Description

[0001] The invention relates to a fastening device for a floor element of a car body of a rail-guided vehicle.

[0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to a car body comprising at least one underbody, at least one floor element and at least one fastening device such as this or further developed as described below.

[0003] Furthermore, the invention relates to a track-guided vehicle comprising at least one such car body or one further developed as described below.

[0004] Furthermore, the invention relates to an assembly method for a floor element in such a car body or a car body further developed as described below, by means of at least one fastening device such as this or a fastening device further developed as described below.

[0005] Floor systems in track-guided vehicles, such as rail vehicles, must meet not only structural requirements but also those for thermal and mechanical decoupling from the bodyshell and be adaptable to different tolerance situations. Current designs are assembly-intensive and involve multiple serial production steps in the vehicle, with corresponding assembly, setup, and waiting times.

[0006] These requirements are often met using a floor substructure made up of profiles or add-on elements that are glued, screwed, or welded to the shell. The floor structure is then usually equipped with / covered with decoupling layers. Floor panels are then applied to the decoupling layer of the floor substructure and are sometimes firmly screwed to the substructure. To ensure that the floor surface has a defined height and acceptable evenness, the substructure must be leveled beforehand.

[0007] Based on this, the object of the invention is to provide a fastening device for a floor element of a car body of a rail-guided vehicle, which allows tolerance compensation with low assembly effort.

[0008] This object is achieved by the fastening device of claim 1. Furthermore, this object is achieved by the car body according to claim 9. Furthermore, this object is achieved by the track-guided vehicle according to claim 16. Furthermore, this object is achieved by the assembly method according to claim 17. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject of the respective subclaims.

[0009] According to the invention, a fastening device for a floor element of a car body of a rail-guided vehicle is provided. The fastening device comprises a connecting element for connecting the fastening device to the car body. The fastening device further comprises an elastic element designed as a first support surface for the floor element, and an adjusting element connected to the connecting element and designed to adjust the height of the elastic element relative to the connecting element, which adjustment element is arranged between the connecting element and the elastic element.

[0010] The adjustment element is positioned in the force flow between the connecting element and the elastic element. In other words, a supporting force or bearing force is transferred from the connecting element via the adjustment element to the elastic element.

[0011] According to the invention, a car body is further provided, comprising at least one underbody, at least one floor element and at least one fastening device such as this or further developed as described below.

[0012] According to the invention, a track-guided vehicle is further provided, comprising at least one car body of this type or further developed as described below.

[0013] According to the invention, an assembly method for a floor element in such a car body or in a car body further developed as described below, by means of at least one fastening device such as this or in a car body further developed as described below, is further provided. The method comprises the following steps: placing a floor element on at least one fastening device and on at least one bearing element of the car body; adjusting the height of the fastening device to set the floor element relative to the at least one bearing element, wherein the fastening device is supported against the underbody. The underlying idea is a modular design in which several manufacturing steps in the car body of the rail-guided vehicle can be omitted, since the subassemblies of the floor are integrated into a module that is provided in the form of the fastening device. This module can be prefabricated outside the vehicle and then compactly assembled at the installation site or glued in place in a two-step assembly. Adaptation to different tolerance situations is achieved efficiently using the fastening device, a newly developed height adjustment element that makes modularization possible.

[0014] Known solutions consist of subassemblies that are to be assembled and glued serially.

[0015] The fastening device according to the invention, on the other hand, is modular and can therefore be prefabricated, which can significantly simplify the final assembly in the car body.

[0016] In a further development of the fastening device, it can be provided that the connecting element forms a second support surface of the fastening device for connection to the car body.

[0017] The fastening device according to the invention thus also has a second support surface, so that the fastening device is connected to the car body via the connecting element. The direct connection of the connecting element to the car body eliminates the need for additional components, allowing the fastening device to be attached directly to the car body.

[0018] In the design of the fastening device, it can be provided that the connecting element has a bolt and the adjusting element has a bolt receptacle.

