Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a furniture drive for moving a furniture part, in particular a furniture flap, which is mounted so as to be movable relative to a furniture body, comprising: at least one support for fastening to the furniture body, at least one actuating arm which is pivotally mounted relative to the support about an axis of rotation between a closed position and a maximum open position, at least one adjusting device by means of which the position of the maximum open position of the at least one actuating arm can be adjusted.
[0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture comprising a furniture body, a furniture part mounted so as to be movable relative to the furniture body, in particular a furniture flap, and comprising a furniture drive of the type to be described for moving the movably mounted furniture part.
[0003] The aforementioned adjustment device of the furniture drive allows you to adjust the maximum opening position of the actuating arm and thus the maximum opening position of the furniture part connected to the actuating arm. By limiting the maximum opening position of the actuating arm, collisions of the movable furniture part with adjacent cabinets or the ceiling can be prevented.
[0004] WO 2017 / 219055 A1 discloses a furniture fitting for moving a movably mounted furniture flap, wherein an adjustment device is provided for limiting the maximum opening angle of an actuating arm to be connected to the furniture flap. The actuating arm is pivotally mounted relative to a support to be attached to the furniture body via several levers. The adjustment device for limiting the maximum opening angle of the actuating arm comprises an actuating element that is rotatably mounted on a first lever and supported on a second lever. The disadvantage of this is that two levers that can be moved relative to one another must be provided. It is therefore desirable that the adjustment device can also be used for furniture drives with only one actuating arm.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to provide a furniture drive of the type mentioned at the outset while avoiding the disadvantages discussed above.
[0006] This is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
[0007] According to the invention, it is provided that the at least one adjusting device has at least one pivoting part which is movable in at least two pivoting positions relative to the at least one actuating arm, wherein the at least one pivoting part distances the at least one actuating arm in the at least two pivoting positions to different distances from at least one stop arranged on the at least one support when the at least one actuating arm is arranged in the maximum open position.
[0008] In other words, a pivoting part that can be moved into at least two different pivoting positions allows for a different spacing of the at least one actuating arm relative to a stop arranged on the support. This eliminates the need for an additional actuating arm to support the at least one actuating arm, thereby reducing the number and material consumption of the furniture drive components.
[0009] According to a preferred embodiment, the at least one pivoting part can be pivotally mounted on at least one actuating arm. This eliminates the need for additional bearing elements to support the pivoting part. Furthermore, the pivoting part can be moved along with the actuating arm, allowing intuitive adjustment of the maximum open position of the actuating arm.
[0010] Further details and advantages of the present invention are explained with reference to the embodiment shown in the figures. Fig. 1a-1c show a furniture drive attached to a furniture body with different maximum open positions of at least one actuating arm, Fig. 2a, 2b show the furniture drive in a side view and an enlarged detailed view thereof, Fig. 3a, 3b show the furniture drive in a perspective view and an enlarged detailed view thereof, Fig. 4a-4c show the adjustment device for adjusting the position of the maximum open position of the actuating arm, wherein the actuating arm is in different maximum open positions, Fig. 5a-5d show the actuating arm in two different maximum open positions and enlarged detailed views thereof, Fig. 6a, 6b show a furniture drive according to a slightly modified embodiment in two different positions of the pivoting part.
[0011] Fig. 1a-1c show a piece of furniture 1 with a furniture body 2, wherein a furniture drive 4 for moving a movably mounted furniture part 3 is attached to a side wall 2a of the furniture body 2.
[0012] In the embodiment shown, the movable furniture part 3 has two furniture flaps 3a, 3b, wherein a first furniture flap 3a is connected to the furniture body 2 via at least two hinges 7a so as to be pivotable about a horizontally extending axis of rotation, and the second furniture flap 3b is connected to the first furniture flap 3a via at least two hinges 7b so as to be pivotable about a horizontally extending axis of rotation.
[0013] The furniture drive 4 has a support 5 to be fastened to the furniture body 2, preferably to the side wall 2a of the furniture body 2, and at least one actuating arm 6 which can be pivoted relative to the support 5 and which is connected to the movable furniture part 3, preferably to the second furniture flap 3b.
[0014] It can be seen that the furniture 1 in the Figuren 1a-1c different heights in relation to a room ceiling 8. In Fig. 1a the furniture 1 is in a lowest position, in Fig. 1b in a middle position and in Fig. 1c in a highest position relative to the ceiling 8. In Fig. 1a The actuating arm 5 takes a maximum swivel angle, in Fig. 1b a medium swivel angle and in Fig. 1c a smallest swivel angle in relation to the carrier 5.
