Description

[0001] The invention relates to a fastening device for fastening a wall element to a floor slab.

[0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement comprising a wall element and a floor panel. The invention also relates to a method for attaching a wall element to a floor panel.

[0003] Prefabricated parts and components are becoming increasingly common in the construction industry. For example, wooden components for a wall, ceiling or floor can be prefabricated in the factory and delivered to a construction site for final assembly there. This is particularly used in the manufacture of prefabricated houses. Such a prefabricated house has a construction similar to a wooden house. The individual walls or wall elements, floors or floor elements and ceilings or ceiling elements can be made at least partially of wood. In order to be able to attach the respective elements or wooden components during assembly of the house, a wide variety of fastening and connection options can be used. Fastening brackets or angle connectors are used to attach a wall element to a floor slab. These are screwed to a floor element after a wall element has been positioned.

[0004] However, the disadvantage here is that these angle connectors or mounting brackets cannot be installed during pre-assembly or prefabrication, as they would otherwise protrude from the wooden components or elements during transport, potentially causing damage. This, in turn, makes subsequent assembly more difficult, as fastening can only be carried out after a wall element has been positioned on a floor slab.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to make it easier to assemble a wooden component, such as a wall element, onto a floor plate or floor element.

[0006] This problem is solved by a fastening device, an arrangement, and a method according to the independent patent claims. Useful further developments are disclosed in the dependent patent claims.

[0007] One aspect (first aspect) relates to a fastening device for fastening a wall element to a floor slab, wherein the fastening device has a tension plate which can be fastened to the wall element and a floor plate which is separate from the tension plate and which can be fastened to the floor plate, the floor plate has a plurality of coupling elements, the tension plate has a plurality of counter-coupling elements corresponding to the coupling elements, and each of the coupling elements can be coupled to a respective counter-coupling element by a movement of a linear second component, whereby the tension plate can be positively connected to the floor plate, and the floor plate has a connecting element with which the floor plate can be fastened to the floor plate in the direction of the linear second component.

[0008] The proposed fastening device simplifies, and in particular improves, the fastening or installation of a wall element to a floor slab. Thanks to the separate parts or components of the fastening device, the tension plate, for example, can be attached during the wall element's factory production process. This allows, for example, the tension plate to be mounted on the wall element in advance, thus facilitating transport of the wall element, particularly to a construction site.

[0009] The fastening device according to the invention or the proposed fastening device can be used particularly advantageously in timber structures. The proposed fastening device can also be used advantageously in the assembly of a prefabricated house, a building, a supporting structure, a solid construction house, or a timber house.

[0010] In particular, the wall element can be a wooden component or a wooden wall of a prefabricated or wooden house. The floor slab can be, for example, a floor element, a ceiling element, or a foundation of a prefabricated or wooden house or another structure. In particular, the floor slab can be a horizontally aligned floor or a base plate of a prefabricated house. The wall element can be attached to this floor slab in a vertical orientation.

[0011] The tension plate and the floor plate can be two separate units. In particular, the tension plate and the floor plate can be physically separate from each other. In other words, the fastening device can be designed in two parts, namely the tension plate as one part and the floor plate as a separate part. This two-part design allows the tension plate and / or the floor plate to be attached in advance, i.e. during pre-assembly of the wall element and / or the floor slab. This offers assembly advantages, particularly when mounting the wall element to the floor slab on a prefabricated house construction site.

[0012] The tension plate and the floor plate can, in particular, be made of the same material. In particular, the tension plate and the floor plate can be metallic parts. It is also conceivable that the material of the tension plate and the floor plate can be of any design. In particular, however, the tension plate and the floor plate are made of a material suitable for stable installation or fastening in timber structures or other prefabricated houses.

[0013] The floor panel can accordingly have a plurality of coupling elements, i.e. connecting elements, which are designed to be coupled to the counter-coupling elements of the tension panel and thus connected. The coupling elements correspond to or complement the counter-coupling elements, so that when the coupling elements and the counter-coupling elements are coupled, the tension panel can be positively connected to the floor panel. This allows a releasable positive connection to be realized. This positive connection of the tension panel to the floor panel allows the wall element to be fastened to the floor panel during an assembly process. In particular, a positive connection is provided in at least four, in particular in five, spatial directions. In other words, a coupling element can be transferred from the coupled state into a non-coupled state by a movement opposite to the movement of the linear second component.Consequently, when coupled, the coupling elements cannot be pulled out of the counter-coupling elements or moved downwards, i.e., toward the base plate. Optionally, decoupling can be achieved by moving them upwards, i.e., away from the base plate.

