Description

[0001] The invention relates to a bag having a carrying compartment, as well as to a kit comprising such a bag, a bat and a ball.

[0002] It applies in particular to kits whose bag allows the wearer to carry his equipment to be able to play recreational cricket, said equipment including in particular at least one bat and one ball.

[0003] To be able to play cricket, the wearer also needs at least a base which can be materialized by default by means of an external accessory such as a stone or a chair, or be carried more satisfactorily in the bag.

[0004] However, the size required for a base requires a large size of the bag to carry it, which is not satisfactory in terms of ergonomics, especially for relaxed carrying on the back.

[0005] The invention aims to improve the prior art by proposing in particular a carrying bag which can be transformed in a simple manner from a carrying configuration into a stably erected configuration in order to be able to form, for example, a cricket base.

[0006] To this end, and according to a first aspect, the invention proposes a bag formed of two structural panels, respectively front and rear, having first means of reversible association in a configuration forming between them a shell delimiting an internal carrying compartment, the rear panel having two panels, respectively upper and lower, which are connected by a foldable hinge arranged to allow the relative arrangement of said panels between an aligned position for forming the shell and an inclined position, the upper panel and the front panel having second means of reversible association in a configuration in which the panels are held in an inclined position with the front panel in an upright position, the inclined lower panel being arranged to be able to be placed in abutment on a support in order to transform the bag into a front panel which is stably erected on said support.

[0007] According to a second aspect, the invention provides a kit comprising such a bag, a bat and a ball, the compartment being arranged for carrying said bat and said bag transformed into an upright front panel forming a stable playing base.

[0008] Other features and advantages of the invention will appear in the following description, given with reference to the appended figures, in which: [ Fig.1 ] represents in perspective a kit comprising a bag, a hitting bat and a ball according to an embodiment of the invention, said bag being in carrying configuration; [ Fig.2 ] represents a step of separation of the components of the kit according to the figure 1 ; [ Fig.3 ], [ Fig.4 ], And [ Fig.5 ] respectively represent a stage of transformation of the bag according to the preceding figures, from its carrying configuration to a configuration erected in a stable manner to be able to form a cricket base; [ Fig.6 ] is a representation analogous to that of the figure 1 , in which the bag is in an upright configuration.

[0009] In relation to these figures, a carrying bag 1 is described below, in particular intended to be integrated into a kit further comprising a bat 2 and a ball 3.

[0010] Depending on a particular application, the kit allows the wearer to carry their equipment for playing recreational cricket. In addition, the kit may include other cricket-playing accessories, such as leg guards, and / or the bag may allow the wearer to carry other types of accessories.

[0011] In the embodiment shown, the bag 1 comprises a strap 4 for carrying it on one shoulder. Alternatively, two carrying straps on the back or a handle for carrying by hand may be provided.

[0012] The bag 1 is formed of two structural panels, respectively front 5 and rear 6, having first means 7 of reversible association in a configuration forming between them a shell delimiting an interior carrying compartment 8 ( figures 1 et 2 ).

[0013] In the description, the terms of positioning in space are taken in relation to the carrying position of the bag 1, namely in particular front and rear for a location respectively distant and close to the wearer, and left, right, upper and lower relative to said wearer.

[0014] In particular, the compartment 8 is arranged for carrying the bat 2, the strap 4 being equipped with a pocket 9 for storing the ball 3. figures 1 et 2 represent an embodiment in which the bat 2 is arranged in the compartment 8 with its handle 2a protruding, said compartment comprising a reversible means of attachment of the bat 2 when it is carried, in particular in the form of a self-gripping strip 10 which can be tightened around the handle 2a.

[0015] Advantageously for their manufacture, the front 5 and rear 6 panels have a similar external geometry, in particular quadrilateral, forming between them a shell of quadrilateral section between an upper opening 11 for inserting the bat 2 and a closed lower bottom 12.

[0016] To do this, each panel 5, 6 comprises a front wall 5a and a rear wall 6a respectively, at least one of said panels having flaps respectively left 5g, 6g and right 5d, 6d which are equipped with the first means 7 of reversible association with the other panel 5, 6 by forming a shell of quadrilateral section between the walls 5a, 6a and the flaps 5g, 6g, 5d, 6d.

