Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a protective structure for a fabric silo according to claim 1.
[0002] State-of-the-art enclosure solutions for fabric silos are available, which are individually designed and manufactured for the specific task. Due to the wide range of different silo sizes, a suitable enclosure must be provided for each individual application.
[0003] FR 2 643 887 A1 discloses a silo for bulk materials consisting of a basic structure and a fabric silo suspended from it. The basic structure consists of a lattice-like base on which corner pillars are arranged. At the top, the corner pillars are connected circumferentially by crossbars. The space spanned by the basic structure houses the fabric silo. The fabric silo hangs from the crossbars and is open at the top. By stacking them on top of each other, with the corner pillars of an upper silo resting on the corner pillars of a silo below it, a silo tower is created that can be modularly adapted to storage requirements and has fabric silos of the same volume arranged one above the other. The contents of an upper fabric silo can be drained into or through an already emptied fabric silo below it.
[0004] WO 2017 / 049264 A1 discloses a protective structure for a fabric silo. This structure comprises a supporting base frame designed to accommodate the silo, particularly in a suspended position. The protective structure further comprises a fabric or tarpaulin covering arranged on the base frame. The supporting base frame has a height adapted to the height of the silo. Furthermore, WO 2017 / 049264 A1 discloses a base frame that is telescopic in height. This allows for transport with a reduced clearance when the fabric silo is empty.
[0005] US Pat. No. 5,351,847 discloses a vessel comprising a supporting base frame with an impermeable inner lining housed within it. The base frame consists of hollow components of a predetermined length held together by hollow fittings, which are filled with a hardening material. To achieve increased strength, the base frame is wrapped in a film. By using different numbers of components for the edge lengths, the dimensions of the manufactured vessel can be modularly adjusted in steps according to the specified length of the components.
[0006] FR 2 763 923 A1 discloses a silo for bulk materials consisting of a basic structure and a fabric silo suspended from it. The basic structure consists of a square base and four telescopic corner pillars at its corners. Each corner pillar consists of a connecting section and an insertion section. The connecting section of each corner pillar is inserted into a holder at a corner of the base. Cross struts running circumferentially between adjacent corner pillars connect the insertion sections below their free ends. From the insertion sections, laterally limited, upwardly open rear grips protrude in a box-like manner to the adjacent insertion section of another corner pillar, into which the cross struts are suspended with downward-facing projections. The fabric silo hangs from loops in the basic structure that are guided from the inside around the free ends of the insertion sections above their rear grips. The insertion sections are each provided with equally spaced rows of holes below the box-shaped mounts. A cross-hole with a locking pin through each of these holes allows the height of the base frame to be adjusted according to the spacing of the rows of holes in the insertion sections.
[0007] A disadvantage of the state of the art is the lack of a cost-effective protective structure for a fabric silo with increased resistance to environmental influences, especially as a weather protection device.
[0008] The present invention aims to remedy this disadvantage and to provide an enclosure which can accommodate a large number of different fabric silos and adequately protects them from the effects of the weather.
[0009] According to the invention, this object is achieved by a protective structure for a fabric silo, which comprises a supporting base frame in which the silo can be arranged, in particular suspended, and a weather protection device arranged on the frame. According to the invention, the supporting frame is modularly adaptable to the height of the silo.
[0010] Preferred embodiments are specified in the dependent claims. Preferably, the weather protection device comprises wall elements that are adapted to the modules of the scaffold. According to a preferred development, the uppermost module can be provided with a receptacle for a roof-forming weather protection device.
[0011] It may be expedient to provide a roof-forming weather protection device on the top module to protect the silo from rain or hail.
[0012] According to one embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that at least the lowest module has at least one connecting element in an upper region, preferably one connecting element in each of its corners, for connection to a module located above it.
[0013] According to a further development of the invention, it can be provided that two modules arranged one above the other each have complementary connecting elements which face each other.
[0014] It is preferably provided that the connecting elements are arranged on upwardly or downwardly facing end faces of the modules.
[0015] It is particularly preferred that the connecting elements are designed to be connectable in a tongue-and-groove, pin-and-sleeve or other complementary or male-female, form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner.