[0014] Furthermore, with the help of the connecting element, which can be a connecting means, the floor panel can be attached to the floor plate in the direction of the linear second component. This allows the coupling elements to be coupled to the counter-coupling elements, so that the floor panel and the tension panel are designed as a composite.

[0015] The movement with the linear second component can be a movement or movement sequence parallel to the main extension plane of the tension plate.

[0016] The coupling elements are coupled to the counter-coupling elements, if necessary, through a two-part movement sequence or a two-part movement. For this purpose, the coupling elements can be moved in a linear first component in addition to the movement of the linear second component. The movement with the linear second component (i.e., a second movement component) can occur parallel to the main extension plane of the tension plate. The movement with the linear first component (i.e., a first movement component) can occur perpendicular to the movement of the linear first component, i.e., perpendicular to the main extension plane of the tension plate.

[0017] For example, a first movement process or a first movement of the linear movement can be a horizontal movement of the coupling elements to the counter-coupling elements relative to the tension plate. Following this first movement, such as the horizontal movement, there can be a vertical movement of the coupling elements. Through these two split movements or the split motion sequence for the coupling, a simple yet secure and stable connection or coupling of the coupling elements to the counter-coupling elements can be realized.

[0018] In particular, the tension plate has an L-shape when coupled to the floor plate. In other words, the fastening device is L-shaped when coupled, so that the tension plate and floor plate are perpendicular to each other.

[0019] Specifically, in the coupled state, the tension plate is arranged perpendicular to the floor plate, so that the wall element and the floor plate are also arranged or positioned perpendicular to each other.

[0020] Optionally, the fastening device can be designed as a fastening bracket or angle connector when the floor panel is coupled to the tension plate. Accordingly, a two-part or multi-part angle connector or fastening bracket can be realized using the fastening device according to the invention. This can be used particularly advantageously during the assembly of a prefabricated house or timber structure, since elements such as timber components can be installed or fastened more easily by construction workers or tradespeople using the fastening device according to the invention.

[0021] In particular, the fastening device can be a mechanical unit or a mechanical device. The coupling elements are coupled to the counter-coupling elements by a mechanical coupling.

[0022] In one embodiment, the tension plate is designed entirely in the shape of a plate. In other words, the tension plate can be designed as a plate or as a flat, planar, or level metal sheet. In particular, the tension plate is designed entirely in the shape of a plate. Due to this design of the tension plate, the tension plate can be arranged or fastened in a flat, planar manner on the wall element. This allows the tension plate to be advantageously fastened to the wall element during a manufacturing process or prefabrication process for the wall element. Due to the plate-shaped design, no parts, pieces, or elements protrude from the tension plate, which could lead to dangers and, in particular, damage, particularly during transport of the wall element.

[0023] In one embodiment, it is provided that the tension plate has a plurality of recesses, wherein screw elements can be inserted into the plurality of recesses in order to fasten the tension plate to the wall element by means of the screw elements. The tension plate, which is in particular plate-shaped and flat, can be fastened to the wall element by means of screw elements that can be inserted or inserted or plugged into the recesses. In other words, the plurality of recesses can be pilot holes or pre-drilled bores or holes by means of which the tension plate can be fastened, in particular screwed, to the wall element by means of screw elements or connecting means, such as bolts, screws or nails. The plurality of recesses can be arranged differently distributed or evenly distributed on the tension plate. In particular, the tension plate can have a plurality of equally distributed and, in particular, spaced-apart recesses.

[0024] The dimensions or size of the tension plate and the base plate can be varied. In particular, the length of the tension plate and, in particular, the size or extension of the base plate can be adapted to the specific application and, in particular, to the dimensions of the wall element and the base plate.

[0025] In one embodiment, the floor panel has a floor panel base and two floor panel wall sides, wherein the floor panel wall sides are arranged on opposite outer sides of the floor panel base, wherein when the floor panel is connected to the tension plate as intended, the two floor panel wall sides extend perpendicular to the tension plate. In other words, the floor panel can be designed as a shoe. The two floor panel wall sides or outer walls can increase the stability of the floor panel and thus of the fastening device. This likewise affects the stability of the fastening of the wall element to the floor plate. The floor panel base can rest against the floor plate and be fastened to the floor plate by means of the connecting element. In contrast, the floor panel wall sides can protrude upwards from the floor panel base and thus from the floor plate. In particular, the floor panel wall sides can be arranged vertically or perpendicularly to the floor panel base. The floor panel wall sides or wall sides or walls of the floor panel can be arranged or attached to opposite outer sides or to opposite outer edges of the floor panel base. When connecting or coupling the floor panel to the tension plate as intended, the two floor panel wall sides can extend perpendicular to the tension plate and thus to the wall element.

