Description

[0001] The invention relates to a system for realizing a luminaire elongated in a longitudinal direction according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for realizing a coupling of such a system as well as a luminaire realized by means of such a system and a method for realizing an arrangement of luminaire assemblies.

[0002] Generic systems are designed to create a luminaire that is elongated in a longitudinal direction and comprises several longitudinally elongated support rails. Typically, the support rails are used to fix the luminaire to a building structure, for example, a ceiling. The support rails represent a type of basic framework for the luminaire and are designed to accommodate supply lines and, preferably, to accommodate mounting elements to which lamps are attached. Thus, the support rails provide an infrastructure for the luminaire. Electrical functional elements of the luminaire, such as circuit boards with LEDs, radio modules, electrical cables, and / or operating devices, are typically attached to the mounting elements. When mounting the luminaire, the respective support rail is usually first attached to the structure and then the mounting body, which is equipped with at least one of the aforementioned electrical functional elements of the luminaire, is fixed to the support rail so that the support rail and mounting body form an interior space in which essential elements of the luminaire are arranged, for example circuit boards, operating devices, contact devices, etc. Typically, the support rail and mounting body are each elongated in a longitudinal direction; preferably, the longitudinal extent is at least five times the extent perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The support rail usually has a U-shaped cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, which extends in a vertical direction and in a transverse direction and is open at one vertical end and which is formed by a support rail base and two support rail side walls. The support rail side walls thus run vertically away from the support rail base, and the support rail base connects the transversely spaced support rail side walls. Depending on requirements, the support rail base and support rail side walls can have contours or recesses. The support rail base and the support rail side walls usually together form an interior space that is at least partially enclosed by the support rail side walls and the support rail base. The interior space is thus defined by the support rail. Typically, all support rails of a system have the features described here. A generic system has at least a first and a second support rail, which are connected to one another at their mutually facing longitudinal ends to form the luminaire.Typically, they form a common interior space that extends elongated between the support rail side walls of both support rails and the support rail base of both support rails, along the longitudinal extent of both elongated support rails. The two support rails are secured to one another by means of a coupling, which has a coupling body with a U-shaped cross-section formed by a coupling base and two coupling side walls of the coupling body. The coupling side walls thus extend vertically away from the coupling base, and the coupling base connects the transversely spaced-apart coupling side walls. The U-shaped cross-section of the coupling body is preferably open at its end opposite the coupling base.Typically, each of the support rails has a substantially constant cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, wherein the cross-section is preferably identical except for recesses and / or punchings in the support rail base and / or support rail side walls. Frequently, the cross-section of all support rails is substantially the same. Typically, the support rails are fixed relative to one another by the coupling perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and, in particular, also to one another in the longitudinal direction by means of the coupling. In an operating state of the system in which the first and second support rails are fixed to one another, the coupling is typically arranged in the two support rails in such a way that the coupling base runs along both support rail bases and each of the coupling side walls rests against a respective one of the support rail side walls assigned to it.Particularly preferably, the coupling is arranged with a first longitudinal section in the first support rail and with a second longitudinal section in the second support rail, wherein the longitudinal sections directly adjoin one another and together form the coupling, wherein in the first longitudinal section, the coupling side walls are pressed vertically to the first support rail, and in the second longitudinal section, the coupling side walls are pressed vertically to the second support rail. Thus, the arrangement of the coupling body in the two support rails preferably determines a relative position of the support rails both in the vertical direction and in the transverse direction.

[0003] The support rail is typically attached to the building structure via its support rail base. The mounting body is typically arranged at the open vertical end of the support rail, such that the mounting body vertically delimits the interior space defined by the support rail, and the interior space is circumferentially enclosed by the support rail and mounting body perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. At least in some longitudinal sections, the enclosure of the interior space formed by the support rail and mounting body can be interrupted, for example, to allow access to the interior space, for example for air supply. Preferably, the interior space is continuously enclosed over at least 80%, in particular at least 90%, of its longitudinal extent, in particular over its longitudinal extent. The mounting body often has a cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, which comprises a mounting body base extending in the transverse direction and mounting body side walls extending vertically away from the mounting body base on the two transverse sides of the mounting base. The support rail and mounting body are usually manufactured separately. Particularly preferably, the support rail and / or mounting body are each usually produced from a sheet metal by forming. Typically, in an operating state of the system in which the system is used as intended, the mounting body is held by a retaining spring on support rail retaining anchors of the support rail. Various possibilities for implementing such a retaining spring are known in the prior art. Typically, the retaining spring is firmly connected to the mounting body and has retaining projections that can be elastically deflected in the transverse direction.Preferably, the support rail retaining anchors are designed as projections.

[0004] To implement a generic luminaire, supply lines are usually provided which are arranged in the interior of the support rails and are supplied by the lamps and / or other electrical functional elements arranged on the mounting bodies of the luminaire. A generic system often has a current conducting rail, which is usually made of plastic, in particular by means of an extrusion process, and which is also elongated in the longitudinal direction, i.e., has an elongated longitudinal extension between its two longitudinal ends. The current conducting rail is usually arranged on an inner side of the support rail facing the interior and is fixed to the support rail, in particular to the support rail base and / or to at least one of the support rail side walls. The busbar extends over a significant portion of the length of the support rail, in particular over at least 80% of the longitudinal extent of the support rail. Typically, the busbar has a plurality of channels arranged next to one another along the transverse direction, which channels are open to an access side that is accessible from the interior. The channels preferably extend continuously over the entire length of the busbar. In particular, the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction, and the vertical direction run perpendicular to one another. In the operating position of the system, a conducting wire is arranged in at least some of the channels, and at at least one longitudinal end of the busbar, the conducting wires are typically connected to an external voltage source, via which electrical energy and, in particular, electrical signals can be applied to the conducting wires. The conductor wires can thus serve as supply lines in the support rails. For this purpose, an electrical connector, designed in particular as an electrical feed device, is usually arranged at the longitudinal end and is electrically connected to the conductor wires. Usually, an electrical connector is provided at each longitudinal end of the conductor rail. The electrical connectors can, for example, be designed as mutually corresponding connectors, for example a first as a plug and a second as a socket. By providing at least one connector at at least one longitudinal end of the conductor rail, conductor rails adjacent in the longitudinal direction can be electrically connected to one another, so that the conductor wires can form a through-wiring.

