[0004] PRIOR ART
[0005] In the present art, products like cake, chocolate, bar, biscuit are packaged in packaging machines with cellophane from the top and with wheel adhesion from the bottom. Food products like cut layered wafer, bar cracker, fruit, vegetable, meat, cheese and plastic-metal components besides these food products, products other than food like ironmongery products, mask, soap, cutlery, and amorphous products are packaged in horizontal packaging machines with cellophane from the bottom and with wheel from the top. In accordance with the product type, once packaging is determined as with cellophane from the bottom and with cellophane from the top, a new packaging machine must be produced- purchased and new packaging process must be designed for the other solution. In case a packaging machine with cellophane from the bottom and a packaging machine with cellophane from the top are needed for different type of products produced in a production line, effort and money are consumed for both packaging machines. Conveyor and feeding systems which shall feed the products from the line to packaging must be designed and produced for both packaging machines. Or a packaging must be carried in the packaging point, and the other packaging system must be adapted instead of it.
[0006] The application no EP3287374A1 known in the literature relates to packaging of products. The object of the invention is to further improve the known methods and devices for packaging products particularly like small-sized products like hard or soft caramels or similar products. While the package is being transferred by the rolls, the coming products are packaged with the help of the conveyor. The application no EP3892551A1 known in the literature relates to a packaging machine. The object of the invention is that the product placed into the package transferred from two different rolls is heated and is packaged by joining and cutting the packages.
[0007] When packaging with cellophane from the top is needed in production lines with packaging with cellophane from the bottom (or vice versa) or in the other configuration, a second packaging machine is included to the line and is kept as auxiliary. Or the present packaging is designed with wheels and is carried outside the line and the machine with the other characteristic is carried to the production point and the packaging type is changed.
[0008] As a result, because of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field.
[0009] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0010] The present invention relates to a packaging machine, for eliminating the abovementioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
[0011] An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging machine that can carry cellophane both from the bottom and from the top.
[0012] In order to realize the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is a packaging machine for packaging at least one product by wrapping cellophane around the product at least partially, and comprising at least one cellophane former for wrapping the cellophane, carried through an upper side of an operation direction, around the product, at least one fin sealer wheel for joining the mutual sides of the cellophane to each other by means of wrapping of the product, and at least one jaw group which cuts the cellophane and which joins the cut sides for providing packaging of the carried products separately. Accordingly, the improvement of the present invention is that in order to realize packaging by feeding through a lower side that is opposite to the upper side of the operation direction of cellophane; the subject matter packaging machine comprises at least one guidance unit which can displace the cellophane between mutual sides of the operation direction, and said fin sealer wheel is configured to at least partially rotate in at least one first axis. Thus, the packaging machine can realize both packaging with cellophane from the top and packaging with cellophane from the bottom. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the subject matter packaging machine comprises at least one bottom cellophane former for wrapping the product from the lower side of the operation direction, and at least one top cellophane former for wrapping the product from the upper side of the operation direction. Thus, wrapping of the cellophane around the product is facilitated.
[0013] In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the subject matter packaging machine comprises at least one first type roll for carrying cellophane in an angled manner in the guidance unit, at least one second type roll for changing side by cellophane in the operation direction, and at least one third type roll for tensioning and advancing of cellophane. Thus, cellophane is passed between the mutual sides of the operation direction.
