Abstract
Description
[0001] Sanitary insert
[0002] The invention relates to a sanitary insert which is designed for attachment to a water outlet of a fitting, wherein the sanitary insert comprises a base body and a movable actuating part in contact therewith, wherein the base body has a switching mechanism, wherein the actuating part can actuate the switching mechanism with a control element. Such a sanitary insert is widely used in practice.
[0003] The invention further relates to the use of a pivotable actuating part.
[0004] Such components are known and can be used, for example, to switch between a low and a high flow rate or between different jet shapes or to switch a water jet on or off.
[0005] Such components are also used to meet legal standards or requirements relating to water saving in fittings.
[0006] Until now, it has been common practice in the prior art to convert an axial actuating movement of the actuating part into an axial actuating movement of the switching mechanism or to convert a lateral actuating movement of the actuating part into an axial actuating movement of the switching mechanism.
[0007] WO 2020 / 164342 A1 discloses a sanitary insert having an outlet structure with a dome-shaped protrusion. When actuated from the side, the actuating part slides on a contact surface of the base body and displaces the protrusion relative to a control element. A disadvantage of this solution, however, is that it requires a great deal of space and that the lateral actuation requires a relatively large amount of force from the user. In sanitary installations with confined spaces, actuation of the sanitary insert can therefore be difficult.
[0008] A sanitary insert is known from CN 107 289 184 A, wherein the outlet structure has a triangular shape into which a control element can be guided and displaced. Lateral loading of the actuating part is achieved by forming a radially circumferential recess on the base body, into which the actuating part can be pushed. A disadvantage of this solution is that it requires a great deal of space. This considerably limits the design options for sanitary fittings.
[0009] The invention is based on the object of providing a sanitary insert that can eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, a sanitary insert is to be provided that is easy to use and can be replaced or maintained without tools such as wrenches. Usability is improved, for example, by the fact that a user can screw the sanitary insert in and out using only his hands. This object is achieved by the features of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.
[0010] It should be noted that the features listed individually in the dependent claims can be combined with one another in any technologically expedient manner and define further embodiments of the invention. Furthermore, the features listed in the claims are further specified and explained in the description, with further preferred embodiments of the invention being presented.
[0011] To achieve the stated object, the invention proposes the features of claim 1. In particular, in a sanitary insert of the type described above, the invention proposes that the actuating part form an abutment which defines a pivot point with respect to a lateral load, wherein an operative connection to the control element is established, which translates the lateral load into an axial movement. Thus, the sanitary insert can be used in confined fitting conditions or where there is little available space and can be conveniently operated by the user.
[0012] To achieve the stated object, the invention further proposes (alternatively or additionally) the features of claim 2. In particular, in the case of a sanitary insert of the type described at the outset, the invention proposes that the actuating part is connected to the control element via two mutually contacting curved surfaces. It can be provided that in a rest position the actuating part is arranged coaxially to the base body and additionally or alternatively in a or the rest position the actuating part contacts the control element at a point of smallest force transmission ratio. The force transmission ratio or a force-displacement ratio can thus be adjustable through the design of the two contacting curved surfaces. This can relate, for example, to the ratio of the two radii of curvature of the contacting curved surfaces to one another.A pivot point is a point around which the actuating part rotates. This differs from a purely translational movement, such as an axial movement or a radial movement. This rotation is preferably a rotation around a horizontal axis or an axis that is transverse, in particular perpendicular, to a flow direction of the insert part.
[0013] In an advantageous embodiment, a coupling function can be provided, which creates a rotationally fixed connection between the actuating part and the base body. Thus, the actuating part and the base body can be connected to one another, and a user can manually and tool-freely screw the sanitary insert part out of the fitting and back in again by rotation. The coupling function is preferably active when the actuating part is actuated, in particular when the actuating part is raised or pivoted relative to the base body.