[0005] The system typically further comprises a contact device, via which electrical contact is established between the conductor wires assigned to the busbar and at least one electrical functional element of the mounting body. The contact device is typically fixed to the mounting body and ensures an electrical connection of the at least one electrical functional element when the mounting body is held in its intended position on the support rail in which the luminaire is implemented. The contact device is designed to engage in the channels from the access side of the support rail to contact the conductor wires.

[0006] Generic systems are used in a wide range of applications, for example in warehouses, production halls, supermarkets, or open-plan offices, where luminaires with a plurality of support rails and mounting elements are used. The basic principle of luminaires manufactured with a generic system is that the support rails form the electrical and mechanical infrastructure of these luminaires, whereas the mounting elements are attached to the support rails and contain the electrical functional elements required in the respective application. Of course, at least some of the electrical functional elements are usually designed as lighting modules with light sources, in particular comprising LED boards. For example, alternatively or additionally, further electrical functional elements can be provided on the respective mounting body, such as a presence sensor (e.g. infrared sensor), a camera, a radio module, etc. The electrical functional elements are usually fixed to the mounting body.

[0007] In typical applications, generic systems are used in such a way that several luminaire assemblies, each of which comprises a support rail designed as explained, are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction and connected to one another. Further components of the respective luminaire assembly can be arranged on or in the support rails of the luminaire assemblies. For example, lamps and supply lines can be attached to the support rails, for example directly to the support rails, for example by providing a mounting body designed as explained above and / or a current conducting rail designed as explained above. For example, each luminaire assembly can each comprise a support rail, a current conducting rail and a mounting body and in particular a coupling attached to the support rail. The luminaire assemblies are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction, with the support rails of the respective luminaire assemblies being mechanically connected to one another by means of the coupling, and the supply lines which run in the support rails, in particular the conductor wires arranged in the current conducting rails of the luminaire assemblies, being electrically connected to one another in pairs, i.e. one conductor wire of the first luminaire assembly is connected to one conductor wire of the second luminaire assembly. This makes it possible to create very elongated luminaires, as is required in a variety of applications. A luminaire of the respective system therefore comprises a plurality of support rails and in particular a plurality of mounting bodies and / or current conducting rails or a plurality of luminaire assemblies, which are each connected to one another as explained.

[0008] Since generic luminaires are usually very long in the longitudinal direction, often more than 5 m, often more than 10 m, often more than 20 m, often more than 50 m, it is necessary for a large number of support rails to be connected to one another using a generic system in order to create the luminaire. For this purpose, the support rails are usually delivered with the coupling arranged at the factory with one longitudinal section in the respective support rail and another longitudinal section protruding from the support rail, with which it can then be inserted into another support rail to fix the two support rails together. This type of fixing of the two support rails to one another using the coupling should be as simple and quick to carry out and at the same time ensure that the two support rails are fixed to one another reliably. It should be noted that both the support rails and at least the coupling body of the coupling are usually produced from sheet metal by forming, with the coupling body being made from a thicker sheet metal and having greater rigidity than the support rails. Generally speaking, the sheet metal from which the coupling body is formed has a thickness of at least 1 mm, in particular at least 1.2 mm, in particular between 1 mm and 2 mm, so that the coupling side walls and the coupling base have a corresponding thickness or wall thickness. Generally speaking, the sheet metal from which the support rail is formed has a thickness of less than 70% of the thickness of the sheet metal from which the coupling body is formed, with the support rail side walls and the support rail base having a corresponding thickness or wall thickness. To ensure that the connection between the mounting rails using the coupling is sufficiently robust, the coupling must be mounted in both mounting rails with its coupling side walls tightly against the mounting rail side walls of the two mounting rails. Furthermore, for cost and space reasons, the coupling should extend as little as possible into the clear cross-section of the mounting rails when installed in the respective mounting rails and take up as little space as possible within the mounting rails.

[0009] To ensure the most reliable fixation of the support rails relative to the coupling, it is already known to design the coupling with at least one scraper spring. When the system is operating, in which two support rails are connected by the coupling, this spring is deflected from its rest position and presses against each of the two support rails with a spring section. Such a scraper spring can largely prevent the support rails from moving apart in the longitudinal direction, since such a movement apart would only be possible by overcoming the scraper contact and / or deforming the scraper spring.Generally preferably, the coupling body is divided into two longitudinal sections, wherein in the operating state it is arranged with its first longitudinal section in the first support rail and with its second longitudinal section in the second support rail and determines the relative position of the two support rails to each other both with respect to the vertical direction and with respect to the transverse direction, whereas the relative position with respect to the longitudinal direction is determined by the interaction of the coupling body and the scratch spring.Particularly preferably, the support rail side walls each form a fixing guide for each of the coupling side walls, wherein the coupling side walls are each arranged in the fixing guide assigned to them in the operating state and are fixed therein both in their transverse position and in their vertical position relative to the respective support rail which has the support rail side wall with said fixing guide.

[0010] However, the provision of such scraper springs is associated with difficulties. Firstly, such a scraper spring should advantageously be attached to the coupling body in a sufficiently robust manner. Secondly, such a scraper spring should advantageously ensure sufficient scraping contact with the respective support rail during operation. Furthermore, such a scraper spring should advantageously not take up too much space so that a sufficiently large clear cross-section remains in the support rails at the level of the coupling. Furthermore, the pressing of the scraper spring with the support rails should advantageously not lead to a destabilization of the coupling body in the support rails. Furthermore, for maintenance and disassembly purposes, it should advantageously also be possible to easily detach support rails that are connected to one another by the coupling.

[0011] The present invention is based on the object of providing a system or a method or a luminaire with which at least one disadvantage that exists in systems or luminaires or methods of the generic type or known from the prior art is at least partially eliminated.

