[0001] Wrap for producing a stuffed smoking product, use of the wrap for producing a stuffed cigar or a stuffed cigarillo, and method for producing the wrap

[0002] The invention relates to a roll for producing a stuffed smoking article, use of the roll for producing a stuffed cigar or a stuffed cigarillo and method for producing the roll.

[0003] Rolls are sold in the tobacco industry under various English-language names. They are known as pre-rolled cones or pre-rolled blunts.

Patent claims 1 . Roll (100) for the production of a stuffed smoking article, wherein the roll (100) has a winding sleeve (101) which delimits a receiving space (102) and a filter (1) arranged at the end in the receiving space (102) with a longitudinal axis (A) for filtering harmful substances from smoke when burning smoking article, in particular tobacco, wherein the filter (1) has a sleeve (2) and two ceramic plugs (4, 4a, 4b) arranged at the end of the sleeve (2) with an inner side (7) directed into the interior of the sleeve (2) and an outer side (6, 8), wherein a filter medium (3) is arranged within the sleeve (2) between the ceramic plugs (4, 4a, 4b), and wherein the ceramic plug (4, 4a, 4b) is interspersed with a plurality of smoke guide channels (5), wherein the ceramic plug (4, 4a, 4b) is provided along its outer side (6, 8) has a flat or curved end face (17) which is interrupted by at least one recess (13, 20), characterized in thatthat an opening (15) of a first smoke channel (5) ends along a first smoke guide channel in some areas on a first sectional plane (S2) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (A) of the filter (1), an opening (14) of a second smoke channel (5) ends along a second sectional plane (S1) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (A) of the filter (1), and that an opening (16) of the third smoke guide channel (5) ends along a third sectional plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (A) of the filter (1), wherein these three openings (14, 15, 16) are of different sizes and wherein the three sectional planes (S1, S2) are arranged parallel to one another.

2. Roll according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening cross sections of the openings (14, 15) of the first and second smoke guide channels (5) are of different sizes.

3. Roll according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the opening cross sections (14, 15, 16) of the first, second and third smoke guide channels (5) are of different sizes.

Roll according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one opening (15) of a first of the smoke guide channels (5) extends at least partially along the end face (17) and wherein an opening (14) of a second of the smoke guide channels (5) extends at least partially along the recess (13, 20).

5. Winding according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the recess comprises a recess groove (13).

Winding according to claim 5, characterized in that the ceramic plug (4, 4a, 4b) has both at least the recessed groove (13) and a central recess (20), wherein the central recess (20) is formed recessed in the ceramic plug (4, 4a, 4b) relative to a bottom surface (19) of the recessed groove (13), wherein the ceramic plug (4, 4a, 4b) has at least a third smoke guide channel (5) which is arranged in the central recess (20), wherein the third smoke guide channel (5) is arranged on the longitudinal axis (A) of the filter (1).

7. Winding according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the openings (14, 15, 16) end in regions on three different sectional planes (S1, S2 and S3) arranged parallel to one another through the longitudinal axis (A).
