Description

[0001] Guide system for the movable storage of a cover element

[0002] The present invention relates to a guide system for the movable mounting of at least one cover element for covering an opening in a fixed structure, wherein the cover element is movable by the guide system between a closed position in which the at least one cover element covers the opening and an open position in which the at least one cover element is spaced substantially orthogonally from the opening.

[0003] Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement comprising a fixed structure, at least one opening formed therein, at least one cover element and at least one guide system of the type to be described.

[0004] EP 0 763 643 A1 discloses a fitting for the movable mounting of a sash of windows or doors. The fitting is designed to move the sash in a first step from a closed position, in which the sash covers a building opening, into a tilted position in which the sash is inclined relative to the plane of the building opening. In a second step, the sash can be moved into a position in which the sash is spaced parallel from the building opening and projects into the interior of the living space. In a third step, the sash can be moved in a horizontal direction starting from the parallel spaced position, as a result of which the building opening can be exposed. The disadvantage of this is that the sash has to be moved from the closed position into a tilted position and then into a parallel position relative to the building opening before the sash can be moved in a horizontal direction.A further disadvantage is that the sash protrudes into the interior in the tilted position, in the parallel position and in a laterally shifted position, which is particularly annoying in confined spaces and makes the arrangement of objects in the area of the window difficult or even impossible.

[0005] The object of the present invention is to provide a hinge of the type mentioned at the outset, wherein at least one of the disadvantages mentioned above is to be avoided.

[0006] This is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the present invention are defined in the dependent claims.

[0007] According to the invention it is provided that the guide system

[0008] - comprises at least one, preferably more than one, hinge, wherein the at least one hinge has at least one first fitting part for arrangement on the fixed structure and at least one second fitting part for arrangement on the cover element, and at least one articulated lever mechanism, by means of which the two fitting parts are movable substantially linearly between a first end position, which corresponds to a closed position of the cover element, and a second end position, which corresponds to an open position of the cover element, and

[0009] - at least one locking device for releasably locking the two fitting parts in the first end position and / or in the second end position.

[0010] In other words, the at least one hinge of the guide system has a joint lever mechanism for the articulated connection between the two fitting parts, wherein the two fitting parts of the hinge are linearly movable relative to each other. This allows the cover element to move in parallel planes, i.e., the cover element can move parallel to itself.

[0011] In this way, a simple and intuitive opening movement of the cover element with a precise straight guide is possible, without the cover element having to be moved or tilted transversely to the plane of a fixed frame during the opening movement.

[0012] The at least one locking device allows the two fitting parts to be releasably locked in the first end position and / or in the second end position. This provides a defined closed position of the cover element and effective burglary protection.

[0013] After moving the cover element between the first, closed end position and the second, open end position, at least one fitting part of the hinge can be moved, preferably via at least one carriage with at least one roller, along a guide into a lateral displacement position in which the opening of the fixed structure can be substantially released by the cover element.

[0014] The purpose of locking the second end position of the fittings is to block a relative movement of the articulated lever mechanism in order to prevent the hinges from buckling when the cover element is moved sideways.

[0040] Fig. 17a-17c show a movement of the fitting parts from the first end position towards the second end position.

[0041] Fig. 1a shows a fixed structure 1 with an opening 3 (Fig. 1c), wherein the opening 3 can be covered by at least one cover element 2. The cover element 2 can be formed in one piece or in multiple parts. In a multi-part design of the cover element 2, the individual parts of the cover element 2 can be movably connected to one another, for example pivotably.

[0042] The cover element 2 can be a window, a panel, and / or a door. In a closed state, the cover element 2 can be arranged flush with the fixed structure 1 or slightly protruding in the opening 3 of the fixed structure 1.

[0043] The fixed structure 1 may, for example, be an internal or external building wall.

[0044] The opening 3 of the stationary structure 1 can, for example, be a window opening or a door opening. In a closed position, the cover element 2 essentially completely covers the opening 3, wherein a plane of the cover element 2 formed by an outer side and an outer side of the stationary structure 1 are arranged essentially coplanar (i.e., essentially flush with the facade) with one another. However, it can also be provided that the cover element 2 protrudes slightly beyond the outer side of the stationary structure 1.

[0045] Starting from the closed position according to Fig. 1a, the cover element 2 can be moved outwards in a linear direction into an open position in which the cover element 2 is spaced substantially parallel from the opening 3.

[0046] In a first movement section, the cover element 2 can be moved parallel to the stationary structure 1, for example, to ventilate a room in a building. This can be done either manually or by at least one, preferably automated and / or electric motor-driven, drive device 25 (Fig. 9a).

[0047] According to one exemplary embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one drive device 25 is coupled or can be coupled to a control or regulating device, preferably a building control system. Here, at least one sensor, preferably a CO2 sensor, can be provided for measuring a property of a building, wherein the at least one drive device 25 can be activated by the control or regulating device, particularly preferably as a function of a sensor signal from the at least one sensor.

[0048] For example, the building control system can initiate the at least one drive device 25 depending on lighting conditions, a time of day, a temperature, a humidity and / or an air quality in order to move the cover element 2 into a partial or a fully open position for ventilating the room.

[0049] In a second movement section of the cover element 2, a movement outside the room along the stationary structure 1 and orthogonal to the direction of the previous first movement section is possible.

[0050] Fig. 1b shows the cover element 2 in a position orthogonally spaced from the opening 3.

[0051] In the embodiment shown, four hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d are provided, by means of which the cover element 2 can be moved substantially linearly between a first end position, which corresponds to a closed position of the cover element 2, and a second end position, which corresponds to an open position of the cover element 2.

[0052] The two hinges 4a, 4d arranged one above the other are fastened to the stationary structure 1, wherein a carriage 19 (Fig. Sale) of the hinges 4a, 4d is movable along at least one guide 8a, 8b (Fig. 4a) fastened to the cover element 2.

[0053] The two other hinges 4b, 4c arranged one above the other are, however, fastened to the cover element 2, wherein a carriage 19 (Fig. 7 a-7 c) of the hinges 4b, 4c is movable along at least one guide 5a, 5b (Fig. 4a) to be fastened to the stationary structure 1.

[0054] In the exemplary embodiment shown, two guides 8a, 8b (Fig. 4a) spaced apart from one another in a vertical direction are fastened to the cover element 2 and two guides 5a, 5b (Fig. 4a) spaced apart from one another in a vertical direction are fastened to the stationary structure 1. According to one exemplary embodiment, it can be provided that the preferably substantially square cover element 2, starting from the closed position according to Fig. 1a, is positioned substantially vertically, for example approximately 125 mm, outwards at the four corners (Fig. 1b).

[0055] The guide system 11 can have four hinges 4a-4d, which, in the closed position, are arranged in the region of the four corners of the cover element 2. Preferably, two hinges 4a, 4d are arranged vertically spaced from one another on the stationary structure 1, and two hinges 4b, 4c are arranged vertically spaced from one another on the cover element 2 and are connected to the cover element 2 in a motion-coupled manner.

[0056] This can be done by a common, preferably electric motor, drive device 25 (Fig. 9a).

[0057] Starting from Fig. 1b, the cover element 2 can be moved into a displacement position in which the cover element 2 is arranged laterally offset with respect to the opening 3.

[0058] Fig. 1c shows the cover element 2 in a sliding position, in which the cover element 2 is arranged laterally offset from the opening 3. The hinges 4a, 4d are attached to the stationary structure 1, whereas the carriages 19 of the other two hinges 4b, 4c are movable along the guides 5a, 5b.

[0059] Fig. 2a shows the stationary structure 1 in a perspective view. The stationary structure 1 has at least one rebate 6 surrounding the opening 3, two opposite reveals 1a, a window sill 1b and a lintel 1c. Fig. 2b shows the cover element 2 in a perspective view. The cover element 2 is mounted so as to be linearly movable relative to a frame 7 to be fastened to the stationary structure 1 via the hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, so that the cover element 2 can always be guided parallel to the frame 7 between the first end position (closed position) and the second end position (open position).

[0060] At each of the four corners, a hinge 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d with two pairs of toggle levers is arranged, with two hinges 4a, 4d being arranged on the building side on the stationary structure 1 and two hinges 4b, 4c being arranged on the cover element 2.

[0061] The movement of hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d is synchronized horizontally and vertically. For each of hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d, one pair of toggle levers performs a supporting function, and the other pair of toggle levers performs a movement-guiding function.

[0062] By means of at least one toggle lever of the hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, starting from the first end position (closed position) in a first movement path, a high force transmission with a low path ratio can be brought about, followed by a high path ratio with reduced force transmission in a second movement path until the second end position (open position) is reached.

[0063] At least one toggle lever enables a very compact design of the hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d.

[0064] A further advantage of using at least one toggle lever is that a rotary movement of a preferably electric motor-driven drive device 25 (Fig. 9a) can be very easily translated into a linear movement of the cover element 2. In an assembled state of the cover element 2, the frame 7 is arranged substantially flush with the reveal 1a and / or flush with the window sill 1b and / or flush with the lintel 1c, so that no disturbing abutting edge is formed between the frame 7 and the reveal 1a, the window sill 1b and / or the lintel 1c.

[0065] Due to the flush surfaces between the frame 7, the reveal 1a, the window sill 1b and the lintel 1c, a person in the interior gains the impression that a glass surface formed by the cover element 2 extends to the reveals 1a, the window sill 1b and the lintel 1c without forming a step.

[0066] The guides 5a, 5b are each integrated in the frame 7, and the other guides 8a, 8b are each integrated in the cover element 2. When the cover element 2 is closed, the guides 5a, 5b of the frame 7 and the guides 8a, 8b arranged on the cover element 2 are not visible.

[0067] Fig. 3a shows the cover element 2 in a closed position relative to the stationary structure 1 in a cross-sectional view.

[0068] It can be seen that the frame 7 of the cover element 2 as well as the reveals 1a, the window sill 1b, and the lintel 1c of the stationary structure 1 are flush with one another. In this way, a surface formed by the opening 3 of the stationary structure 1 can be covered essentially completely by a surface of the cover element 2, preferably made of glass.

[0069] Fig. 3b shows the cover element 2 in an open position, in which the cover element 2 is substantially orthogonally spaced from the opening 3. The cover element 2 is linearly movable between the closed position and the open position shown by the hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d.

[0070] Fig. 3c shows the area "A" circled in Fig. 3a in an enlarged view. The guide 8b can be seen, which is essentially completely integrated in the cover element 2. The frame 7 of the cover element 2 and the window sill 1b are essentially coplanar relative to one another.

[0071] The hinge 4d is fastened on the one hand to the stationary structure 1, wherein the guide 8b fastened to the cover element 2 is movable along the carriage 9 with at least one roller 9a when the cover element 2 moves between the open position and the sliding position.

[0072] A synchronization device 10 can be seen, by means of which a movement of at least two hinges 4a-4d can be synchronized with one another.

[0073] In the embodiment shown, the synchronization device 10 has at least one synchronization shaft 10a and / or at least one cable 9 (Fig. 9a), by means of which a movement of at least two hinges 4a-4d can be synchronized with one another.

[0074] Fig. 4a shows a guide system 11 with several, preferably exactly four, hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d for the movable mounting of the cover element 2.

[0075] The guide system 11 comprises an upper guide 5a, which is to be fastened to or in the stationary structure 1. Another guide 8a is to be fastened to or in the cover element 2. The hinges 4a, 4b allow the distance between the two guides 5a, 8a (and thus the position of the cover element 2) to be varied in a linear direction.

[0076] The guide system 11 further comprises a lower guide 5b, which is to be fastened to or in the stationary structure 1. Another guide 8b is to be fastened to or in the cover element 2. The lower hinges 4c, 4d allow the distance between the two guides 5b, 8b (and thus the position of the cover element 2) to be varied in a linear direction.

[0077] The recessed guides 5a, 5b, 8a, 8b enable the cover element 2 to be flush with the surface and no guide 5a, 5b, 8a, 8b is visible when closed.

[0078] The guides 5a, 5b, 8a, 8b are preferably designed as guide rails.

[0079] Fig. 4b shows the area framed in Fig. 4a in an enlarged view. At this position, the hinge 4c can be seen, although the structure of the hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d can be essentially identical.

[0080] The hinge 4c has a first fitting part 17a for arrangement on the cover element 2, preferably for arrangement on the guide 8b of the cover element 2.

[0081] A second fitting part 17b is designed for displaceable mounting on the stationary structure 1, preferably for displaceable mounting along the guide 5b to be fastened to the stationary structure 1.

[0082] The two fitting parts 17a, 17b are connected to one another via an articulated lever mechanism 12 in such a way that the two fitting parts 17a, 17b are movable essentially linearly between a first end position, which corresponds to a closed position of the cover element 2, and a second end position, which corresponds to an open position of the cover element 2.

[0083] The two fitting parts 17a, 17b are spaced further apart in the second end position than in the first end position. For example, it can be provided that the two fitting parts 17a, 17b are spaced apart in the second end position by a distance of between 50 mm and 200 mm, particularly preferably by a distance of between 100 mm and 150 mm.

[0084] In the embodiment shown, the articulated lever mechanism 12 has at least two support levers 13a, 13b which are articulated to one another via a first articulated axis 14 and at least two drive levers 15a, 15b which are articulated to one another via a second articulated axis 16.

[0085] According to a preferred embodiment, the two joint axes 14, 16 run essentially orthogonally to one another.

[0086] Fig. 5a shows the guide system 11 according to Figs. 4a, 4b in further relative positions of the hinges 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d to one another. The two hinges 4a, 4d arranged one above the other are fixed relative to the stationary structure 1, with the guide 8a to be fastened to the cover element 2 being movable relative to a carriage 19 of the fixed hinges 4a, 4d.

[0087] The two other hinges 4b, 4c, however, are to be fastened to the cover element 2 and are movably mounted along the guides 5a, 5b to be fastened to the stationary structure 1 when the cover element 2 moves between the open position, in which the cover element 2 is spaced substantially orthogonally from the opening 3, and the sliding position, in which the cover element 2 is arranged laterally offset with respect to the opening 3.

[0088] Fig. 5b shows the area framed in Fig. 5a in an enlarged view. The articulated lever mechanism 12 has two support levers 13a, 13b connected to one another via a first joint axis 14, which support a load of the cover element 2.

[0089] The two drive levers 15a, 15b of the articulated lever mechanism 12 are connected to one another via a second joint axis 16, wherein the relative distance between the two fitting parts 17a, 17b can be changed by the drive levers 15a, 15b.

[0090] The two joint axes 14 , 16 can be essentially orthogonal to each other.

[0091] The drive lever 15b is connected to the synchronization shaft 10a of the synchronization device 10 via a positive connection 18. In this way, a rotational movement of a drive lever 15a, 15b of a first hinge 4a-4d can be synchronized with a rotational movement of a drive lever 15a, 15b of a second hinge 4a-4d.

[0092] Preferably, at least one hinge 4a-4d can be displaceably mounted, at least in sections, along the at least one synchronization shaft 10a of the at least one synchronization device 10. This allows for a compact design with precise linear guidance of the hinge 4a-4d along the synchronization shaft 10a.

[0093] In the embodiment shown, at least one hinge 4a-4d is displaceably mounted along the synchronization shaft 10a of the synchronization device 10 via at least one positive connection 18.

[0094] The hinges 4b, 4c are thus movably mounted along the guides 5a, 5b to be fastened to the stationary structure 1 and / or along at least one synchronization shaft 10a of the synchronization device 10.

[0095] When the hinge 4a-4d moves from the first end position to the second end position, the distance between the at least one second fitting part 17b and the at least one first fitting part 17a can be increased, so that an inner side of at least one cover element 2, which can be connected to the at least one second fitting part 17b, is spaced further from the at least one first fitting part 17a in the second end position than in the first end position. In other words, the cover element 2 can be opened outwards relative to the fixed structure 1.

[0096] Fig. 6a shows the guide system 11 in the displaced position of the cover element 2, in which the cover element 2 is arranged laterally offset relative to the opening 3 of the stationary structure 1. The position of the cover element 2 thus corresponds to the position of the cover element 2 according to Fig. 1c.

[0097] It can be seen that the two hinges 4b, 4c arranged on the cover element 2 can be moved along the two guides 5a, 5b, which are spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction, and / or along the two synchronization shafts 10a of the synchronization device 10, which are spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction, when the cover element 2 moves between the open position, in which the cover element 2 is spaced essentially orthogonally from the opening 3, and the displacement position, in which the cover element 2 is arranged laterally offset with respect to the opening 3. Fig. 6b shows the area framed in Fig. 6a in an enlarged view.

[0098] The hinges 4b, 4c are each arranged on the guides 8a, 8b to be fastened to the cover element 2, wherein the second fitting parts 17b of the hinges 4b, 4c are each movable along the guides 5a, 5b to be fastened to the stationary structure 1.

[0099] The two other hinges 4a, 4d, however, are arranged on the guides 5a, 5b to be fastened to the stationary structure 1, wherein the two second fitting parts 17b of the hinges 4a, 4d are each movable relative to the guides 8a, 8b to be fastened to the cover element 2.

[0100] Fig. 7a-7c show the hinge 4d in different relative positions of the fitting parts 17a, 17b to each other.

[0101] Fig. 7a shows the closed position of the hinge 4d, wherein the two fitting parts 17a, 17b have a smallest distance from each other.

[0102] Fig. 7b shows an intermediate position of the hinge 4d, which corresponds approximately to the half-open position of the cover element 2 between the first end position (closed position) and the second end position (open position).

[0103] Fig. 7c shows the second end position (open position) of the hinge 4a-4d. In the second end position, a bending movement of one of the toggle lever pairs is blocked in at least one hinge 4d in order to prevent the hinge 4d from buckling when the cover element 2 is moved sideways. In order to be able to move the cover element 2 from the second end position into the sideways displacement position, at least one (not shown) unlocking element, for example a clamping lever, must be actuated, which serves in particular to ensure child safety. In other words, the aim is to prevent a child from moving the cover element 2 sideways and falling out of the opening 3 of the stationary structure 1.

[0104] The at least one unlocking element can also be coupled to a brake, wherein the cover element 2 is automatically clamped to the guides 5a, 8a; 5b, 8b in any position when the unlocking element is released.

[0105] In other words, the release element must be activated to move the cover element 2 sideways. This function is also intended to prevent the cover element 2 from being moved sideways by strong winds.

[0106] A handle of the unlocking element can be arranged so as to be retractable in the window frame, whereby the handle is not visible in the closed position flush with the facade.

[0107] By unfolding the handle, the unlocking and / or release of the brake can occur automatically, allowing movement of the cover element 2 between the second end position and the lateral displacement position. The handle can either be adjustable to various positions or, in the case of the brake, be continuously adjustable.

[0108] Fig. 8 shows the hinge 4d in an exploded view.

[0109] According to possible embodiments, it can be provided that the articulated lever mechanism 12 has more than four, preferably exactly six, joint axes 14, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, and / or

[0110] - at least one, preferably more than one, support lever 13a, 13b and / or at least one, preferably more than one, drive lever 15a, 15b, which is curved or angled in some regions.

[0111] At least one fitting part 17a, 17b can have at least one, preferably circular, recess 24, which is provided for the passage of a synchronization shaft 10a and / or for the displaceable mounting of a fitting part 17a, 17b along the synchronization shaft 10a of the synchronization device 10.

[0112] A tilting moment of the cover element 2 during a movement between the second end position (open position) and the lateral displacement position can be compensated for by at least one deflection pulley 27 and at least one cable 28 (Fig. 9b). This function is explained in more detail in connection with Figs. 9a, 9b.

[0113] Fig. 9a shows a perspective view of part of the guide system 11. The upper hinge 4a and the lower hinge 4d are visible. The hinges 4a, 4d are arranged in a fixed assembly position relative to the stationary structure 1.

[0114] A movement of the lower hinge 4d with the other (not shown here) lower hinge 4c can be synchronized via the lower synchronization shaft 10a.

[0115] The movement of the two upper hinges 4a, 4b can be synchronized with each other by means of an upper, second synchronization shaft 10a. The fittings 17a of the hinges 4a, 4d are positively connected to the corresponding synchronization shafts 10a of the synchronization device 10, so that when the synchronization shaft 10a rotates, the fittings 17a of the hinges 4a, 4d can also be moved.

[0116] It is preferably provided that at least one hinge 4a-4d can be driven by a, preferably electromotive, drive device 25 between the first end position (closed position) and the second end position (open position).

[0117] The preferably electromotive drive device 25 can be controlled, for example, via at least one radio switch.

[0118] As an alternative or as a supplement to an electric motor drive device 25, at least one manual drive device 25 can be provided, for example, a hand crank. A hand crank can be useful, for example, in the event of a power failure of an electric motor drive device 25.

[0119] In the embodiment shown, the lower synchronization shaft 10a of the synchronization device 10 can be driven by at least one, preferably electromotive, drive device 25.

[0120] The synchronization device 10 further comprises at least one cable pull 9, by means of which a vertical synchronization, i.e. a movement of at least two hinges 4a, 4d arranged one above the other, can be synchronized with one another.

[0121] In the embodiment shown, the cable pull 9 comprises at least two drive rollers 26a, 26b and at least one cable 10b arranged between the drive rollers 26a, 26b, preferably running in the shape of a figure eight.

[0122] The vertical synchronization of the hinges 4a, 4d thus comprises a rope eight, which enables a counter-symmetrical rotation of the two horizontal synchronization shafts 10a.

[0123] The lower drive roller 26b can be driven by the preferably electric motor drive device 25, wherein a rotational movement of the lower drive roller 26b can be transmitted to the upper hinge 4a via the cable 10b of the synchronization device 10 and via the at least one further drive roller 26a.

[0124] Preferably, it can be provided that a rotational movement of the upper drive roller 26a can be transmitted via an upper synchronization shaft 10a to the upper hinge 4a and / or to the other upper hinge 4b (not shown here).

[0125] The drive device 25 can be arranged at various locations. For example, the drive device 25 can be arranged at one of the corners or in the center of a vertical side of the frame 7 (Fig. 2b).

[0126] Likewise, at least two, preferably electric motor-driven, drive devices 25 may be provided, which are arranged diagonally at the corners of the frame 7. In such a case, the provision of an upper synchronization shaft 10a may be omitted.

[0127] The two horizontal synchronization shafts 10a are rotated by approximately 120° during the extension movement of the cover element 2 between the closed position and the open position. The closing movement of the cover element 2, starting from the lateral displacement position via the second end position (open position) to the first end position (closed position), occurs in reverse.

[0128] In order to detect when the second end position (open position) of at least one hinge 4a-4d has been reached, at least one sensor (e.g. a metal detector) or a switch can be provided which activates the power supply to the drive device 25 or interrupts it during the opening movement of the cover element 2 between the first end position (closed position) and the second end position (open position). This ensures that the drive device 25 can only be activated when the second end position has been reached. The switch can be actuated, for example, by a moving carriage 19 of one of the window-side hinges 4b, 4c.

[0129] The cover element 2 can be releasably locked in the first end position (closed position) in order to achieve a defined closing position and to prevent break-in. This can be achieved via at least one locking device 37 (Fig. 13), for example with at least one lockable bolt 40a, 40b.

[0130] Fig. 9b shows the lower area of the guide system 11 according to Fig. 9a in another perspective view.

[0131] The lower drive roller 26b, which can be driven by the drive device 25, can be seen, wherein the cable 10b of the synchronization device 10 is guided, preferably several times, around the drive roller 26b.

[0132] When the cover element 2 is moved from the open position into the lateral displacement position, the cover element 2 has an increasing tendency to tilt downwards to the left in the plane of the cover element 2 due to the force of gravity (Fig. 1c).

[0133] In order to compensate for this tilting moment, at least one cable pull 28 is provided, wherein a length of the cable pull 28 is shortened by a shortening device when the cover element 2 is moved from the second end position (open position) of the fitting parts 17a, 17b into the lateral displacement position of the cover element 2.

[0134] The shortening device can, for example, have a conical drum, wherein the cable pull 28 can be wound up and / or unwound non-linearly during a progressive opening movement of the cover element 2.

[0135] Alternatively or in addition to a conical drum, a position of at least one deflection pulley 27 can be changed to shorten a length of the cable pull 28.

[0136] In other words, the cable pull 28, which is required for load transfer during the lateral displacement movement, is designed such that the moment increasing as the opening movement progresses is compensated, preferably by the conical drum and / or by changing the position of at least one deflection roller 27. This prevents the cover element 2 from lowering. It would also be possible for the cover element 2 to even be slightly raised by the cable pull 28 during a movement of the cover element 2 between the open position and the displacement position.

[0137] Fig. 10a shows the cover element 2 in the second end position (open position) relative to the stationary structure 1, wherein the guide 5b is fastened to or in the stationary structure 1 and wherein the hinges 4a, 4d are arranged fixedly relative to the guide 5b. The synchronization shaft 10a of the synchronization device 10 can be seen. The synchronization shaft 10a can have a plurality of grooves 29 extending in the longitudinal direction of the synchronization shaft 10a, which serve for the positive fastening and / or for the displaceable mounting of at least one hinge 4a-4d.

[0138] In the embodiment shown, the synchronization shaft 10a is mounted so as to be rotatable about a rotational axis, the rotational axis of the synchronization shaft 10a being coaxial with a joint axis 22 of the hinge 4d.

[0139] The other fitting part 17b is displaceable via a carriage 19 with at least one roller 19a along a guide 8b fastened on or in the cover element 2.

[0140] By means of a centering device 30, at least one drive lever 15a, 15b can be centered relative to the cover element 2 and prevents excessive relative movement between the cover element 2 and the drive levers 15a, 15b when the cover element 2 is in the closed position (Fig. 10b).

[0141] The centering device 30 comprises at least one mounting part 30a to be fastened to the cover element 2 and having an opening 30b, wherein at least one projection 30c arranged on the drive lever 15b engages in the opening 30b of the mounting part 30a in the closed position of the cover element 2.

[0142] Fig. 10b shows the guide system 11 in a position corresponding to the closed position of the cover element 2 relative to the stationary structure 1. For reasons of clarity, the cover element 2 is not shown. It can be seen that the at least one projection 30c of the drive lever 15b engages the opening 30b of the mounting part 30a of the centering device 30.

[0143] Figs. 11a-11d show the cover element 2 in various designs. Of course, other designs or material combinations are also possible to reduce thermal conductivity and / or thermal bridges.

[0144] Fig. 11a shows a first embodiment, wherein the cover element 2 is designed as vacuum insulating glass and is movable relative to the stationary structure 1 via a cover frame 31. The cover frame 31 here has a profile 35, preferably made of wood, and at least one further profile 32a. The profile 32a can be made of metal, preferably aluminum, or plastic.

[0145] By means of at least one, preferably strip-shaped, sealing element 33, the cover frame 31 can be sealed in the closed position of the cover element 2 relative to the stationary structure 1, in particular to the frame 7 (Fig. 2b) of the cover element 2.

[0146] Fig. 11b shows a second embodiment, wherein the cover element 2 is designed as vacuum insulating glass and is movable relative to the stationary structure 1 via a cover frame 31. The cover frame 31 here has at least two interconnected profiles 32a, 32b, for example made of metal, in particular aluminum. The cover frame 31 can be sealed relative to the stationary structure 1 in the closed position of the cover element 2 by at least one, preferably strip-shaped, sealing element 33.

[0147] Fig. 11c shows a third embodiment, wherein the cover element 2 is formed as a stepped glass with two or more glass plates 34a, 34b, 34c, preferably of different thicknesses, wherein the glass plates 34a, 34b, 34c are spaced apart from each other at least in some areas. Between the glass plates 34a, 34b, 34c are cavities that are sealed gas- and moisture-tight and serve for sound and thermal insulation.

[0148] The cover frame 31 has at least one first profile 35, preferably made of wood, and at least one second profile 32a connected to the profile 35. The second profile 32a can be made of metal or plastic, for example. The cover frame 31 can be sealed relative to the stationary structure 1 in the closed position of the cover element 2 by at least one, preferably strip-shaped, sealing element 33.

[0149] Fig. 11d shows a fourth embodiment, wherein the cover element 2 is formed as vacuum insulating glass, and wherein the cover frame 31 has at least two profiles 32a, 32b made of different materials. In the illustrated embodiment, the profile 32a is made of plastic and / or the other profile 32b is made of metal, in particular aluminum. The cover frame 31 can be sealed in the closed position of the cover element 2 relative to the stationary structure 1 by at least one, preferably strip-shaped, sealing element 33.

[0150] Fig. 12a and Fig. 12b show two different designs of a cover element 2 with a multi-pane insulating glass unit, which—as already shown in Fig. 11c—has two or more glass panels 34a, 34b, 34c spaced apart from one another at least in certain areas. The profile 32a is made, for example, of metal or plastic and is designed to at least partially accommodate the other profile 35, preferably on wood or a wood-based material. Fig. 13 shows an exploded view of a part of the guide system 11 with at least one locking device 37 for releasably locking the two fitting parts 17a, 17b in the first end position and / or in the second end position.

[0151] Preferably, it can be provided that at least one support lever 13a, 13b and / or at least one drive lever 15a, 15b of the joint mechanism 12 can be releasably locked by the at least one locking device 37.

[0152] The first fitting part 17a has a base body 36 with at least one contact surface 36a, which is designed to engage with the fixed structure 1. In the illustrated embodiment, the base body 36 of the first fitting part 17a is to be fastened to the fixed structure 1 via a mounting part 52.

[0153] The locking device 37 is useful for locking the fitting parts 17a, 17b in the first end position (closed position) and in the second end position so that no relative movement of the articulated lever mechanism 12 takes place during the lateral displacement movement of the cover element 2.

[0154] In the embodiment shown, the articulated lever mechanism 12 has at least two drive levers 15a, 15b connected to one another via a joint axis 16, wherein at least one of the drive levers 15a, 15b, preferably both drive levers 15a, 15b, is or are releasably lockable by the locking device 37.

[0155] The locking device 37 has at least one bolt 40a, 40b and at least one locking contour 42a, 42b, preferably open on one side, wherein the at least one bolt 40a, 40b is received within the locking contour 42a, 42b in the first end position.

[0156] Preferably, it can be provided that the at least one bolt 40a, 40b can be inserted into the locking contour 42a, 42b when the hinge 4a-4d moves from the second end position into the first end position.

[0157] In the embodiment shown, the at least one bolt 40a, 40b is arranged on a locking lever 38, preferably wherein the locking lever 38 is pivotally mounted on the first fitting part 17a about an axis 39.

[0158] Preferably, it can be provided that at least two bolts 40a, 40b are provided on the locking lever 38, which bolts engage in corresponding locking contours 42a, 42b of the drive levers 15a, 15b in the first end position (closed position) of the two fitting parts 17a, 17b.

[0159] To control a movement of the locking lever 38, at least one drive roller 26b is provided, which can be set into a rotary movement by the, preferably electromotive, drive device 25.

[0160] The drive roller 26b has at least one, preferably curved, control cam 43, wherein a pin 41 of the locking lever 38 is guided in the control cam 43.

[0161] By means of a preferably motor-assisted rotary movement of the drive roller 26b, the pin 41 of the locking lever 38 can be guided along the control cam 43 of the drive roller 26b, wherein the two bolts 40a, 40b of the locking lever 38 can be moved into the locking contours 42a, 42b of the drive levers 15a, 15b for locking the two fitting parts 17a, 17b in the first end position and can be moved out of the

[0162] Locking contours 42a, 42b can be moved out.

[0163] To lock the second end position (open position) of the fitting parts 17a, 17b, the hinge pin 16, which connects the two drive levers 15a, 15b to each other, can be moved into an over-center position. In this way, the two drive levers 15a, 15b are fixed in their relative position to each other in the second end position (i.e., in an extended position of the two drive levers 15a, 15b relative to each other) with a predetermined holding force.

[0164] In addition, the locking device 37 for locking the two fitting parts 17a, 17b in the second end position can have at least one pin 44b and at least one stop 48, wherein the at least one pin 44b in the second end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b is on at least one

[0165] Stop 48 is applied.

[0166] Preferably, it can be provided that at least one guide contour 47 is provided for the displaceable mounting of the at least one pin 44b and the at least one stop 48 is formed at one end of the guide contour 47.

[0167] Preferably, it can be provided that the at least one guide contour 47 is formed on the first fitting part 17a, preferably on the base body 36 of the first fitting part 17a.

[0168] The control cam 43 of the drive roller 26b and the guide contour 47 of the first fitting part 17a can be designed essentially mirror-symmetrically to one another. The at least one pin 44b for locking the second end position of the two fitting parts 17a, 17b relative to one another can be arranged on a slide 44.

[0169] Preferably, it can be provided that the at least one slider 44 is movably mounted on the drive roller 26b. In the illustrated embodiment, the slider 44 has at least one pin 44a, which is movably arranged in an elongated hole 46 of the drive roller 26b.

[0170] The drive roller 26b may have a, preferably linear, guide 45 for the movable mounting of the slider 44. The guide 45 allows the slider 44 to be moved radially, at least in sections, in the direction of the rotational axis of the drive roller 26b.

[0171] By means of the drive device 25, which is preferably an electric motor, the fitting parts 17a, 17b of the hinge 4a-4d can be moved into the first end position and / or into the second end position.

[0172] In addition, the two fitting parts 17a, 17b can be releasably locked and / or releasably unlocked in the first end position and / or in the second end position by a movement, in particular a rotational movement, of the drive device 25.

[0173] The first pin 44a of the slider 44 is received in a slot 46 of the drive roller 26b, wherein the slider 44 is movable along the guide 45 of the drive roller 26b.

[0174] The second pin 44b of the slider 44 is guided along a control cam 50 of a control part 49 and along the guide contour 47 of the first fitting part 17a.

[0175] The control part 49 with the control cam 50 is firmly connected to the drive lever 15a, whereby no relative movement occurs between the drive lever 15a and the control part 49. The drive lever 15a and the control part 49 with the control cam 50 thus form a common structural unit.

[0176] The two pins 44a, 44b of the slider 44 run coaxially to each other and / or can be formed integrally with the slider 44.

[0177] Fig. 14a-14d show the unlocking of the first end position of the two fitting parts 17a, 17b of the hinge 4a-4d in chronological sequences.

[0178] Fig. 14a shows the first end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b relative to one another, which corresponds to a closed position of the cover element 2 relative to the stationary structure 1. It can be seen that the two bolts 40a, 40b of the locking lever 38 engage the locking contours 42a, 42b of the drive levers 15a, 15b. Thus, the two drive levers 15a, 15b are releasably locked by the locking device 37 in the first end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b.

[0179] Fig. 14b shows that the drive roller 26b has been rotated clockwise by the preferably electric motor-driven drive device 25. The bolt 40b of the locking lever 38 is guided in the control contour 43 of the drive roller 26b, whereby the locking lever 38 is pivoted about the axis 39 of the first fitting part 17a and the two bolts 40a, 40b of the locking lever 38 are moved out of the two locking contours 42a, 42b of the drive levers 15a, 15b.

[0180] Fig. 14c shows a continued rotational movement of the drive roller 26b in a clockwise direction, wherein the bolt 40b of the locking lever 38 is guided along the, preferably arcuate, control contour 43 and thus the locking lever 38 is pivoted further about the axis 39 of the first fitting part 17a.

[0181] Fig. 14d shows that the two bolts 40a, 40b of the locking lever 38 have now been completely moved out of the locking contours 42a, 42b of the drive levers 15a, 15b by a continued rotational movement of the drive roller 26b.

[0182] It should be noted that the two drive levers 15a, 15b have not yet moved about the joint axis 16 between the positions shown in Fig. 14a and Fig. 14d. The drive levers 15a, 15b therefore remain in their relative position to one another between the first end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b and a rotation angle of the drive roller 26b of approximately 30°.

[0183] However, the position shown in Fig. 14d signals the beginning of a pivoting movement of the two drive levers 15a, 15b relative to each other. The slider 44 can be guided along the guide 45 of the drive roller 26b in a radial direction toward the rotational axis of the drive roller 26b.

[0184] The first pin 44a of the slider 44 is movably mounted in the elongated hole 46 of the drive roller 26b. The second pin 44b of the slider 44 engages in the curved control cam 50 of the control part 49 and in the guide contour 47 (Fig. 13) of the first fitting part 17a.

[0185] The control cam 50 of the control part 49 can have at least two sections which are arranged at an angle to one another, for example at an angle of approximately 90°.

[0186] By rotating the drive roller 26b and by interacting the second pin 44b with the control cam 50 and the guide contour 47, the first pin 44a of the slider 44 is moved to the other end of the elongated hole 46. In this way, a torque-transmitting connection is established between the drive roller 26b and the slider 44.

[0187] If the drive roller 26b is driven clockwise by the , preferably electromotive , drive device 25, the first drive lever 15a is connected via the slide 44 and via the control part 49 which is firmly connected to the first drive lever 15a from the position according to Fig . 14d with the

[0188] Drive roller 26b can be moved.

[0189] Fig. 15a- 15c show the drive of the fitting parts 17a, 17b in the direction of the second end position in chronological sequences.

[0190] The two locking contours 42a, 42b of the two drive levers 15a, 15b for locking the first end position (closed position) of the two fitting parts 17a, 17b to each other can be clearly seen here.

[0191] Starting from the start of the drive movement according to the preceding Fig. 14d, the first drive lever 15a can be driven via the slider 44. A preferably motor-assisted rotational movement of the drive roller 26b is transmitted via the two pins 44a, 44b of the slider 44 to the control part 49, wherein the control part 49 is connected to the first drive lever 15a in a rotationally fixed manner.

[0192] Fig. 15b shows a continued drive movement of the two fitting parts 17a, 17b in the direction of the second end position. A rotary movement of the drive roller 26b is transmitted via the slider 44 to the first drive lever 15a. The two support levers 13a, 13b can be seen here, which are connected to one another in an assembled position via the vertically extending joint axis 14 (Fig. 7c). Fig. 15c shows the two fitting parts 17a, 17b in the second

[0193] End position .

[0194] To lock the second end position, the joint axis 16, which connects the two drive levers 15a, 15b, can be moved into an over-center position.

[0195] In other words, in the second end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b, the joint axis 16 is located below an imaginary connecting line 51 which connects the axis of rotation of the drive roller 26b and the joint axis 21 (Fig. 15b) on the second fitting part 17b.

[0196] Due to the joint axis 16 arranged in the over-center position, the joint mechanism 12 of the hinge 4a-4d can be held stably in the second end position.

[0197] In the over-center position, the first articulated lever 15a always tends to move clockwise when force is applied to the second fitting part 17b. This movement is prevented, however, because the two bolts 40a, 40b of the locking lever 38 are at a stop at one end of the control contour 43 of the drive roller 26b and because, in addition, the second pin 44b of the slider 44 also rests against the stop 48 (Fig. 13) of the guide contour 47 of the first fitting part 17a.

[0198] The locking of the second end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b can be released by a preferably motor-assisted rotational movement of the drive roller 26b in the counterclockwise direction.

[0199] Preferably, it can be provided that the two fitting parts 17a, 17b in the first end position and / or in the second end position by a movement, in particular a rotational movement, of the

[0200] Drive device 25 can be releasably locked and / or releasably unlocked.

[0201] A particular advantage is that the drive device 25, preferably an electric motor, can be permanently coupled to the drive roller 26b. Therefore, it is not necessary to couple and uncouple the drive device 25 via additional coupling devices.

[0202] Fig. 16a-16c show the arrangement of an obliquely extending joint axis 23 on the first fitting part 17a in different views.

[0203] Fig. 16a shows the base body 36 of the first fitting part 17a, wherein the base body 36 can be applied to the fixed structure 1 via at least one contact surface 36a either directly or via a mounting part 52 (Fig. 13).

[0204] The base body 36 of the first fitting part 17a has the guide contour 47 for the movable guidance of the slider 44 and / or at least two recesses 53a, 53b for guiding the two bolts 40a, 40b of the locking lever 38 and / or at least one recess 24 for the rotatable reception of a synchronization shaft 10a.

[0205] Fig. 16b shows the base body 36 of the first fitting part 17a in a view from above.

[0206] Fig. 16c shows a cross-sectional view in the direction of the arrows shown in Fig. 16b. It can be seen that the joint axis 23 is inclined to at least one contact surface 36a of the first

[0207] Fitting part 17a extends. The joint axis 23, which is slightly inclined to a vertical 54, has the purpose of slightly lifting the two support levers 13a, 13b, which are connected to one another via at least one joint axis 14 (Fig. 7c) extending vertically in the assembled position, during a movement from the first end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b towards the second end position.

[0208] When the cover element 2 moves from the first closed end position flush with the facade, the cover element 2 has a tendency to sag due to gravity.

[0209] In order to at least partially compensate for this effect, at least one joint axis 23 of the support levers 13a, 13b is slightly inclined relative to the vertical 54, whereby the cover element 2 is raised during a movement from the first end position to the second end position.

[0210] The at least one joint axis 23 encloses an angle with the vertical 54, wherein the angle is greater than 0 ° and less than 10 °, preferably greater than 0 ° and less than 5 °, particularly preferably greater than 0 ° and less than 2 °.

[0211] In an assembled state of the hinge 4a-4d, an upper end of the at least one hinge axis 23 is arranged closer to the at least one contact surface 36a of the first fitting part 17a than a lower end of the at least one hinge axis 23.

[0212] It can be provided that the at least one joint axis 23 is formed on the first fitting part 17a.

[0213] The articulated lever mechanism 12 can comprise at least two support levers 13a, 13b which are articulated to one another via a first joint axis 14, wherein the support levers 13a, 13b each have a longitudinal direction which, at least in the second end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b, runs obliquely to a normal to the at least one contact surface 36 of the at least one first fitting part 17a.

[0214] According to one embodiment, it can be provided that an angle between the longitudinal direction of the support levers 13a, 13b and the normal can be reduced in a state loaded by the at least one cover element 2.

[0215] In other words, the support levers 13a, 13b are slightly raised by the arrangement of the inclined joint axis 23 during a movement from the first end position to the second end position. This lifting movement of the support levers 13a, 13b can be compensated by the weight of the cover element 2, so that the cover element 2 essentially assumes a constant height during a movement from the closed position to the open position spaced parallel to the stationary structure 1.

[0216] It is preferably provided that the articulated lever mechanism 12 has at least one, preferably more than one, further joint axis 22, 16, 21 (Fig. 7c), which runs parallel to the at least one contact surface 36a of the at least one first fitting part 17a.

[0217] Fig. 17a-17c show a movement of the fitting parts 17a, 17b from the first end position towards the second end position, wherein the joint axis 23 (not visible here) is aligned slightly obliquely with respect to a vertical 54 according to the preceding Fig. 16a-16c.

[0218] Fig. 17a shows the first end position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b relative to each other. It can be seen that the rotational axis 55 of the roller 19a of the carriage 19 is located slightly below the rotational axis 56 of the drive roller 26b.

[0219] Fig. 17b shows an intermediate position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b relative to one another, between the first end position and the second end position. It can be seen that the support levers 13a, 13b have been raised by the inclined joint axis 23, so that the rotation axis 55 of the roller 19a and the rotation axis 56 of the drive roller 26b are now at an identical height.

[0220] Fig. 17c shows a further position of the fitting parts 17a, 17b relative to one another. It can be seen that the support levers 13a, 13b are raised further by the inclined joint axis 23, so that the rotational axis 55 of the roller 19a is now located above the rotational axis 56 of the drive roller 26b. This lifting movement of the support levers 13a, 13b can be compensated for by the weight of the cover element 2, so that the cover element 2 can always be guided at a constant height when moving between the two end positions.