[0014] In an advantageous embodiment, the coupling function can be aligned with the switching mechanism. "Aligned" can mean that the switching mechanism and the coupling function act in the same and / or opposite directions. Thus, a functionality of the actuating part can be duplicated; in particular, both the switching mechanism, which is relevant for the flow, and the coupling function, which is relevant for the installation and removal of the sanitary insert, can be easily combined.
[0015] In an advantageous embodiment it can be provided that the coupling function comprises a coupling element and a counter-coupling element which interact. The coupling function can thus be provided reliably and easily. It is also conceivable and possible for a plurality of coupling elements to be formed. It is also conceivable and possible for a plurality of counter-coupling elements to be formed. The number of coupling elements and counter-coupling elements can be determined during production and naturally influences the maximum angle through which rotation must be made in order for the coupling function to be activated. The coupling function is activated when the coupling element and the counter-coupling element are in contact.
[0016] In an advantageous embodiment, the coupling element can be formed on the actuating part. This provides a mechanically stable and advantageous arrangement from a manufacturing perspective. As already explained above, multiple coupling elements can also be formed on the actuating part.
[0017] In an advantageous embodiment, the counter-coupling element can be formed on the base body. This makes it possible to provide a mechanically stable and advantageous arrangement in terms of manufacturing technology. As already explained above, several counter-coupling elements can also be formed on the base body. The counter-coupling element(s) can, for example, be designed as one or more walls. A wall generally describes a structure that can separate two sub-areas from one another.
[0018] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the coupling element has a deflection unit. Additionally or alternatively, it can be provided that the counter-coupling element has a counter-deflection unit. Thus, when the coupling element and the counter-coupling element collide head-on, these two parts can be guided gently past each other and the
[0019] Simplify the clutch function overall. This is advantageous, for example, when the clutch element and the counter-clutch element meet head-on, meaning the clutch function cannot yet be activated.
[0020] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the deflection unit and the counter-deflection unit have a mirror symmetry. Preferably, an axis of the mirror symmetry is formed transversely, in particular orthogonally, to a flow direction. Thus, the coupling element and the counter-coupling element can be guided past one another with efficient friction. Mirror symmetry can mean that a property, for example a geometric property, of the deflection unit and the counter-deflection unit is mirror-symmetrical to the axis of the mirror symmetry. This can be generally advantageous for the user's ease of use.
[0021] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the deflection unit has at least one surface which is curved and / or flat. Additionally or alternatively, it can be provided that the counter-deflection unit has at least one other surface which is curved and / or flat. The deflection unit and the counter-deflection unit can thus ensure that the coupling element and the counter-coupling element are guided past one another with efficient friction. In particular, this can also simplify handling by the user overall, since he does not have to exert a great deal of force to achieve the coupling function. The terms “flat” and “curved” are familiar from mathematics.
[0022] In an advantageous embodiment, the control element can be provided with a plunger and a ball part. The plunger is preferably cylindrical. This allows for a simple structural shape of the control element. The plunger and ball part can, for example, be formed integrally with one another.
[0023] The plunger can be operatively connected to the switching mechanism, while the ball part can be in constant contact with the actuating part and in particular a run-out structure.
[0024] In an advantageous embodiment, a flow regulator can be provided upstream of the base body on the inflow side. Thus, a function of the flow pressure against the flow rate can be adjusted or specified. This improves the operating characteristics of the sanitary insert.
[0025] In an advantageous embodiment, a splitter unit can be arranged between the base body and the actuating part. The splitter unit is preferably arranged downstream of the switching mechanism on the flow side. This allows for turbulence in the water jet to be achieved, which has a beneficial effect on the jet pattern.
[0026] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the actuating part has an outer sleeve. In addition, it can be provided that the actuating part comprises an inner sleeve. It can be provided that the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are connected to one another by webs and, additionally or alternatively, ventilation channels are formed between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve. In this way, a mechanically stable shape of the actuating part and / or an admixture of air to the water jet can be achieved. This has a beneficial effect on the jet pattern.
[0027] The coupling element or elements is / are preferably formed on the inner sleeve. The coupling element or elements can alternatively or additionally be arranged on the outer sleeve.
