every corner of the energy distributor and thus be effectively distributed across the entire storage area.
[0026] The system may further comprise at least one adapter for fastening the system.
[0027] An adapter is understood to be a component for the mechanical connection of a fastening element, for example a corresponding clip element.
[0028] This allows for easier fastening and installation of the system, whereby, for example, appropriate insulation, in particular an appropriate insulating layer, can also be easily connected.
[0029] Each of the at least one adapter can also be configured to be inserted into the opening section of one of the at least one energy distributors. This enables the adapter to be connected as closely as possible to the energy delivery system, whereby additional components, such as appropriate insulation, in particular an insulating layer, can be brought as close as possible to the energy delivery system or arranged as close as possible to it.
[0030] Preferably, exactly one adapter is inserted into the opening section of one of the energy distributors.
[0031] In one embodiment, at least one of the at least one adapter further comprises a spring, and wherein the spring is inserted into the opening portion of one of the at least one energy distributor.
[0032] A spring is understood to be a metallic, plastic or similar technical component that can be sufficiently elastically deformed in practical use.
[0033] Such a spring has the advantage that unevenness can be compensated and an optimal fit on uneven surfaces is enabled.
[0034] The system can further comprise at least one dowel coupled to the at least one adapter to aid assembly.
[0035] A dowel is understood to be a connecting element which is designed to connect or hold together several elements or components and to simplify the corresponding assembly.
[0036] This can simplify the installation of the system and / or the connection to the corresponding surface and can shorten the corresponding installation times.
[0037] The surface can be, for example, a wall and / or a floor and / or a ceiling, such as the top floor of a building. Therefore, especially when transferring thermal energy to buildings for heating and / or cooling, attention should be paid to the most optimal energy management possible, with the highest possible efficiency and the lowest possible losses.
[0038] However, the fact that the surface is a wall and / or a floor and / or a ceiling of a building is only one possible embodiment. Rather, the surface can also be any other surface or subsurface whose temperature needs to be regulated.
[0039] Furthermore, the system may also include an insulating layer to prevent energy loss.
[0040] An insulating layer is understood to be a layer of heat-insulating material, for example an insulating layer, which is designed to reduce the passage and thus the loss of thermal energy.
[0041] This can further reduce the loss of thermal energy.
[0042] In summary, it can be stated that the present invention provides an energy distributor which is designed to optimally distribute energy, in particular thermal energy, over a corresponding or desired area.
[0043] The described designs and further training courses can be combined as desired.
[0044] Further possible embodiments, further developments and implementations of the invention also include combinations of features of the invention described previously or below with regard to the embodiments that are not explicitly mentioned. Short description of the drawings
[0045] The accompanying drawings are intended to provide a further understanding of embodiments of the invention. They illustrate embodiments and, in conjunction with the description, serve to explain principles and concepts of the invention.

[0048] In the figures of the drawings, the same reference symbols designate the same or functionally equivalent elements, parts or components, unless otherwise stated.
[0049] Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of an energy distributor 1 according to embodiments of the invention.
[0050] Due, for example, to increasingly scarce energy resources and rising energy costs, energy optimization and optimal energy distribution are becoming increasingly important. Especially when supplying thermal energy to buildings for heating and / or cooling, attention should be paid to the most optimal energy management with the highest possible efficiency and the lowest possible losses.
[0051] However, it is also important to enable optimal, particularly rapid and even temperature distribution over a corresponding area, for example the surface of a building.
[0052] Fig. 1 shows an energy distributor 1 for distributing thermal energy over a surface, wherein the energy distributor 1 is formed in one piece, and wherein the energy distributor 1 has an opening section 2 for inserting an energy delivery system 3, a receiving section 4 adjacent to the opening section 2 for receiving the energy delivery system 3 and a delivery section 5 adjacent to the receiving section 4 for distributing the thermal energy over the surface, wherein the delivery section 5 has a convexly outwardly curved profile with at least one cavity 7 formed between the profile legs 6.
[0053] Such an energy distributor 1 has the advantage of having an enlarged release surface 8 for dissipating thermal energy to the desired area. The at least one cavity 7 also serves as an energy storage device or provides energy accumulation, so that thermal energy reaches every corner of the energy distributor 1 and can thus actually be dissipated across the entire storage surface 8.
[0054] Overall, a device or an energy distributor 1 is thus specified which enables optimal release of thermal energy to a desired area.
[0055] Such an energy distributor 1 also has the advantage that the energy delivery system 3 can be easily removed from the front for repair in the event of damage. It also enables the separate disassembly of the materials and raw materials used or installed.
[0056] According to the embodiments of the Fig. 1 The delivery section 5 has in particular an airfoil-like profile or the shape of a double-walled hollow chamber lamella.
[0057] The appropriate design or shape of the dispensing section 5 also achieves a spring effect, which can compensate for any unevenness on the corresponding surface. In particular, the dispensing system 5 has the shape of a spring-acting hollow-chamber lamella.
[0058] In the area of the opening section 2, the energy distributor 1 further has a corresponding opening 9, whereby an energy release in a direction away from the surface is reduced or suppressed.
[0059] The energy distributor 1 can be made, in particular, of a heat-conducting material, such as sheet metal, aluminum, or steel. Furthermore, the heat distributor 1 can also be an extruded profile, for example.
[0060] The energy distributor can, for example, be manufactured or shaped in such a way that the output section has at least one U-shaped profile, wherein the two corresponding profile legs are pressed together in a region adjacent to the receiving section and pressed apart in an opposite region furthest away from the receiving section in order to ensure optimal energy transmission and to form the at least one cavity.