[0014] In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the subject matter packaging machine comprises mutual wheels for compressing cellophane in between and advancing cellophane on the fin sealer wheel, and at least one drive element for rotating at least one of said wheels around itself, and at least one rotation element whereon these are positioned and which can be rotated in said first axis. [0021] In this detailed description, the subject matter is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
[0022] With reference to Figure 1 , the present invention relates to a packaging machine (10). The subject matter packaging machine (10) is a machine designed for dosing food, medicine and cosmetic products (U) and for packaging thereof in small bags. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the packaging material used in the packaging machine (10) is cellophane (S). Cellophane (S) is a thin, transparent layer made of regenerated cellulose. Cellophane (S) is beneficial particularly for food packaging since it has low permeability against air, oils, greases, bacteria and water. Cellophane (S) has transparent, opaque, metalized characteristics according to product (U) type. Cellophane (S) forms a barrier between the product (U) and the outer medium after packaging and provides preservation of the product (U) at the shelf. The subject matter packaging machine (10) can be adapted in a practical manner to a first version (V1) where the cellophane (S) wraps the product (U) from the upper side (T1), and to a second version (V2) where the cellophane (S) wraps the product (U) from the lower side (T2). For providing this, the packaging machine (10) has a body (11). On said body (11 ), there are various components which shall arrange operation of the packaging machine (10). The product (U) is advanced in an operation direction (T) for packaging, and packaging with cellophane (S) is realized from the lower side (T2) or packaging with cellophane (S) is realized from the upper side (T1).
[0023] In Figure 2, a representative lateral view of a first version (V1) where the subject matter packaging machine (10) can realize packaging from the top side (T1) is given. Accordingly, there is at least one cellophane tower (20) on the packaging machine (10). Said cellophane tower (20) provides dissolving of cellophane (S) wrapped around the bobbin at a fixed speed, and provides feeding thereof to the operation direction (T) for packaging operation. The cellophane tower (20) consists of at least one bobbin carrier (21) and at least one tension roller (22). Said bobbin carrier (21) enables carrying of cellophane (S) bobbin. Said tension roller (22) is preferably provided in pluralities of numbers on the packaging machine (10), and enables tensioning and separating of the cellophane (S) from the bobbin. The packaging machine (10) is associated with at least one feeding line (30). Said feeding line (30) enables carrying of the product (U), desired to be packaged, to the packaging machine (10). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the feeding line (30) can be provided in the form of a conveyor. There is at least one cellophane former (40) on the packaging machine (10). Said cellophane former (40) enables wrapping of cellophane (S) around the product (U) which comes through the feeding line (30), and enables forming of the first form of the package in pipe form. For providing this, the cellophane former (40) can be in semilunar form in a compliant manner to the dimension of the product (U). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, there are two types of cellophane former es (40). The cellophane former (40) can be in the form of a top cellophane former (41 ) which is compliant to the first version (V1) of a packaging machine (10), and a bottom cellophane former (42) which is compliant to the second version (V2) of the packaging machine (10). These different forms of the cellophane former (40) are formed in predetermined manner in order for the cellophane (S) not to be damaged in accordance with the operation direction (T) of the cellophane (S) advanced for packaging. The mutual sides of the operation direction (T) are named as an upper side (T1) and a lower side (T2). Said lower side (T2) is the part between the operation direction (T) and the floor. Said upper side (T1 ) is the opposite direction of the lower side (T2). Said cellophane former (40) from the top enables advancing of cellophane (S) from the upper side (T1) of the operation direction (T). Said bottom cellophane former (40) enables advancing of cellophane (S) from the lower side (T2) of the operation direction (T).
[0024] There is at least one fin sealer wheel (50) on the packaging machine (10). Said fin sealer wheel (50) provides resting of mutual sides of cellophane (S) by means of the cellophane former (40) and joining thereof longitudinally, and at the same time, said fin sealer wheel (50) provides advancing of cellophane (S). For providing this, there are wheels (51) positioned mutually on the fin sealer wheel (50). Said wheels (51) are rested to each other and provide the cellophane (S), positioned in between, to be drawn and joined to each other. For this reason, the wheels (51 ) are essentially cylindrical shaped. The wheels (51) are associated with at least one drive element (52) in order to be rotated around itself. Said drive element (52) and said wheels (51) are positioned on at least one rotation element (53). Said rotation element (53) is connected onto the body (11) of the packaging machine (10). The rotation element (53) is connected on said body (11) in a manner having rotation freedom at least partially. The rotation element (53) is at least partially rotated around at least one first axis (I) and displaces between a first position (K1) and a second position (K2). While the rotation element (53) is at the first position (K1), it enables operation in a compliant manner to the first version (V1 ) of the packaging machine (10). In the same manner, while the rotation element (53) is at the second position (K2), it enables operation in a compliant manner to the second version (V2) of the packaging machine (10). While the rotation element (53) is at the first position (K1), the wheels (51) join the cellophane (S) through the lower part of the product (U). While the rotation element (53) is at the second position (K2), the wheels join the cellophane (S) through the upper side (T1 ). Rotatability of the rotation element (53) in the first axis (I) enables operation of the packaging machine (10) in a suitable manner both in the first version (V1) and in the second version (V2) by means of a single fin sealer wheel (50).