[0012] As a solution to the problem underlying the present invention, the invention proposes a system having the features of claim 1. The system is designed to implement a luminaire elongated in a longitudinal direction and comprises a plurality of longitudinally elongated support rails and at least one coupling for mechanically connecting a first and a second of the support rails. In an operating state of the system, the coupling is arranged with a first longitudinal section in the first support rail and with a second longitudinal section in the second support rail, and fixes these support rails to one another. The coupling has at least one scraper spring with a first and a second spring section, which are deflected from a rest position in the operating state, wherein in the operating state the first spring section presses against the first support rail with a first spring force and the second spring section presses against the second support rail with a second spring force. The rest position refers to the position of the scraper spring in which it is located when the coupling is not in contact with other components. The deflection from the rest position, which exists in the operating state, generates a spring force by which the two spring sections are pressed against their respective assigned support rails.Furthermore, the scraper spring has a fastening section outside the spring sections, from which the spring sections extend. The position of the fastening section relative to the coupling body is fixed in all three spatial directions by a positive fit acting in all three spatial directions. The fastening section is thus specifically designed to ensure a fixed positioning of the scraper spring on the coupling body in all three spatial directions, regardless of the spring force required to press the spring sections against the support rails. Preferably, the spring sections alone generate the spring force with which they press against the support rails.Preferably, the fastening section does not undergo any deformation when the scratch spring is deformed, starting from its rest position up to the deflection present in the operating state, so that the deflection is ensured virtually solely by the deformation of the spring sections. Due to the positive locking acting in three spatial directions, the position of the fastening section is fixed in three spatial directions relative to the coupling body. Such a positive locking can be ensured, for example, by providing two stops in each spatial direction, whereby the fastening section can only move between these two stops in the respective spatial direction, so that a positive locking is present in this spatial direction, which limits the position of the fastening section in this spatial direction.Particularly preferably, the position of the fastening section is limited to a play of less than 3 mm, in particular less than 2 mm, in particular less than 1 mm, in particular less than 0.5 mm in at least two spatial directions, in particular in all three spatial directions. The three spatial directions are perpendicular to one another and thus generally span the space. In one embodiment, the three spatial directions correspond to the explained longitudinal direction, vertical direction and transverse direction. The inventors have found that the positive connection acting in three spatial directions can ensure such a fixing of the scraper spring to the coupling body in a particularly simple and space-saving manner that the scraper spring exerts a precisely controllable and reliable spring force for pressing against the support rails when the system is in the operating state. In embodiments, the system according to the invention may have features which are described here in connection with systems described as known from the prior art, in particular systems of the generic type.

[0013] In one embodiment, the scraper spring is made in one piece from a sheet metal. In one embodiment, the coupling body is made in one piece from a sheet metal. In the one-piece design of the scraper spring, its spring sections and its fastening section are thus integrally realized in one component. Particularly preferably, the scraper spring is made from a formed sheet metal. Particularly preferably, the scraper spring is made from a spring sheet, whereby the spring properties of the spring sections can be realized particularly advantageously by the sheet metal being formed to form the spring sections. Preferably, the scraper spring and coupling body are each made in one piece from a sheet metal. Particularly preferably, the sheet metal from which the scraper spring is made has a sheet thickness that is less than half, in particular less than a quarter of the sheet thickness of the sheet metal from which the coupling body is made.Generally speaking, the fastening section of the scraper spring is preferably rigid, and the spring sections are inherently spring-elastic, generating the respective spring force in the operating state. The spring force refers to the force with which the spring sections press against the support rail assigned to them due to the deflection of the scraper spring. Particularly preferably, the spring sections each independently generate a spring force with which they press against the support rail assigned to them in the operating state. Generally speaking, the fastening section preferably bears against the coupling body over at least 50% of its extension running within a plane. This allows the fastening section to be supported on the coupling body in a particularly advantageous manner. Particularly preferably, the plane runs perpendicular to the transverse direction or perpendicular to the vertical direction.Particularly preferably, the contact ensures a positive fit in a positive direction along a direction that runs perpendicular to the plane, whereas a positive fit in a negative direction along the direction that runs perpendicular to this plane is provided by a fastening means. Generally preferably, the fastening section is designed like a plate, the plate surface of which extends flatly along a plane of extension. The plane of extension preferably corresponds to the plane explained above. Generally preferably, the plane of extension runs perpendicular to the vertical direction or perpendicular to the transverse direction. In one embodiment, the spring sections have an extension length perpendicular to the plane of extension that is at least twice as long as the fastening section. In one embodiment, the spring sections are designed like a leaf, the leaf surface of which runs perpendicular to the plane of extension. Thus, the spring sections can each be designed as a leaf spring, the leaf surface of which runs perpendicular to the plane of extension. The leaf is preferably designed as a curved leaf. When the fastening section is designed in the manner of a plate, the plate is preferably designed with its plate surface extending essentially in one plane.

[0014] In one embodiment, the spring sections are bent around a bending axis in such a way that their scraping noses are each spaced from the bending axis in a direction perpendicular to the bending axis. The bending axis preferably runs perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, in particular in the transverse direction. Particularly preferably, the spring sections are designed in the manner of a sheet that is bent around the bending axis. Particularly preferably, the fastening section is designed in the manner of a plate, the plate surface of which extends flatly along a plane of extension, wherein the bending axis runs perpendicular to the plane of extension.Particularly preferably, the scraper spring has an intermediate section between the fastening section and its section in which it is shaped with its respective spring section bent around the bending axis, which intermediate section, together with the coupling body, forms the guide for a disassembly tool explained in more detail below. Preferably, each of the spring sections is assigned a bending axis around which it extends in a bent manner. Particularly preferably, the scraper spring is fixed in the coupling body in such a way that upon movement of the second support rail to remove the second support rail from the first support rail, based on the longitudinal direction, starting from the operating state, the said distance increases.Generally, the scraper spring is preferably configured to be deflected, starting from the operating state, by a movement of the second support rail relative to the first support rail in the longitudinal direction, while the coupling remains unchanged on the first support rail, wherein it counteracts such deflection with a scraper spring force. This scraper spring force is considerable, since it prevents, as far as possible, a separation of the support rails from one another starting from the operating state. By designing the scraper spring and fixing it in the coupling body in such a way that the aforementioned distance increases, the deflection causes a deformation of the scraper spring, which can only be ensured with considerable force. The scraper spring is thus preferably designed, in a release state which is achieved starting from the operating state when a relative force in the longitudinal direction is applied to the two support rails starting from the operating state to separate the support rails from each other in the longitudinal direction, to press with its spring sections or the scraper noses of its spring sections against the first and second support rails with a spring force which is greater than the spring force with which it presses against the support rails in the operating state. In such a release state, the spring sections are deflected starting from the operating state in such a way that their scraper noses are each at a greater distance from the respectively associated bending axis, so that due to this deformation correlating with the deflection, the scraper noses of the spring sections press against the respective support rail with a spring force which is greater in magnitude than in the operating state.Particularly preferably, the spring sections are bent around a respective bending axis assigned to them in such a way that their extension ends, at which their scraping noses are provided, run towards one another. In the released state, the scraping noses of the spring sections are preferably further apart from one another than in the operating state. Due to the bending around their respective bending axis, the spring sections preferably run towards one another in a direction that is perpendicular to the bending axis and perpendicular to the direction in which the scraping noses have the aforementioned distance from the respective bending axis. Particularly preferably, the bending axis orthe bending axes respectively assigned to the spring sections run in the transverse direction and the scraper noses of the spring sections are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction in the operating state, wherein the scraper spring is designed and fixed to the coupling body in such a way that this distance provided in the longitudinal direction in the operating state increases when the release state is reached.

