Abstract
Description
[0001] "Device for guiding a thrust element"
[0002] State of the art
[0003] Devices for guiding a sliding element, particularly for kitchen appliances such as ovens or microwaves, are already known in a variety of forms.
[0004] The use of a solid lubricant, such as graphite, is also known. In known devices, the lubricant is applied to a track of the device. The disadvantage of this is that the lubricant is washed off the tracks after several cleaning cycles of the kitchen appliance.
[0005] Object and advantages of the invention
[0006] The object of the invention is to provide an alternative device for guiding a sliding element, which is used in particular in an oven or microwave cooking appliance or microwave oven.
[0007] The problem is solved by the features of the independent claims.
[0008] Advantageous and expedient embodiments, variants and further developments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims.
[0009] The invention is based on a device for guiding a sliding element which can be displaceably received on a wall section by means of the device, the device comprising a fixed rail which can be fastened to the wall section and a movable rail which can be assigned to the sliding element, one rail being movable relative to the other rail.
[0010] For example, the household appliance or piece of furniture has two vertically running side walls. The side walls have, for example, wall sections, wherein the device or the fixed rail of the device can be fastened to a wall section. It is also conceivable for the device or the fixed rail to be attachable to a side grille of an oven associated with the wall section. For example, the side grille has, for example, several horizontally running bars, wherein the side grille protrudes in particular slightly from a wall surface of the wall section. The side grilles can, for example, be detachably inserted into the respective side walls or wall sections.
[0011] For example, two devices are provided for the sliding guidance of the sliding element, each attached to the side of the sliding element and to the corresponding side wall or wall section. For example, the sliding element or the side edges of the sliding element can be placed on the movable rails of the devices. For example, the sliding element is placed on the movable rail or lifted off it for removal. The fixed rails of the devices are each connected, for example, to a wall section of the opposite side walls.
[0012] The drawer element is, for example, a food carrier, a baking rack, a baking tray, a pull-out shelf or a drawer.
[0013] If necessary, the device is designed as a full extension, with a center rail between the fixed rail and the movable rail.
[0014] The rails of the device are usually formed as profiles made of bent sheet metal, e.g., as C-profiles or U-profiles. The essence of the invention is that the device comprises at least one sliding element, wherein the sliding element is made of an inorganic solid lubricant, wherein the sliding element is fixedly arranged on one rail of the device and supported on the other rail.
[0015] Because the sliding element is made of an inorganic solid lubricant, the rails can be lubricated, for example, by the rails moving relative to one another. In the process, a small portion of the solid lubricant is worn away from the sliding element by friction between the rails and the sliding element. By moving the sliding element or the movable rail relative to the fixed rail, for example, abraded particles of the solid lubricant are distributed over the rails. This improves the sliding properties of the rails, for example.
[0016] For example, the sliding element is arranged on the fixed rail and supported on the movable rail. It is also conceivable that the sliding element is arranged on the movable rail and supported on the fixed rail. For example, the sliding element is firmly connected to the fixed rail. It is also conceivable that the sliding element is firmly connected to the movable rail.
[0017] It is also conceivable that the sliding element comprises graphite.
[0018] The device is preferably arranged in ovens, for example, in pyrolysis-capable ovens. It is crucial that the sliding element is suitable for temperatures ranging from 400 °C to 600 °C, for example. Graphite is advantageously resistant to high temperatures, so that the graphite can be used as a lubricant in pyrolysis-capable ovens.
[0019] Furthermore, graphite is also resistant, for example, to low temperatures.
[0020] Graphite, for example, is food-safe. One advantageous property of graphite is that it is resistant to common detergents. While the graphite is removed from the rail during washing, the rails can become coated with graphite again when the movable rail is moved relative to the fixed rail.
[0021] For example, the graphite wear on the sliding element is very low, making the sliding elements very durable. This ensures long-term lubrication of the rails.
[0022] For example, at least one sliding element is present, wherein the sliding element comprises graphite or is made entirely of graphite. Furthermore, it is conceivable that exactly two or exactly four sliding elements are present. For example, all sliding elements comprise graphite or are made entirely of graphite.
[0023] For example, the rails each have a base section to which, on the same side, at opposite ends of the base section, viewed in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal extent of the rails, there are walkways projecting laterally away from the base section.