[0026] The floor panel can, for example, be formed as a single piece, so that the floor panel base and the two floor panel wall sides are made from a single metallic material in one manufacturing process. It is also conceivable for the two floor panel wall sides to be subsequently attached to the floor panel base. In this case, for example, the two floor panel wall sides can be welded to the floor panel base. For example, the floor panel wall sides can be manufactured by bending or rolling.

[0027] In addition to, or instead of, the floor panel wall sides can form a guide element. This is particularly advantageous when, after the wall element has been mounted to the floor panel, another wall element is attached to the previously mounted wall element. To achieve this, the wall can be at the corner of a house or room, so that in the corner where two wall elements are adjacent, the additional wall element can be inserted between the floor panel wall sides.

[0028] In one embodiment, the floor panel has a fastening side which, when the floor panel is connected to the tension plate as intended, rests against the tension plate, wherein coupling elements are arranged on the end regions of the floor panel wall sides which extend on the fastening side. During the linear movement of the coupling element to the counter-coupling elements, the fastening side is directed towards the tension plate and thus towards the wall element. In other words, the fastening side is the front side of the floor panel which, when the floor panel is coupled to the tension plate, rests directly or immediately against the tension plate. The fastening side can accordingly have the coupling elements. In this case, coupling elements can be fastened, attached or arranged on a respective end region of the floor panel wall sides. When the floor plate is coupled to the tension plate, the end areas of the floor plate wall sides are directed towards the tension plate and thus towards the wall element.

[0029] In one exemplary embodiment, the floor panel wall sides are ramp-shaped, and a respective height of the floor panel wall sides increases towards the fastening side. Thus, the walls of the floor panel can each be designed as a ramp, wherein these ramp-shaped floor panel wall sides have their highest point at the end regions. Accordingly, the start of a respective ramp is on the side, in particular the rear side, of the floor panel which is opposite the fastening side and is thus arranged opposite the tension plate. Thus, the ramp-shaped floor panel wall sides begin to increase in height, i.e., vertically, there. This ramp-shaped design can increase the stability of the fastening device.

[0030] In one embodiment, the coupling elements are designed as connecting hooks, with the connecting hooks being arranged at their end regions such that they are angled toward the floor panel base. In other words, the connecting hooks or metallic hook elements are formed at right angles, so that the respective hook-shaped configuration is open toward the floor panel base, and the hooks are angled such that one end region of the hook is directed toward the floor panel. The counter-coupling elements can be designed accordingly such that the connecting hooks can be hooked into the counter-coupling elements, thus forming a hooking function.

[0031] For example, the counter-coupling elements can be receiving areas, such as rectangular openings. During linear movement, the coupling elements, designed as connecting hooks, can be hooked into the counter-coupling elements designed as receiving areas. The connecting hooks can be inserted into the counter-coupling elements in the direction of the first linear component, thus engaging them to couple the floor panel to the tension panel by means of a hooking function.

[0032] In one embodiment, two connecting hooks are arranged one above the other at the end regions of the floor panel wall sides, spaced apart. Thus, at least two connecting hooks can be arranged one above the other at the end regions of the floor panel wall sides, which are in particular ramp-shaped. It is also conceivable for one, two or more connecting hooks to be arranged per end region. Depending on the fastening situation regarding the wall element, the fastening device can be designed accordingly. By means of two connecting hooks arranged one above the other at a distance, a stable and secure coupling of the floor panel to the tension plate can be achieved. In particular, the connecting hooks protrude forward from the end regions, i.e. in the direction of the tension plate during a normal coupling process. In this way, a hooking function or hooking functionality between the coupling elements and the counter-coupling elements can be realized or carried out.

[0033] In one embodiment, it is provided that two counter-coupling elements of the plurality of counter-coupling elements are arranged on the tension plate in a similar way to the two connecting hooks arranged one above the other at a distance, whereby the connecting hooks can be hooked into the counter-coupling elements. The counter-coupling elements are accordingly also arranged one above the other at a distance and are at the same distance from one another as the corresponding two connecting hooks arranged one above the other. A reliable and simple coupling process can be carried out by an analogous or identical arrangement of the coupling elements and the counter-coupling elements. In other words, the connecting hooks can be inserted into the counter-coupling elements, which are designed in particular as openings, and thus hooked there, in particular by movement of the linear second component. For this purpose, the coupling elements and the counter-coupling elements must be arranged analogously or correspondingly to each other on the tension plate and accordingly on the floor plate in order to be able to carry out a corresponding coupling process. In one embodiment, the connecting element is designed as a drilled hole located within the floor plate base in order to be able to fasten the floor plate to the floor plate using a screw element or bolt element.