[0015] In one embodiment, the spring sections are each at least partially arranged in a recess provided in the coupling body. The recess is preferably provided in a coupling side wall. The recess preferably corresponds to the presently described opening through which the spring sections protrude. The recess is delimited by a boundary formed on the coupling body. The boundary of the recess formed by the coupling body preferably provides a stop for the spring sections, against which the spring sections come into contact upon a deflection of the scratch spring, which is generated by a movement of the second support rail, starting from the operating state, in the longitudinal direction away from the first support rail. The spring sections can thus come into contact with the stop when the system is in the release state explained above. In general, the spring sections are preferably designed such that they are bent in a first subsection around the bending axis explained above and extend with a second subsection immediately adjoining the first subsection as far as the fastening section. At the transition between the first subsection and the second subsection or within the second subsection, a further bending axis of the respective spring section can be provided, around which the spring section can be bent when the system, starting from the operating state, assumes the release state. Preferably, the stop is designed such that it limits bending of the respective spring section around the further bending axis in the direction in which the respective spring section is bent when, starting from the operating state, the release state is reached.

[0016] In one embodiment, the system comprises at least one fastening means, wherein the fastening section of the scraper spring and / or the coupling body has a hole associated with this fastening means, and the fastening means extends through the hole with an extension section, wherein the fastening means has a fastening collar with which it is arranged next to the hole, engaging behind the fastening section and / or the coupling body perpendicular to the extension direction. The fastening means can, for example, be formed by the scraper spring or the fastening section and extend through a hole formed in the other of the two parts. In one embodiment, the fastening means is a component independent of the fastening section of the scraper spring and the coupling body, which component is inserted through the aligned holes in order to fasten the scraper spring with its fastening section to the coupling body. The fastening collar can be formed, for example, by a screw head or by a flanged edge of a rivet. It is essential that the fastening collar is designed in the manner of a flange which, starting from the extension section with which the fastening means extends through the at least one hole, extends perpendicular to the extension direction and engages behind the fastening section or the coupling body perpendicular to the extension direction, so that a positive connection along the extension direction is ensured.Particularly preferably, the fastening section rests against the coupling body, particularly advantageously with the region explained above, thereby ensuring a positive fit along the direction of extension in a positive direction, wherein the fastening means engages behind the fastening section and provides a positive fit in the negative direction along the direction of extension of the extension section of the fastening means, so that the fastening section of the scratch spring is enclosed between the coupling body and the fastening collar of the fastening means with respect to the direction of extension. In one embodiment, the direction of extension of the fastening means runs perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Particularly preferably, the direction of extension runs parallel to the vertical direction or parallel to the transverse direction. In one embodiment, the fastening section of the scratch spring has the hole through which the fastening means extends with its extension section, wherein at least the extension section of the fastening means, in particular the fastening means as a whole, is formed integrally with the coupling body. Generally preferably, at least the extension section, in particular the fastening means as a whole, is formed by deforming the sheet metal from which the coupling body is made. Particularly preferably, the fastening means is designed in the manner of a rivet, the rivet flanged edge of which forms the fastening collar. Thus, the extension section and rivet flanged edge of the fastening means are preferably formed integrally in the coupling body. The fastening means is preferably realized by first forming the extension section by deforming a sheet metal part from which the coupling body is formed. Subsequently, after the extension section has been inserted through the hole provided in the fastening section, its end is deformed to form the rivet flange. The rivet flange can be formed, for example, by pressing, particularly in conjunction with the use of a suitable press mold. Generally, the extension section is preferably designed in the manner of a hollow cylinder.Particularly preferably, the sheet metal from which the coupling body is formed has a smaller sheet thickness in a region in which it forms the extension section than in the region of the coupling side walls of the coupling body, wherein this smaller sheet thickness can be produced, for example, by a drawing process for forming the extension section. In the described embodiment, in which the fastening means is correspondingly integrated into the coupling body, the fastening means can be realized in a particularly simple, cost-effective and space-saving manner and a reliable fastening of the fastening section can be achieved. The inventors have recognized that, despite the use of a sheet metal with a sufficiently great thickness to realize the coupling body, so that the coupling body has sufficient stability, such a fastening means can advantageously be provided in the coupling body.

[0017] In one embodiment, corresponding and interlocking fastening structures of the fastening section and the coupling body are provided at a distance from one another from the fastening means. One of the fastening structures is designed as a recess that is delimited by a boundary wall. The other of the fastening structures is arranged in the fastening structure designed as a recess and is fixed in a position by the boundary wall. Preferably, the fastening means, with its fastening collar, ensures that the position of the fastening section of the scraper spring is fixed relative to the coupling body in a first direction, whereas the interlocking of the corresponding fastening structures ensures that it is fixed in both directions perpendicular to this first direction.Generally preferably, the fastening structure of the coupling body is formed by a deformation provided in the material of the coupling body. Generally preferably, the fastening structure of the scraper spring is formed by an outer edge of the scraper spring or of the fastening section of the scraper spring. In one embodiment, the fastening structure of the coupling body forms a projection which is received in a recess formed by the fastening structure of the scraper spring or of the fastening section. Particularly preferably, the recess is formed in an end region of the fastening section. Particularly preferably, the end region is in end regions of a direction which runs perpendicular to the direction of extension of the extension section of the fastening means, wherein an end region comprises an absolute end in this direction and, starting from the absolute end, extends over a maximum of 40%, in particular a maximum of 30%, in particular a maximum of20% of the total extension length of the scraper spring extends in this direction. By providing this in the end region, a particularly good positionally fixed fixation can be ensured, in particular also a rotation lock of the fastening section or the scraper spring around the extension direction of the fastening means, wherein the rotation is based on a rotation relative to the coupling body.