[0024] For example, the rails are nested with sliding elements in between in such a way that a runway of one rail overlaps a runway of the other rail transversely to a longitudinal extent of the rails and wherein each rail has an outer and an inner runway. By means of this type of nesting, e.g. of a fixed rail and a movable rail, for example, an interior of the device can be shielded from an external microwave source. In addition, a particularly compact structure is created when viewed vertically, for example due to the type of nesting in the installed position. For example, a runway of the movable rail is arranged between the runways of the fixed rail. It is also conceivable that a runway of the fixed rail is arranged between the runways of the movable rail.
[0025] For example, the rails each have a C-shaped profile when viewed in cross-section. However, another shape is also conceivable, in particular, a U-shaped profile, so that, for example, the fixed rail and the movable rail are nested within each other as a U-shaped profile.
[0026] For example, the rails are designed identically. It is also conceivable that the rails are arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another in the installed position. It is also conceivable that the rails are designed identically in their extension from one catwalk to the opposite catwalk, for example.
[0027] The base section is, for example, flat. Advantageously, in a designated installation position of the device, the respective base section is vertically aligned. For example, the base sections of the rails are opposite one another in the assembled state and are both vertically aligned, in particular parallel, and in particular, the base sections are exactly perpendicular in the installed position. It is conceivable that the base section of the fixed rail is arranged against the wall section.
[0028] For example, the sliding element is arranged on the base section. It is conceivable that the sliding element is firmly connected to the base section of a rail. The sliding element can be firmly fixed to the base section, e.g. pressed in, riveted or welded in. It is also possible for a bearing element, e.g. a cylindrical bolt or pin, to connect the sliding element to the rail. The bearing element is, for example, firmly fixed to the base section, e.g. pressed in, riveted or welded in. For example, the longitudinal extent of the bearing element extends perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the base section of the rail. For example, the bearing element protrudes from the base section in the same direction as the catwalks protrude from the base section.
[0029] It is also conceivable that the sliding element has a contact surface which is adapted to the contour of the catwalk.
[0030] The walkway is, for example, designed in the shape of a channel, whereby the shape of the channel can be symmetrical or asymmetrical. A channel-shaped walkway section extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail enables, for example, secure guidance of the sliding element or the contact surface of the sliding element, in particular with regard to a lateral offset, in particular perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the rails and / or perpendicular to the vertical extent of the rails. This applies in particular when the contact surface of the sliding elements, which viewed in cross-section corresponds to the shape of the channel on its inner surface at least in sections.
[0031] For example, the contour of the sliding element which comes into contact with the catwalk is the contact surface. It is also conceivable that the contact surface is permanently in contact with the catwalk. For example, the sliding element is arranged on the fixed rail, wherein the contact surface of the sliding element is in contact with the catwalk of the movable rail, in particular is permanently in contact with the catwalk of the movable rail. For example, the sliding element is arranged on the movable rail, wherein the contact surface of the sliding element is in contact with the catwalk of the fixed rail, in particular is permanently in contact with the catwalk of the fixed rail.
[0032] It is conceivable that the device has at least two
[0033] Sliding elements , one sliding element being arranged on the fixed rail and being supported on the movable rail , another sliding element being arranged on the movable rail and being supported on the fixed rail .
[0034] For example, the device has exactly two sliding elements.
[0035] For example, one sliding element is arranged, in particular fixedly arranged, on the base section of the fixed rail, and one sliding element is arranged, in particular fixedly arranged, on the base section of the movable rail. Furthermore, it is conceivable that both sliding elements are connected to the respective base section by means of a bearing element. The longitudinal extension of the bearing elements runs, for example, parallel to one another and perpendicular to the base section of the fixed rail.
[0036] It is conceivable that the contact surface of the sliding element on the fixed rail is permanently in contact with the runway of the movable rail and that the contact surface of the sliding element on the movable rail is permanently in contact with the runway of the fixed rail.
[0037] For example, the sliding elements are arranged at different ends of the fixed rail or movable rail when the device is closed. It is also conceivable that, when the device is closed, the sliding element on the fixed rail is arranged at one end of the fixed rail and the sliding element on the movable rail is arranged at the end opposite the sliding element on the fixed rail.
[0038] For example, when the device is arranged in the closed state on the household appliance or piece of furniture, the sliding element is arranged on the movable rail in the direction of the rear wall of the household appliance, e.g. oven, or the furniture body. For example, when the device is arranged in the closed state on the household appliance or piece of furniture, the other sliding element is arranged on the fixed rail in the direction of the opening of the household appliance or the movable furniture part, e.g. the oven door.