[0015] In order to prevent a collision of the movable furniture part 3 with the ceiling 8, the furniture drive 4 has an adjustment device 9 ( Fig. 3b ), by means of which the position of the maximum open position of the actuating arm 6 can be limited. In this way, the maximum open position of the actuating arm 6 can be adjusted to the Fig. 1a-1c can be adapted to the installation situations shown.
[0016] Fig. 2a shows the furniture drive 4 in a side view, wherein the furniture drive 4 has a support 5 to be fastened to the furniture body 2 and at least one actuating arm 6 which is pivotally mounted on the support 5 about a rotation axis 6a.
[0017] In the illustrated embodiment, an actuating arm extension 11 is detachably mounted on the actuating arm 6, wherein the actuating arm extension 11 comprises two actuating arm parts 11a, 11b that are movable relative to one another. Preferably, the actuating arm parts 11a, 11b are telescopically movable relative to one another, wherein the first actuating arm part 11a is detachably connectable to the actuating arm 6. The second actuating arm part 11b has a fastening device 12 that is detachably connectable to a fitting part to be attached to the movable furniture part 3, preferably lockable and unlockable without tools.
[0018] A spring device 10 is provided to apply force to the actuating arm 6. This spring device may, for example, comprise at least one helical spring, preferably at least one compression spring. Alternatively, the spring device 10 may also comprise other force accumulators, such as a fluid accumulator in the form of a gas spring.
[0019] The furniture drive 4 has a transmission mechanism 13 for transmitting a force of the spring device 10 to the at least one actuating arm 6, wherein it is preferably provided that the transmission mechanism 13 has a control cam 13a and a pressure roller 13b loaded by the spring device 10, wherein the pressure roller 13b is movable along the control cam 13a during a movement of the at least one actuating arm 6.
[0020] According to a preferred embodiment, the control cam 13a can be arranged or formed on the actuating arm 6. Of course, it is also possible to arrange the control cam 13a at a different location in the transmission mechanism 13.
[0021] By means of a force adjustment device 14, a force of the spring device 10 on the at least one actuating arm 6 can be adjusted, preferably wherein the force adjustment device 14 at least one rotatably mounted adjusting wheel 14a, wherein a force of the spring device 10 acting on the at least one adjusting arm 6 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting wheel 14a, and / or at least one threaded spindle 16, along which an engagement point 15 of the spring device 10 can be moved upon actuation of the force adjusting device 14, and / or that the carrier 5 has an end face 17 ( Fig. 3b ) with at least one opening 17a through which the at least one actuating arm 6 projects in an open position, wherein an adjusting wheel 14a of the force adjustment device 14 can be rotated from a direction (X, Fig. 3b ) can be actuated transversely to the front side 17 through the opening 17a.
[0022] Fig. 2b shows the Fig. 2a circled area in an enlarged view. The transmission mechanism 13 has an intermediate lever 19, which is pivotally mounted on the carrier 5 about a rotation axis 19a. The threaded spindle 16 is mounted on the intermediate lever 19. By rotating the adjusting wheel 14a of the force adjustment device 14 using a tool, the threaded spindle 16 can be rotated, whereby the point of action 15 of the spring device 10 moves along the threaded spindle 16. In this way, the relative distance between the point of action 15 and the rotation axis 19a of the intermediate lever 19 and thus the torque of the spring device 10 acting on the actuating arm 6 can be increased or decreased.
[0023] The furniture drive 4 further comprises at least one damping device 18 for damping a movement of the at least one actuating arm 6, preferably wherein the damping device 18 is designed as a fluid damper, and / or has at least one piston-cylinder unit, and / or can be acted upon by the at least one actuating arm 6 during a closing movement, and / or can be acted upon from the same side both during an opening movement and during a closing movement of the at least one actuating arm 6.
[0024] Fig. 3a shows the furniture drive 4 in a perspective view, wherein a force of the spring device 10 can be transmitted to the at least one actuating arm 6 via the transmission mechanism 13. The force adjustment device 14 can, for example, comprise a rotatable adjustment wheel 14a, wherein the point of action 15 of the spring device 10 along the threaded spindle 16 can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment wheel 14a, and thus the torque acting on the actuating arm 6.
[0025] The furniture drive 4 can also have an assembly lock 20 for the empty actuating arm 6, to which no movable furniture part 3 is yet mounted, for limiting the opening speed of the empty actuating arm 6. The assembly lock 20 prevents unintentional opening or deflection of the empty actuating arm 6 due to the force of the spring device 10. Preferably, the assembly lock 20 comprises at least one centrifugal clutch 20a.