[0016] It can be expediently provided that the modules of the basic framework have placeholders, for example in the form of cross beams, which space the wall elements from the fabric silo.
[0017] The invention is further discussed below with reference to a graphic representation of a preferred embodiment.
[0018] As can be seen from the attached Figure 1-3 As can be seen, the protective structure has an overall modular design, wherein the supporting basic framework 20 has weather protection devices 30 arranged on an outer side. The weather protection devices can be designed in particular as weather-resistant panels, which can be arranged on the framework 20 to form a wall.
[0019] The weather protection devices can have recesses for windows or doors.
[0020] An additional scaffold module 21 can be mounted on the lowest element / module 20 of the scaffold, increasing the overall height of the protective structure. For this purpose, individual scaffold modules can be mounted one above the other. For example, a 40 / 41 plug-in connection can be used for fastening, which connects the individual scaffold modules in a simple, form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner.
[0021] After Figure 1 The plug connection is provided as an arrangement of pins 40, which are preferably provided on an upper side of the first module in the corners of the room, pointing upwards. Complementing this, a corresponding receptacle is provided in the module 21 above, into which the pins 40 are recessed. This provides a secure connection between the individual modules 20 / 21 / 22 / ... of the scaffold.
[0022] The relevant Figure 1The discussed connection option between individual scaffold modules can be transferred to other scaffold modules. This allows for easy use of the scaffold components overall. Depending on the size of the silo suspended in the scaffold, the required number of modules can be arranged one above the other to match the length of the silo.
[0023] As a finishing touch, a mount for an approximately horizontally extending weather protection device can be provided on the top module of the scaffold or as the top module 22 of the scaffold, which can form a roof 32. The mount for the roof can also be provided with a slope to facilitate the drainage of liquids from the roof.
[0024] Mounting points for the weather protection devices 30 are provided on the vertical end faces of the individual modules. Spacers can be provided between the area within the base frame and the weather protection devices to promote ventilation of the fabric silo. These are intended to prevent contact between the weather protection devices / walls and the fabric silo. This can contribute to increased storage capacity for moisture-sensitive goods, such as pellets.
[0025] As from Figure 4 As can be seen, a free space can advantageously be formed between the weather protection device(s) / side wall(s) and a roof element, which can close off the protective structure at the top. This free space can be formed at least in certain areas or all around the roof and the weather protection device / side wall(s).
[0026] The roof can be mounted on the supporting framework. For particularly stable support of the roof, this can be provided with crossbeams, which can advantageously create a gap between the framework and the roof.
[0027] The roof can preferably have a surrounding screen, which can overlap the base frame in certain areas. This can provide a gap between the weather protection device(s) and the roof, which is particularly protected from the elements.
[0028] Comparable to this position, a gap / free space can be provided in the weather protection device(s) / at least one side wall in an upper area of the protective structure. The higher up, i.e., the farther from the mid-height, the gap or free space is located in the protective structure, the more comprehensive air exchange with the interior of the protective structure can be provided. The upper area can be provided, in particular, above a mid-height of the protective structure, particularly preferably in the upper third, quarter, or fifth of the protective structure.
[0029] In the area (near the ground), a gap / free space can be provided alternatively or additionally between the weather protection device(s) / the side wall(s) and a floor or a surface on which the protective structure according to the invention is arranged.
[0030] Functionally comparable to this position, a gap / free space can be provided in the weather protection device / at least one side wall in a lower area of the protective structure. The lower the gap or free space is located in the protective structure, i.e., the farther from the centerline, the more comprehensive air exchange with the interior of the protective structure can be provided.
[0031] The lower region can be provided in particular below the mid-height of the protective structure according to the invention, particularly preferably in the lower third, quarter or fifth of the protective structure.
[0032] The gap / free space in the weather protection device(s) / at least one side wall can be maintained between two panels and / or between a top panel and a roof element and / or between a bottom panel and the floor. Alternatively or additionally, a gap / free space in the weather protection device(s) / at least one side wall can be realized by one or more recesses in one or more panels of the side wall.
[0033] The respective gap may be provided for ventilation of the interior of the protective structure.