[0034] For example, the connecting element, designed as a drilled hole, a hole, or an opening, can be arranged or formed centrally on the floor panel base. In other words, the floor panel base can have the connecting element in its center. It is also conceivable for several connecting elements and correspondingly several drilled holes to be pre-drilled or prefabricated within the floor panel base, so that, depending on the application and in particular the installation situation, the floor panel can be fastened, in particular screwed, to the floor plate.

[0035] A further aspect (second aspect) of the invention relates to an arrangement comprising a wall element and a floor slab, wherein the wall element and the floor slab are fastened by means of at least one fastening device according to the previous aspect or an advantageous development thereof. In particular, the arrangement can be part of a house, prefabricated house, timber frame, wooden house, or other supporting structure. For this purpose, walls or wall elements or components of the prefabricated house, for example, can be fastened to the floor slab or to a ceiling element by means of the fastening device according to the invention. One or more fastening devices can be used for this purpose.

[0036] In one embodiment of the second aspect, it is provided that the tension plate is attached to the wall element and the floor plate is attached to the floor plate, and the coupling elements are coupled to the counter-coupling elements, so that the floor plate and the tension plate are positively connected to one another. As already explained at the beginning of the previous aspect, when the floor plate is coupled to the tension plate, a positive connection between the floor plate and the tension plate can be realized in order to firmly mount or fasten the wall element to the floor plate. For this purpose, the tension plate is screwed to the wall element, and the floor plate is screwed to the floor plate by means of the connecting element.

[0037] In one embodiment of the second aspect, it is provided that recesses are formed in the wall element on the side of the wall element to which the tension plate is attached, wherein each recess directly adjoins a respective counter-coupling element, whereby, when the tension plate and base plate are coupled, the coupling elements protrude into the respective counter-coupling elements. In order to be able to insert the coupling elements, which are designed, for example, as connecting hooks, into the counter-coupling elements during a coupling process of the coupling elements with the counter-coupling elements, a region of the wall element located behind them is machined. For example, recesses, such as grooves or milled slots, can be incorporated into the surface of the wall element that rests against the tension plate. These recesses allow the coupling element to be inserted into the counter-coupling element in accordance with the movement of the linear first component, allowing the coupling element to engage with the counter-coupling element. When the floor plate is coupled to the tension plate, the coupling elements can protrude into the respective counter-coupling elements through the recesses. This allows for easy installation of the floor plate to the tension plate.

[0038] A further aspect (third aspect) of the invention relates to a method for fastening a wall element to a floor slab by means of at least one fastening device, comprising: Fastening the tension plate to the wall element in a first assembly process; positioning the wall element directly against the base plate in a second assembly process following the first assembly process; hooking the coupling elements into the respective counter-coupling elements in a third assembly process following the second assembly process; and fastening the base plate to the base plate in a fourth assembly process following the third assembly process, whereby the wall element is fastened to the base plate.

[0039] By means of the fastening device of the first aspect, a wall element can be fastened to the floor plate in an assembly process or in an assembly method.

[0040] For example, the first assembly process can take place in the factory, i.e. by a manufacturer of the wall element. The correspondingly subsequent and therefore chronologically subsequent second assembly process can take place, for example, on a construction site, i.e. during the construction of a prefabricated house. Here, the wall element can be positioned or moved directly onto the floor slab using a crane or other lifting device. In a subsequent third assembly process, i.e. after the wall element has been positioned on the floor slab, the floor plate can be attached or positioned to the tension plate attached to the wall element so that the coupling elements can hook into the counter-coupling elements and the floor plate is thus coupled to the tension plate.Once the floor panel has been connected to the tension plate, the floor panel can be attached to the floor slab, particularly using the connecting element, thereby pulling the wall element toward the floor slab and thus securing it. In other words, after the two-part assembly of the tension plate with the floor panel, a connecting bracket can be created or realized externally.

[0041] For example, after the floor panel has been attached to the floor slab, the wall element can be released from the crane or the lifting device because the wall element is firmly or stably attached to the floor slab by means of the fastening device.

[0042] In one embodiment of the third aspect, it is provided that the tension plate is screwed to the wall element and the floor plate is screwed to the floor element. The tension plate can be attached to the wall element during the first assembly process, i.e., during a pre-assembly process. The floor plate can be screwed to the floor panel after the floor plate has been coupled to the tension plate.