[0026] Fig. 3b shows the Fig. 3a framed area in an enlarged view, from which the adjusting device 9 for adjusting the position of the maximum open position of at least one actuating arm 6 can be seen in more detail.
[0027] The adjustment device 9 has at least one pivoting part 21 which is movable in at least two pivoting positions relative to the at least one actuating arm 6, wherein the at least one pivoting part 21 distances the at least one actuating arm 6 in the at least two pivoting positions to different distances from at least one stop 22 arranged on the carrier 5 when the at least one actuating arm 6 is arranged in the maximum open position.
[0028] It is preferably provided that the at least one pivoting part 21 is pivotable about a rotational axis 21a arranged parallel to the at least one rotational axis 6a of the at least one actuating arm 6, and / or is pivotally mounted on at least one actuating arm 6, and / or has at least two or more recesses 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d, 26e for partially receiving the stop 22, and / or has at least one toothing 21b, preferably designed as a non-circular toothing.
[0029] The various recesses 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d, 26e of the pivoting part 21 are thus designed to receive the stop 22 in certain areas and serve to limit the maximum open position of the actuating arm 6 at predetermined positions.
[0030] The adjustment device 9 further comprises an actuating part 24, which is connected to the at least one pivoting part 21 in a movement-coupled manner, preferably wherein the at least one actuating part 24 is pivotally mounted on at least one actuating arm 6, and / or is connected to the at least one pivoting part 21 via at least one toothing 24a, 21b in a movement-coupled manner, and / or is immediately and directly accessible for manual operation, and / or has at least one actuating contour 24b arranged on the circumference, wherein it is particularly preferably provided that the actuating contour 24b is accessible for manual operation at least in sections through an opening 25 arranged or formed on the actuating arm 6, and / or at least one, preferably embossed, scale 29 ( Fig. 5b, 5d ) for reading the position of the maximum open position of the at least one actuating arm 6, and / or at least one locking element 24d, preferably designed as a spring or as a spring tongue, by means of which the actuating part 24 can be releasably locked in at least two different positions, and / or at least one toothing 24a, preferably designed as a non-circular toothing.
[0031] Due to the size and geometry of the interacting toothings 24a, 21b, the transmission ratio of a relative movement between the actuating part 24 and the pivoting part 21 can be changed, for example in such a way that the pivoting part 21 can be pivoted about the rotational axis 21a by means of a relatively small actuating part 24 and without great manual effort.
[0032] The carrier 5 has an end face 17 with at least one opening 17a through which the at least one actuating arm 6 projects in an open position, wherein the actuating part 24 can be actuated from a direction (X) transverse to the end face 17 through the opening 17a.
[0033] It is preferably provided that the at least one stop 22 is arranged stationary on at least one support 5, and / or is designed as a substantially cylindrical pin, and / or has a longitudinal axis which runs parallel to the at least one axis of rotation 6a of the at least one actuating arm 6, and / or is designed as a stabilizing element for stabilizing two mutually parallel housing walls 5a of the support 5.
[0034] The actuating arm 6 or the actuating arm extension 6b has at least two recesses 23 spaced apart from one another for the partial accommodation of the actuating arm extension 11 ( Fig. 2a ) arranged locking elements (not shown here).
[0035] To mount the actuator arm extension 11 on the actuator arm 6, the following steps can be provided, for example: the actuating arm extension 11 is suspended in a first recess 23 via a first locking element, the actuating arm extension 11 is pivoted about an axis in a suspended state, wherein it is particularly preferably provided that the axis runs essentially horizontally in a mounted state of the furniture drive 4 on the furniture body 2, the actuating arm extension 11 is releasably locked to the actuating arm 6 by a force of a second locking element acted upon by a force accumulator, wherein the second locking element engages in a second recess 23 between the actuating arm extension 11 and the actuating arm 6 in a connected state.
[0036] Fig. 4a-4c show the adjusting device 9 for adjusting the position of the maximum open position of the actuating arm 6, wherein the actuating arm 6 is in different maximum open positions.
[0037] In Fig. 4a The stationary stop 22 is located in the recess 26e of the pivoting part 21, whereby the actuating arm 6 is positioned with a maximum pivoting angle relative to the support 5. It can be seen that the actuating arm 6 or the actuating arm extension 6b has a stop element 27, wherein the damping device 18, preferably a piston-cylinder unit, can be acted upon by the stop element 27 during the opening movement of the actuating arm 6. In this way, the final opening movement of the actuating arm 6 can be braked until it reaches the fully open position.