[0034] Particularly preferably, both of the gaps / open spaces described above (top / bottom) are provided. This advantageously provides air circulation through the protective structure, which is particularly effective for air exchange and / or moisture removal.
[0035] Figure 5shows an interior view of a portion of the protective structure with mounting means for attaching the weather protection devices / side walls / side parts to the supporting base frame. The side parts can be arranged individually and / or interchangeably on the supporting base frame. The arrangement position can be adjustable and / or adapted using appropriate fastening means on the base frame. According to a preferred embodiment, the side parts can be secured to the base frame using fastening means, such as a hook / eyelet or hook / bolt connection. In principle, however, other means for attaching the side parts to the base frame are also possible, which ensure that the side parts are fixed in place on the base frame.
[0036] As is particularly evident from Figure 6As can be seen, a hook-bolt connection can preferably be used, whereby the hooks can optionally be arranged on the side parts or on the base frame and the bolts on the base frame or on the side part as fastening means in a complementary manner.
[0037] Preferably, multiple fastening means are provided for a side panel. Particularly preferably, fastening means are provided at least in one lateral end region of the side panels / weather protection devices / side walls. Advantageously, the position of the fastening means on the side panel can be adapted to the distance between the elements forming the basic framework (e.g., supports). The basic framework can have a corresponding part of the fastening means (e.g., hooks or bolts) at the location corresponding to the fastening means.
[0038] Particularly preferably, the position of the fastening means on the side parts and / or on the basic frame is (freely) adjustable, whereby a position of the side parts on the basic frame can be adapted as required.
[0039] One in Fig. 1 , Fig. 2 , Fig. 3 , Fig. 4 , Fig. 5 , Fig. 6 The protective structure 10 for a fabric silo, shown in whole or in part, advantageously comprises: a supporting basic framework with corner pillars 41, which basic framework spans a room, advantageously surrounding this in a finished state with an assembled weather protection device made of, for example, wall elements 30, 31 and, if appropriate, roof elements 32, in which room a fabric silo can be accommodated, or which room accommodates a fabric silo, as well as the weather protection device with the already mentioned wall elements 30, 31, also referred to as side parts.
[0040] The protective structure 10 for a fabric silo is advantageously characterized in that: the wall elements 30, 31 comprise fixed panels which are suspended on the basic framework between adjacent corner pillars 41 in an advantageously predetermined orientation, in which orientation each panel has opposite horizontally extending long sides 301, 302 spanning a panel surface and vertically extending narrow sides 303 connecting these, where: On the panels, there are cheeks 304 with guide slots 305 running parallel to the narrow sides 303 and standing on the panel surface, and projections 411 projecting towards the adjacent corner pillar 41 and corresponding to the guide slots 305 are arranged on the corner pillars 41, into which projections 411 the wall elements 30, 31 are suspended with the guide slots 305 of their cheeks 304. The projections 411 engage in the guide slots 305 arranged in the cheeks 304 of the wall elements 30, 31.
[0041] The protective structure 10 for the fabric silo accordingly comprises a supporting basic frame, which is designed to receive the fabric silo, in particular in a suspended manner, and a weather protection device with wall elements 30, 31, which is arranged on the frame.
[0042] Advantageously, the projections 411 protrude from the corner pillars in a direction parallel to the surface of the panels suspended therein.
[0043] The guide slots 305 can have a course in the cheeks 304 which, when a plate is suspended, promotes / causes a horizontal movement component of the plate against the base frame by executing a gravity-induced vertical movement component.
[0044] The course of the guide slots 305 is advantageously selected so that the plates "pull" tightly against the base frame due to gravity.
[0045] When the panels are suspended, one long side 302 of the panel surface of a panel, together with the narrow sides, forms a bottom side between the opposite horizontally extending long sides 301, 302, and the opposite long side 301 forms a top side.
[0046] The course of the guide slots 305 in the cheeks 304 running parallel to the narrow sides 303 provides, as seen from a respective guide slot center located between the top and bottom sides, a preferably greater spacing of the guide slots 305 from the plate surface towards the bottom side than towards the top side.
