[0034] The first mounting modules 111 and adjacent ones of the connecting modules 113 in the first mounting module group 11 are connected together through one or more intermediate flexible connecting members 6, the one or more intermediate flexible connecting members 6 comprise one or more connecting portions 61 and insertion portions 62 disposed on two sides of the one or more connecting portions, one or more surfaces of the insertion portions 62 comprise position-limited protrusions 621, heights of the position-limited protrusions 621 gradually decrease along a direction in which the insertion portions 62 are inserted into the insertion grooves 1113 and 1132, surfaces connecting highest points on the position-limited protrusions 621 and the insertion portions 62 define position-limited surfaces, when the insertion portions 62 are inserted into the insertion grooves 1113 and 1132, and a spliced connection of the first mounting modules is achieved by a position-limited cooperation of the position-limited surfaces and the insertion grooves 1113 and 1132 in a direction opposite to the insertion direction. The second mounting modules 121 and adjacent ones of the connecting modules 113 in the second mounting module group 12 are spliced in the same manner as described above.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 9, the first mounting modules 111 and the connecting modules 113 in the first mounting module group 11 that have been spliced can be folded along a vertical direction to form a stacked structure; when forming the stacked structure, two adjacent ones 111 of the first mounting modules 111 are connected by plugging through the opening surfaces and the protruding cavity structures, a protruding cavity structure on a lower layer is inserted into a protruding cavity structure on an upper layer, and the connecting modules 113 and the first mounting modules 111 are connected by plugging through the protruding cavity structures and the through holes 1131. The second mounting module group 12 can also be folded to form a stacked structure in the same way. In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 can also be spliced together and be then folded to a stacked structure in the same way.
[0036] More specifically, a connecting sheet 1111 is disposed on a side edge of a first mounting module 111 in the length direction, and a concave-shaped hole 1112 used as a first connecting structure penetrates through the connecting sheet along a thickness direction, a connecting sheet 1211 is disposed on a side of a second mounting module 121 opposite to the side of the first mounting module 111 disposed with the first connecting structure, the connecting sheet 1211 comprises a protruding platform 1213 used as a second connecting structure and extending along a height direction, and the protruding platform 1213 of the second mounting module 121 is configured to be disposed in the concave-shaped hole 1112 to be in position-limited cooperation with the concave-shaped hole 1112 in a horizontal direction.
[0037] The second connecting sheet 1211 of the second mounting module comprises a locking member 4 configured for a position-limited cooperation of the protruding platform 1213 and the concave-shaped hole 1112 along the height direction, the locking member 4 is inserted into an insertion hole 1214 on an upper surface of the protruding platform 1213, the locking member 4 is rotatably connected to the insertion hole 1214 to enable the locking member 4 to rotate around the insertion hole 1214, when the locking member 4 rotates to be misaligned with the concave-shaped hole 1112, the concave-shaped hole 1112 is positioned to and cooperates with the locking member 4 along an axial direction to enable the first mounting module 111 and the second mounting module 121 to be spliced together, so that the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 are spliced to form the base plate 1. When the locking member 4 rotates to be aligned with the concave-shaped hole 1112, the locking member 4 can be removed to release the position-limited cooperation, so that the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 can be disassembled from each other.
[0038] As the connecting sheets of two of the mounting modules are overlapped when the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121 are spliced to form the foldable base plate 1, the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121 are not in a same horizontal plane. In order to ensure that all of the mounting modules 110 of the spliced base plate 1 are in the same horizontal plane, in this embodiment, the first connecting sheet 1111 of the first mounting module 111 and the second connecting sheet 1211 of the second mounting module 121 have a height difference, so that the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121 are in the same horizontal plane when the protruding platform 1213 and the concave-shaped hole 1112 form the position-limited cooperation in the horizontal direction.
[0039] When a single mounting module and a connecting module are spliced to form the base plate, the insertion portions 62 of an intermediate flexible connecting member 6 are first inserted into the insertion grooves 1113 and 1132 of the first mounting module 111 and the connecting module 113 that are adjacent, the position-limited protrusions 621 of the insertion portions 62 are positioned to and cooperate with the insertion grooves 1113 and 1132 in a reverse direction of insertion, the above-mentioned operation of inserting the intermediate flexible connecting member is repeated, and the single first mounting module and the connecting module can be spliced to form the first mounting module group 11. The second mounting modules 121 and the connecting modules 113 are spliced to form the second mounting module group 12 by repeating the above-mentioned operation.
[0040] The locking member 4 of the second mounting module then passes through the concave-shaped hole 1112 of the first mounting module, and the locking member 4 rotates around the insertion hole 1214 to be misaligned with the concave-shaped hole 1112, thereby enabling opposite sides of the first mounting module 111 and the second mounting module 121 to be connected together, the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 are spliced to form the base plate 1 by repeating the above-mentioned operation.
[0041] When the elastic mattress needs to be used, the spring modules 3 are sequentially mounted on the mounting modules of the spliced base plate 1, and it is ready for normal use once an upper pad layer 5 is laid. When the elastic mattress needs to be relocated and transported, the upper pad layer 5 and the spring modules 3 are removed, the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 of the base plate 1 of this embodiment are then removed, and the mounting modules and the connecting modules are then respectively folded together in the vertical direction, thereby facilating relocation and transportation and saving transportation space.
[0042] Specifically, when the first mounting module group 11 is folded, the through holes 1131 of the connecting module 113 are sleeved on the tapered positioning members 2 of the first mounting module 111 in a front row along a folding direction, the openings of the tapered positioning members 2 of the first mounting module 111 in a rear row are then sleeved on the protruding cavity structures of the tapered positioning members 2 of the first mounting module 111 in the front row along the vertical direction, and the first mounting module group 11 can be folded by repeating the above-mentioned operation. The second mounting module group 12 can be folded using the above-mentioned operation in the same way.
[0043] In this embodiment, the spring module 3 is a tapered spring, a mounting portion 31 is disposed on a bottom of the tapered spring, the mounting portion 31 is a tapered protruding cavity formed opposite to the insertion direction from the bottom and conforming with a shape of a protruding cavity structure, and a bottom surface of the tapered protruding cavity comprises an opening surface; and a bottom of a tapered positioning member 2 forms a protruding edge 21 extending outward in a radial direction.
[0044] When the elastic mattress is spliced, the tapered positioning member 2 is inserted into the spring module 3 from the opening surface by an external force, and the spring module is assembled using an interference fit of the tapered protruding cavity and the protruding edge 21. The spring module 3 is pulled out in a reverse direction of the insertion to release the interference fit of the tapered protruding cavity and the protruding edge 21 by force, so that the spring module 3 can be disassembled from the base plate 1.
[0045] When the foldable base plate 1 of the elastic mattress of this embodiment is used, all of the mounting modules are horizontally spliced to form the base plate, when not in use, all of the mounting modules are independent and can be folded together in the vertical direction, thus facilitating storage, making carrying and relocating convenient, and saving transportation space.