[0038] Fig. 4b shows a middle setting of the maximum pivoting angle of the actuating arm 6, wherein the stop 22 is received in the recess 26d of the pivoting part 21.
[0039] Fig. 4c finally shows the smallest setting of the pivot angle of the actuating arm 6, whereby the stationary stop 22 is received in the recess 26a of the pivoting part 21.
[0040] Fig. 5a shows the actuating arm 6 in a smallest maximum open position. The actuating arm 6 is mounted for rotation about the rotation axis 6a and has a control cam 13a which is eccentric with respect to the rotation axis 6a and on which the pressure roller 19 ( Fig. 3a ) can be rolled out.
[0041] The actuating arm 6 is connected or detachably connectable to an actuating arm extension 6b, wherein the actuating arm extension 6b is connected via the recesses 23 to the actuating arm extension 11 ( Fig. 2a ) can be releasably locked.
[0042] On the actuating arm 6, two or more holes 28 are formed, in each of which the locking element 24d ( Fig. 3b ) of the actuating part 24. In this way, the actuating arm 6 can be positioned in at least two different maximum open positions predetermined by the holes 28. In the illustrated embodiment, five holes 28 are provided, through which five different maximum open positions of the actuating arm 6 can be set. The number of holes 28 can, of course, vary.
[0043] Fig. 5b shows the Fig. 5a The circled area is shown in an enlarged view. The opening 25 arranged on the actuating arm 6 can be seen, through which the actuating contour 24b of the actuating part 24 partially protrudes. The setting of the maximum open position of the actuating arm 6 can be read off by at least one, preferably embossed, scale 29.
[0044] Fig. 5c shows the actuating arm 6 in a further maximum open position. Fig. 5d shows the Fig. 5c circled area in an enlarged view.
[0045] The actuating arm 6 can thus be positioned in two or more maximum open positions by the adjustment device 9. To change the maximum open position, the actuating arm 6 is moved slightly in the closing direction starting from a maximum open position, whereupon the actuating part 24 is manually rotated about the rotation axis 24c, preferably into one of the predetermined switching positions 1-5. The actuating arm 6 is then moved back in the opening direction, whereby the stop 22 can be selectively engaged with one of the recesses 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d, 26e of the actuating part 24.
[0046] Fig. 6a und Fig. 6b show a furniture drive 4 according to a slightly modified embodiment in two different positions of the pivoting part 21.
[0047] The actuating arm 6 is pivotally mounted on the support 5 about the rotational axis 6a, wherein the maximum open position of the actuating arm 6 can be limited by the adjusting device 9. The adjusting device 9 comprises the actuating part 24, which is rotatable about the rotational axis 24c, wherein the toothing 24a of the actuating part 24 engages the toothing 21b of the pivoting part 21. The pivoting part 21 can be rotated about the rotational axis 21a by manually rotating the actuating part 24 or by means of a tool to adjust the maximum open position of the actuating arm 6.
[0048] In the previous embodiment, the rotational position of the pivoting part 21 was determined by the at least one locking element 24d ( Fig. 3b ) which can be optionally inserted into a hole 28 ( Fig. 5a ). However, the pivoting part 21 has a tendency to pivot unintentionally about the rotational axis 21a, particularly when the actuating arm 6 is moved at high speed towards the open position.
[0049] As an alternative or as a supplement to at least one locking element 24d, according to the embodiment of the Figuren 6a, 6b It can be provided that the at least one pivoting part 21 has at least two arcuate contact contours 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e, which can be applied to at least one stop 22.
[0050] The at least two contact contours 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e each correspond to an arc of an imaginary circle 32a, 32b around the rotational axis 21a of the pivoting part 21, wherein the two imaginary circles 32a, 32b each have a different radius. The different radius of the two circles 32a, 32b is derived from a direct comparison of the Fig. 6a with the Fig. 6bclearly visible. In other words, the contact surface between the preferably cylindrical stop 22 and a contact surface 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e of the pivoting part 21 lies on an imaginary connecting line 31, which connects the central axis of the stop 22 and the rotational axis 21a of the pivoting part 21.
[0051] In this way, tangential forces occurring at the contact contours 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e are prevented, and consequently, no torque is exerted on the pivoting part 21. Thus, the pivoting part 21 is held stably in predetermined rotational positions on one of the contact surfaces 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e.
[0052] In the embodiment shown, the pivoting part 21 has five different contact contours 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e, by means of which the actuating arm 6 can be fixed in five different maximum open positions.