[0025] There is at least one jaw group (60) on the packaging machine (10). Said jaw group (60) provides the package joined longitudinally from the fin sealer wheel (50) to be joined transversally and to be cut at the same time. For providing this, there are jaws (61) positioned mutually on the jaw group (60). Said jaws (61) are at least partially rotated around themselves. While the jaws (61) are being rotated around themselves, they contact each other and they provide the cellophane (S) to be cut and to be adhered in a transverse manner. By means of this, the product (U) is packaged. The packaged product (U) is removed from the packaging machine (10) by means of at least one discharge line (62).
[0026] In Figure 3 and 4, one each representative views of a second version (V2) where the subject matter packaging machine (10) can realize packaging from the lower side (T2) are given. Additionally, in Figure 5, a representative perspective view of the guidance unit (70) used in the subject matter packaging machine (10) is given. Accordingly, there is at least one guidance unit (70) on the packaging machine (10). Said guidance unit (70) enables transformation of the packaging machine (10) from the first version (V1) where the packaging machine (10) is with cellophane (S) from the upper side (T1) to the second version (V2) where the packaging machine (10) is with cellophane (S) from the lower side (T2). For providing this, there is at least one first type roll (71 ), at least one second type roll (72) and at least one third type roll (73) in the guidance unit (70). Said first type roll (71 ) enables guidance of the advanced cellophane (S) at a predetermined angle. The first type roll (71) is preferably positioned at mutual sides of the operation direction (T). Said second type roll (72) is positioned at the continuation of the first type roll (71 ) in the guidance unit (70). The second type roll (72) is extended parallel to the operation direction (T). The second type roll (72) is positioned at mutual sides of the operation direction (T). The cellophane (S) is passed through the second type rolls (72) in a sequential manner between the first type rolls (71 ). Said third type roll (73) is extended in an orthogonal manner to the operation direction (T) for tensioning and advancing of the cellophane (S) before the bottom cellophane former (42). By means of this, the cellophane (S) advanced in the guidance unit (70) is passed to the mutual sides of the operation direction (T). In a possible use of the invention, the process steps which shall be applied for passing the packaging machine (10) from the first version (V1) to the second version (V2) are as hereunder given;
[0027] - Cellophane (S) is wrapped through the guidance unit (70) and is passed to the opposite side of the operation direction (T),
[0028] - The cellophane former (40) is changed from the top cellophane former (41) to the bottom cellophane former (42) depending on the product (U) to be packaged,
[0029] - The fin sealer wheel (50) is rotated by 180° around the first axis (I) and is changed in terms of side in the operation direction (T).
[0030] In alternative embodiments of the present invention, the wheel (51) upper sheet can be removed and a wheel that exists under the conveyor can be fixed instead. Carrier mechanism structure is obtained for advancing of the product (U) where the packaging with cellophane (S) from the bottom is applied. When the reverse of these described process steps is applied, the packaging machine (10) can be passed from the second version (V2) to the first version (V1).
[0031] By means of all these embodiments, the packaging machine (10) can be passed from the first version (V1) to the second version (V2) or from the second version (V2) to the first version (V1) easily. This process can be rapidly and easily transformed by means of a simple setup. By means of this, in the same packaging machine (10), the work that can be realized by two separate machines can be realized. Thus, setting up of two different packaging stations or realizing of setup by carrying the packaging machines (10) is avoided and a big gain is provided in terms of duration and cost.
[0032] The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
