Description
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of outdoor tents, and more particularly to an outdoor louver tent.BACKGROUND
[0002] A tent, also known as an awning, generally includes a tent frame structure and a tent roof structure, wherein the tent frame structure consists of four upright posts and four perimeter beams. Due to the structure and size itself, the tent generally needs to be assembled during use. Therefore, a connecting structure between components is especially important, and affects the overall appearance and stability of the tent. A conventional connecting structure between the upright post and the perimeter beam is designed to be too complex, requires numerous screws, and is not easy to assemble.
[0003] For this reason, the patent No. CN217001180U discloses a quick beam and post assembly structure for a tent, including an upright post and a perimeter beam which are mounted in fit with each other, wherein one end of the perimeter beam is in fit with an anchor type connecting assembly; a first limit slide groove is disposed on a lateral surface of the upright post; the anchor type connecting assembly is in slide fit with the first limit slide groove, and is limited on the first limit slide groove in a horizontal direction; and the upright post is mounted in fit with the perimeter beam by means of a support member. In the invention, the perimeter beam and the upright post are mounted and fixed by means of the support member; moreover, the perimeter beam is connected to the upright post by means of the anchor type connecting assembly, so as to improve the connection strength and disassembly convenience of the two. However, the assembly of the anchor type connecting assembly in the structure is relatively complex; in addition, the support member is required for reinforcement, and therefore the overall mounting thereof is relatively complex; moreover, the exposure of the support member affect the aesthetic appearance, and the overall mounting strength is common.
[0004] The patent No. CN213015045U relates to a beam and post mounting structure of a multi-blade top awning, including an upright post and a first perimeter beam and a second perimeter beam disposed on the upright post; the first perimeter beam and / or the second perimeter beam are both mounted in fit with the upright post in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction by means of a fastener. In the invention, the perimeter beam and the upright post are fastened by means of a screw in the horizontal direction, and are fastened by means of a screw in the vertical direction; the double fastening structure improves the connection reliability of the perimeter beam and the upright post without additional angle iron, thereby having the advantages of reliable connection, convenient mounting, and cost saving. However, in the structural design, numerous bolts are mounted vertically; when the perimeter beam is mounted, it is difficult to align holes, thereby affecting the fixed assembly thereof.
[0005] In combination with the prior art, the structural design mainly includes the following defects: 1. The addition of welding components will increase process steps, such as welding and grinding, and grinding may cause a defect to a surface of the product; 2. A slider connector is added on a lateral surface of a main beam; during product assembly, the screw is fastened on an inner side of the main beam; after the main beam on one side is assembled, the adjacent main beam would be difficult to be assembled; that is, the screw can only be tightened by one-third turn each time; 3. An aluminum casting is added at an upper port of a leg pipe, and the connection of the main beam also has the problem as described in item 2; furthermore, the stability of the tent is extremely poor.
[0006] In addition, the tent roof structures of louver tents on existing market all consist of a louver plate and a perimeter beam which are mounted in fit with each other. For example, the patent No. CN110565991A discloses an electric outdoor louver awning; as shown in Figs. 4 and 5 of the invention, in a specific structure, a first shaft sleeve is fixed on a first end plate of an active louver by means of a specially customized step screw, wherein the specially customized step screw can effectively position the first shaft sleeve, and can also ensure the smooth rotation of the first shaft sleeve; preferably, the louver transmission member is a louver transmission knife; one end of the louver transmission knife is connected to an output end of an electric drive apparatus, and the other end of the louver transmission knife is provided with a through hole for the louver transmission knife; correspondingly, a hinge hole of a second end plate of the active louver, which is adapted to the through hole for the louver transmission knife, is disposed in the center of the second end plate of the active louver; the other end of the louver transmission knife is connected to the second end plate of the active louver on the basis of the fit between a first connector and the through hole for the louver transmission knife and the hinge hole of the second end plate of the active louver; it should be noted that the first connector can be a bolt, a screw, or other connectors, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention; the louver transmission knife moves under the drive of the electric drive apparatus, and drives the active louver to rotate, in which way the active louver is driven to rotate.
[0007] In the above technical solution, a pin shaft or a bolt is used as a shaft matched with a rotary member; the rotary member is fixed to the louver plate by means of a fastener, so as to implement fixed mounting. However, in the process of fixing the louver to the perimeter beam, the operation of tightening the screw is relatively bothersome, which improves the manufacturing cost of the product at an early stage; in addition, during post-stage maintenance, if an individual louver needs to be replaced, the disassembly is more difficult than assembly.
[0008] In a louver plate turnover and drive structure, the driving mode of an existing linkage mechanism is generally divided into a manual mode and an electric mode. For example, the patent No. CN111946104A discloses a multi-blade top awning capable of being opened / closed bidirectionally by 360 degrees, including a tent frame, a blade top plate mounted in fit with the tent frame, a linkage bar and a drive mechanism for driving the blade top plate to open and close, wherein the drive mechanism includes a connecting rod, a rocker arm, a worm and gear assembly, and a power source; the connecting rod is used to drive the linkage bar to move; the rocker arm is used to drive the connecting rod to move; the worm and gear assembly is used to drive the rocker arm to rotate; and the power source is used to supply power to the worm and gear assembly.
[0009] The patent No. CN207847158U discloses an electric blinds roof structure of a canopy and canopy, wherein the electric blinds roof structure includes a top frame and at least a group of blinds mounted on the top frame; Each group of blinds includes a plurality of slats, a linkage strip, and an electric control mechanism; each slat is rotatably mounted at the top frame, and each slat is directly hinged to the linkage strip or hinged to the linkage strip through a fixing member fixed at the slat; the electric control mechanism is used to drive at least one linkage strip to move thus to control opening and closing of the slats.
[0010] The drive mechanism is generally disposed in the tent frame, and therefore the mounting of the drive component thereof is bothersome. Manual drive mechanisms are mostly a worm and gear mechanism; the structure has the following defects: 1. The worm and gear mechanism needs to be mounted on a top beam or at the top of the tent; due to the high height, a long rocker is necessarily to be hung down for a user to operate; in addition, the worm and gear mechanism itself causes the appearance of the product to be incomplete, affecting the aesthetic feeling and experience of the user; and 2. The manufacturing costs of the worm and gear mechanism and the manual rocker are high; considering the durability of the product, noble metals such as copper will be used; moreover, the machining accuracy of the worm and gear, the material cost, and the manufacturing cost are all high.SUMMARY
