[0038] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0039] We will now refer to the accompanying drawings to describe the exemplary embodiments more comprehensively. However, it should not be understood that the embodiments disclosed in this disclosure are limited to the embodiments described herein. The same reference numerals in the figure represent the same or similar structures, therefore their detailed descriptions will be omitted.
[0040] This disclosure provides an air fryer, which includes a body and an inner pot assembly. The body has an internal cavity, and the inner pot assembly can be placed in or removed from the internal cavity. The body includes a hot air pusher, which can blow hot air into the inner cavity of the inner pot assembly for cooking the ingredients in the inner pot assembly.
[0041] The air fryer provided in this embodiment can be a drawer type air fryer, but it is not limited to this.
[0042] Referring to Figures 1 to 6, the inner pot assembly includes a pot body structure 20 and a handle structure 10. The handle structure 10 is detachably connected to the pot body structure 20, so that when cleaning the pot body structure 20, the handle structure 10 can be disassembled from the pot body structure 20, thereby improving the cleaning convenience of the pot body structure 20.
[0043] Specifically, the pot body structure 20 includes an inner pot body 21 , which is generally formed into a cylindrical structure to facilitate the formation of a cooking cavity. According to the needs, the inner pot body 21 can be a cylindrical structure or a prism structure. For the convenience of description, the inner pot body 21 of this disclosure is a square (quadrangular) prism structure. For safety, a fillet (rounded) treatment is performed at the corner of the prism.
[0044] Continuing to refer to Figures 1 to 3 and Figure 6, the pot body structure 20 can also include a frying basket 22, which can be movably placed in the inner cavity of the inner pot body 21 to support the ingredients. According to needs, the basket 22 can be set in a plate shape or a cylindrical (tubular) shape, but not limited to these shapes. For the convenience of description, in this embodiment, the frying basket 22 is set in a plate shape. The bottom wall of the frying basket 22 is equipped with multiple through holes, which are used for heating air to pass through, facilitating the formation of a hot air channel in the inner cavity of the inner pot body 21 , thereby improving the heating uniformity of the ingredients and preventing the ingredients from being burned due to excessive local heating, or from being cooked due to insufficient local heating.
[0045] Furthermore, in order to facilitate observation of the heating condition of the food during the cooking process, a perspective (see-through) part 24 is provided on the side wall of the inner pot body 21 , for example, but not limited to, the perspective part 24 can be a glass part. In order to adapt to the cooking temperature of the air fryer, the perspective part 24 can be high-temperature resistant glass, but not limited to this.
[0046] Specifically, the side wall facing the handle structure 10 of the inner pot body 21 can be defined as the first side wall for ease of description. A through hole can be provided on the first side wall, and a perspective part 24 can be fixed at the through hole for convenient observation of food ingredients.
[0047] Furthermore, referring to Figure 6, the pot body structure 20 further includes a perspective part support 25, which extends along the circumference of the perspective part 24. The perspective part support 25 is fixed to the inner pot body 21 , that is, the perspective part 24 is fixed between the perspective part support 25 and the inner pot body 21 , thereby improving the connection reliability between the perspective part 24 and the inner pot body 21. As an example, the perspective part support 25 can be connected to the inner pot body 21 through fasteners, or it can be connected to the inner pot body 21 through welding process, but not limited to this.
[0048] In order to improve the utilization rate of heat, in this embodiment, the perspective part 24 is sealed and connected to the inner pot body 21 to avoid heat leakage.
[0049] In order to facilitate the grasping of the inner pot assembly, the inner pot assembly also includes a handle structure 10, which can include a pot body bracket 11 and a handle 12 fixed to the pot body bracket 11. The handle 12 is arranged on the side of the pot body bracket 11 away from (deviated from) the inner pot body 21 for easy operation. The inner pot body 21 is detachably connected to the pot body bracket 11 to enable the handle structure 10 to be detachably connected to the inner pot body 21. Users can place the inner pot assembly in the internal cavity of the body by grabbing handle 12, or take out the inner pot assembly from the internal cavity of the machine body to facilitate adding or taking out ingredients to / from the inner pot body 21 for cooking the ingredients. After cooking, when the pot body structure 20 needs to be cleaned, the inner pot body 21 is separated from the pot body bracket 11 to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot body 21 .