[0043] In addition to screw connections, other connecting elements can also be used.

[0044] The invention also includes further developments of the arrangement according to the invention and the method according to the invention that have features already described in connection with the further developments of the fastening device according to the invention. For this reason, the corresponding further developments of the arrangement according to the invention and the method according to the invention are not described again here.

[0045] The invention also includes combinations of the features of the described embodiments.

[0046] Exemplary embodiments of the invention are described below. Shown are: Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a fastening device for fastening a wall element to a floor slab; Fig. 2 is a further schematic, particularly lateral, representation of the fastening device from Fig. 1 ; Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of the fastening device from the previous figures, wherein here a base plate of the fastening device is coupled to a tension plate of the fastening device; Fig. 4 shows a schematic arrangement of a wall element and a base plate, wherein these are fastened to one another with at least one fastening device according to the previous figures; Fig. 5 shows a further schematic example relating to the arrangement from Fig. 4 ; and Fig. 6 a further schematic arrangement starting from the Fig. 4 .

[0047] The exemplary embodiments explained below are preferred exemplary embodiments of the invention. In the exemplary embodiments, the described components each represent individual, independently considered features of the invention, which also further develop the invention independently of one another and are thus also to be considered as components of the invention, either individually or in a combination other than that shown. Furthermore, the described exemplary embodiments can also be supplemented by further features of the invention already described.

[0048] In the figures, functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference numerals.

[0049] The Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a fastening device 1 according to the invention for fastening or mounting a wall element 2 (cf. Fig. 4 ) on a base plate 3 (cf. Fig. 4 ). With the help of the fastening device 1, components such as wooden components or prefabricated house elements can be fastened together in the simplest way. Thus, the fastening device 1 can be used in construction, for example, in the construction of a house or prefabricated house. Other applications in construction or in the connection or fastening of building elements to one another as applications for the fastening device 1 are also conceivable.

[0050] The fastening device 1 according to the invention finds a particular application in timber structures.

[0051] The fastening device 1 can be designed in two parts. For this purpose, the fastening device 1 can consist of two separate units or components. On the one hand, the fastening device 1 comprises a tension plate 4 and a base plate 5. These two units 4, 5 or these two plates 4, 5 can be physically separate from one another.

[0052] The tension plate 4 can be provided in order to be fastened to the wall element 2, for example a prefabricated house wall of a prefabricated house.

[0053] The base plate 5 can in turn be attached or arranged on the base plate 3.

[0054] The floor slab 3 can, in turn, be a horizontal floor or a horizontal floor surface or a horizontal base plate of a prefabricated house or a timber structure. Accordingly, the wall element 2 and / or the floor slab 3 can be made at least partially of wood. Other building materials used for the construction of prefabricated houses or timber structures are also conceivable or encompassed.

[0055] The two-part fastening device 1 can be designed into a positively connected fastening angle or angle connector by means of a hooking function or a coupling mechanism or coupling mechanism. For this purpose, the base plate 5 can be coupled to or with the tension plate 4. This creates a positive and detachable connection between the base plate 5 and the tension plate 4. This positive connection or coupling allows a fastening angle to be created from the two separate parts 4, 5. This is particularly advantageous during the construction of a prefabricated house, as this is composed of several elements. This results in easier assembly, as at least one of the two units 4, 5 can be pre-assembled.For example, during the manufacture of the wall element 2 in a production facility, the tension plate 4 can be attached to the wall element 2 as a prefabrication step and transported to the construction site, where it can be attached to the floor slab 3 by means of a coupling to the floor plate 5. This results in a simpler assembly of the wall element 2 to the floor slab 3 and, in particular, of components in general during prefabricated house assembly.

[0056] If the base plate 5 is positively connected or coupled to the tension plate 4, a firm connection of the wall element 2 to the base plate 3 can be realized. This can be shown as arrangement 6 (see Fig. 4 ). The arrangement 6 can in turn comprise a plurality of wall elements, ceiling elements, or side wall elements attached to the floor slab 3. For example, the arrangement 6 can represent a floor, such as a ground floor, of a prefabricated house.