[0019] This provides a connection between the connecting element and the adjusting element, which is designed, for example, as a screw connection, so that height can be adjusted between the connecting element and the adjusting element. Preferably, the bolt has an external thread and the bolt receptacle has an internal thread. Furthermore, in a further development of the fastening device, it can be provided that the bolt receptacle projects beyond the elastic element and has a tool receptacle at its upper end. Alternatively, it can be provided that the connecting element has a bolt receptacle and the adjusting element has a bolt. Preferably, the bolt has an external thread and the bolt receptacle has an internal thread.

[0020] It can also be provided that the bolt projects beyond the elastic element.

[0021] This ensures that the tool holder protrudes from the elastic element and is easily accessible with a tool, such as an external or internal hexagon. This improves usability.

[0022] It can further be provided that the fastening device has a border element that partially surrounds the elastic element from below and laterally. Preferably, the border element is designed in such a way that elastic deformation of the elastic element is possible.

[0023] By forming a border element that partially encloses the elastic element, preferably from below and / or laterally, it is ensured that the elastic element cannot deform too much unintentionally, thus achieving the desired damping effect on the one hand and ensuring an extended service life of the elastic element on the other.

[0024] The border element can, for example, be designed as a profile, preferably as an H-profile.

[0025] In a further development of the fastening device, the elastic element can be arranged on and attached to the adjustment element, and the elastic element, together with the adjustment element, can be designed to be height-adjustable relative to the connecting element. The adjustment element can be designed to be rotatable relative to the elastic element.

[0026] As already explained above, a screw connection can be formed between the adjustment element and the connecting element, so that the fastening device according to the invention enables tolerance compensation by rotating the screw connection. This applies to all embodiments.

[0027] Because the elastic element, together with the adjustment element, is designed to be height-adjustable relative to the connecting element, tolerance compensation is easily achieved by the fastening device.

[0028] Furthermore, in the design of the car body, it can be provided that the car body has at least two bearing elements, wherein the at least one floor element can be fastened by the at least one fastening device by means of the bearing elements, wherein the fastening device is supported against the underbody of the car body.

[0029] This provides a design that allows a floor element to be adjusted relative to the car body. It is particularly advantageous that the floor element is placed on the fastening device, and the fastening device can then be actuated to adjust the floor element relative to the support element from below. The car body design can further provide for the floor element to be dampened on the support surface of the elastic element.

[0030] This achieves the desired decoupling of the floor element from the car body, preventing vibrations from the car body from being transmitted to the floor element. This provides both a vibration-damped and sound-damped arrangement. Furthermore, thermal decoupling is achieved.

[0031] Furthermore, in a further development of the car body, it can be provided that the connecting element of the fastening device is directly connected to the underbody of the car body by means of a material-to-material connection, preferably by means of an adhesive layer or a welded connection. Such a welded connection can preferably be designed as a stud welded connection.

[0032] This enables a simple and cost-effective connection of the fastening device to the underbody of the car body.

[0033] In a further development of the car body, it can be further provided that the floor element has at least one opening that can be closed with a cover. The opening is arranged such that the respective adjusting element of the fastening device, in particular its tool holder, lies in the region of the opening and the fastening device can be adjusted and released by actuating the adjusting element with a tool. This ensures that the fastening device is accessible from above through the floor element and can still be adjusted and released when the floor element is installed, after the floor covering has been removed at the corresponding locations.

[0034] It can also be provided in a further development of the car body that several fastening devices are assigned to each floor element and that the floor element can be adjusted, in particular levelled, by actuating the adjusting elements, in particular their tool holder, of the respective fastening devices.

[0035] This ensures that the floor element can be levelled even after installation by adjusting the respective fastening devices.

[0036] Preferably, the fastening device according to the invention provides a lockable adjustment element.

[0037] In an advantageous development, a separating layer or decoupling layer can be formed on the elastic element designed as the first support surface for the floor element. This separating layer or decoupling layer can be formed between the floor element and the support surface. This separating or decoupling layer can be made of metal, for example. The separating layer or decoupling layer can serve to promote adhesion and / or provide stiffening.

[0038] The invention will be explained below using several embodiments with reference to the drawings.
