CLAIMS 1. Removable handle (1) intended to cooperate with a cooking utensil (2) having a side wall (4) which is extended upwards by a curved portion (5) extending outwards and comprising a free end (6), the removable handle (1) extending in a longitudinal direction (D1) and comprising: - a gripping body (7) configured to be grasped by a user, - an internal support member (13) and an external support member (8) which are configured to bear against, respectively, an inner surface (4.1) and an outer surface (4.2) of the side wall (4) of the cooking utensil (2), - a lock (15) movable in translation between an unlocking position and a locking position, the lock (15) comprising a blocking wall (17) configured to be moved away from the internal support member (13) when the lock (15) occupies the unlocking position and to generate a support force on the curved portion (5) when the lock (15) occupies the locking position, - an anti-recoil device (31) configured to prevent the lock (15) from moving back towards the unlocking position when the lock (15) occupies the locking position, and - a toggle movement device (19) configured to move the lock (15) between the unlocking position and the locking position, the toggle movement device (19) comprising: o a lever (21) configured to be manually actuated by a user and pivotally mounted relative to the gripping body (7) about a lever pivot axis (A) and between a first lever position in which the lock (15) occupies the locking position and a second lever position in which the lock (15) occupies the unlocking position, o a connecting rod (22) extending between the lever (21) and the lock (15) and configured to move the lock (15) in translation between the locking position and the unlocking position when the lever (21) is moved between the first lever position and the second lever position, the connecting rod (22) comprising a first end portion (22.1) pivotally mounted on the lock (15) around a connecting rod pivot axis (B) which is substantially parallel to the lever pivot axis (A) and a second end portion (22.2) pivotally mounted around a pivot shaft (23) which extends substantially parallel to the connecting rod pivot axis (B) and which is slidably mounted on the lever (21) in a sliding direction (D2), and. o a movable member (25) which is slidably mounted on the lever (21) in the sliding direction (D2), the movable member (25) comprising a fixing part (27) on which the pivot shaft (23) is fixed, characterized in that the anti-recoil device (31) comprises: - a locking member (32) which is mounted on the lever (21) and which is provided with a passage opening (33) through which the movable member (25) extends, the locking member (32) being mounted movable relative to the movable member (25) between a release position in which the locking member (32) allows the movable member (25) to slide through the passage opening (33), and a locking position in which the locking member (32) cooperates by buttressing with the movable member (25) and prevents the movable member (25) from sliding through the passage opening (33), and - an actuating member (34) which is fixed relative to the gripping body (7) and which is configured to move the locking member (32) from the release position to the locking position when the lever (21) is moved from the second lever position to the first lever position.

2. Removable handle (1) according to claim 1, wherein, when the lever (21) occupies the first lever position and the locking member (32) occupies the locking position, the locking member (32) and the actuating member (34) are configured to cooperate with each other so as to prevent the lock (15) from moving back towards the unlocking position.

Removable handle (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the locking member (32) is configured to extend substantially perpendicular to the sliding direction (D2) when the locking member (32) is in the release position, and to be inclined relative to the sliding direction (D2) when the locking member (32) is in the locking position.

4. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the movable member (25) is elongated and extends along an extension axis which is substantially parallel to the sliding direction (D2).

5. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the anti-recoil device (31) comprises a return member (36) configured to urge the locking member (32) into the release position.

6. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, in which the anti-recoil device (31) comprises a stop member (37) provided on the lever (21) and configured to limit a forward movement stroke of the locking member (32).

7. Removable handle (1) according to claims 5 and 6, wherein the return member (36) is configured to urge the locking member (32) against the stop member (37).

8. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, in which the locking member (32) is a locking plate.

Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the actuating member (34) comprises an actuating wall (35) which is inclined relative to the longitudinal direction (D1) of the removable handle (1) and against which the locking member (32) is able to slide, the actuating wall (35) being configured to move the locking member (32) from the release position to the locking position when the lever (21) is moved from the second lever position to the first lever position.

10. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, in which the actuating member (34) is an actuating tab.

Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the knee-joint moving device (19) is configured such that: - when the lever (21) occupies the first lever position, the pivot shaft (23), around which the second end portion (22.2) of the connecting rod (22) is able to pivot, is located above a line passing through the lever pivot axis (A) and the connecting rod pivot axis (B), - when the lever (21) occupies the second lever position, the pivot shaft (23), around which the second end portion (22.2) of the connecting rod (22) is able to pivot, is located below a line passing through the lever pivot axis (A) and the connecting rod pivot axis (B).

12. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, in which the knee-joint displacement device (19) comprises a biasing member (28), such as a compression spring, configured to bias the pivot shaft (23) forwards.

13. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 12 which comprises a structural part (9) which is fixed relative to the gripping body (7) and which comprises the internal support member (13), the actuating member (34) being provided on the structural part (9).

14. Removable handle (1) according to claim 13, wherein the locking member (32) is configured to protrude through a through opening provided on the structural part (9) when the lever (21) is in the first lever position.

15. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 14, in which the lock (15) is movable in translation in the longitudinal direction (D1) of the removable handle (1).

16. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 15, in which the locking wall (17) is inclined to form with the longitudinal direction (D1) of the removable handle (1), in a vertical section plane comprising the longitudinal direction (D1), an angle greater than 40°.

17. A removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 16, which comprises an opening button (29) movable between a first button position and a second button position, the opening button (29) being configured to move the lever (21) from the first lever position to the second lever position when the opening button (29) is moved from the first button position to the second button position.

18. Set comprising at least: - a cooking utensil (2) comprising a side wall (4) which is extended upwards by a curved portion (5) extending outwards and comprising a free end (6), and - a removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 17.