[0061] The energy dissipation system 4 can further have a tubular cross-section, wherein the thermal energy dissipation system 4 can, for example, have at least one tempering or cooling tube and / or one heating tube. The tube can be, for example, a metal tube, for example a copper tube, but also a plastic tube or a composite material, such as plastic / aluminum / plastic.
[0062] According to the embodiments of the Fig. 1 the at least one cavity 7 has a conical shape that tapers inwards or narrows inwards.
[0063] This makes it possible for the wing-like design of the delivery section 5 and in particular the delivery surface 8 to deliver the energy over the full width b, since the at least one cavity 7 is designed to optimally distribute the energy.
[0064] How Fig. 1 shows, the opening section 2 further has receiving wings 10.
[0065] The receiving wings 10 protrude at an acute angle, or have an acute angle with respect to the surface 2 of, for example, 135°.
[0066] In addition, the receiving wings 10 are designed in such a way that they stabilize the energy distributor 1 and further reinforce the gripping or holding of an insulation, for example a thermal insulation.
[0067] According to the embodiments of the Fig. 1 the receiving section 5 is also designed to be resilient.
[0068] Through a corresponding spring effect, the contact pressure on the heat energy delivery system 4 is increased and the energy delivery to the energy distributor 1 is optimized.
[0069] Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of a system for delivering thermal energy to a surface 20 according to embodiments of the invention.
[0070] How Fig. 2 shows, the system 20 has an energy delivery system 21 and an energy distributor 22.
[0071] Fig. 2 also shows an adapter 23 inserted into the energy distributor 22 for fastening the system 1.
[0072] The adapter 23 shown is a clip element.
[0073] The adapter 23 shown serves as a fastening element for insulation or thermal insulation.
[0074] According to the embodiments of the Fig. 2 The adapter 23 also has a spring 24.
[0075] The spring 24 is in turn designed to increase a contact pressure between the energy distributor 22 and the adapter.
[0076] How Fig. 2 also shows, an attachment or dowel 25 is inserted, for example screwed, into the adapter 23, which has a hook portion 26 at an end opposite the spring 24, which is designed to engage in a corresponding recess or a corresponding element in a cover, for example a facade part.
[0077] However, the fact that a corresponding anchor has a hook section is only one possible design. Rather, the anchor can also have other means or shapes for attachment to a cover.
[0078] The Fig. 3a und 3b each show mounting options for mounting a system for transferring thermal energy 30 to a surface 31.
[0079] In particular, the Fig. 3a und 3b Mounting options for mounting a system for discharging thermal energy 30 to an outer wall of a building, wherein a plurality of energy distributors 32 are provided, and wherein an energy delivery system 33 for pressing against the outer wall is sealed or covered with insulation, in particular an insulating layer 35, relative to a facade part 34.
[0080] The energy can be generated by photovoltaic and / or solar thermal systems, for example, installed on the facade, and delivered to the energy distributor. However, the energy can also be generated by other energy generators, such as an air-source heat pump or a district heating / cooling system, and delivered to the energy distributor.
[0081] Fig. 3a shows a mounting option for mounting the system for delivering thermal energy 30 to the surface 31 according to a first embodiment.
[0082] In particular, Fig. 3a an embodiment in which a unit comprising the plurality of energy distributors 32, the energy delivery system, the facade part 34, which may have a rear ventilation level, and the insulation layer 35 is pre-assembled based on corresponding adapters 36 and adapter attachments or dowels 37 in order to then be attached to the corresponding surface 31 or outer wall.
[0083] Corresponding systems can thus be prefabricated so that they only need to be mounted on the corresponding surface.
[0084] Fig. 3b shows a mounting option for mounting the system for delivering thermal energy 30 to the surface 31 according to a first embodiment.
[0085] In particular, Fig. 3b an embodiment in which a unit comprising the plurality of energy distributors 32, the energy delivery system, and the insulation layer 35 based on corresponding adapters 36 and dowels 37 has been pre-assembled or already mounted on the surface 31 or outer wall, wherein the facade part 34 can then be attached.
[0086] Overall, the System 30 is easy to install and can be installed in a simple manner, which can further reduce installation times.
[0087] The Fig. 4a bis 4d each show a system for delivering thermal energy to a surface 40 according to different embodiments of the invention.
[0088] Fig. 4a shows the system for delivering thermal energy to a surface 40 according to a first embodiment.
[0089] According to the first embodiment, the system 40 is mounted horizontally.
[0090] The individual components, in particular a corresponding release surface, can be glued to the surface 41 or the substrate, for example, in particular by means of a heat-conducting adhesive, punched on, or fastened, for example, based on dowels.
[0091] Fig. 4b shows the system for delivering thermal energy to a surface 40 according to a second embodiment.
[0092] According to the second embodiment, the system 40 is mounted vertically.
[0093] Fig. 4c shows the system for delivering thermal energy to a surface 40 according to a third embodiment.
[0094] According to the third embodiment, the system 40 is mounted in an overhanging manner.
[0095] Fig. 4a shows the system for delivering thermal energy to a surface 40 according to a fourth embodiment.
[0096] According to the fourth embodiment, several systems 40 are mounted on the surface 41 or the substrate.
[0097] For optimal transfer of thermal energy to a building, a System 40 can be installed every 12 cm, for example. List of reference symbols