[0057] In order to be able to attach the tension plate 4 to the wall element 2 during pre-assembly without it protruding from the wall element 2 and thus compromising the transport and handling of the wall element 2, the tension plate 4 is in particular completely plate-shaped or even or planar or flat. In other words, the tension plate 4 is designed as a flat, metallic plate. Thus, the tension plate 4 can be mounted, in particular screwed, to the wall element 2, and thanks to the plate-shaped design, no lugs, metal pins or other interfering objects protrude outwards. In order to be able to fasten the tension plate 4 to the wall element 2, in particular screwed, the tension plate 4 can have a plurality of recesses 7. These recesses 7 can be provided as pilot holes or as pre-drilled holes in the tension plate 4.These can be arranged arbitrarily on or in the tension plate 4. In particular, an evenly distributed arrangement is possible here, since, depending on the design of the wall element 2 and the subsequent assembly process, various options exist for attaching or screwing the tension plate 4 to the wall element 2. This facilitates assembly for workers, especially tradesmen. In particular, screw elements, i.e., screws, or other connecting means can be used to attach the tension plate 4 to the wall element 2.

[0058] The example 5 can be fastened to the base plate 3, in particular after the base plate 5 has been coupled to the tension plate 4. A connecting element 8 can be provided for this purpose. The connecting element 8 can be, for example, a drilled hole, hole, recess or opening within a base plate base 9 of the base plate 5. With the help of the connecting element 8, the base plate 5 can be fastened, in particular screwed, to the base plate 3. For this purpose, a screw element or a bolt element can be inserted through the connecting element 8, which is designed, for example, as a drilled hole, and screwed or fastened accordingly to the base plate 3. For this purpose, further connecting elements such as drilled holes can also be provided within the base plate base 9.

[0059] As already mentioned, the positive connection of the tension plate 4 to the base plate 5 is achieved through a coupling or joining process. For this purpose, the base plate 5 has several coupling elements or connecting elements.

[0060] In the Fig. 1 In the example shown, the floor plate 5 has four coupling elements 10. The tension plate 4 can in turn have counter-coupling elements 11 corresponding to the coupling elements 10. Each of the coupling elements 10 can be coupled to a respective counter-coupling element, whereby the tension plate 4 can be positively connected to the floor plate 5.

[0061] The coupling elements 10 can be designed as connecting hooks or hook elements, as shown in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shown.

[0062] The counter-coupling elements 11, in contrast, can in turn be designed as receiving areas or passages. During a coupling process between the base plate 5 and the tension plate 4, the hook-shaped coupling elements 10 can be inserted or pushed into or moved through the counter-coupling elements 11 designed as receiving areas, in particular along a movement with a linear first component 12, i.e. parallel to the x-axis. Subsequently, a movement with a linear second component 13 (cf. Fig. 2 ), which is preferably designed perpendicular to the linear first component 12, i.e. parallel to the z-axis, each of the coupling elements 10 is coupled to a respective counter-coupling element 11.

[0063] Components 12, 13 can be described as movement components.

[0064] In other words, the coupling elements 10 designed as hooks can reach through or be reached through the counter-coupling elements 11, so that a hooking function or hooking functionality is realized. These are therefore first guided horizontally, i.e. corresponding to the linear first component 12, through the counter-coupling elements 11 designed as a receiving area and then moved corresponding to the linear second component 13. The linear second component 13 is in particular in the direction of the base plate 3, so that a hooking occurs and the base plate 5 is thereby positively connected to the tension plate 4. Here, a positive connection can be realized or established in five spatial directions. In particular, the coupling elements 10 can only be moved upwards, i.e. in the positive Z direction, in the coupled state in order to be able to carry out a decoupling. The base plate 5 can then be fastened, in particular screwed, to the base plate 3 by means of the connecting element 8 in the direction of the linear second components 13.

[0065] Instead of hook connections, it would also be conceivable for the coupling elements 10 to be designed as snap-in elements or locking elements. In contrast, the counter-coupling elements 11 can be designed correspondingly.

[0066] In order to be able to carry out an efficient coupling process, the counter-coupling elements 11 can be arranged analogously to the coupling elements 10.

[0067] For stability and thus for the attachment of the wall element 2 to the base plate 3, the base plate 5 has two base plate wall sides 14, 15 in addition to the base plate base 9. As shown in the Fig. 1 As can be seen, the floor panel wall sides 14, 15 or walls or outer edges are arranged opposite one another. In particular, the floor panel wall sides 14, 15 are arranged on opposite outer sides of the floor panel base 9. When the floor panel 5 is connected or coupled to the tension plate 4 as intended, the two floor panel wall sides 14, 15 can be designed perpendicular to the tension plate 4. This is, for example, in the Fig. 3 The floor plate 5 can have a fastening side 16. When the floor plate 5 is connected or coupled to the tension plate 4 as intended, the fastening side 16 is directed towards the tension plate 4 or rests against the tension plate 4, as is particularly shown in the Fig. 3 can be seen.

[0068] For example, the two floor panel wall sides 14, 15 can be manufactured by bending. Thus, the floor panel 5 is designed as a single piece, for example.