[0018] In one embodiment, the fastening structures each have two structural sections spaced apart from one another, between which the fastening means is arranged. The fastening means is spaced apart from both structural sections, and each of the structural sections of the coupling body is designed to correspond to one of the structural sections of the scratching spring and engages with it. Thus, the coupling body has a first and a second structural section, and the fastening section has a first and a second structural section, wherein the first structural sections of the coupling body and fastening section are designed to correspond and engage with one another, and wherein the second structural sections of the fastening section and coupling body are designed to correspond and engage with one another.Preferably, the structural sections of the coupling body are spaced apart from one another in a direction perpendicular to the direction of extension, in particular spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction. Particularly preferably, the structural sections of the scraper spring or the fastening section of the scraper spring are spaced apart from one another in a direction perpendicular to the direction of extension, in particular spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction. Particularly preferably, the direction of extension runs in the transverse direction. Generally, the fastening means is preferably arranged between the structural sections of the coupling body and between the structural sections of the scraper spring or the fastening section, wherein in particular each of the structural sections is spaced apart from the fastening means.

[0019] In general, in the operating state, the first spring section preferably presses against the first support rail with a first spring force, and the second spring section presses against the second support rail with a second spring force. Particularly preferably, the first and second spring forces, i.e., the direction of the spring force, run perpendicular to the direction of extension of the fastening means, along which direction the fastening means or the extension section of the fastening means extends through the at least one hole. Particularly preferably, a positive fit acting along the direction of extension for fixing the position of the fastening section relative to the coupling body is ensured only by the at least one fastening means.

[0020] In general, in advantageous embodiments, only one fastening means may be provided. In other embodiments, multiple fastening means are provided, by which the fastening section is fixed to the coupling body. Of course, in addition to the at least one fastening means, a further fastening may be provided, for example, by means of the fastening structures explained.

[0021] Generally, each of the spring sections is preferably arranged on a different side of the fastening element's extension section, relative to a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the fastening element's extension section. This allows, in the operating state, the first and second spring forces to exert the most uniform possible load on the fastening point, at which the fastening element fixes the scraper spring or the fastening section of the scraper spring relative to the coupling body.

[0022] In one embodiment, a first and a second alignment hole are provided in the fastening section of the scraper spring and in the coupling body, each of which is designed to receive an alignment bolt. Thus, correct alignment can be ensured during assembly of the scraper spring and coupling body by arranging a first alignment bolt in the first alignment holes of the fastening section and coupling body and a second alignment bolt in the second alignment holes of the fastening section and coupling body. Preferably, the first alignment holes, i.e. the first alignment hole of the coupling body and the first alignment hole of the fastening section, are aligned with one another and the second alignment holes are aligned with one another. This can ensure the most precise guidance possible via the at least one alignment bolt.Particularly preferably, the first alignment holes have a different geometry than the second alignment holes. For example, the first alignment hole can be designed as a circular alignment hole, and the second alignment hole as an elongated hole. By providing alignment holes with different geometries, correct positioning during attachment of the attachment section to the coupling body can be particularly advantageously ensured. Particularly preferably, the alignment holes each have a continuous clear cross-section that is unobstructed in the operating state, so that the clear cross-section of the two alignment holes is not obscured.

[0023] In one embodiment, the first and second spring forces have a component in the vertical direction, in particular predominantly in the vertical direction, in particular completely in the vertical direction, so that the spring sections each press vertically against the support rail respectively assigned to them. For example, the first spring section can press against the support rail base with the first spring force in the operating state and the second spring section can press against the support rail base with the second spring force in the operating state, or the spring sections can each press vertically against a wall section of the support rail side walls of the support rails. Particularly preferably, the support rail side walls of the support rails each have a wall projection against which the spring sections each press in the operating state, i.e. each of the spring sections presses against the wall projection of the support rail side wall of the support rail assigned to it.

[0024] Generally, the spring sections are each preferably actuatable starting from the operating state by removing the respective spring section from the respective support rail in order to detach the scraper spring from the respective support rail. It should be noted that in one embodiment, the scraper spring only rests against the respective support rail with one of the spring sections, so that detaching this spring section from the support rail leads to the scraper spring being detached from the support rail. By actuating it, the scraper spring is preferably deflected even further from the rest position than it already is in the operating state, so that the spring force generated by the respective spring section must be overcome in order to detach the respective spring section from the respective support rail.Particularly preferably, the spring sections are each actuatable starting from the operating state, as explained, while the scratch spring remains unchanged with its fastening section fixed to the coupling body. This allows both a loss-prevention feature and a particularly robust design and multiple usability of the coupling to be achieved. Generally, the spring sections are preferably designed to be actuated independently of one another, in particular starting from the operating state by removing the respective spring section from the respective support rail to release the scratch spring from the respective support rail, while the scratch spring remains unchanged with its fastening section fixed to the coupling body.

[0025] In one embodiment, the coupling has a guide in which a disassembly tool is displaceably mounted, wherein the disassembly tool is mounted in the guide and is displaceable between a first position and a second position along a displacement path defined by the guide, wherein the disassembly tool is arranged in the first position in the operating state and in a release state of the system is arranged in the second position and is pressed against the scraper spring in the second position while deflecting the scraper spring such that its second spring section is spaced from the second support rail. In particular, in the second position the disassembly tool presses against the second spring section. The disassembly tool is thus suitable for deflecting the scraper spring even further, starting from the operating state, until the second spring section is released from the second support rail. The removal tool, which is slidably mounted in the guide and preferably fixed to the coupling body due to the guide, allows for particularly easy removal of the scraper spring. Preferably, the scraper spring and coupling body together form the guide.

[0026] In one embodiment, the coupling has two scraper springs, each having a first and a second spring portion and a fastening portion, as explained in detail here with reference to a scraper spring. In the operating state, the first spring portions of the two scraper springs both press against the first support rail and press the second spring portions of the two scraper springs both against the second support rail. The two scraper springs can generally be advantageously designed or arranged relative to the coupling body or fastened thereto, as described here with reference to a scraper spring in various embodiments. Particularly preferably, the scraper springs are each arranged on a different one of the coupling side walls.Particularly preferably, the spring sections of the first scraper spring press against the first support rail side walls of the first and second support rails, and the spring sections of the second scraper spring press against the second support rail side walls of the first and second support rails, such that the first scraper spring and the second scraper spring each press against a different one of the two opposing support rail side walls of the two support rails. By providing two scraper springs, in particular two scraper springs that each press against a different one of the support rail side walls of the respective support rail, a particularly uniform and reliable fixation of the two support rails to one another in the operating state can be ensured by the coupling.