[0028] In an advantageous embodiment, the actuating part can be pivoted. This increases ease of use for the user and reduces the space required for the sanitary insert. It is also easy to direct an escaping water jet in different directions.
[0029] In an advantageous embodiment, the disintegrator unit can be provided with a channel in which the plunger rests tightly. This provides a guide device that can guide the plunger axially.
[0030] The term "axial" is used in this invention for the flow direction; "radial" is a direction that is orthogonal to the flow direction.
[0031] In an advantageous embodiment, the inner sleeve can be provided with an outlet structure. This allows for a uniform and visually appealing water jet to be provided.
[0032] In an advantageous embodiment, the diameters of the plunger and the ball part can be different. This provides a design alternative. A sliding surface can thus be provided that is not limited by the plunger.
[0033] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the diameters of the plunger and the ball part are the same size, or that the diameter of the plunger is larger than the diameter of the ball part. This provides a design alternative. It is also possible to insert the plunger into a guide opening, for example, the aforementioned channel for axial guidance of the plunger, with the head part first. This can facilitate assembly.
[0034] In an advantageous embodiment, the diameter of the plunger can be the same as the inner diameter of the channel. Thus, a guide device can be provided. The plunger is preferably located close to the channel.
[0035] The spherical part can be designed, for example, as a spherical segment, a hemisphere, a sphere, or a segment of an ellipsoid. Alternatively, the spherical part can be designed as a rounded section. Even though there is no lower limit for the usable radii of curvature, it can be said that in many cases, the larger the radius of curvature of the spherical part, the better the sliding action.
[0036] In an advantageous embodiment, the outlet structure can have a curved surface. The curved surface is preferably bowl-shaped. The control element can be provided to slide on the curved surface. Thus, an operative connection between the control element and the actuating part, to which the outlet structure belongs, can be achieved in a simple design.
[0037] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the outlet structure has a bulge, in particular wherein a width of the bulge is the same as a width of the outlet structure. The width of the outlet structure and the width of the bulge are measured in the flow direction. The bulge can be advantageous when actuating the actuating part, in particular when actuating the switching mechanism and the clutch function.
[0038] In an advantageous embodiment, the switching mechanism can be a ballpoint pen mechanism or a pilot valve main valve mechanism. Alternatively, the switching mechanism can also be designed as a servo on-off mechanism or as a mechanism as known from WO 2018 / 050285 A1.
[0039] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the force-displacement ratio of the control element is a function of the deflection angle of the actuating part from a rest position. Thus, the force-displacement ratio of the control element can be adjusted by the deflection angle of the actuating part. This has a positive effect on the user-friendliness of the sanitary insert.
[0040] The rest position is the position of the sanitary insert in which the base body and the actuating part have coinciding main axes or are arranged coaxially.
[0041] In an advantageous embodiment, an inwardly projecting projection, for example the one already mentioned, can form a groove into which a counter-projection of the base body engages. Thus, the base body and the actuating part are simply connected to one another.
[0042] In an advantageous embodiment, the counter-projection can be arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve. This provides a mechanically stable arrangement.
[0043] In an advantageous embodiment, at least a portion of the inwardly projecting projection of the actuating part can be detached from the outwardly projecting counter-projection of the base body upon lateral loading of the actuating part. Thus, a pivot point can be provided in a simple design, resulting in an overall arrangement that is well-suited for use in confined spaces.
[0044] The present invention has recognized that the formation of a pivot point and the type of actuation of the sanitary insert part has a positive effect on the force required or effort of a user in relation to an existing water pressure.
[0045] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that, upon maximum lateral loading of the actuating part, a part of the actuating part touches the base body at a contact point. This allows for a simple structural design of the base body and allows for the limitation and adjustment of maximum lateral loading.
[0046] In an advantageous embodiment, the actuating part can be subjected to both lateral loading and axial lifting. This is achieved primarily through the design of the actuating part and the control element. The ability to apply lateral loading and the possibility of axial lifting are advantageous in terms of the user-friendliness of the sanitary insert.
