Abstract

The presently claimed invention is directed to a bottle comprising a body and a neck surmounting the body and defining an opening of the bottle, the body and the neck being formed by a multilayer wall of the bottle, the multilayer wall of the bottle comprising at least three superimposed layers comprising at least one intermediate layer interposed between an outer layer and an inner layer, wherein the intermediate layer comprises recycled polyethylene, the outer layer comprises recycled polyethylene or virgin polyethylene, and the inner layer comprises virgin polyethylene.