[0039] For example, the sliding element on the movable rail moves along with the sliding element. During the movement of the movable rail, for example, the sliding element on the movable rail is permanently supported on the catwalk of the fixed rail. Furthermore, during the movement of the movable rail, the sliding element on the fixed rail is permanently supported on the catwalk of the movable rail, while the sliding element on the fixed rail remains stationary.
[0040] For example, when the device is open, the sliding elements are arranged next to one another, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the base section. It is also conceivable that the distance between the two sliding elements increases when the sliding element is closed.
[0041] It is also conceivable that the device has at least four sliding elements, two sliding elements being arranged on the fixed rail and being supported on the movable rail, the other two sliding elements being arranged on the movable rail and being supported on the fixed rail.
[0042] For example, the device has exactly four sliding elements.
[0043] For example, two sliding elements are arranged on the base section of the fixed rail. Preferably, both sliding elements are each fastened to the fixed rail by means of a bearing element. The longitudinal extent of the bearing elements runs, for example, parallel to one another and perpendicular to the base section of the fixed rail. It is also conceivable for two sliding elements to be arranged on the base section of the movable rail. Preferably, both sliding elements are each fastened to the movable rail by means of a bearing element. The longitudinal extent of the bearing elements runs, for example, parallel to one another and perpendicular to the base section of the movable rail. For example, all longitudinal extents of the bearing elements run parallel to one another.
[0044] For example, the two bearing elements with which the sliding elements are attached to the rail are offset on a rail, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the rail. Thus, viewed in the longitudinal direction, the bearing elements, or rather the centers of the cylindrical bearing elements, are preferably not aligned, but offset vertically. This makes it possible for the contact surfaces of the sliding elements to rest on the inner side of the running boards.
[0045] Furthermore, for example, the centers of the bearing elements of the fixed rail are viewed in the longitudinal direction of the rail, offset perpendicularly to the centers of the bearing elements of the movable rail.
[0046] For example, when the device is closed, the sliding elements are arranged at different ends of the fixed rail or movable rail. It is also conceivable that, when the device is closed, the two sliding elements on the fixed rail are arranged at one end of the fixed rail, and the two sliding elements on the movable rail are arranged at the end opposite the sliding elements on the fixed rail.
[0047] For example, when the device is arranged in the closed state on the household appliance or piece of furniture, the two sliding elements on the movable rail are arranged in the direction of the rear wall of the household appliance, e.g. oven, or the furniture body. For example, when the device is arranged in the closed state on the household appliance or piece of furniture, the other two sliding elements on the fixed rail are arranged in the direction of the opening of the household appliance or the movable furniture part, e.g. the oven door.
[0048] For example, the two sliding elements on the movable rail are moved along with the pushing element. During the moving of the pushing element or the movable rail with the sliding elements, for example, the two sliding elements on the movable rail are permanently supported on the catwalk(s) of the fixed rail. Furthermore, during the moving of the movable rail, the two sliding elements on the fixed rail are permanently supported on the catwalk(s) of the movable rail, whereby the two sliding elements on the fixed rail are not moved.
[0049] For example, when the device is open, the sliding elements are arranged next to one another, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the base section. The distance between the two sliding elements on the movable rail and the two sliding elements on the fixed rail increases, for example, when the sliding element is closed.
[0050] For example, two sliding elements are arranged on the fixed rail, one sliding element being supported on a first track of the movable rail and another sliding element being supported on a second track of the movable rail.
[0051] For example, the first walkway of the movable rail is arranged between the two walkways of the fixed rail. The first walkway of the movable rail is, for example, an inner walkway. Furthermore, the second walkway of the movable rail is, for example, an outer walkway.
[0052] For example, the sliding elements are designed similarly. For example, the sliding elements are arranged on the fixed rail at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the catwalks or along the opening and closing direction of the sliding element. The distance between the sliding elements is preferably comparatively small.
[0053] Preferably, the contact surfaces of the sliding elements on the fixed rail are oriented in opposite directions. For example, the contact surface of a first sliding element of the fixed rail rests against the first track of the movable rail, and the contact surface of the second sliding element of the fixed rail rests against the second track of the movable rail, in particular permanently.
[0054] It is also conceivable that two sliding elements are arranged on the movable rail, wherein one sliding element is supported on a first catwalk of the fixed rail and another sliding element is supported on a second catwalk of the fixed rail.
[0055] For example, the first walkway of the fixed rail is arranged between the two walkways of the movable rail. The first walkway of the fixed rail is, for example, an inner walkway. Furthermore, the second walkway of the fixed rail is, for example, an outer walkway.