[0047] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the force-displacement ratio of the control element remains constant during an axial lifting of the actuating part. During an axial lifting, the actuating part is merely lifted axially, whereby the control element is also lifted evenly and can thus actuate the switching mechanism. The force-displacement ratio is thus constant and is achieved by the design of the actuating part and the control element. An axial lifting of the actuating part by a certain distance is directly transferred to the same axial distance of the control element.
[0048] In an advantageous embodiment, the centers of curvature of the two contacting curved surfaces can be located within the control element. The two contacting curved surfaces are defined, on the one hand, by the curved surface (also called the counter-surface) of the spherical part of the control element and, on the other hand, by the curved surface on the outlet structure of the actuating part. Thus, a simple design measure enables the control element to implement both axial and lateral loading.
[0049] The advantage here is that a lateral load, which leads to a rotational movement of the actuating part around a pivot point, requires less effort from the user than an axial lifting. This can improve the ease of use of the sanitary insert.
[0050] In an advantageous embodiment, the control element can be operatively connected to the switching mechanism. Thus, the switching mechanism can be switched by the control element in a simple construction.
[0051] In an advantageous embodiment, the curved surface on the outlet structure can be provided with through-openings. This makes it possible to provide a uniform water jet that also has an attractive jet pattern. The actuating part comprises, among other things, the inner sleeve, which has the outlet structure. The inner sleeve further has a mixing chamber in which the water jet is mixed with air, the air being sucked in via the ventilation channels. The ventilation channels are arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve.
[0052] In an advantageous embodiment, the outlet structure can be provided with radial through-openings with cross-sectional areas that increase toward the outside. This allows for a visually advantageous jet pattern to be achieved and provides an arrangement that delivers a uniform water jet.
[0053] In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the base body has an external thread and additionally or alternatively an externally circumferential sealing element. The sealing element is preferably designed as a sealing ring. Thus, the base body can be mechanically easily attached to a sanitary fitting and additionally
[0054] Provide a sealing function that prevents water from leaking between the sanitary fitting and the base body.
[0055] In an advantageous embodiment it can be provided that the force-displacement ratio of the control element is a function, in particular where the function is (preferably strictly) monotonically increasing, of the deflection angle of the actuating part from a rest position. Thus the force-displacement ratio can be adjusted by the curved surface (also called counter-surface) which is on the spherical part of the control element. With a small deflection angle the curved surface on the run-out structure is relatively flat which corresponds to a small force-displacement ratio. With a larger deflection angle the curved surface on the run-out structure has a steeper flank which corresponds to a larger force-displacement ratio. The force which is exerted by the control element on the switching mechanism thus increases with the deflection angle of the actuating part. This is advantageous for the user-friendliness and quality of operation of the sanitary insert.
[0056] In an advantageous embodiment, the actuating part can be attached to the base body by means of a snap connection. The snap connection is preferably designed to be non-detachable. Thus, a simple structural and mechanically stable design can be provided that connects the actuating part and the base body to one another.
[0057] The base body has an outwardly projecting counter-projection, which engages the inwardly projecting projection of the actuating part. The base body also has a circumferential groove into which the inner sleeve of the actuating part projects when subjected to a lateral load. The counter-coupling element can be designed as a wall in the groove.
[0058] In an advantageous embodiment, the snap connection can be provided with ramps and, additionally or alternatively, with projections limited in a circumferential direction. This allows for lateral loading and thus rotation about a pivot point. The ramps can ensure that the inwardly projecting projection of the actuating part can be reliably guided past the base body when subjected to lateral loading.
[0059] To achieve the stated object, the invention provides
[0060] Features of the independent claim 27 directed to a use are provided. In particular, to achieve the stated object, the invention proposes, when used, that a pivotable actuating part be designed to deflect a laterally directed actuating force into an axially directed actuating force for actuating a switching mechanism of a sanitary insert according to one of the aforementioned features. Thus, simplified actuation can be provided.
