Claims

CLAIMS 1. Removable handle (1) intended to cooperate with a cooking utensil (2) having a side wall (4) which is extended upwards by a curved portion (5) extending outwards and comprising a free end (6), the removable handle (1) extending in a longitudinal direction (D1) and comprising: - a gripping body (7) configured to be grasped by a user, - an internal support member (13) and an external support member (8) which are configured to bear against, respectively, an inner surface (4.1) and an outer surface (4.2) of the side wall (4) of the cooking utensil (2), - a lock (15) movable in translation between a release position and a locking position, the lock (15) comprising a blocking wall (17) configured to be moved away from the internal support member (13) when the lock (15) occupies the release position and to generate a support force on the free end (6) of the curved portion when the lock (15) occupies the locking position, - a toggle movement device (19) configured to move the lock (15) between the release position and the locking position, the toggle movement device (19) comprising a lever (21) configured to be manually actuated by a user and pivotally mounted relative to the gripping body (7) about a lever pivot axis (A) and between a first lever position in which the lock (15) occupies the locking position and a second lever position in which the lock (15) occupies the release position, and a connecting rod (22) extending between the lever (21) and the lock (15) and configured to move the lock (15) in translation between the locking position and the release position when the lever (21) is moved between the first lever position and the second lever position, and - an anti-recoil device (29) configured to prevent the latch (15) from moving back towards the release position when the latch (15) occupies the locking position, characterized in that the anti-recoil device (29) comprises at least one notch (30.1) provided on a fixed part of the removable handle (1) and at least one tooth (31.1) provided on the connecting rod (22), or vice versa, the at least one notch (30.1) and the at least one tooth being configured to be engaged with each other and to prevent the latch (15) from moving back towards the release position when the latch (15) occupies the locking position.

Removable handle (1) according to claim 1, in which the connecting rod (22) comprises a first end portion (22.1) pivotally mounted on the lock (15) around a connecting rod pivot axis (B) which is substantially parallel to the lever pivot axis (A). and a second end portion (22.2) pivotally mounted around a pivot shaft (23) which extends substantially parallel to the connecting rod pivot axis (B) and which is slidably mounted on the lever (21).

Removable handle (1) according to claim 2, wherein the knee lever movement device (19) is configured such that: - when the lever (21) occupies the first lever position, the pivot shaft (23), around which the second end portion (22.2) of the connecting rod (22) is able to pivot, is located above a line passing through the lever pivot axis (A) and the connecting rod pivot axis (B), - when the lever (21) occupies the second lever position, the pivot shaft (23), around which the second end portion (22.2) of the connecting rod (22) is able to pivot, is located below a line passing through the lever pivot axis (A) and the connecting rod pivot axis (B).

4. Removable handle (1) according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the knee-joint displacement device (19) comprises a biasing member (27) configured to bias the pivot shaft (23) away from the lever pivot axis (A).

5. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the at least one notch (30.1) or the at least one tooth (31.1) is provided on an upper part of the second end portion (22.2) of the connecting rod (22).

Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises a structural part (9) which is fixed relative to the gripping body (7) and which comprises the internal support member (13), the fixed part, which comprises the at least one notch (30.1) or the at least one tooth (31.1), being formed by the structural part (9).

Removable handle (1) according to claim 6, in which the structural part (9) comprises a main part (11) which extends substantially in the longitudinal direction (D1) of the removable handle (1) and which has a lower face oriented towards the connecting rod (22), the at least one notch (30.1) or the at least one tooth (31.1) being provided on the lower face of the main part (11).

8. Removable handle (1) according to claim 7, in which the main part (11) of the structural part (9) is substantially flat.

9. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the anti-recoil device (29) comprises a notched part (30) provided on the fixed part and comprising a plurality of notches (30.1), and a toothing (31) provided on the connecting rod (22) and comprising a plurality of teeth (31.1), at least one tooth (31.1) of the toothing (31) being configured to cooperate with a notch (30.1) of the notched part (30) when the lock (15) occupies the locking position.

10. Removable handle (1) according to claim 9, in which the notched part (30) forms a rack extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (D1) of the removable handle (1).

11. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, in which the lock (15) is movable in translation in the longitudinal direction (D1) of the removable handle (1).

12. Removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, in which the locking wall (17) is inclined to form with the longitudinal direction (D1) of the removable handle (1), in a vertical section plane comprising the longitudinal direction (D1), an angle greater than 40°.

13. A removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 12, which comprises an opening button (28) movable between a first button position and a second button position, the opening button (28) being configured to move the lever (21) from the first lever position to the second lever position when the opening button (28) is moved from the first button position to the second button position.

14. Set comprising at least: - a cooking utensil (2) comprising a side wall (4) which is extended upwards by a curved portion extending outwards and comprising a free end (6), and - a removable handle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