[0056] For example, the sliding elements are designed similarly. For example, the sliding elements are arranged on the movable rail at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the catwalks or along the opening and closing direction of the sliding element. The distance between the sliding elements is preferably comparatively small.
[0057] Preferably, the contact surfaces of the sliding elements on the movable rail are oriented in opposite directions. For example, the contact surface of a first sliding element of the movable rail rests against the first track of the fixed rail, and the contact surface of the second sliding element of the movable rail rests against the second track of the fixed rail, in particular permanently.
[0058] It is also conceivable that the sliding element has an attachment body which can be attached to the rail.
[0059] For example, the mounting body is cuboid-shaped. For example, the mounting body has a cylindrical recess through which a bearing element can be inserted. For example, the mounting body is connected to the rail, in particular to the base section of the rail, via the bearing element.
[0060] It is also conceivable for the attachment body to have two elevations protruding from the attachment body. The elevations are, for example, cylindrical. The elevations can serve, for example, as spacers. For example, the elevations are formed on the side of the attachment body that is connected to the rail. The diameter of the circular base of the cylindrical elevations and the cylindrical recess is, for example, the same. It is also conceivable for the centers of the circular base of the elevations and the cylindrical recess to lie on a line that is, for example, horizontal when the device is in place.
[0061] For example, the sliding element has a contact body, wherein the contact surface is formed on the contact body.
[0062] The support body is designed, for example, as a triangular prism. One tip is rounded, which is matched, for example, to the contour of the walkway, which is, for example, channel-shaped. It is also conceivable for the surfaces adjacent to the rounded tip to partially rest on the walkway. In this case, for example, the surfaces of the support body that rest on the walkway form the support surfaces. It is conceivable for the device to comprise a holding element, wherein the holding element is arranged on the fixed rail, wherein the holding element is attachable to the wall section.
[0063] The retaining element is, for example, L-shaped or U-shaped. The retaining element is, for example, firmly connected to the fixed rail, whereby the retaining element can be connected to the walkway and / or base section. The retaining element has, for example, receptacles for a fastening means, such as screws.
[0064] For example, a running board of a rail has a recess, wherein, for example, the contact body and a part of the attachment body of a single sliding element protrude through the recess.
[0065] For example, the recess has a length that corresponds to the length of at least one sliding element. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the length of the recess corresponds to the length of two sliding elements. It is also conceivable that the recess begins at the end section of one rail and extends to the end of the second sliding element, which is further away from the end section of the rail.
[0066] For example, a walkway of the fixed rail and a walkway of the movable rail have a recess.
[0067] For example, the first track of the fixed rail and the first track of the movable rail each have a recess. For example, the recesses are oriented in opposite directions.
[0068] A further aspect of the invention is a pushing element which can be arranged movably on a wall section, with a device according to one of the above embodiments.
[0069] In a further essential aspect of the invention, a household appliance or piece of furniture is equipped with a device according to one of the above embodiments. For example, the household appliance or piece of furniture has two opposing devices. A sliding element can be pushed in or out of the household appliance or piece of furniture by means of the device.
[0070] Character description
[0071] Further features and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown schematically in the figures.
[0072] In detail:

[0075] Figure 3 is a three-dimensional view of a device according to Figure 1 in the closed state,
[0076] Figure 4 is a side view of an end region of a rail of the device according to Figure 1,
[0077] Figure 5 is a three-dimensional view of an end region of a rail of the device according to Figure 3, wherein the base section is shown translucently,
[0078] Figure 6 is a side view of a device according to Figure 1 in the open state,
[0079] Figure 7 is a side view of a section A according to Figure 6,
[0080] Figure 8 is a three-dimensional view of a portion of the device according to Figure 7.
[0081] Figure 1 shows a household appliance 1, e.g. an oven, with a door 2, e.g. an oven door, partially pivoted open so that the interior with the oven 3 is visible. The oven 3 has two opposite side walls 4 with wall sections 5, with a device 6 being arranged on each of the wall sections 5. A common pushing element 7, such as a baking tray, can be placed on the two devices 6 attached in this way. To accommodate the pushing element 7 in the oven 3, an edge section of each of the opposite side edges of the pushing element 7, i.e. a right-hand edge and a left-hand edge of the pushing element 7, is supported on the respective device 6. The underside support of the thrust element 7 on both sides is provided by an upper horizontal catwalk of a movable rail 8, which extends over the entire length of the device 1.