[0061] To achieve the stated object, the features of the independent claim 28, which is directed to a use, are provided according to the invention. In particular, to achieve the stated object, the invention proposes, in one use, that a pivotable actuating part be configured to deflect a water jet emerging from a sanitary insert according to one of the aforementioned features. Thus, operating comfort and operating quality can be increased.
[0062] The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to a few exemplary embodiments, but is not limited to these few exemplary embodiments. Further variants of the invention and exemplary embodiments arise from combining the features of individual or multiple claims with one another and / or with individual or multiple features of the exemplary embodiments and / or the previously described variants of devices and uses according to the invention.

[0082] In the following description of various embodiments of the invention, elements which correspond in their function are given the same reference numbers even if they have a different design or shape.
[0083] For clarity, not all reference symbols are shown in the figures, although the elements may very well be present in the figures. However, identical reference symbols denote functionally and / or structurally identical components and functional units.
[0084] Fig. 1 shows the sanitary insert part 1 in a sectional view in an initial position. The sanitary insert part 1 is installed in a fitting 2, which has a water outlet 3. The direction of flow is not graphically represented, but runs from top to bottom.
[0085] The sanitary insert part 1 comprises a base body 4 and an actuating part 5, which is arranged to be movable and contacts the base body 4. The base body 4 has a switching mechanism 6, which in the present figure is designed as a switching mechanism 6 with a throttle body 7. Other switching mechanisms 6 can also be inserted and used, for example a ballpoint pen mechanism or a pilot valve main valve mechanism. The throttle body 7 has a hat-shaped formation which consists of a cylindrical part and a circumferential brim. The throttle body 7 can be introduced into a counter-hat structure 8. In the present Fig. 1, the throttle body 7 is axially spaced from the counter-hat structure 8 and closes through openings which belong to a splitter unit 9.
[0086] The disassembly unit 9 is arranged between the base body 4 and the actuating part 5.
[0087] The actuating part 5 can actuate and switch the switching mechanism 6 with a control element 10. In the present figure, the control element 10 is in contact with the throttle body 7. The actuating part 5 has an inwardly projecting projection 11 on which an abutment 12 is formed. The projection 11 can be circumferentially circumferential or partially circumferentially circumferential. The abutment 12 defines a pivot point 13 with respect to a lateral load, wherein an operative connection to the control element 10 is established. The control element 10 can translate a lateral load into an axial movement. The control element 10 is operatively connected to the switching mechanism 6.
[0088] The sanitary insert part 1 provides a coupling function 37, which creates a rotationally fixed connection between the actuating part 5 and the base body 4. The coupling function 37 can be activated or deactivated. In Fig. 1, the coupling function 37 is present but not activated, since both the base body 4 and the actuating part 5 are in the initial position. The coupling function 37 is aligned with the switching mechanism 6.
[0089] The coupling function 37 comprises a coupling element 38 (Fig. 16) and a counter-coupling element 39 (Fig. 15), which interact. In Fig. 1, the coupling element 38 and the counter-coupling element 39 are present, but are not visible due to the sectional view. The coupling element 38 is formed on the actuating part 5. The counter-coupling element 39 is formed on the base body 4.
[0090] The actuating part 5 comprises an inner sleeve 14 and an outer sleeve 15, which are connected to one another via webs 16. The inner sleeve 14 has a mixing chamber 33 on the inflow side, in which a water jet can be mixed with air. The air is sucked in through ventilation channels 17, which are located between the inner sleeve 14 and the outer sleeve 15. On the outflow side, the inner sleeve 14 has an outlet structure 18. The outlet structure 18 has a curved surface 19 in the center, in which the control element 10 sits and can slide. The curved surface 19 is bowl-shaped. The control element 10 has a curved counter surface 20, which touches the curved surface 19.
[0091] Fig. 1 shows a rest position or initial position in which the actuating part 5 is arranged coaxially with the base body 4. In the rest position, the actuating part 5 contacts the control element 10 at a point of smallest force transmission ratio.