[0050] Continuing with reference to Figures 1 to 6, the inner pot assembly further includes a hook assembly, which includes a hook 23 and a hook groove 18 matched with the hook 23. One of the hook 23 and the hook groove 18 is arranged on the pot body bracket 11 , and the other is arranged on the side wall of the inner pot body 21 facing the pot body bracket 11. In this way, the inner pot body 21 and the pot body bracket 11 can be connected together through the hook assembly, simplifying the structure of the inner pot assembly and reducing manufacturing costs.
[0051] In this embodiment, in order to improve the reliability of the connection between the pot body bracket 11 and the inner pot body 21 , the hook assembly is divided into two pairs, and the two pairs of hook assembly are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the inner pot body 21. For example, but not limited to, the two hook assemblies are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the perspective part 24, as shown in Figure 6.
[0052] For the convenience of description, referring to Figure 3, in this embodiment, the hook 23 is arranged on the inner pot body 21 and the hook groove 18 is arranged on the pot body bracket 11 as an example.
[0053] The hook 23 is arranged on the first side wall, for example, but not limited to, the hook 23 is arranged on the upper part of the inner pot body 21 and near the top opening, but not limited to this. The hook groove 18 is arranged on the pot body bracket 11 and extends downwards along the height direction of the inner pot body 21 from the top edge of the pot body bracket 11 , but not limited to this.
[0054] In order to further improve the reliability of the connection between the pot body bracket 11 and the inner pot body 21 , and to avoid accidental detachment of the two, the inner pot assembly also includes a limit pin 15, which can be movably arranged on the pot body bracket 11. When the hook 23 is engaged with the hook groove 18, the extended end of the limit pin 15 abuts above against the top edge of the inner pot body 21. In this way, the inner pot body 21 can be firmly connected to the pot body bracket 11 through the combination of the limit pin 15 and the hook assembly. As an example, the limit pin 15 is set between the two pairs of hook assemblies, but not limited to this, that is, two pairs of hook assemblies are symmetrically arranged relative to the limit pin 15.
[0055] Specifically, the limit pin 15 is slidably arranged, the slidable direction being perpendicular to the side wall of the inner pot body 21 facing the pot body bracket 11 , that is, the limit pin 15 is slidably arranged on the pot body bracket 11 in a direction perpendicular to the first side wall, and the top surface of the extended end tilts downwards towards the center of the inner pot body 21 to form a wedge-shaped structure.
[0056] Continuing to refer to Figure 2, the pot body bracket 11 is equipped with a storage chamber 17 for accommodating the limit pin 15. The hidden end of the limit pin 15 is arranged in the storage chamber 17, and the inner pot assembly also includes a reset member 16, which is sleeved on the outer peripheral side of the limit pin 15 to push the limit pin 15 to move towards the inner pot body 21. In this way, by setting the reset member 16, a thrust force is exerted on the limit pin 15 towards the inner pot body 21 , which can move the limit pin 15 towards the inner pot body 21 .
[0057] In the initial state, the extended end of the limit pin 15 can be located on the outer side of the pot body bracket 11 . During the process of hanging the inner pot body 21 onto the pot body bracket 11 , the inner pot body 21 moves close to the extended end of the limit pin 15 and pushes the limit pin 15 towards the direction away from the inner pot body 21 , providing thrust to the limit pin 15 to retract it into the storage chamber 17. After the hook 23 is stably engaged with the hook groove 18, the top edge of the inner pot body 21 is located below the limit pin 15. At this time, the above thrust of the inner pot body 21 on the limit pin 15 disappears, and the limit pin 15 will be reset (back to its initial position) under the action of the reset member 16. That is, the extended end of the limit pin 15 will once again extend to the outer side of the pot body bracket 11 and be located above the top edge of the inner pot body 21. At this time, the limit pin 15 will limit the inner pot body 21 in the height direction to avoid accidental detachment of the inner pot body 21 from the pot body bracket 11 .