[0082] To limit any possible relative movement of the edge portion of the thrust element 7 resting on the catwalk on the device 1, limits 9 and 10 are provided at the two end regions of the device 6 (see Fig. 3). The end limits 9, 10 are formed by vertically upstanding limiting elements, such as bolts.
[0083] The device 6 is designed here as a partial extension. The device 6 comprises, for example, a fixed rail 11 and a movable rail 8, each made of a sheet metal material. The sliding element 7 is arranged displaceably by means of the movable rail 8. The movable rail 8 together with the sliding element 7 can be moved relative to the fixed rail 11 in
[0084] Opening direction PI and closing direction P2. The device 6 is shown in Figure 1 in the fully retracted state of the movable rail 8 and the fixed rail 11.
[0085] At least one sliding element 12, 13, 14, 15 is arranged on each of the rails 8, 11 of the device 6. The sliding element (see Fig. 2) comprises, for example, graphite or is made entirely of graphite. For example, all sliding elements 12, 13, 14, 15 are made entirely of graphite or comprise graphite. This allows the rails 8, 11 to be lubricated when the movable rail 8 moves relative to the fixed rail 11.
[0086] For example, the sliding element 12 has a mounting body 16 and a contact body 17. The mounting body 16 is cuboid-shaped, for example, with some edges being rounded. The mounting body 16 has, for example, a cylindrical recess 18 in which a bearing element 19 can be received. For example, the sliding element 12, 13, 14, 15 can be connected, in particular firmly connected, to a rail 8, 11 by means of the bearing element 19 (see Fig. 5).
[0087] For example, the attachment body 16 has at least one elevation 20, preferably exactly two elevations 20. The elevations 20 are, for example, cylindrical. For example, the elevations 20 are formed on the outer surface of the attachment body 16, with which the attachment body 16 is fastened to the rail 8, 11. For example, the elevations 20 create a distance from the rail 8, 11, to which the sliding element 12, 13, 14, 15 is attached. It is conceivable that the centers of the circular base surfaces of the cylindrical recess 18 and the elevations 20 form a line (see Fig. 4). For example, the line runs parallel to the opening direction P1 and closing direction P2 (see Fig. 7).
[0088] For example, the center point of the bearing element 19 of the sliding element 12 is offset perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the base section 23 from the center point of the bearing element 19 of the sliding element 13 (see Fig. 4). For example, the center point of the bearing element 19 of the sliding element 14 is offset perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the base section 22 from the center point of the bearing element 19 of the sliding element 15 (see Fig. 7). It is also conceivable that the centers of the bearing elements 19 of the sliding elements 12, 13, 14, 15 are all offset from one another perpendicular to the opening direction P1 and closing direction P2 or have different heights (see Fig. 7).
[0089] Furthermore, the sliding element 12, 13, 14, 15 has a contact body 17, which adjoins one side of the attachment body 16. The contact body 17 is designed, for example, as a triangular prism. For example, one tip of the contact body 17 is rounded, with the rounded tip resting against the rail 8, 11, in particular against a running board of the rail 8, 11. The surfaces of the contact body 17 that are supported on the rail 8, 11 on which the sliding element 12, 13, 14, 15 is not arranged during the opening and closing movement of the sliding element 7 are, for example, the contact surfaces 21.
[0090] Figure 3 shows the device 6 in the closed position. The movable rail 8 and the fixed rail 11 have, for example, a C-shape. The rails each have, for example, a base section 22, 23 and a walkway 24, 25, 26, 27. For example, the walkways 24, 25 of the movable rail 8 protrude to one side from the base section 22 in the direction of the fixed rail 11. Furthermore, the walkways 26, 27 protruding from the base section 23 of the fixed rail 11 protrude, for example, to one side in the direction of the movable rail 8. The rails 8, 11 are nested one inside the other, for example, the first runway 26 of the fixed rail 11 being arranged between the runways 24, 25 of the movable rail 8 and the first runway 24 of the movable rail 8 being arranged between the runways 26, 27 of the fixed rail 11.Furthermore, for example, the lowermost second catwalk 27 of the fixed rail 11 overlaps the first catwalk 24 of the movable rail 8 at the bottom. For example, the uppermost second catwalk 25 of the movable rail 8 overlaps the first catwalk 26 of the fixed rail 11 at the top.