[0092] The control element 10 comprises a plunger 21 and a ball part
[0093] 22. The plunger 21 is preferably cylindrical. The plunger 21 is guided axially through a channel 34 and lies tightly against it, the channel 34 belonging to the splitter unit 9. The ball part 22 is in constant contact with the curved surface 19 belonging to the outlet structure 18.
[0094] A flow regulator 23 is arranged upstream of the base body 4 on the inflow side. The flow regulator 23 has an attachment screen 24, which is arranged upstream of a sealing element 25, for example a sealing ring, on the inflow side.
[0095] The inwardly projecting projection 11 forms a groove 26 into which a counter-projection 27 of the base body 4 engages. The counter-projection 27 is arranged radially between the inner sleeve 14 and the outer sleeve 15.
[0096] The centers of curvature of the two contacting curved surfaces 19, 20 are located within the control element 10. Through a technical design of the centers of curvature and the radii of curvature of the curved surfaces 19, 20, force-displacement ratios can be adjusted and the user-friendliness of the sanitary insert part 1 can be improved.
[0097] The actuating part 5 is attached to the base body 4 by means of a snap connection 28. The snap connection 28 is preferably designed to be non-detachable.
[0098] The snap connection 28 has inclined starting surfaces 29 and counter projections 27 limited in a circumferential direction.
[0099] The base body 4 has an external thread 36 with which it is screwed onto the fitting 2. An externally circumferential sealing element 30 ensures that no water can flow between the fitting 2 and the base body 4.
[0100] It can also be mentioned that the base body 4 has a circumferential groove 31.
[0101] Fig. 2 shows the sanitary insert part 1 in a sectional view in a basic position with an inactive throttle body 7.
[0102] In Fig. 2 to Fig. 5, reference is made to the elements and reference symbols from Fig. 1. For better clarity and to avoid redundancies, not all elements in Fig. 2 to Fig. 5 have been provided with reference symbols.
[0103] The throttle body 7 is inserted into the counter-cap structure 8 and leaves the through openings of the splitter unit 9 free. The throttle body 7 is pressed into the counter-cap structure 8 due to the prevailing water pressure. When the water flow is switched off, the throttle body 7 can fall back into its original position (see Fig. 1) and block the through openings of the splitter unit 9. The elements of Fig. 2 correspond to the elements of Fig. 1 and are therefore not provided with reference symbols.
[0104] Fig. 3 shows the sanitary insert part 1 in a sectional view in an axially actuated position. The actuating part 5 is axially raised relative to the base body 4, whereby the contact between the inwardly projecting projection 11 and the outwardly projecting counter-projection 27 is released. The actuation direction is indicated by an arrow.
[0105] During axial actuation, the force-displacement ratio of the control element 10 is constant. This is achieved by directly converting a lifting of the actuating part 5 into a lifting of the control element 10. The user only needs to apply a force corresponding to the weight of the actuating part 5 and the control element 10. The length of the plunger 21 must be dimensioned such that the plunger 21 can be guided through the channel 34 and can insert the throttle body 7 into the counter-cap structure 8.
[0106] Fig. 4 shows the sanitary insert part 1 in a sectional view in a laterally actuated position. A pivot point 13 is defined on the inwardly projecting projection 11, the actuating part 5 and the base body 4 being arranged eccentrically. A part of the inner sleeve 14 projects into the circumferential groove 31, while a part of the outer sleeve 15 touches the base body 4 at a contact point 32 when the actuating part 5 is subjected to maximum lateral load. The dimensions of the control element 10 and the curved surface 19 on the outlet structure 18 are coordinated such that the throttle body 7 can be introduced into the counter-cap structure 8. The force-displacement ratio of the control element 10 is a function of the deflection angle of the actuating part 5 from a rest position, wherein the force-displacement ratio of the control element 10 is strictly monotonically increasing with the deflection angle of the actuating part from the rest position. At a small deflection angle from the rest position, the force-displacement ratio is small, while at a larger deflection angle it is also larger. The advantage here is that the force-displacement ratios can be adjusted by selecting or designing the curved surfaces 19, 20, thus improving user comfort.