[0027] As a further solution, the invention proposes a method for implementing an arrangement of luminaire assemblies. Each of the luminaire assemblies has at least one longitudinally elongated support rail designed to receive mounting bodies equipped with illuminants. The support rail has a U-shaped cross-section extending in a vertical direction and in a transverse direction, is open at one vertical end, and is formed by a support rail base and two support rail side walls. The support rails are connected to one another by means of a coupling having a coupling body with a U-shaped cross-section formed by a coupling base and two coupling side walls. The coupling has a scratch spring fixed to the coupling body and having a first and a second spring section, in particular two scratch springs, each with a first and a second spring section, which are each arranged on a different one of the two coupling side walls. In a first step, the coupling is inserted into the support rail of the first luminaire assembly, and the first spring section is deflected from its rest position in a first spring direction and pressed against the first support rail. In a second step following the first step, the coupling is inserted into the support rail of the second luminaire assembly, and the second spring section is deflected from its rest position in a second spring direction and pressed against the second support rail. The spring direction refers to a direction of movement of the respective spring section along which it is deflected starting from the rest position.Preferably, the spring directions each run with at least one component, in particular predominantly, in particular completely perpendicular to the transverse direction. When two scraper springs are provided, the first spring sections of the two scraper springs are preferably deflected simultaneously during the first step and simultaneously pressed against the first support rail, and the second spring sections of the scraper springs are preferably deflected simultaneously in the second step and pressed against the second support rail. Even before the first step, the scraper spring is fixed to the coupling body in one position, relative to all three spatial directions, by a positive fit, wherein the scraper spring remains fixed to the coupling body unchanged during the first and second steps. As a further solution, the invention proposes a corresponding arrangement of luminaire assemblies, wherein in particular each of the luminaire assemblies further comprises a current conducting rail which extends in the longitudinal direction over at least 80% of the length of the respective support rail and which is arranged on the coupling base and / or on at least one, in particular both, of the coupling side walls.

[0028] As a further solution, the invention proposes a method for producing the coupling of a system according to the invention. In the method according to the invention, the positive connection is created in at least one of the spatial directions by deforming a body forming the coupling body and / or by deforming a body forming the scraper spring. Particularly preferably, the positive connection is created in at least one spatial direction by deforming an extension section of a fastening means, by which a fastening collar of the fastening means is realized.

[0029] The invention further relates to a luminaire manufactured using a system according to the invention. The luminaire is manufactured by bringing the system into its operating state. The luminaire preferably comprises at least two support rails that are fixed to one another in a fixed position by a coupling. The support rails each face one of their longitudinal ends and are arranged with these longitudinal ends next to one another, in particular directly next to one another. The luminaire preferably comprises a plurality of mounting bodies that are fixed to the support rails of the luminaire and close the open side of the support rails along their longitudinal extent. The luminaire preferably comprises the disassembly tool preferably provided in some embodiments of the system according to the invention, wherein the disassembly tool is held fixedly on the coupling, in particular within an interior space enclosed by the support rails and in particular at least one of the mounting bodies. Furthermore, a first current conducting rail is preferably arranged in the first support rail and a second current conducting rail is arranged in the second support rail, wherein the illuminants of the mounting bodies, which are arranged in the respective support rail, are electrically conductively connected to the current conducting rail, which is arranged in the respective support rail, via a contact device arranged in the respective support rail.

[0030] The various solutions according to the invention and their exemplary embodiments can each have features in their embodiments that are disclosed herein in connection with a respective other solution according to the invention. Furthermore, all of the embodiments described herein can be advantageously combined with each other and their respective features.

[0031] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to six figures using exemplary embodiments.

[0032] They show: Figure 1: in schematic principle representations, an embodiment of an arrangement of lighting assemblies according to the invention, which is realized by means of an embodiment of a system according to the invention; Figure 2: in schematic principle representations, components of an embodiment of a system according to the invention; Figure 3: in schematic principle representations, components of an embodiment of a system according to the invention; Figure 4: in schematic principle representations, sections of components of a coupling of a system according to the invention in different stages of production; Figure 5: in schematic principle representations, components of an embodiment of a system according to the invention; Figure 6: in a schematic principle representation, a plan view of a cross-section of components of an embodiment of a system according to the invention.

[0033] In Figure 1 comprehensively the Figure 1a and 1bAn arrangement of luminaire assemblies according to the invention is shown. Such an arrangement of luminaire assemblies according to the invention can be realized by the components of a system according to the invention. Figure 1aThe arrangement shown comprises a first support rail 1 and a second support rail 2, as well as a coupling 3. The coupling 3 has a coupling body 4 and a scraper spring 5. The scraper spring 5 has a first spring section 51 and a second spring section 52. The coupling body 4 has, generally advantageously according to the invention, a first opening through which the first spring section 51 extends, and a second opening through which the second spring section 52 extends. The spring sections 51, 52 extend through the respective opening of the coupling body 4 and bear against the respective supporting rail 1, 2 assigned to them. The first spring section 51 bears against a wall projection 111 of a supporting rail side wall of the first supporting rail 1, 2, pressed with a vertical spring force, and the second spring section 52 bears against a wall projection 211 of a supporting rail side wall of the second supporting rail 2.The coupling body 4 further comprises a stop 441 against which the support rails 1, 2 each bear, which is generally advantageous according to the invention. The relative positioning of the support rails 1, 2 is determined by the bearing against the stop. The stop 441 allows the coupling 3 to be easily inserted first into the first support rail 1 until it bears against the stop 441, after which the second support rail 2 can then be pushed in the longitudinal direction X onto the coupling 3 protruding from the first support rail 1. The scraper spring 5 further comprises a fastening section 50, which in this case is designed in the manner of a plate. The fastening section 50 is fixed in a fixed position to the coupling body 4 with respect to the transverse direction Y by a fastening means 415.In this case, one of the side walls of the coupling body 4 and the fastening means 415 each form a positive connection with respect to the transverse direction Y, so that the fastening section 50 of the scratch spring 5 is fixed in its position with respect to the transverse direction Y between these two positive connections. In . Figure 1b For illustration purposes, a view of the open ends of the support rails 1, 2 of the arrangement according to Figure 1a shown. From Figure 1bIt can be seen that the coupling 3 extends from the first support rail side walls of the support rails 1, 2 to the second support rail side walls of the support rails 1, 2 and runs with its coupling base 40 along the support rail bases of the support rails 1, 2. The coupling 3 further comprises a centering section 31, 32 at each of its longitudinal ends, with which insertion of the coupling 3 into the respective support rail 1, 2 is simplified, in particular centering of the coupling 3 relative to other components that may be arranged in the support rail 1, 2, for example centering with respect to an electrical connector and / or with respect to a current conducting rail that is arranged along the support rail base in the respective support rail 1, 2. Figure 1bIt can also be seen that two recesses 33, 34 are provided in the coupling base 40, which are designed for fastening components, for example an electrical connector. Figure 1b It can also be seen that pre-punches 400 are provided in the coupling base 40, which can be easily broken out of the coupling base 40 to allow a supply line to pass through these openings. In this case, a pre-punch aligned with this is provided in the support rails 1, 2 (not shown here), so that after breaking out the pre-punches provided in the coupling base 40 and the support rail bases, an electrical line can be laid from outside the support rail base into the interior.