[0091] The base section 23 of the fixed rail 11 can be arranged, for example, directly on a wall section 5 of the inner wall 4 of the oven 3. It is further conceivable for the base section 23 to be arranged on a side grille which is connected to the wall section 5. Furthermore, a holding element 28 can be connected to the fixed rail 11 in order to connect the fixed rail 11 to the wall section 5, e.g. to connect it firmly. It is also conceivable for the holding element 28 to be connected to the side grille. The holding element 28 can be connected, for example, to the walkway 25 and / or base section 23 of the fixed rail 11. The holding element 28 has, for example, receptacles for a fastening means, such as screws.
[0092] For example, two sliding elements 12, 13, 14, 15 are arranged on each of the fixed rail 11 and the movable rail 8. For example, the sliding elements 12, 13 are connected to the base section 23 of the fixed rail 11, and the sliding elements 14, 15 are connected to the base section 22 of the movable rail 8. The sliding elements 12, 13, 14, 15 can be connected to the rails 8, 11, for example, by means of the bearing elements 19 (see Fig. 8).
[0093] For example, the sliding elements 12 of the fixed rail 11 are arranged on the fixed rail 11 in the closed state of the device 6 on the household appliance 1 in the direction of the opening or door 2 of the household appliance 1. Furthermore, the two sliding elements 14, 15 of the movable rail 8 are arranged on the movable rail 8 in the direction of the rear wall of the household appliance 1 in the closed state of the device 6 on the household appliance 1.
[0094] Thus, for example, the movable rail 8 can be moved in the opening direction PI until the sliding elements 12, 13, 14, 15 of the two rails 8, 11 meet (see Fig. 6). For example, the sliding element 15 of the movable rail 8 is adjacent to the sliding element 12 of the fixed rail 11.
[0095] A contact surface 21 of the first sliding element on the fixed rail 11 is supported, for example, on the first running track 24 of the movable rail 8, and the contact surface 21 of the second sliding element 13 on the fixed rail 11 is supported, for example, on the second running track 25 of the movable rail 8. It is further conceivable that the contact surface 21 of the first sliding element 14 on the movable rail 8 is supported, for example, on the first running track 26 of the fixed rail 11, and the contact surface of the second sliding element 15 on the movable rail 8 is supported, for example, on the second running track 27 of the fixed rail 11. In this case, the contact surfaces 21 of the sliding elements 12, 13, 14, 15 each bear against, for example, the running surfaces 24, 25, 26, 27 of the rails 8, 11, in particular permanently.
[0096] Figures 4 and 5 show an end region of a rail 11. It can be seen that, for example, the first track 26 has a recess 29. The contact surface 21 of the second sliding element 13 on the fixed rail 11 projects, for example, over the track 26 so that the contact surface 21 of the sliding element 13 reaches the second track 25 of the movable rail 8. The contact surface 21 of the sliding element 15 on the movable rail 8 also projects, for example, over the first track 24 of the movable rail 8 so that the contact surface 21 of the sliding element 15 reaches the second track 27 of the fixed rail 11 (see Figs. 3, 8). The contact surface 21 of the sliding elements 13, 15 of one rail 8, 11 can only reach the running boards 25, 27 of the other rail 8, 11 if, for example, the running boards 24, 26 have a recess 29. Thus, the recess 29 should, for example, be at least the length of a sliding element.Preferably, the recess 29 extends from one end of the rail 8, 11 to the end of the sliding element 12, 15 furthest away from the end of the rail 8, 11.
[0097] During the opening movement of the sliding element 7 or the movable rail 8, for example, the sliding elements 14, 15 on the movable rail are moved in the opening direction PI.
[0098] In this case, for example, the contact surface 21 of the first sliding element 14 of the movable rail 8 rests on the first running track 26 of the fixed rail 11 and the contact surface 21 of the second sliding element 15 of the movable rail 8 rests on the second running track 27 of the fixed rail 11. In this case, for example, due to the friction of the fixed rail 11 on the sliding elements 14, 15 of the movable rail 8, graphite particles are distributed on the running tracks 26, 27 of the fixed rail 11. Furthermore, for example, during the opening movement of the pushing element 7, the sliding elements 12, 13 of the fixed rail 11 remain stationary, wherein the running tracks 24, 25 of the movable rail 8 are moved in the opening direction PI. For example, the contact surface 21 of the first sliding element 12 of the fixed rail 11 rests on the first track 24 of the movable rail 8 and the contact surface 21 of the second sliding element 13 of the fixed rail 11 rests on the second track 25 of the movable rail 8.In this case, for example, due to the friction of the movable rail 8 on the sliding elements 12, 13 of the fixed rail 11, graphite particles are distributed on the running boards 24, 25 of the movable rail 8.