[0107] The direction of operation is indicated by an arrow.
[0108] The lateral loading of the actuating part 5 is particularly advantageous in confined spaces, and numerous different fittings 2 can be used. Fig. 5 shows the sanitary insert part 1 in a sectional view with any switching mechanism 6. The switching mechanism can be, for example, a ballpoint pen mechanism or a pilot valve main valve mechanism. As shown in the previous figures, the switching mechanism 6 can also be designed as a switching mechanism 6 with a throttle body 7. Other switching mechanisms 6 can also be used here.
[0109] The sanitary insert part 1 can be operated both axially and laterally.
[0110] Fig. 6 shows the sanitary insert part 1 in a perspective view from above. The front strainer 24, the external thread 36, and the actuating part 5 are visible.
[0111] Fig. 7 shows the sanitary insert part 1 in a perspective view from below. The external thread 36, the actuating part 5, the webs 16, and the outlet structure 18 are visible. Additionally, Fig. 7 shows the contact point 32 formed on the base body 4.
[0112] Fig. 8 shows the actuating part 5 in a sectional view. The inner sleeve 14 and the outer sleeve 15 are visible, both being connected to one another by webs 16. Ventilation channels 17 are formed between the webs 16. The inwardly projecting projection 11 is partially circumferentially formed. The curved surface 19 on the outlet structure 18 has through openings. In addition, the outlet structure 18 generally has through openings 35 in the radial direction, which have opening cross-sectional areas that increase towards the outside.
[0113] Fig. 9 shows an exemplary embodiment of a control element 10. The control element 10 from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 is constructed such that a diameter of the tappet 21 is smaller than a diameter of the spherical part 22. The diameter of the tappet 21 is equal to an inner diameter of the channel 34 of the splitter unit 9. This means that the installation direction (for example during assembly) of the control element 10 must be from below, i.e. opposite to the flow direction and opposite to a gravitational force. This can make assembly more difficult. For this reason, Fig. 9 to Fig. 12 show alternative embodiments of the control element 10.
[0114] The control element 10 from Fig. 9 has a preferably cylindrical tappet 21 and a spherical part 22, the diameter of the tappet 21 being the same as the diameter of the spherical part 22. The spherical part 22 is hemispherical here. The diameters of the tappet 21 and the spherical part 22 are matched to the inside diameter of the channel 34 and are the same as this inside diameter. The control element 10 can therefore be installed in the sanitary insert part 1 from above, i.e. in the direction of flow and in the direction of gravitational force, and this simplifies assembly. The tappet 21 and the spherical part 22 are formed in one piece.
[0115] Fig. 10 shows a further exemplary embodiment of the control element 10. The control element 10 again has a tappet 21 and a spherical part 22. The spherical part 22 is designed here as a rounded portion or as a spherical segment. The diameter of the rounded portion or of the spherical segment is identical to the diameter of the tappet 21. The diameter of the tappet 21 is matched to and equal to the inner diameter of the channel 34, which is part of the splitter unit 9. The tappet 21 can be guided through the channel 34, preferably in a tightly sealed manner. The tappet 21 and the spherical part 22 are designed as a single piece. Fig. 11 shows another exemplary embodiment of the control element 10. The control element 10 has a tappet 21 and a spherical part 22. The plunger 21 and the ball part 22 are formed in two pieces, with the ball part 22 being designed as a ball. The diameter of the ball part 22, which is designed as a ball, is smaller than the diameter of the plunger 21.The diameter of the plunger 21 is matched and equal to the inner diameter of the channel 34. The ball can be rotated, similar to the ball in the tip of a ballpoint pen.
[0116] Fig. 12 shows a sectional view of the control element 10 from Fig. 11. The ball part 22, which is designed as a ball, is shown in black, while the plunger 21 is shown hatched.