[0034] In Figure 2 comprehensively the Figure 2a and 2b is the coupling 3 of the embodiment of the system, of which components are already in Figure 1are shown schematically in various principle diagrams. Figure 2a It can be seen in particular that the coupling 3 has a coupling body 4, which comprises a first coupling side wall 41 and a second coupling side wall 42 as well as a coupling base 40. In the coupling side walls 41, 42, two openings 420 are provided, through which one of the spring sections 51, 52 passes in each case, so that it engages the associated wall projection 111, 211, as in Figure 1a shown, the assigned mounting rail 1, 2 can be installed. In Figure 2b Components of the embodiment of the system according to the invention are shown in the assembled state of the system, in which the coupling 3 is inserted with a first longitudinal section into the first support rail 1, so that its first, in Figure 2bnot visible, spring section 51 presses against the wall projection 111 of the first support rail 1 and thereby ensures a fixation of the coupling 3 relative to the support rail 1, whereas the second longitudinal section of the coupling 3 projects beyond the first support rail 1. Accordingly, starting from the Figure 2b To achieve the operating state, the second support rail 2 is mounted on the Figure 2b The coupling 3 shown is pushed on in the longitudinal direction until it comes into contact with the first support rail 1, wherein during this pushing on the second spring section 52 presses and scratches with its scraping nose 520 against the wall projection 211 of the second support rail 2, so that the second support rail is fixed in position in the longitudinal direction relative to the first support rail by means of the coupling 3.

[0035] In Figure 3 comprehensively the Figure 3a , 3b and 3cThe scraper spring 5 of the described embodiment of the system according to the invention and its operation in the coupling 3 are shown in detail in schematic diagrams. In Figure 3a The scratch spring 5 is shown alone. Figure 3aIt can be seen that the scraper spring 5 has a fastening section 50 which is designed in the manner of a plate, the plate surface of which extends flatly along a plane of extension. It can also be seen that the scraper spring 5 has two spring sections 51, 52, each having a scraper nose 510, 520, with which they press against one of the support rails 1, 2 in the operating state with a spring force generated by them. The spring sections 51, 52 are each designed in the manner of a leaf spring and are thus each designed in the manner of a leaf, the leaf surface of which runs perpendicular to the aforementioned plane of extension along which the fastening section extends with its plate surface. This is generally advantageous according to the invention.Furthermore, it is generally advantageous according to the invention that the spring sections 51, 52 are each shaped so as to be bent about a respective bending axis assigned to them in such a way that their scraping noses 510, 520 are each spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the bending axis, in this case in the vertical direction Z. This configuration ensures that, on the one hand, in the operating state, a sufficient spring force can be provided in a simple manner with which the spring sections 51, 52 press against the respective support rail 1, 2 by means of their scraping noses 510, 520. On the other hand, it is further ensured that when the second support rail is moved in the longitudinal direction X, starting from the operating state, to remove the second support rail 2 from the first support rail 1, the said distance increases because the respective spring section is bent open with respect to its bending axis. This configuration of the spring sections 51, 52 is generally advantageous according to the invention and ensures that an even greater force is applied to counteract any release of the support rails 1, 2 from the operating state. Figure 3a It can also be seen that the fastening section 50 has a hole 518 for a fastening means as well as alignment holes 517. Furthermore, the fastening section 50 has at its longitudinal ends, generally advantageous according to the invention, a structural section 516 formed as a recess of a fastening structure of the fastening section 50. The functioning of this fastening structure or these structural sections 516 is particularly evident from the synopsis of the Figure 3b and 3c As can be seen from the Figure 3b and 3cAs can be seen, the coupling body 4 has a fastening structure corresponding to the fastening structure of the fastening section 50, in this case comprising two structural sections 416. The structural sections 416 are each formed by a deformation of the sheet metal from which the coupling body 4 is made. In the Figure 3b and 3cIn the operating state shown, the structural sections 416, which are designed as projections, are arranged in the structural sections 516, which are designed as recesses. The structural sections 516, 416 of the fastening section 50 and the coupling body 4 are spaced from one another in the longitudinal direction X, generally speaking, they are spaced from one another in a direction that is perpendicular to an extension direction in which the extension section of the fastening means 415 extends through the hole 518. Furthermore, it can be seen that the alignment holes 517 of the fastening section 50 are aligned with alignment holes 417 of the coupling body 4, so that during manufacture of the coupling 3, the scratch spring 5 with its fastening section 50 can be correctly aligned relative to the coupling body 4 in a simple manner using alignment bolts.Furthermore, it can be seen that the spring sections 51 each penetrate through an opening 410 arranged in one of the coupling side walls and thereby press against the first and second support rails 1, 2, respectively. Furthermore, it is clear from FIG. Figure 3c It can be seen that, according to the invention, the coupling side walls each have a slot 418 running in the longitudinal direction, whereby a certain vertical deflectability of the coupling side wall 41 is provided, so that the coupling side wall 41 can be easily pressed into a guide which is formed by the support rails 1, 2, as will be explained below with reference to Figure 6 is explained in more detail.