[0069] The floor panel 5 can be designed such that the floor panel wall sides 14, 15 have end regions 17, 18. These end regions 17, 18 extend on the fastening side 16 and thus toward the tension plate 4 or the wall element 2.

[0070] The coupling elements 10 can each be arranged at the end regions 17, 18, as shown in the Fig. 1 can be seen. Thus, the coupling elements 10 for engaging into the counter-coupling elements 11 are arranged on the fastening side 16. The coupling elements 10, which can be designed in particular as connecting hooks, i.e. hooks, are configured such that they are angled towards the floor panel base 9 and thus towards the floor plate 3, i.e. downwards. This enables the hooking and thus the hooking functionality of the elements 10, 11. The connecting hooks can in particular be rectangular and have the hook opening facing downwards, i.e. in linear movement 13.

[0071] As in the present version in the Fig. 1 As shown, two connecting hooks, i.e., coupling elements 10, can be arranged one above the other at a distance from each other per end region 17, 18. Depending on the application, several connecting hooks can be arranged one above the other. Accordingly, the counter-coupling elements 11 are arranged one above the other at a distance from each other. The distance between two coupling elements 10 arranged one above the other is essentially equal to the distance between the oppositely arranged counter-coupling elements 11. This allows the coupling of the base plate 5 to the tension plate 4 to be achieved by inserting the coupling elements designed as connecting hooks into the counter-coupling elements 11 and then hooking them in.

[0072] For better stability and especially for better force transmission or force distribution, the floor plate wall sides 14, 15 can be ramp-shaped, as shown in the Fig. 1 and especially in the Fig. 2 can be seen. In this case, a respective height of the floor panel wall sides 14, 15 can increase in the direction of the fastening side 16. For example, in a region which is arranged opposite the fastening side 16, a height 19 of the floor panel wall sides 14, 15 is lower than a height 20 in the region of the fastening side 16, as is the case, for example, in the Fig. 2 can be seen.

[0073] In particular, the ramp-shaped floor plate wall sides 14, 15 rise in the direction of movement 12.

[0074] During an assembly process of the wall element 2 to the base plate 3, the tension plate 4 can be attached to the wall element 2 in a first assembly process, i.e., a pre-assembly process. The positioning of the tension plate 4 takes place taking into account the arrangement 6 and, in particular, based on the respective conditions regarding the positioning between the wall element 2 and the base plate 3 and regarding the assembly space for coupling the base plate 5 to the tension plate 4.

[0075] Subsequently, in a subsequent second assembly process, the wall element 2 can be positioned directly against the base plate 3. This can be done, for example, using a crane. The base plate 5 can then be attached or coupled to the tension plate 4 by the coupling elements 10 engaging with the counter-coupling elements 11 and forming a hook connection. For this purpose, the base plate 5 is first moved in the direction of movement 12 so that the coupling elements 10 are guided or passed through the counter-coupling elements 11. This continues, for example, until a respective nose or hooked nose 22 or the angled end part of the coupling element 10 has been partially, in particular completely, passed through the coupling element 11 and correspondingly protrudes from the rear side 23 (cf. Fig. 2 ) of the tension plate 4. Subsequently, vertical or perpendicular linear movements 13 take place relative to the direction of movement 12, as in this exemplary embodiment in the direction of the base plate 3, so that the coupling elements 10 hook into the counter-coupling elements 11. As a result, the elements 4, 5 are coupled to one another and, in particular, the base plate 5 lies flat or level against the base plate 3. In a subsequent assembly process, the base plate 5 is fastened to the base plate 3 via the connecting element 8 by creating a screw connection.

[0076] When the elements 4, 5 are coupled, the fastening device 1 has an L-shape, so that in this state, i.e. in the coupled state, the fastening device 1 can be referred to as a fastening bracket. This is, for example, in the Fig. 3 to recognize.

[0077] The movement with the linear second component 13 can, for example, occur parallel to the wall element 2 and in particular in the negative z-direction. The movement with the linear first component 12 can, in turn, occur perpendicular to the wall element 2 and in particular in the negative x-direction.

[0078] Furthermore, it is conceivable that the arrangements concerning the base plate 5 and the tension plate 4 and corresponding coupling elements 10 and the counter-coupling elements 11 are configured in the reverse manner. In other words, the tension plate 4 can be attached to the base plate 3, and the base plate 5 can be attached to the wall element 2. Accordingly, the coupling elements 10 and counter-coupling elements 11 can be interchanged. In this case, the coupling elements 10, designed, for example, as connecting hooks 10, would not be angled toward the base plate 3, but rather angled upwards relative to the base plate 3. The coupling would also take place in the reverse manner here.