[0058] When it is necessary to disassemble the inner pot body 21 , the extended end of the limit pin 15 can be manually pushed to move the limit pin 15 towards the storage chamber 17. At this time, the inner pot body 21 can move upwards relative to the pot body bracket 11 until the hook detaches from the hook groove, thus achieving the separation of the inner pot body 21 and the pot body bracket 11 .
[0059] It can be understood that one end of the limit pin 15 is set in the storage chamber 17, which can be defined as a hidden end, and the other end extends outside from the pot body bracket 11 , which can be defined as an extended end. The extended end is opposite to the hidden end.
[0060] In order to facilitate the observation of the cooking condition of the ingredients, the pot body bracket 11 is equipped with an observation hole, which is aligned with the perspective part 24, but not limited to this.
[0061] Continuing to refer to Figures 3, 4, and 6, in order to further improve the connection reliability between the pot body bracket 11 and the inner pot body 21 , the pot body bracket 11 also includes a support rib 19, which is arranged below the observation hole and extends along the circumference of the inner pot body 21. The side wall of the inner pot body 21 facing the pot body bracket 11 is provided with a step protruding towards the pot body bracket 11 , and the step is supported on the support rib 19. In this embodiment, the inner pot body 21 is supported by the support rib 19 through the step, so that the inner pot body 21 is held by the support rib 19, so that the inner pot body 21 is limited in the height direction by means of the support rib 19.
[0062] In this disclosure, the lower part of the inner pot body 21 is supported by the support rib 19, and the top edge of the inner pot body 21 is pressed against by the limit pin 15. In this way, the inner pot body 21 is limited in the height direction so as to avoid unexpected movement of the inner pot body 21 relative to the handle structure 10, thereby improving the reliability of the inner pot assembly.
[0063] As an example, the step is arranged at the connection between the perspective part support 25 and the inner pot body 21 , that is, the perspective part support 25 protrudes and extends towards the handle structure 10 relative to the outer peripheral wall of the inner pot body 21 to form a step, but not limited to this. The step can also be a configuration in which the outer peripheral wall of the inner pot body 21 protrudes outward.
[0064] In order to further improve the connection reliability between the pot body bracket 11 and the inner pot body 21 , a positioning column (not shown in the figure) is set on the bottom wall of the step. The positioning column extends downwards along the height direction of the inner pot body 21 from the lower part of the bottom wall, and the support rib 19 is equipped with a positioning hole that matches with the positioning column. When the positioning column is inserted into the positioning hole, the inner pot body 21 and the pot body bracket 11 are reliably connected.
[0065] In this embodiment, the inner pot body 21 is limited from multiple angles through the combination of hook assemblies, support rib 19 and step, as well as positioning column and positioning hole, to avoid accidental detachment of the inner pot body 21 and the pot body bracket 11 , thereby improving the reliability of the inner pot assembly.
[0066] In order to improve the aesthetics of the inner pot assembly, the handle structure 10 also includes an outer panel 13 and a visual window 14. The outer panel 13 is arranged on the side of the pot body bracket 11 that is deviated away from the inner pot body 21 . The outer panel 13 is provided with a gap in the middle of the circumferential direction of the pot body bracket 11 , which is connected to the observation hole to facilitate users to observe the cooking situation of the ingredients. The visual window 14 is slidably arranged at the gap. As an example, the connection between the visual window 14 and the outer panel 13 undergoes a smooth transition to further improve aesthetics.