[0047] Each guide slot 305 can have, on a side of the cheek 304 facing away from the panel surface, an insertion widening or opening for inserting a projection 411 arranged on a corner pillar 41 into the guide slot 305 when attaching or hanging a wall element 30, 31 onto or into the basic framework.
[0048] The projections 411 may comprise pins. For example, the projections 411 may be formed by pins. The projections 411 may, for example, be realized by advantageously pin-shaped bolts arranged on the corner pillars 41 and protruding therefrom.
[0049] Advantageously, the supporting framework can be modularly adapted to the height of the fabric silo.
[0050] The weather protection device preferably comprises wall elements 30, 31, which are advantageously adapted to modules of the scaffolding. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, modular adjustment to the height of the silo takes place in increments predetermined by the vertically extending narrow sides 303 of the panels of the wall elements 30, 31. If modules of the scaffolding are provided, such as in the form of, for example, interlocking corner pillar sections, their height advantageously corresponds approximately to the length of the vertically extending narrow sides 303 of the panels of the wall elements 30, 31 of the weather protection device (preferably minus the provided ventilation slots).
[0051] Modular height adjustment of the protective structure 10 can be achieved, for example, by at least one lowest module having at least one connecting element 40 in an upper region, preferably one connecting element 40 in each of its corners, for connecting to a module located above it. These corners can be located, for example, at the upper and lower ends of the corner pillars 41.
[0052] Advantageously, two modules 20 arranged one above the other can each have complementary connecting elements 40 which face each other.
[0053] The connecting elements 40 can be arranged on the upwardly or downwardly facing end faces of the modules 20. These can be, for example, the upper and lower ends of the corner pillars 41.
[0054] The connecting elements 40 can be designed according to a tongue-groove, pin-sleeve or other complementary or male-female, form-fitting and / or force-fitting, connectable principle.
[0055] The modules 20 of the basic framework can have placeholders, for example in the form of cross beams 21, which space the wall elements 30, 31 from the fabric silo.
[0056] An uppermost module 22 can have a receptacle for a roof-forming weather protection device 32.
[0057] For example, a roof-forming weather protection device 32 can be provided on the uppermost module 22, which protects the silo from rain or hail.
[0058] The projections 411 can be pre-assembled on the corner pillars 41.
[0059] Any arrangement of the projections 411 can be provided, or for example an arrangement in a predetermined grid, for example a hole pattern on corner pillars 41.
[0060] Advantageously, the distance between identical positions of several guide slots 305 arranged on the same cheek 304 of a panel, and thus also the distance between two guide slots 305 arranged on the same cheek 304 of a panel, corresponds to the predetermined grid in which the projections 411 can be arranged or are arranged on the corner pillars 41. In other words, the arrangement of the projections 411 advantageously has the same grid dimension as the arrangement of the guide slots 305 in each cheek 304 of the panels.
[0061] This allows for any desired offset, even by a "half" position, for example, with two guide slots 305 per cheek. If more than two guide slots 305 are provided per cheek, even smaller jumps, as "half" positions, can be realized with respect to the height of a panel between the top and bottom. This can be provided, for example, to leave ventilation gaps between adjacent panels arranged one above the other ( Fig. 4 ).
[0062] Alternatively or in addition to the ventilation gaps mentioned, certain panels may be provided with ventilation slots.
[0063] The ventilation slots can be provided at the midpoint of certain panels.
[0064] In addition to the wall elements 30, 31, the weather protection device advantageously comprises roof elements 32.
[0065] For example, a roof can be placed on top of the basic framework.
[0066] Alternatively or additionally, the roof can be arranged on cross beams 21 running, for example, between the upper ends of the corner pillars 41.
[0067] The base frame is preferably metallic, e.g., made of steel. Advantageously, the plates can also be metallic or at least comprise metallic materials.
[0068] It is conceivable to arrange solar modules on the wall elements 30, 31 and / or roof elements 32.
[0069] In principle, individual features of different embodiments can be combined or substituted with one another.
[0070] None of the features is tied to any other feature of the core of the invention or to a particular embodiment. Features from the description can therefore be combined with each other in any way, provided they lead to a feasible embodiment.