[0017] In the embodiment shown, each of the panels 5, 6 has respectively left 5g, 6g and right 5d, 6d flaps which are equipped with the first means 7 of reversible association with the corresponding flap 5g, 6g, 5d, 6d of the other panel 5, 6.

[0018] In particular, the left flaps 5g, 6g - respectively right 5d, 6d - are superimposed to form the corresponding sides of the hull. Furthermore, the superimposed left flaps 5g, 6g - respectively right 5d, 6d - have an internal face and an external face arranged opposite each other, said faces being equipped with the first association means 7, for example in the form of a self-gripping strip.

[0019] The rear panel 6 has two sides, respectively upper 6s and lower 6i, which are connected by a foldable hinge 13 arranged to allow the relative arrangement of said sides between an aligned position for forming the shell ( figures 1 à 3 ) and a reclined position ( figures 4 à 6 ).

[0020] According to one embodiment, the panels 5, 6 may be made of a material allowing hinges 13 to be formed in one piece, in particular by compressing said panel on a folding line. In particular, the panels 5, 6 may be formed by combining layers of polymer and / or textile material, in order to facilitate the manufacture of the bag 1 but also to produce a light and strong bag 1.

[0021] The bottom 12 of the bag 1 shown connects at least a portion of the lower edges of the lower panel 6i and the front panel 5, the upper edges of the upper panel 6s and said front panel being separated to form the opening 11 for access to the carrying compartment 8. Furthermore, the strap 4 has a lower end connected to the rear panel 5 at the hinge 13, and an upper end connected to the upper edge of the upper panel 6s at the opening 11.

[0022] The upper panel 6s and the front panel 5 having second means 14 of reversible association in a configuration in which the panels 6s, 6i are held in an inclined position with the front panel 5 in an upright position. Furthermore, as shown in the figure 6 , the inclined lower panel 5i is arranged to be able to be placed in support on a support, in particular on the ground, in order to transform the bag 1 into a front panel 5 which is erected in a stable manner on said support.

[0023] It is thus particularly simple to transform the bag 1 into a front panel 5 erected to form a stable playing base 17, in particular for cricket, in particular without the need to carry a specific accessory. Furthermore, the configuration of the bag 1 allows a dimensioning and stability of the front panel 5 which are particularly suitable for its use as a cricket base 17.

[0024] According to the embodiment shown, a second foldable hinge 15 is formed between the lower edge of the lower panel 6i and the bottom 12, in particular by being formed between said bottom and the rear wall 6a.

[0025] The second hinge 15 is arranged to allow the relative arrangement of the lower panel 6i with respect to the bottom 12 between an upright position for forming the hull and an aligned position when said lower panel is in an inclined position with respect to the upper panel 6s. Thus, the positioning on the ground of the inclined lower panel 6i, in particular in the extension of the bottom 12, is optimized relative to the stability of the base 17.

[0026] Advantageously, at least one flap 5g, 6g, 5d, 6d is connected to an edge of the corresponding wall 5a, 6a by a foldable hinge 16 which is arranged to allow the relative arrangement of said flap with respect to said wall between a folded position for forming the shell and an aligned position for transforming the bag 1 into an upright front panel 5.

[0027] Furthermore, the bag 1 shown has a lower panel 6i which is equipped with a left flap portion 6g and a right flap portion 6d, said portions being connected by the hinge 16 to portions of flaps respectively left and right of the upper panel 6s.

[0028] The front panel 5 has a rear face which is equipped with second means 14 for associating the upper panel 6s on it, said second means of association being in particular provided at a distance from the upper edge of said front panel which is arranged to induce the folding of the panels 6s, 6i.

[0029] To improve the ergonomics of forming the base 17, the upper panel 6s has an upper edge which is equipped with the second association means 14, said second association means being able to cooperate by relative sliding towards a locking position. In particular, the second association means 14 can be provided in the extension of the strap 4 so that it can be actuated manually by means of it ( figure 5 ).

[0030] In relation to the figures, after removing his bag 1, the carrier can detach the bat 2 and recover the ball 3 ( figure 2 ), then detach flaps 5g, 5d, 6g, 6d ( figure 3 ) to be able to fold the lower panel 6i into an inclined position ( figure 4 ). Then, the engagement of the second means 14 of association ( figure 5 ) provides a stable playing base 17 formed by the front panel 5 in the upright position which is held by the folded rear panel 5 ( figure 6 ).