[0079] In the Fig. 2 A further schematic representation of the fastening device 1 is shown. This shows a side view of the tension plate 4 and a separate base plate 5 arranged at a distance therefrom.

[0080] As can be seen here, for example, the floor panel wall sides 14, 15 can each have a short, particularly straight, section 24, 25 at the area 12. These sections 24, 25 can make up 10 percent, particularly 5 percent, of a length 26 extending along the x-axis. After this section 24, as already mentioned at the beginning, a ramp-like rise of the floor panel wall sides 14, 15 can occur.

[0081] In the Fig. 3 A further schematic representation of the fastening device 1 can be seen. In this representation or embodiment, the base plate 5 is coupled or connected to the tension plate 4, so that the shape of a fastening angle is provided here and the elements 4, 5 can be connected to one another in a form-fitting yet detachable manner. As can be seen, the base plate 5 can be referred to as the shoe or foot of the fastening device 1, since it can be attached to the base plate 3.

[0082] For example, the fastening device 1, when the tension plate 4 is coupled to the base plate 5, can have a height h (viewed in the z-direction) in the range between 10 and 50 cm. The width b (viewed in the y-direction) of the fastening device 1 can, for example, be in the range between 5 and 30 cm. The length l (viewed in the x-direction) of the fastening device 1 can, for example, be in the range between 5 and 30 cm. A wall thickness of the tension plate 4 and the base plate 9 can, for example, be between 1 and 5 cm. The exemplary dimensions given are not to be understood as exhaustive and are intended to give the reader a rough overview of possible dimensions of the fastening device 1. The specified value ranges can be scaled differently and can have tolerances of 5%, in particular 10%.

[0083] In the following figures Fig. 4 bis 6 Schematic lateral sectional views of the arrangement 6 and thus of the wall element 2 and base plate 3 fastened to one another are shown. When the base plate 5 is coupled to the tension plate 4, these two plates are preferably perpendicular to one another. Accordingly, the wall element 2 can preferably be fastened perpendicularly to the base plate 3.

[0084] In the Fig. 4 In one embodiment of the wall element 2, it is positioned resting on the base plate 3 and fastened by means of the fastening device 1.

[0085] In order to be able to implement a hooking function or a hooking mechanism for coupling the coupling element 10 with the counter-coupling element 11 and to be able to move or guide the coupling element 10 through the counter-coupling element 11 after the tension plate 4 has already been pre-assembled on the wall element 2, recesses can be formed behind the tension plate 4, i.e. on the rear side 23, which rests against the surface of the wall element 2, in the area of the wall element 2 there. These recesses 27 can be designed, for example, as grooves, milled edges, elongated openings or other notches. These are introduced into the wall element 2 in such a way that after the coupling element 10, i.e. the hook, has passed through the counter-coupling element 11, the nose 22 has space in this recess 27 in order to then be able to hook the coupling element 10 into the counter-coupling element 11 by movement with the linear second component 13.The recesses are arranged on the side 28 which extends to the fastening device 1 in such a way that in the coupled state of the tension plate 4 and the base plate 5 the coupling elements 10 protrude into the respective counter-coupling elements 11.

[0086] In the Fig. 5 is the like in the Fig. 4 The arrangement 6 explained above between wall element 2, base plate 3, and fastening device 1 is shown in a different embodiment. Here, the wall element 2 can be positioned adjacent to the base plate 3 for fastening.

[0087] In the Fig. 6 A further possible embodiment of the arrangement 6 is shown. In this case, the wall element 2 can be, for example, an intermediate wall of the prefabricated house, so that the wall element 2 is positioned within the longitudinal extension or longitudinal extent 29 of the floor slab 3. In this case, at least one fastening device 1 can be provided on one side 28 and on the opposite side 30 of the wall element 2.

[0088] In particular, depending on the length of the wall element 2 viewed in the y-axis, several fastening devices 1 can be provided in order to be able to fasten the wall element 2 securely or stably.

[0089] The exemplary embodiments of the fastening device 1 shown in the preceding figures are not intended to be exhaustive, but rather provide an insight into how such a fastening device 1 can be used, particularly in construction. The fastening device 1, which can be described in particular as a two-part fastening bracket, can be used for a wide variety of applications and, in particular, in various situations where different components must be connected to one another.

[0090] In particular, the designs show how a wall element can be attached to a floor slab or how wooden components can be attached to each other in the simplest way possible. BEZUGSZEICHENLISTE:
