[0006] Operating room ceiling lamp covers are products that allow the use of operating room ceiling lamps without allowing cross contamination on the operator's side. Operating room ceiling lamp covers are sterile. For this reason, it should be used in operating rooms. The invention subject to the description is related to the covers mentioned here.
[0007] Operating room ceiling lamp covers are generally produced from rigid and semirigid plastic materials. Operating room ceiling lamp covers are generally produced in different sizes for operating room ceiling lamps of certain sizes and in order to use operating room ceiling lamps of different sizes, it is necessary to install an intermediate adapter piece on the operating room ceiling lamp. In other words, the body and cover of the operating room ceiling lamp covers are combined with an adapter or interconnection piece. This situation creates operational difficulties for operators and causes loss of time. In the state of the art, ceiling lamp covers of different sizes are used for operating room ceiling lamps of different sizes. This situation, which stems from the need for the main body of the case to grip the ceiling lamp handle, has been overcome with designs containing tabs of different lengths on the body part. For example, in the US patent document numbered US7757352B2, which was encountered in the literature research, there are tab structures of different sizes, small and large, placed in a conical body. These tab structures grip ceiling lamp handles of different sizes, providing a usable structural cover for ceiling lamps of different sizes. However, these tab structures do not fit all operating room ceiling lamp covers due to their structure and size. The retaining tab structure carries the risk of tearing the protective flexible cover and creates a risk of contamination. For example, looking at drawing number 2 of the patent document numbered US7757352B2, it can be seen that the tabs numbered 34 are in contact with the cover numbered 24. In this case, the cover may tear. The same situation can be seen in drawing number 5 of the relevant patent. In the invention subject to the description, a design that is both one-piece, universal (compatible with ceiling lamps of different sizes) and whose tab structures do not come into contact with the case has been put forward.

[0010] The invention is an operating room ceiling lamp cover which exceeds the state of the art, eliminates the disadvantages and has some additional features.
[0011] The object of the invention is to provide a fully universal operating theatre ceiling lamp cover, which can be adapted to all operating theatre ceiling lamps with essentially one-piece construction. A further object of the invention is to provide an operating theatre ceiling lamp cover in which the tabs on the body are positioned so as not to create a risk of puncture and contamination of the cover.

[0032] In this detailed description, the inventive ceiling lamp cover (1) is described by means of examples only for clarifying the subject matter such that non-limiting effect is created.
[0033] Figure 1 shows the perspective view of the ceiling lamp cover (1) before installation. Accordingly, the invention consists of the body (10) and flexible cover (12) section. The flexible cover (12) is a sterile element made of plastic material that can be transparent, translucent and opaque, and has the capacity to stretch. Its function is to eliminate the risk of contamination by surrounding the operating room ceiling lamp. The body (10), on the other hand, is a sterile element made of plastic material that can be transparent, semi-transparent and opaque, allowing the flexible cover (12) to be mounted on the ceiling lamp. It has a conical form (103) in order to be compatible with the operating room ceiling lamp assembly. In the state of the art, these two elements are combined with the help of an apparatus. In the invention subject to the description, the body (10) and the flexible cover (12) are joined by at least one of the methods of bonding, heat bonding, laser welding, ultrasonic welding or heat welding from the section called rigid connection region (11) or by an alternative method to join two plastic parts in a sealed manner. Thus, the effort and difficulty required by the operator to join these two parts during the operation is eliminated. The rigid connection region (11 ) comprises at least one cavity (113) formed by at least one of the methods described above, in the center of which the handle (A) of the operating theatre ceiling light is positioned.
[0034] The invention subject to the description can also be used for operating room ceiling lamps of different sizes. It achieves this with its lower tab group (111 ) and upper tab group (112). The lower tab group (111 ) and the upper tab group (112) comprise numerous nails with the ability to flex arranged on the inner wall of the rigid connection region. These tabs aim to grasp the ceiling lamp handle (A), which is the part of the ceiling lamp that can be grasped by hand. The tabs in the lower tab group (111 ) are shorter than the tabs in the upper tab group (112). The lower tab group (111 ) does not have any function in the assembly of the ceiling lamp handle (A) with a small diameter ratio as shown in Figure 3. As seen in Figure 3, the upper tab group (111 ) has stretched and grasped the ceiling lamp handle (A). In Figure 4, a ceiling lamp handle (A) with a larger diameter ratio is configured. As can be seen, the lower tab group (111) flexes in this case and grasps the ceiling lamp handle (A). Although only two tab groups are mentioned in the invention, more than one intermediate tab group can be used, at least one of which is longer than the lower tab group (111 ) and shorter than the upper tab group (112). This will vary depending on the design. Another issue that will vary depending on the design is the form and length dimensions of the tabs in the tab groups (111 , 112).

The most important characteristic is that while it serves these two purposes (being one piece and universal), it also prevents the tab tips from contacting the flexible cover (12). When the tab tips are prevented from contacting the flexible cover (12), tearing, puncturing or deformation of the flexible cover (12) is prevented. In the invention, this situation is achieved by placing the tab groups (111 , 112) on the inner wall of the rigid connection region (11 ). The tip portions of the tabs inserted into the inner wall of the rigid connection region (11 ) may not come into contact with the flexible cover (12) during assembly of the ceiling light handle (A).
Claims
CLAIMS1. An operating room ceiling lamp cover (1 ) consisting of a body (10) and flexible cover (12), which allows the control of operating room ceiling lights in a sterile and contamination-free manner, characterized in that, it comprises• rigid connection region (11 ) where said body (10) and the flexible cover (12) are joined in a non-separable and fully sealed manner,• lower tab group (111 ) and upper tab group (112),■ which comprises tabs of different lengths and flexibility in order to grasp ceiling lamps of different diameter sizes,■ which is positioned on the inner wall of the said rigid connection region (11 ) to prevent the contact of the tip parts of the said tabs with the flexible cover (12).
2. An operating theatre ceiling lamp cover (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the tabs of the lower tab group (111 ) are shorter than the tabs of the upper tab group (112).
3. An operating theatre ceiling lamp cover (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the tabs of the lower tab group (111 ) are longer than the tabs of the upper tab group (112).
4. An operating theatre ceiling lamp cover (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one intermediate tab group between the lower tab group (111 ) and the upper tab group (112), with tabs longer than the lower tab group (111 ) and shorter than the upper tab group (112).

A method for manufacturing an operating theatre ceiling lamp cover (1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that; the body (10) and the flexible cover (12) are joined in a non-separable andsealed manner so that the rigid connection region (11 ) is one piece and contains a cavity (113) in the central part.
6. A method of manufacturing an operating theatre ceiling lamp cover (1 ) according to claim 5, characterized in that; the rigid connection region (11 ) is joined by ultrasonic welding method.
7. A method of manufacturing an operating theatre ceiling lamp cover (1 ) according to claim 5, characterized in that; the rigid connection region (11 ) is joined by laser welding method.
8. A method of manufacturing an operating theatre ceiling lamp cover (1 ) according to claim 5, characterized in that; the rigid connection region (11 ) is joined by heat welding method.
9. A method of manufacturing an operating theatre ceiling lamp cover (1 ) according to claim 5, characterized in that; the rigid connection region (11 ) is obtained by adhering the body (10) and the flexible cover (12) together.