[0117] Fig. 13 shows the sanitary insert part 1 in a partial sectional view in the starting position. The lower part of the sanitary insert part 1 is shown in section, while the upper part is uncut and shows, among other things, the external thread 36. The coupling function 37 is not activated in Fig. 13, so that a user cannot screw the sanitary insert part in and out in the starting position. The outlet structure 18 has a bulge 44, wherein a width 45 of the bulge 44 is the same as a width 46 of the outlet structure 18. The widths 45, 46 are measured in the direction of flow.
[0118] Fig. 14 shows the sanitary insert part 1 from Fig. 13 in a partial sectional view in an actuated position. In the actuated position, the user has actuated the actuating part 5, so that the switching mechanism 6 is actuated and the clutch function 37 is also activated.
[0119] Fig. 15 shows the base body 4 in a disassembled state in a perspective view. The counter-coupling element 39 is formed on the base body 4. The counter-coupling element 39 is shown as a wall in the groove 31. The counter-coupling element 39 has a counter-deflection unit 41.
[0120] Fig. 16 shows the actuating part 5 in a perspective view. The coupling element 38 is formed on the actuating part 5. In Fig. 16, the coupling element 38 is formed on the inner sleeve 14. Of course, a plurality of coupling elements 38 can also be formed, for example to improve the user's operating pleasure. The coupling element 38 has a deflection unit 40. The function of the deflection unit 40 is to deflect the coupling element 38 at the counter-coupling element 39 (Fig. 15). This can be necessary, for example, in the event of a head-on impact between the coupling element 38 and the counter-coupling element 39.
[0121] The function of the counter-deflection unit 41 ( Fig. 15 ) is to deflect the counter-coupling element 39 ( Fig. 15 ) on the coupling element 38 .
[0122] In Figs. 15 and 16, the deflection unit 40 and the counter-deflection unit 41 have flat surfaces 42, 43. In an alternative and additional embodiment, the surfaces 42, 43 can be curved. The shape of the surfaces can be related to the friction and the force required by the user and can thus be particularly relevant for the user's operating comfort.
[0123] Fig. 17 shows a schematic diagram of the operation of the coupling function 37 and the deflection unit 40 and the counter-deflection unit 41. From left to right, the actuating part 5 is actuated. The first image from the left shows the initial position, in which the coupling function 37 is present but not active. The coupling element 38 and the counter-coupling element 39 are visible and spaced apart from each other.
[0124] In the second image from the left, the coupling element 38 and the counter-coupling element 39 collide because the user actuates the actuating part 5. The deflection unit 40, which is formed on the coupling element 38, and the counter-deflection unit 41, which is formed on the counter-coupling element 39, counteract each other and prevent a head-on collision between the coupling element 38 and the counter-coupling element 39.
[0125] In the third image from the left, the coupling element 38 and the counter-coupling element 39 are completely guided past each other. In the deflection between the first image from the left and the third image from the left, a slight relative rotation occurs between the base body 4 and the actuating part 5.
[0126] In the fourth image from the left, an end position has now been reached in which the coupling function 37 is activated. The user can now unscrew the sanitary insert 1 from the fitting 2 and screw it back in again by turning the actuating part 5, which is now connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the base body 4. This can be advantageous for servicing the sanitary insert 1 or for replacing the sanitary insert 1.
[0127] The deflection unit 40 and the counter-deflection unit 41 have a mirror symmetry. This can mean that the deflection unit 40 and the counter-deflection unit 41 are mirrored with respect to an axis. In a sanitary insert part 1 which is designed to be attached to a water outlet 3 of a fitting 2, comprising a base body 4 and a movable actuating part 5 contacting therewith, wherein the base body 4 has a switching mechanism 6, wherein the actuating part 5 can actuate the switching mechanism 6 with a control element 10, it is proposed that the actuating part 5 preferably forms an abutment 12 on an inwardly projecting projection 11, which defines a pivot point 13 with respect to a lateral load, wherein an operative connection to the control element 10 is set up, which translates the lateral load into an axial movement.