[0036] In Figure 4 comprehensively the Figures 4a, 4b and 4c The scraper spring 5 and its attachment to the coupling body 4 are shown in further detailed schematic diagrams for the purpose of explanation. Figure 4athe scraper spring 50 is shown in its state mounted on the coupling body 4 or on the coupling side wall 41 of the coupling body 4. It can be seen that the scraper spring 5, with its spring sections 51, 52, each extends at least partially into a recess provided in the coupling body or the coupling side wall 41, so that the spring sections 51, 52 are arranged in sections in the recess of the coupling side wall 41. The recess forms a stop for the spring sections 51, 52, since the spring sections 51, 52, when deflected in such a way that the distance between their scraper noses 510, 520 is increased, come into contact with the stop provided by the recess, so that further deflection is only possible with considerable expenditure of force. This configuration ensures even further stabilization of the scraper spring 5 oran even more reliable fixation of the support rails 1, 2 of the system by means of the coupling 3 of the system.

[0037] Out of Figure 4a It can also be seen that the scraper spring is shaped and fixed to the coupling side wall 41 in such a way that the scraper spring 5 together with the coupling side wall 41 forms a guide 45 for a Figure 5 The disassembly tool shown in more detail below forms the Figures 4b and 4cThe manufacturing process by which the fastening section 50 is fastened to the coupling side wall 41 is shown. Furthermore, the design of the fastening means 415 is shown. During the manufacturing process, the coupling body 4 and the scraper spring 5 are first produced independently of one another from different sheet metal. A hollow cylindrical extension section 4150 of the fastening means 415 is formed by a deformation in the coupling side wall 41. The scraper spring 5 is placed onto this hollow cylindrical extension section 4150 by the hollow cylindrical extension section 4150 extending through the hole 518 provided in the fastening section 50. Subsequently, the extension section 4150 is deformed at the end of its extension, with which it protrudes beyond the fastening section 50, to produce a riveted flange 4151, as shown in Figure 4cwhich engages behind the fastening section 50 perpendicular to the direction of extension along which the extension section 4150 extends, so that the fastening section 50 is fixed in its position relative to the coupling side wall 41 with respect to the direction of extension. In the present case, the direction of extension is parallel to the transverse direction Y. The fastening means 415 is thus designed as a rivet that is manufactured integrally in the coupling body 4 and whose rivet flanged edge provides a positive connection, with respect to the transverse direction Y, generally discussed with respect to the direction of extension, for the scratch spring 5 to fix its position relative to the coupling body 4.

[0038] In Figure 5 comprehensively the Figure 5a , 5b and 5c A disassembly tool 6 and its functionality are explained in more detail using schematic diagrams. In Figure 5aThe disassembly tool 6 is shown separately. The disassembly tool 6 has a first tool section 61 and a second tool section 62, which are connected to each other by a guide section and are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction X. Each of the tool sections 61, 62 is assigned to one of the spring sections 51, 52 of the scraper spring 5, as can be seen from Figure 5b In the operating state shown in Figure 5b shown, the disassembly tool 6 is in the position shown with reference to Figure 4aexplained guide 45 of the coupling 3 and is guided in a captive manner and can be displaced along a displacement path defined by the guide 45 in the longitudinal direction X relative to the coupling body 4. Each of the tool sections 61, 62 has an actuating section 610, 620, at which it can be actuated by hand, as well as a section 615, 625, with which it can be brought into contact with the spring section 51, 52 assigned to it, as well as a contact section 612, 622, by means of which the disassembly tool 6 can be supported on the coupling body 4 in order to exert a force on the respective associated spring section 51, 52, as well as a locking section 611, 621, with which it can be locked to a corresponding locking section of the coupling body 4 in order to be held in a position in which it deflects the respective spring section 51, 52 to such an extent that its scraping nose does not rest against the respective associated support rail. The disassembly tool can thus, starting from the operating state in which it occupies a first position relative to the coupling body 4, which is shown in . Figure 5b shown, can be brought into a second position as shown in Figure 5c is shown, in which it is locked with its locking section 611 to a corresponding locking section 1161 of the coupling body 4 and is supported with its contact section 612 on the coupling body 4 and is pressed with a section 625 against the spring section 51, whereby it deflects the latter to such an extent that it cannot be in contact with the associated support rail 1, 2. By thus bringing the disassembly tool 6 into the second position, it can enable the coupling 3 to be released from one of the support rails 1, 2, since the spring section 51, 52 associated with this support rail 1, 2 can be released from the respective support rail 1, 2.

[0039] For explanatory purposes, Figure 6further shown is a cross-section through components of the described embodiment of the system according to the invention, which extends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X. From Figure 6 It can be seen that the support rail 1 has a support rail base 10 and a first support rail side wall 11 as well as a second support rail side wall 12. The support rail side walls 11, 12 each form a fixing guide 413, 423, in which a respective one of the coupling side walls 41, 42 is held pressed in the vertical direction Z. The support rail side walls each form a wall projection 111, 121, against which the respective associated scraper spring presses with its first spring section 51 in the operating state. Furthermore, the support rail side walls 11, 12 each form a retaining projection 412, 422, to which a conventional mounting body can be fastened with a conventional retaining spring. Figure 6In the state shown, the disassembly tool 6, which is assigned to the scraper spring 5 provided on the first coupling side wall 41, is in the second position, whereas the disassembly tool 6, which is assigned to the scraper spring 5 provided on the second coupling side wall 42, is in the first position. Accordingly, the scraper spring 5, which is arranged on the second coupling side wall 42, presses with its scraping nose 510 against the wall projection 121 of the second support rail side wall 12, whereas the scraper spring 5 arranged on the first coupling side wall 41 is spaced with its scraping nose 510 from the wall projection 111 of the first support rail side wall. The two disassembly tools 6 can thus be actuated independently of one another. In a state in which both disassembly tools 6 are in the first position, the coupling 3 is reliably connected to the support rail 1, and the scraper noses 510 of the two illustrated scraper springs 5 press against the wall projections 111, 121 of the support rail side walls 11, 12. In a state in which the two disassembly tools 6 are in the second position, however, the scraper noses 510 of the scraper springs 5 are spaced apart from the support rail side walls 11, 12.
